Dera sir,
I have transferred rs 50, 000 on 2nd jan 2019 from hdfc bank ([protected]) to sbi bank ([protected]) through google pay, transaction it was done successfully transaction id was[protected]. But amount was not credited to sbi beneficiary account from my hdfc account. I have send all the details to google pay team but i am not able to get proper response them,
Please find the transaction details. Kindly check and transfer my amount to sbi beneficiary.

    Purchased pubg uc for rs 420, rs 79 and rs 79 and rs 79 respectively on 15 sep 2019.
    My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.
    The transaction reference is given in the attached screenshots.
    I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
    I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.
    Please solve the problem asap.

      I did a transaction of 1000 rs on aug 29, it's status was showing pending, as it was urgent so i initiated another transaction of same amount which was successful and was well received by other person. After some time my 1st transaction also showed status of successful but i checked with other person, he did not received it.
      Can you please tell me where my money is and when can i get it back to my account.

        I had a fradulent transaction In the name of PUR/GOOGLE *Glad Games/g.co/helppay as an ecom transaction from my debit card which was not authorized by me even no OTP was generated for the said transaction. I had lost 7000/-INR.
        I want my money refunded as well not have such transactions in future.
        Please help in regards to same.

            I paid to ola money from google pay app on 30th july.. The transaction was failed on that day.. But the status in google pay app was processing. On 4 th aug it was showing paid. But ola money has given a mail stating they have not received the payment after checking the upi transaction id. After complaining to google pay they are saying they will give solution but now its more than one month i have not received the refund. Nor my ola money postpaid amount is received.

              I sent money to my friend. The transaction was cancelled but the money was debited from my account. The amount was debited and till now i didn't receive my money and its been three days since the money was debited. So kindly look into the issue and as soon as possible try to resolve my problem. If nothing is done im gonna file a complaint against google pay

                Transferred rs 7500/- from google pay to phonepe via upi yesterday at 1:22am.
                Money got deducted but the beneficiary didn't receive the money.

                Gpay upi - krs. [protected]@okaxis (Standard chartered bank)
                Phonepe upi - [protected]@ybl (Icici bank)

                In phonepe history the transaction id is t1909110122245796596167

                The text message which i received from the bank (Standard chartered) after the transaction contains a bank account number (Credited to) which is different of the beneficiary's bank acc number (Icici).

                Help. Please refund my money.

                Even my friends tried this but they too had the same issue i. E transferring money from google pay to phonepe upi.

                  I placed an ad on olx to sell a diwan. I immediately got a call from [protected] who claimed himself a army man and shared his fake aadhaar. Later he tricked me 6 times saying he was using a swiping machine to transfer the amount and conned 57500 across 6 different transactions. He is lifting the phone when called, responding abusively and even challenging that none can catch him. I filed complaints with local police station and cyber cell. Agreed i should have been more alert but what makes me wonder is his notorious guts that he cannot be caught by the law. Also, otp is the best authenticator as everyone knows it should not be shared. Unfortunately upi related transactions lack it.

                    I had done an merchant transaction on 16th April 2019 for an amount of 36, 000 through google pay. End user told he have not yet received the amount and i did enquire google pay regarding this. They suggested to contact bank (SBI), bank intimated its cleared from SBI servers and its in google pay server. When i contacted google pay, they registered complaint and told problem will be resolved within 7 days. I kept on calling them and they never solved the problem. Its almost more than 4 months, even today google pay tells they are working on it still. I get same answers even today. I had registered an complaint with RBI, but they too have not responded till date. Please resolve the issue and please let my money back. Attached correspondence with google pay and transaction ID.
                    Neither the bank is helping nor google pay

                    Hi, there is no response from Google India yet and this is the same from past 5 months.
                    Please take necessary action and please take necessary steps so that gpay refunds my money

                      I made payment through google upi but beneficiary didnt receive the money its been one month now am calling to google pay customer care again and again my issue havent resolve yet they always giving me the tat of 3buisness days but its been 25 business day now the amount is Rs.3731.23 kindly see the transactio that my money is lending where please refund the amount the google pay transaction id is[protected]

I'm already raised complaint on that day to google pay, they told me problem will resolved within 7 working day. Google pay application showing dispute settled but amount is not credited in my account. Please help me.

