Amount of rs 743 got debited but order got cancelled from shein saying they haven't received the payment.
Payment was made through google pay.
Axis bank confirmed that amount has successfully reached shein but shein is denying.

Shein also cancelled the order, amount got debited from my account. Customer is at loss now. How do i get my refund back? Whom to contact. Already contacted bank and shein.

This is happening for the second time with google pay that amount debited from bank but shopping site didn't receive it.

      On date 29.11.2019 a customer paid me rs 100 from his phonepe app through google pay and his transaction was successful but neither money credited to my account nor any message/response/notification has been received by me till now here i am attaching screenshots regarding the payment

        Respected sir,
        Iam dhaneesh b sam, i have booked a ticket through irctc and the amount of 957.70 is debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. I retried and then also an amount of 957.70 was debited from my account. Train no. Is 12696. Total amount is 1914. Please take action against this and return my cash iam posting the receipt s also.

          I transferred rs 351 to my friend. The amount got debited but not credited to my friend's account. It's been 4 days since then. I contacted the support team, they said the issue will be resolved within 3 days of transaction. One of my friend suffering from same issue as his money is stuck since 20 days, can't wait for that long though. Please help me out.

            Sir i had made a transaction of rs500/- on 22 november my payment got stuck in transfer and debited from my account but not credited to accounts of beneficiary and its been 6 days no revert from google pay they showing my transfer was failed but they are not returning my money till date, i had send feedback to them several time also reported the issue on their twitter handle but no response i get, im a low earner and 500rs is a big amount for me so kindly look into the matter and also on company policy that doesnt support customer issue as they have no helpline number in india, we dont need technologies like this which make our work more hectic than to be easy

              I have make a payment via google pay app my money is debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account.
              Transaction happened on 30 october 2019, and the amount is 24948, google transaction id : cicagkdmr9-0iq
              I have raised the issue and the google representative advise me to fill the npci form and attach my bank statement and beneficiary statement. I have submitted the same on november 13th and till now i didn't get any response from npci or if i call google the response is they are also not received any update from npci.
              How long i have to wait? The amount is not small and i have to pay my bills also.
              Please see this issue and give a resolution asap.

                I had made a transaction of 440rs from google pay to swiggy. The money was deducted, whereas the order was not placed. I had a talk with swiggy and my bank, and they told me to contact google pay, however it has been months, but i got no support. My 440rs have been wasted. I am literally getting no support. This issue is pending since 11th july. Everytime i call google pay, they say that their team is working, and from months i an hearing this line.

                  I have done a recharge through jio app through google pay..but my recharge is unsuccessful it cannot show in jio recharge history i didn't get any recharge failed reference number what is this? Cash 394 deducted from my bank account what should i do? Two many times i follow up the google pay customer their side no response they said we will update soon that only.still iam waiting 12 days.

                    Gpay had Diwali offer wherein the customers had to collect 5 stamps and they told they will credit 251 rupees. I collected all the 5 stamps before the deadline which was 11th November, however the amount didn't get credited. I tried calling the customer care number but they informed me that no representatives are available and also I was in queue.

                    After 2 days I talked to the representative and she informed me that I need to send the screenshots. It was not mentioned anywhere in the instructions however I had taken the screenshots. When I told them that I have taken the screenshots they asked me why I didn't call them earlier. basically they were trying to figure out ways not to credit the amount even though I am eligible.

                    Finally they asked me to send them the screenshots. I sent them and followed up thrice. However till now they didn't respond.

                    This is waste of my time and also waste my effort to collect the stamps. My question is why they told that they will be crediting 251 rupees if they didn't want to give. Attached is the screenshots for your reference. Please do the needful.

