I can't use my upi id. And every single time i use the app and i get pin is incorrect. Although the pin is correct. And from last one week i can't even use my forgot pin system. Because of which i can't use the app from last one week i am disappointed about it because i am complaining regarding the same from to the company from quite long time and they just keep assuring me but never took action regarding the same. Really disappointed!!! Now trying to contact company and unable to connect them through any way...

    Issue - amount deducted from bank on 28th august, and the merchant confirmed they never received it.
    Reference: rs. 1000.97 to reliance fresh, transaction id[protected]

    I would have had a conversation with gpay customer care for more than 7 times now. You guys have been no way helpful and providing various excuses. I need my money back. I emailed and visited my bank - citibank and they confirmed the amount was deducted and released and isn't anywhere with them. Even the merchant shared details of transactions getting declined and no receipt of money.

    I am really frustrated seeing not even a single communication from you guys. I am going to bring this up on your social platforms, consumer court, twit this with all the proofs and even chase your top bosses unless i get a resolution. This kind of pathetic service isn't expected from a giant like google.

      Sir, i have sent money to my brother 4 weeks ago the money was debited from my account but it wasn't sent to my brother. So, i waited 3 days but the money hasnt been credited to my account nor it was transfered to my brother. I have reported dispute but there is no status and it has been more than 3 weeks since the dispute is given. The details of the transaction is mentioned below:

      Please look into this problem i am unable to do any other transaction as well.

        electricity bill not paid but money deducted from my account

        Sir i paid rs 2268 on 31 july 19 for electricity bill. To upcl department. Through google pay.
        The amount deducted from my account but bill transaction was failed. I contacted to google pay on 22 september 19. They ensured me that the amount will be back to my account.
        But still i didn't get the refund.
        Please solve my matter. Neither the issuer bank nor google pay helping me.

        Sir may 6/10/2019 ko amazon pay google pay say amount order kay liye use kiya tha . Jiska refund reference number hai[protected]. Abhi tak hamko refund nhi mila kyu sir mera refund kar digiye. Ham bank ko bolay to bank wala bola google pay say sampark karay. Sir mera refund karba day please.
        I made a transaction of ₹5179/- on 6th oct 2019 and amount debited from my account. But the transaction is still showing processing, neither credited to beneficiary a/c nor refunded. As per RBI guidelines upi providor should pay ₹100 per day for failed transaction. So i want to lodge a complaint against google tez for harrassing customers

          I had made a transaction on 8 october. Money is debited from my account and the recipient hadn't got it. I had waited for 4 days till now. No response from the customer service and its an urgent money for me. Please help in getting back the money. Its showing processing for 4 days. What should i do, no responsibility from the google pay. They said surely money is back to you but when.

              Dear sir, 07-08-19, 16:58, I pay inr 321rs. to amit kumar, payment is proceeding and then fail after 1 week, balance deducted that time but not deposited in receipt account and nor refund till now, there is no response from google pay, and complaint for refund link is not working in google pay app. Trans.               Yesterday 450 rs was said to my account, it was shown money is recived by tez but no money was credited in my account. Then after a while 200 rs was shown in the account then it changed 75 rs now its 25 rs. Account was having zero balance when money was send .i want a solution as soon as possible
              I tried booking tickets on 6th and 10th Oct through upi google pay but it failed, amount got deducted and till now not refunded. Kindly help.

                Daily 15-20 cow are eating garbage in sarswati vihar pitampura & qu block pitampura we request you to please save them otherwise they will die as continuously eating garbage plastic etc
                Person left cows in garbage for removing thier hunger & in night they will catch at own home so please move cows to save place where they will eat food instead of garbage

                On 1st Oct i have made a payment of 10K, it got stuck, i have raised the request for the same, after few days the transaction got completed but still the amount is not credited to the reciever's account, please help !!!

                i have also contacted UPI for the same, they messaged me that it got credited to the recievers account, but it is not

                  Hello,

                  A transaction was made on 5th of september through the google pay app using the upi method to pay for a merchant. The amount has been deducted from my account but has not been received by the merchant. I have raised a dispute but it has been more than a month since the transaction and still no reply on this. The banks are also not helping to resolve the issue though both the merchant and my bank is the same (Sbi). They claim its google pay's fault and we must check with them.

