I payed 2650 rs through google pe and it failed now i raised issue after 5 days and money is still not credited in my bank after raising issue i am getting this msg “hi! Your query with reference id [protected] pertaining to transaction id null has been raised successfully.” when will i get my money back and how many more days i have to wait to get my money back

    I am transferred amount to my brother account on 24.10.2019 ( UPI transaction ID:[protected], In my account amount will be debited but he dint received. I get the message i will get the refund amount with in 3 to 5 working days . Till now i dint receive the refund amount. Here with i am attached the screenshot of the transaction, Kindly do the needful

      I did three transaction to a person. At that time my transaction was on hold and money debited from my account. After few days transaction status was succed but money not credited in recipient account and amount not returned in my account also. Please found out the solution and give me my money back

        I have done a recharge of amount 98 on 26th oct but it is not reflecting in the account. I have been trying to contact goggle pay customer care but didn't get any contact no. Or so. So, i am raising the concern through consumer complaint.

        I have confirmed with service provider they said no recharge had been done. Kindly check what happened with my money.

        Googly pay chit people they are not revive call during the time...I will call googly pay but they revive my call and also not refund my money not mine but lost of people harassment from google they are cheat people during this day ...

          I won diwali stamp offer few days before.. But rs 251 has not been credited to my account and also it is missing from reward section. I have been trying to contact them several times they are not even responding it takes hours to get them in line.. Their chat section is now not available... Its been 1 week still no update... This is very disgusting... They give offers and they cheat customers... They block our money while sending to another upi id... And they keep it with them for more than 1 week really fed up with google pay

          Amount Deducted but not reflected in the parties acct
          I made transactions through Google pay to my friend. his google pay num is [protected]. amount is credited from my axis bank account, but they didnot received the money yet. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
          Google Transactions ID : CICAgkDay-e1dA. dated 03/08/2019.
          Qr code scan came like ...amount as 5555 and mesg as :payment received rupees 2500

          Now my money fraud has happened...can you able to recover...

            I have made a transaction of 8600 rupees on october 24 th 2019 on google pay. Here the problem is money debited from my account as well as not credited in my friend account. From 6 days google pay is showing transaction is still in process only, i send complaint to google pay to report the problem but they are not responding to my query, please solve this problem as soon

              I have a made a transaction on sept 14 @ 8:36 pm using google pay.The amount has debited and not credited to recipients account. When i contact them they are not give any deadline when the money will be refunded.Even after more than one month my issue was not resolved.Please help me with this regard.

                On 21st oct i did a transaction worth 657.50/- towards my gas bill paymemt the transaction id[protected]

                Transaction done through google pay.

                The merchant is saying we didn’t received the payment but at the bank it was a successful transaction.

                I’ve tried all the possible ways to communicate my issue to bank people and the gas agency but people are not responding in a proper way.

                  I made the payment for my cod order on flipkart by google pay. Amount was deducted from my account and transaction was successful in google pay but my payment was received by flipkart. I reported dispute with google pay and tried to contact google pay but no response from google pay. I even contact flipkart and they replied that they had not received any money.

                        Hello sir i made. A transaction on 17, oct 2019 to my friend on google pay/ tezz, that transaction was cancelled, tezz say that amount will be credited to ur bank with in 3 days but today 7 days over tezz haven't do anything.

                        Pls give me may 12600 back with extra fine.. Tezz happening again and again with many users. This is fraud company.

                          Today i made the transaction to clear my loan via Google Pay. The money got debited from my account and it has not credited to the recipient account. So i transferred the money to them another way. Now i want to cancel my transaction and i want to get my money back to my account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Thank You.

                            An amount of rs.199 was debited from my sbi saving account towards recharge of mobile phone [protected] on 20th october 2019. But my mobile was neither recharged not amount refunded to my account.
                            I have contacted airtel service provider regarding non recharging. On enquiry they have said that the amount was received by them.
                            So it is requested regret the problem by refunding the same or by recharging the mobile

                              On 20th october the mobile no [protected] was recharged with rs.199/-with google pay and the same was debited from my account but neither mobile was recharged nor refunded.
                              So it is great inconvenience in usage of the apps to avoid cashless transaction if the same appears in the huge amount and delay in resolving may lead to unnecessary mental agony

                                On 05/10/2019 i have tried to make a payment of rs 1426, which was failed as per google pay. But when i check my bank statement it shows payment deducted. Still, the receiver not received that payment nor me. Please check in to this. Google Transaction id:[CICAgKDGz80yOA].
                                I have asked my bank sbi, they said to contact google pay. It took more than 5 working days, still, i have not received that payment.

                                  On 1st aug 2019 i had a transaction and money get debited from my account and it's still not get created in my account. The same happens 5-6times with me and and my friend also having the same problem now a days google pay is not working properly. I am not satisfied with this service.in my circle everyone is trying to avoid the use of google pay. So please take a quick action.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I had made a payment to cidco through upi tez platform. Payment indicated successfully at first but not received to beneficiary as it is not reflected on my cidco aplication. The merchant for this payment is ccavenues. After lots of complaint/ emails and arguments with bank, merchants, google pay i am not getting my refund. No body is taking my complaint granted. Every executives are repelling my complaint. Ccavenues is saying that transaction is auto revered contact your bank. From bank i had received a letter that they got reply from google pay that payment is successful.

                                    Google pay customer executive is saying that i need to contact ccavenues. What should i do. There no one taking responsibility of my refund istead repelling my request/ emails and aski g to wait 3-4 more days.

                                    Cidco executive also stated they will refund 3-4 days from 5th oct. But no refund recieved. Payment is of 5291.80/-.

                                    Please note that the refund reference number recieved from ccavenues for the above transactions is:[protected].

                                    Sbi ref-dear sbi upi user, ur a/cx7312 - debited by rs5291.8 on 01oct19 ref no[protected]..

                                    In this regards how can we trust any online upi transactions if there is involvement of bank/ google pay/ ccavenues/ cidco/ cidco bank for single payment. And there is no one to take responsibility of my deducted failed payment.

                                      I have purchased irctc train tickets from google pay private limited. But i have canceled my ticket due to some issues on august 31st. 255 is the ticket cost irctc deducted 60rs and it came to rs195. 195rs was processed but did not reflect in my bank account please refund my money

                                        I had made a sun direct recharge through Google pay but the amount didn't yet got received by sun direct. It is still showing as bill payment pending. Since I had to continue watching my television, I had to recharge again through other means. Please refund back my recharged amount of Rs. 210/- into my bank account. This has become very often now. What is going on. We can't lose our time and money like this. If this is the case, I would have to highly uninstall the application and also spread the word so that people I know also uninstall it. I'm really fed up with Google Pay.