                      I did a transaction with google pay around the time of diwali this year and it failed but money got deducted right away. I even tried raising a dispute regarding the same with them but to no avail. It's been days and neither have they replied nor have they resolved the issue. And i have not got my refund as of yet. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                        I have done my 500 rs payment on 30th october by upi through google pay and money has been deducted from my account but didn't credited to reciever account. Google pay showing me this transaction is in processing, i have been complained about this to google pay from last 25 days but they r not solving my problem. Pls solve my problem as soon as possible

                          On 18th november, a trasaction was made by me...the amount has been debited from my account but not credited to the other account.. its been 6 days after the transaction has been made.. the money has not been refunded to my account..the details of the transactions has been uploaded as a picture which has the transaction id..2 transaction has been made.

                          I have done a transaction on 4th of November from google pay. the money deducted from my bank account but doesn't reached to receivers account I tried several time to contact to Google pay but they did not give me the proper solution I also filled out the npci form they also didn't contacted me back.. Still i got refund

                            In my smartphone, an advertisement displayed for agromart, its fee, etc. I skip it not going to free trial/asking option for a free trial. Then why i am being blamed for a free trial, & deducted rs.3250/- from my a/c & mailed me after deduction on[protected]. I am compelled to lodge complain against google for snatching money by adopting unfair means & after knowing this event none will appreciate the process.
                            I condemned this nastic action by google as a worldwise reputed company to earn money by adopting unfair means & alert of all never fall in the trap by using google apps trial for free.

                                I made a transaction Rs. 799 on 18 november 2019 to purchase UC on PUBGM using my google account and bank of India Net Banking gateway. The transaction showed successful and money debited from account, but UC not credited and Failed at PUBGM, I checked my Google Account transactions history but there was nothing about this, I made 2 more purchases earlier that was listed but not the current one of Rs 799.

                                  Two transaction failed but amount deducted from my account -
                                  1. On 02/11/2019 i have tried to make a payment of rs 3000, which was failed as per google pay. But when i check my bank statement it shows payment deducted. Now almost 18 days over but still, the receiver not received that payment nor me. Please check in to this. Transaction description / to :upi/dr/[protected]/abhayraj/ibkl/[protected] and transaction to:[protected]
                                  I have asked my bank sbi branch, they said to contact google pay. It took more than 18 working days, still, i have not received that payment.

                                  2. On 21/11/2019 i have tried to make a payment of rs 1800, which was still under process as per google pay. But when i check my bank statement it shows payment deducted. And receiver not revived amount. Upi transaction id[protected]

                                        Myself M.Shahjehan Noor, Advocate. I am using GPAY application. On 04.10.2019 using your app my friend Mohammed Rafeek transferred money to me Rs.1500/- (One thousand and five hundred only)at 12.11PM (Google Transaction ID: CICAgKDGy9XNDg)and ask me to bring money using my ATM card, at that time i don’t have my ATM debit card in my hand. So i cannot able to bring that money, So resend that money to my friend Mohammed Rafeek Rs.1500/- at 12.22PM 11PM (Google Transaction ID: CICAgKDGy7PkQg). That amount was debited from my account but it was not yet credited to my friend account. I raise dispute in your customer care on 10.10.2019 they ask me to fill NPCI form. While filling the form it continuously show me error (We couldn’t submit your form yet. Please fix the fields above). Then i submit all my bank proof to your corresponding customer care contacted person at 12.10.2019 no response from your side. After that i ask my receiver friend to raise dispute from your customer care support, he did twice and explain all the details no response for him also. Then again i contacted your customer care support on 21.10.2019 explain all my grievance and details they ask. Again they ask me to fill the form, i did the same error show me. Next day I contacted your support through chat explain all the details and send all the proof through Email. No response for that too. Subsequently i write a detailed letter to the help centre at 04.11.2019, no reply. Finally i contacted customer care service at 15.11.2019 and ask them to connect my call to superior authority, they ask to wait and cut my call. Since it’s been 55 days the amount was not returned. Very poor customer care support service provided for me. The service that the company provided for me which leads to mental agony and depression. I request the corresponding authority to file the complaint against the service provider and render justice.