                  I have also submitted feedback about the transaction to google pay twice but no reply until now.

                    I had done a reacharge of ₹349 through my google pay app on 23rd september 2019 but the transaction was under processing, but after 3 days also no action was taken, then i contacted google pay customer care they told me that the issue is being resolved and will be resolved within 14 days from the date of transaction but till today no action is taken and jio customer care also told me they have not received any such amount and the money will be refunded, but it's been 16 days and i have not been refunded my money whereas it was deducted within a few minutes

                      Transaction success money is not credited to account
                      I have transfered money 30000 from hdfc to union bank google pay shows successful transaction money is deducted but not showing in union bank checked that no money is credited to unionbank account filed complain in googlepay but no resolution even after submitting all valid documents and payments screen shot and statements of both bank as well need worst google pay service 30k is not small money my 2 months salary how do i survive

I have been contacting these people from past 7 days there is no answer neither from mail... I had to pay money for the admission and i lost the seat as they gave the ceat to someone else... Kindly take action on them... This is the not the way to do business i suggest google pay to shut the company and go n beg somewhere in front of the temple... U bloody losers

                          I am ratnesh trivedi i did transaction to jio of 349 rupees on 23 september 2019 amount deducted from my bank account successfully but when i check on google pay its showing under processing. After 2 days it's showing successfully transferred but jio didn't receive the money nor my recharge completed. I complain my times to. Jio but my amount not yet refunded to me.                             On 1 August 2019, I made a transaction of 1000 rs to a beneficiary. On that day only, the amount was deducted from my account but was not received by the beneficiary. As suggested, i waited for 3-5 days but it was not resolved. I raised a dispute too but there were no updates. Its been 8 days and the amount is lost.

                              Transaction showing paid on googlepay app but trasaction was unsucessful and time out at vendor side, i was physically present during the transaction.
                              Its been 2 months amount is not refunded and customer is saying they have escalated the issue but hdfc bank is not responding, hence they cant give any resolutions.

                                On 03-jul-2019, i paid rs 250/- to ola cabs using google pay. The google txn id: cicagkdq742nxg/ upi txn id[protected]. Amount got deducted from my bank account. But ola cabs claims they never received the amount. I had to pay ola in cash. Now, since i am following up with google pay india customer support since then to figure out to which account they have transferred the amount. I have neither got any answer to that nor i got my refund back. It's 3 months now. I have made numerous calls to customer support to which i get nice verbal assurance that it will be resolved in 3 business days, but that never happened till today (07-sep-2019).
                                There is no escalation contact other that just customer support. I have written to grievance officer, google pay, mountain view, ca 94043 usa. But got no response.

                                With this kind of pathetic customer support from google pay, like me there thousands of customer loosing money everyday.
                                I would request you to intervene and do the necessary mediation to help and safeguard the interest of innocent customers.

                                I raised the complain here. But it is marked as resolved w/o any discussion! It is even more pathetic.

                                My credit card has been charged by Google Play Store for Sonyliv subscription before the expiry date
                                I want a refund.

                                    Google pay, i paid for jio phone recharge of rs.349/- on 23rd september 2019, and payment deducted from my axis bank account, but it shows pending till 26th september, so i recharge my jio phone by another way. And i raised issue to google pay on 27th september 2019, but till today i can't receive back such amount. Please do it and arrange for back such rs. 349/-.

                                      I had ordered a sandel on flipkart via cod on 12th sep. I made the payment via google pay and the transaction was successfull. The amount of rs.1574 got debited from my account but the order could not be placed successfully. Which was a problem from googlepayindia's end. I'm waiting from last 1 month my problem not yet solved. When i call to customer care they said everytime just one line wait for 3 business days.
