Money deducted from account but payment failed..15000 amount deducted from my account but the payement got failed.. Upi transactio id :[protected].. Today morning i tranfered money from my account to another account.. But money didnt recive to other account and money got deducted from my account.. Please help to resolve the isuee.

    It has been a complete month from the day i had send my phone (Google pixel 2 xl) to google support service for the repair. Let me just quickly make you go through the complete disaster that has happened in my case.

    1st time
    2nd august 2019 - i was facing some charging issues with my phone, so i called google support and they assigned to b2x and a guy named arpit came to my house to pick up my device.

    2nd time
    8th or 9th august 2019 - i got a call from vishal (Another b2x representative) that he has the phone now which was sent to mumbai for repair. When i went to collect that phone, there was dust particles inside the back camera on which vishal and april also agreed (I have call recording for the same). So i didn't accept the phone and phone was again sent to mumbai for repair.

    3rd time
    16 august 2019 - when i received the phone, it was in a good shape from outside so i accepted the phone and started installing all the required software. After using it for 1 hour i found out that the front camera is showing blurry image and i again called customer support for the same. They again assigned vishal came to my house to pick up my device which he did on 19th august.

    4th time
    22nd or 23rd august 2019 - when i received the phone back, the same issue was pertaining. I called support team and send a picture to them about the difference and they also agreed on the same and asked me not to accept the phone right now. They also assured that they will escalate the case further and will investigate the matter.

    Till now, from that date, i have not received any update on my phone. I have called google support team 100 times from the beginning but no one there did anything. My case has been escalated 3-4 times but all in vein. At last, 2-3 days ago, they said that b2x guy will call and discuss the issue with you.
    When i got a call from b2x guy, he said that this is a very small issue and you can ignore it. I mean comprising with the camera quality which is done by you on a phone for which i paid rs. 62, 000/-, is what i was supposed to hear.

    Now whats happening is google has taken off their hands from my phone and telling me to talk to b2x for the same. On the other hand, b2x people are telling me that they can only do anything after getting any confirmation from google.

    I am really stuck in between both of these companies. My phone has been with b2x for near-about a month and has been opened 4 times. Google says that they have best quality check, b2x says that they have best repair team.

      Many times amount deducted by google pay tez app but not refund i share my screenshot and photos of the details august 10 and july 16th and many times amount deducted it's shows refund two to three days but there is no notification of debit and credit in google pay worst service.. Phonepe is very good compare with google pay even single rupee not taking mistakenly. But google play pls update and change the money deduction problems

      Getting less salary only here but making deduction 500 or more many times how can we survive in city life better way is uninstall the third party apps

        I did a transaction on 31st july of 867.27 rs. At reliance fresh but the amt. Got debited and the transaction was not completed. I then completed the transaction through paytm.I did the transaction twice but once it is refunded and the other one is still pending. It's been 1 month and still there are no signs of refund. Kindly give a proper response as I have already complaint many times .

          Approximately one month ago I booked a train ticket but payment was not successful and money was deducted from the bank account and there is no refund till now. I did many complains but no action is taken, take the actions as soon as possible.

          After my huge feedback also I didn't got my money back.so please help me out of the the problem. google pay is not doing as I thought it to be best payment app . Google pay even doesn't have customer care service .

            I have complaint earlier also but didn't got amy solution regarding my gmail notcgetting logged in as i have activated 2 step verification but still i'm not getting message on my registered number for resetting password. Request you to please look into this urgently as it matter of data breach.

            I have sent email to customer support of google but till now no response from them regarding my password reset

              I paid rs.168/- to olacabs using google pay on 14th august 2019. My account debited and according to google pay amount credited in olacabs account. Olacabs is denying receipt of money. Google pay not ready to provide support to resolve issue. It appears nobody is interested in resolving issue. Sent mail to their ceo on personal i'd but they haven't acknowledged the mail.

                On 13th feb 2019, i have initiated a money transfer from my google pay a/c to my relative a/c. The transaction details are furnished below-

                Upi transaction id[protected]

                Upi [protected]@okicici
                Date and time-12feb 12:50 p. M.

                From a/c-#0322 icici bank kahalgaon
                To a/c-#4799 bank of baroda kahalgaon

                The money doesn't gets credited in receiver a/c and money got deducted from my account. Till now, money refund doed not takes place in my a/c after raising several complaints to the company.

                So, i request you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged to you.

                  I have done transaction on july 31 st 2019 with ending up transaction i'd is 8097 thru google pay to reliance retail merchant in the amount of rs. 603.13. Money is debited from my account and not received purchase confirmation from reliance. I have tried twice and twice money was deducted and not purchase confirmation received ed. I have raised the complaint to google pay and called customer care again. Received one rs.603.13 and not refunded one more rs.603.13. I am keep on calling again and again. Today aug 23rd 2019. Till now no solution. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. Thanks

                  There is no use to contact google pay customer care. Reliance store is the culprit here. I asked to raise complaint from store manager to head office of reliance twice and re fund.

