I made a recharge on 8 aug. 2019 on google pay for jio prepaid.in google pay showing recharge done but in real recharge not complet. I raised a complaint in google pay but they are saying that there is no problem and recharge done. I also check in my jio app and recharge history but there is no recharge done after june 2019. What i need to do?
I'm attaching google pay transaction details and my jio app racharge history screenshots....

I have make a payment via google tej app my money is debited from my account but not credited to benificiery account. This was happens at 09 august 2019, 1:46 pm. Please see this issue so that my account is credited.

Hi,

I made online transaction toward lic to pay premium, but due to some reason it failed. For the failed transaction amount is debited from my upi linked bank account but it is not refunded back yet.

As per gpay application notification amount should be refunded back in 5-7 working days, however it's not refunded yet hence i am writing this complaint.

I lost money from google pay account but not credited to beneficiary account. I have seen option to raise request for lost of money. I tried by this option but its not at all taking a request.

Its looks like cheating customers. And after transaction partially done its showing a message like. With in 3 working days issue will resolved.

Contacted so many time, every time got assurance that it will get cleared in 10 days and failed everytime

Recently they are saying we cannot confirm timeline to refund the fund

I transferred 500 through google pay but unfortunately the recipient does'nt have google, so i tried to get contact with the customer and i search google pay customer care in google search "[protected]"

I was not aware of google pay how to use it. I had made a google pay transfer of rs.600/- to my friend on 19/07/2019 and the money was deducted from my account, however my friend has not received the credit still till 26/07/2019, nor i have received the money back. I have raised a dispute but still no response. Dont know where to report such issues.

Pathetic Support, Money not refunded from 10 days now. I have done a transaction of 1, 00, 000INR on 15th July, till now neither the money has reached beneficiary nor refunded back. Pathetic experience, done many escalations but seems like GooglePay is not interested.

They even don't have any grievience policy, no escalation points. Customer care tells different dates each time...

I attempted to pay eb bill on 5/7/19, amount debited but bill not paid. Its almost 3 weeks and i still didn't get my money back. I raised dispute, and the dispute status was settled 7 days ago, but still i didn't get the refund. Please help. Rs.3562 is a huge amount for me, which is stucked with you due to failed transaction.
