I am ratnesh trivedi i did transaction to jio of 349 rupees on 23 september 2019 amount deducted from my bank account successfully but when i check on google pay its showing under processing. After 2 days it's showing successfully transferred but jio didn't receive the money nor my recharge completed. I complain my times to. Jio but my amount not yet refunded to me. On 1 August 2019, I made a transaction of 1000 rs to a beneficiary. On that day only, the amount was deducted from my account but was not received by the beneficiary. As suggested, i waited for 3-5 days but it was not resolved. I raised a dispute too but there were no updates. Its been 8 days and the amount is lost.

Transaction showing paid on googlepay app but trasaction was unsucessful and time out at vendor side, i was physically present during the transaction.
Its been 2 months amount is not refunded and customer is saying they have escalated the issue...

On 03-jul-2019, i paid rs 250/- to ola cabs using google pay. The google txn id: cicagkdq742nxg/ upi txn id[protected]. Amount got deducted from my bank account. But ola cabs claims they never received the amount. I had to pay ola in cash. Now, since i am following up with google pay india customer support since then to figure out to which account they have transferred the amount. I have neither got any answer to that nor i got my refund...

Google pay, i paid for jio phone recharge of rs.349/- on 23rd september 2019, and payment deducted from my axis bank account, but it shows pending till 26th september, so i recharge my jio phone by another way. And i raised issue to google pay on 27th september 2019, but till today i can't receive back such amount. Please do it and arrange for back such rs. 349/-....

I had ordered a sandel on flipkart via cod on 12th sep. I made the payment via google pay and the transaction was successfull. The amount of rs.1574 got debited from my account but the order could not be placed successfully. Which was a problem from googlepayindia's end. I'm waiting from last 1 month my problem not yet solved. When i call to customer care they said everytime just one line wait for 3 business days....

Money deduced from my account during the upi money transfer by using google pay... The payment was failed but amount deduced. My receiver partner did not got that money (600rs) till today. I also registered a complaint in google pay but they did not take any action for this complaint... The transaction was done on 20th september 2019.
Please take a action about this issue

I have recharged my account with 349/- and the money got deducted but the recharge is not done and yet the money in not refunded to me. I raised a dispute 3 days ago but there is no response from the bank. I don't know what to do now. I contacted google pay but the i failed to connect to them. I request google pay to please act on my deduction and refund my money back as soon as possible.

Amount deduct from my account but not receive for receiver from last 8 days.
My transaction date 23/09/2019 still date 30/09/2019 not get any status from google pay. They not respond me correct.

They already told me only 3 days problem will solve but yet not solve problem. When ask them about that they only give me ans wait we will update.

I have done the jio recharge for rs,. 349/- on 10.09.19, transaction got failed, after 1/2hr but amount is debited from my account till date i have not received the refund inspite of continuous followup with the google pay, they are simply telling me that i will receive the refund in 3 working days our investigation team is working on the same, but it is almost 20 days have passed, but not getting proper revert...

I would like to share my problem which i am facing from 1st august 2019.
I did one recharge of tata sky from my google account (Upi id - munjal. [protected]@oksbi) but unfortunately with some reasons from google pay amount got debited from my account no. ([protected]) but recharge was not successful. My upi transaction id of that recharge is[protected]. From the day one they are just making me fool. First they said you have to wait...

I have paid amount of 900 rs to the shop keeper for helmet through the google pay. First i received a message that payment is failed
Later status is changed to processing and on the 2nd day status is changed to “paid” and amount is deducted from my count.
Now shop keeper is saying he did not received the money and he shares his bank statement.
Kindly help.

I paid rs 10000 to bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd on 03-sep-2019 from google pay. Money deducted from my account but not received by other party. It has been 20 days my money is not refunded. Please go through this issue and try to resolved the problem.

I have lost 63987 Rs today dated 23rd Sept 2019 as part of Online payment fraud (45987 Rs from Google Pay) and (18000 Rs from Paytm).
I have received a call from Amazon Promotional offer team to buy a gift card worth 5000 and in which I will receive a cashback if payment done via Google pay to there promotional number, so I paid the amount [protected] which is showing as Amazon.in on Google Pay but then they started automatically...

I recharged to my fathers mobile number and the amount was debited from my account but the recharge failed. And i closed my account in google pay and restored my account but the amount was not credited to my bank account. Always the money is debited and not refunding. I need my money back or else im gonna file a suit in court. It often happens to me. Worst ever experience from google pay always and completely bad service. I need my money...

I had made a payment of rs. 440/- on september 14, 2019 and the money got deducted from my account. But the receiver didn't receive the money yet. I had raised a dispute after 3 days and it's showing as processing but no progress yet. It's been a week now. Still my money has not been credited back to my account nor the receiver has received it yet....