                    Data privacy breach complaint

                    This is the second instance where i searched for “movers and packers” for my upcoming planned relocation and even though i did not consent to sharing my information with third parties (Namely, mover and packer agencies), i am receiving unsolicited calls for jio movers and packers, sahara movers and packers etc. I specifically contacted 4 agencies only by clicking on those particular search results and filling up those specific quotation forms. I didn’t consent anywhere in the course of my search to disclose my name and contact number to vendors (Movers and packers) other than the ones i solicited.

                    Why is google sharing my contact number, name and search results with other agencies? I have read the t&c and detail again and nowhere does it mention that based on my search result, my personal information and requirement will be disclosed with other similar vendors.

                    Jio movers and packers also informed me that they pay around ₹500 per month to google to get a data dump of all search results for movers and packers and they cold-call customers based on that.

                    This is an absolute breach on data privacy.

                      Its been 5 months since google takes my ₹495 while booking a train ticket. But the ticket purchase is not successful, so i give feedback and they said my money will be refundedbin 7 or 5 business days, but till now i dont even get any money. After that i ll directly call the google pay helpline and talk to them for 4 times, everytime they are repeating, sir your request is processing and followup is required...what kimd of followup this is? 5 months followup????why googlepay is cheating their customers for just ₹495?

                        I'm unable to login to my gmail account since 11th of august 2019 and for this I have email Google customer service and grievance team but did not received any message regarding login solution.

                        Also I have activated 2 step verification on my number for resetting password but I'm unable to get any code of otp for resetting password.

                        So. I request you to please look into this problem of mine on urgent basis. Awaiting your earliest response.

The transaction was termed to be processing for several days and it was notified as failed before 2 days. Money was either credited to recipient nor it was returned back to me.

                            I made a recharge on 8 aug. 2019 on google pay for jio prepaid.in google pay showing recharge done but in real recharge not complet. I raised a complaint in google pay but they are saying that there is no problem and recharge done. I also check in my jio app and recharge history but there is no recharge done after june 2019. What i need to do?

                                I made online transaction toward lic to pay premium, but due to some reason it failed. For the failed transaction amount is debited from my upi linked bank account but it is not refunded back yet.

                                As per gpay application notification amount should be refunded back in 5-7 working days, however it's not refunded yet hence i am writing this complaint.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I lost money from google pay account but not credited to beneficiary account. I have seen option to raise request for lost of money. I tried by this option but its not at all taking a request.

                                  Its looks like cheating customers. And after transaction partially done its showing a message like. With in 3 working days issue will resolved.

                                  I done transaction on 5th aug, 2019. There is no action and status of my transaction. Its still showing status like in process.
                                  Upi transaction ref id:[protected] on 5th aug 2019 for the amount of rs. 1780.
                                  Please help on this.

                                    I have send rs 3000 from google pay to a savings account no but by mistake i entered wrong account number and without verifying the details they deducted money from my account and show that this transaction has done successfully. When i complain about this matter to google they dont want to co operate by saying it is your fault and if the transaction is successful, we cant help it, my question is when we open google pay account, first they ask mobile no and after entering the mobile no they found our all bank details but why at the time of paying money using google pay they dont verify the payee details. It must have someones account no but without matching the name with that account how a transaction can be successful

                                      I'm sunil kumar, today i was trying to recharge my no from google pay but payment was not completed and money was deducted too from my account. Payment is still showing pending. Then i tried to contact google pay customer care no [protected]. Who told me for installing "anydesk" application from google play... I did what he told. Then he asked me for otp. I shared after sometime i lost rs. 2700 from my bank account through the. Google pay. I told all this to my friend who contact to [protected] for money back to my account. He replied "2700 to hum bhikhariyo ko baat dete hai... Sharm nhi aati 2700 k call kr rhe ho" i was shocked and i have been sure that it's fraud
                                      Finally i request you to take action against that fraud please

                                      I Date the Airtel postpaid bill on 9 August 2019 but the Date have not been made, the transfers have failed. But 1400 hundred has been done 2 times but 2800 hundred rupees have been deducted from my bank account. My money has been stuck in Google pay so that we can get the promotion.

                                      मैने तारिख 9 अगस्त 2019 को एयरटेल पोसपेड बिल को पेय किया लेकिन पेय नहीं हुआ है टरांस्फर फेल होगए हैं। लेकिन 1400 सौ करके 2 बार होगया है पर मेरे बैंक एकाउंट से 2800 सौ रूपया कटौती होगया है मेरे पैसे गुग्गुल पेय में फस गए हैं किर्पया करें ताकि हमें संसोतटी प्राप्त हो।

                                        I have a done a payment of 3520 through Google pay app.amount was debited from my account and Google pay also it's showing transaction successful but cesc ltd has not received the amount.they have sent the bill saying they have not received 3520 amount.plz resolve my issue.where my money has gone.its a huge amount.i am attaching my screenshots.refund my money as soon as possible and let me know the status.in my bank statement also it's showing debited and Google pay also but why they haven't received the amount.it has been long now.plz refund my money.so that I can make my bill payment again.
