I made payment through google upi but beneficiary didnt receive the money its been one month now am calling to google pay customer care again and again my issue havent resolve yet they always giving me the tat of 3buisness days but its been 25 business day now the amount is Rs.3731.23 kindly see the transactio that my money is lending where please refund the amount the google pay transaction id is[protected]

I have done payment of rs 199 on 02 september in airtel prepaid recharge through google pay. Money deducted but payment not received to airtel. I'm already raised complaint on that day to google pay, they told me problem will resolved within 7 working day. Google pay application showing dispute settled but amount is not credited in my account. Please help me....

I done a payment to iocl on 6th june 2019 of rupees 764.50 by google tez which successfully done status shown by tez but amount not credit in merchant account. Upi id provided to me is[protected]. Complaint registered to company reference no. [protected] date 29 june 2019 not solved till now. I regularly contact wih company customer support officer but they not give any satisfied answer....

The transaction in google pay is showing as received from my uncle but amount is not credited in my account. But why this is actually happening with google pay. People money is not time pass for you. If there is any problem at that point of time and inform people not to use. You people are simply playing with our money is it???
I will never recommend anyone to use google pay....

I had initiated transaction on 8th aug 2019 and same got failed (Upd transaction id[protected]. Amount debited from my bank account but reverse transaction has not happened till date.
I had sent lots of feedback through google pay app but there is no reply. Also called customer service[protected] but this doesn't exist. Sent mail to [protected]@google.com but there is no reply....

Money deducted from account but payment failed..15000 amount deducted from my account but the payement got failed.. Upi transactio id :[protected].. Today morning i tranfered money from my account to another account.. But money didnt recive to other account and money got deducted from my account.. Please help to resolve the isuee.

It has been a complete month from the day i had send my phone (Google pixel 2 xl) to google support service for the repair. Let me just quickly make you go through the complete disaster that has happened in my case.

1st time
2nd august 2019 - i was facing some charging issues with my phone, so i called google support and they assigned to b2x and a guy named arpit came to my house to pick up my device.

Many times amount deducted by google pay tez app but not refund i share my screenshot and photos of the details august 10 and july 16th and many times amount deducted it's shows refund two to three days but there is no notification of debit and credit in google pay worst service.. Phonepe is very good compare with google pay even single rupee not taking mistakenly. But google play pls update and change the money deduction problems...

I did a transaction on 31st july of 867.27 rs. At reliance fresh but the amt. Got debited and the transaction was not completed. I then completed the transaction through paytm.I did the transaction twice but once it is refunded and the other one is still pending. It's been 1 month and still there are no signs of refund. Kindly give a proper response as I have already complaint many times ....

Approximately one month ago I booked a train ticket but payment was not successful and money was deducted from the bank account and there is no refund till now. I did many complains but no action is taken, take the actions as soon as possible.

I have complaint earlier also but didn't got amy solution regarding my gmail notcgetting logged in as i have activated 2 step verification but still i'm not getting message on my registered number for resetting password. Request you to please look into this urgently as it matter of data breach.

I have sent email to customer support of google but till now no response from them regarding my password reset...

I paid rs.168/- to olacabs using google pay on 14th august 2019. My account debited and according to google pay amount credited in olacabs account. Olacabs is denying receipt of money. Google pay not ready to provide support to resolve issue. It appears nobody is interested in resolving issue. Sent mail to their ceo on personal i'd but they haven't acknowledged the mail....

I have done transaction on july 31 st 2019 with ending up transaction i'd is 8097 thru google pay to reliance retail merchant in the amount of rs. 603.13. Money is debited from my account and not received purchase confirmation from reliance. I have tried twice and twice money was deducted and not purchase confirmation received ed. I have raised the complaint to google pay and called customer care again. Received one rs.603.13 and not refunded...

Data privacy breach complaint

This is the second instance where i searched for “movers and packers” for my upcoming planned relocation and even though i did not consent to sharing my information with third parties (Namely, mover and packer agencies), i am receiving unsolicited calls for jio movers and packers, sahara movers and packers etc. I specifically contacted 4 agencies only by clicking on those particular search...

Its been 5 months since google takes my ₹495 while booking a train ticket. But the ticket purchase is not successful, so i give feedback and they said my money will be refundedbin 7 or 5 business days, but till now i dont even get any money. After that i ll directly call the google pay helpline and talk to them for 4 times, everytime they are repeating, sir your request is processing and followup is required...what kimd of followup this...

I'm unable to login to my gmail account since 11th of august 2019 and for this I have email Google customer service and grievance team but did not received any message regarding login solution.
