Myself M.Shahjehan Noor, Advocate. I am using GPAY application. On 04.10.2019 using your app my friend Mohammed Rafeek transferred money to me Rs.1500/- (One thousand and five hundred only)at 12.11PM (Google Transaction ID: CICAgKDGy9XNDg)and ask me to bring money using my ATM card, at that time i don’t have my ATM debit card in my hand. So i cannot able to bring that money, So resend that money to my friend Mohammed Rafeek Rs.1500/- at 12.22PM 11PM (Google Transaction ID: CICAgKDGy7PkQg). That amount was debited from my account but it was not yet credited to my friend account. I raise dispute in your customer care on 10.10.2019 they ask me to fill NPCI form. While filling the form it continuously show me error (We couldn’t submit your form yet. Please fix the fields above). Then i submit all my bank proof to your corresponding customer care contacted person at 12.10.2019 no response from your side. After that i ask my receiver friend to raise dispute from your customer care support, he did twice and explain all the details no response for him also. Then again i contacted your customer care support on 21.10.2019 explain all my grievance and details they ask. Again they ask me to fill the form, i did the same error show me. Next day I contacted your support through chat explain all the details and send all the proof through Email. No response for that too. Subsequently i write a detailed letter to the help centre at 04.11.2019, no reply. Finally i contacted customer care service at 15.11.2019 and ask them to connect my call to superior authority, they ask to wait and cut my call. Since it’s been 55 days the amount was not returned. Very poor customer care support service provided for me. The service that the company provided for me which leads to mental agony and depression. I request the corresponding authority to file the complaint against the service provider and render justice.