                              I done a payment to iocl on 6th june 2019 of rupees 764.50 by google tez which successfully done status shown by tez but amount not credit in merchant account. Upi id provided to me is[protected]. Complaint registered to company reference no. [protected] date 29 june 2019 not solved till now. I regularly contact wih company customer support officer but they not give any satisfied answer.

                                The transaction in google pay is showing as received from my uncle but amount is not credited in my account. But why this is actually happening with google pay. People money is not time pass for you. If there is any problem at that point of time and inform people not to use. You people are simply playing with our money is it???
                                I will never recommend anyone to use google pay.

                                Today i was purchasing pass royale from the game clash royale and my amount 399 got deducted. I was using icici net banking and my account is xx3112 to purchase that. The transaction was successful but i didn't receive my pass royale(in game item) . My transaction id is [protected] kindly help me. Please resolve this issue ASAP

                                  I had initiated transaction on 8th aug 2019 and same got failed (Upd transaction id[protected]. Amount debited from my bank account but reverse transaction has not happened till date.
                                  I had sent lots of feedback through google pay app but there is no reply. Also called customer service[protected] but this doesn't exist. Sent mail to [protected]@google.com but there is no reply.

                                      It has been a complete month from the day i had send my phone (Google pixel 2 xl) to google support service for the repair. Let me just quickly make you go through the complete disaster that has happened in my case.

                                      1st time
                                      2nd august 2019 - i was facing some charging issues with my phone, so i called google support and they assigned to b2x and a guy named arpit came to my house to pick up my device.

                                      2nd time
                                      8th or 9th august 2019 - i got a call from vishal (Another b2x representative) that he has the phone now which was sent to mumbai for repair. When i went to collect that phone, there was dust particles inside the back camera on which vishal and april also agreed (I have call recording for the same). So i didn't accept the phone and phone was again sent to mumbai for repair.

                                      3rd time
                                      16 august 2019 - when i received the phone, it was in a good shape from outside so i accepted the phone and started installing all the required software. After using it for 1 hour i found out that the front camera is showing blurry image and i again called customer support for the same. They again assigned vishal came to my house to pick up my device which he did on 19th august.

                                      4th time
                                      22nd or 23rd august 2019 - when i received the phone back, the same issue was pertaining. I called support team and send a picture to them about the difference and they also agreed on the same and asked me not to accept the phone right now. They also assured that they will escalate the case further and will investigate the matter.

                                      Till now, from that date, i have not received any update on my phone. I have called google support team 100 times from the beginning but no one there did anything. My case has been escalated 3-4 times but all in vein. At last, 2-3 days ago, they said that b2x guy will call and discuss the issue with you.
                                      When i got a call from b2x guy, he said that this is a very small issue and you can ignore it. I mean comprising with the camera quality which is done by you on a phone for which i paid rs. 62, 000/-, is what i was supposed to hear.

                                      Now whats happening is google has taken off their hands from my phone and telling me to talk to b2x for the same. On the other hand, b2x people are telling me that they can only do anything after getting any confirmation from google.

                                      I am really stuck in between both of these companies. My phone has been with b2x for near-about a month and has been opened 4 times. Google says that they have best quality check, b2x says that they have best repair team.

                                        Many times amount deducted by google pay tez app but not refund i share my screenshot and photos of the details august 10 and july 16th and many times amount deducted it's shows refund two to three days but there is no notification of debit and credit in google pay worst service.. Phonepe is very good compare with google pay even single rupee not taking mistakenly. But google play pls update and change the money deduction problems
