Transfered money from myvgoogle pay account number [protected] to my friend google pay account no [protected] on[protected]. Till today the transaction was happened... Money debited my account. They are not transferred money to receivers account. These many days holded money.. Not responding to my request.
Relevant screen shot are attached here.
Plz help me in this issue

    I was purchased 600+60 uc worth rs 799/- on dated 09/07/2019. But uc not recive after payment. I tried twice for purchasing and both times it got failed and money got deducted twice.     I recharged mobile through google pay for airtel sim for Rs399 but amount is deducted recharge is not processed still.I called google pay customer service but they said will dissolve issue but still no solution found.

      We have ordered speria p20 mobile from google on website phoneskart.in and this phone cost for rs 4500 and even we have paid them. But they have took bad advantage of this they have delivered us worst company mobile phone instead of speria p20. If they are not possible to return that mobile phone then give our money back.

      And they have said us that we can return the things back in seven days, so we have call customer care but they are not reciving our calls.

        Sir,
        I have used 'google pay' app to transfer ₹6000 on 16 may 2019 but due to bank server error it was failed, i have provided all my details on this transaction and bank statements all screen shots. But they are repeatedly asking me more time to resolve my complaint and statements again and again. They are repeatedly asking me 7 days etc. Whenever the deadline gets finished they are giving me new reason and ask for my updated statement as soon as they receive my statement again they are saying "your problem is under process we will work with npci, you will get an within 7 working days". This is going on since last 1 and half month. I'm not getting any updates and refund.
        Sir please look into this matter

          I had made a payment of rs. 10000 from my sbi bank account to a federal bank account threw google pay. Thats of transaction is paid but the money is not yet credited in benficiary's account. It has been three weeks. I raised a dispute in the app right after three days but its still pending. The details are attached below. Please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

              I did a recharge of 399 of jio from google pay. And my money got deducted instantly but the recharge is not done till now. It is showing that recharge wil reflect in your account shortly but it is not done. I want my money back. Google pay is worst app to recharge anything from it deduct the money instantly but do not recharge instantly. And because of this i m not able to call or surf internet. Please do something.

Its showing transaction is successfull but the money is not credited to may account.how many days are waiting..but no processing pls help me...I want reasonable solutions...I trust you..so many times I calling customer care but they are telling wait 3/5days..

                Hi,
                Multiple recharge done due to failed transaction.
                Pls refund twice as the recharge happened for thrice.
                Did recharge of 148 and got failed twice so i tried again and again,
                After some times i got message as money deducted 3 times.
                Kindly check the transaction history and refund the amount.
                So it is 148*3= 444 was the money deducted from my account.
                Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                My acc got debit by INR 1000/- instead of getting credited. I would like to report that account. Tried reaching your assistance team but couldn’t. Please help

                  On 01.07.2019 in the morning my Google pay app was not working, there was some coming continuously. I called my bank (Saraswat Bank) to solve this problem. They said its a third party issue and we can not solve this you please speak to google pay customer support. Then i searched for google pay customer care service and found a contact no. [protected]. I called on this no and explained my problem he said sir please be online and provide the details i am asking i will solve your problem very quickly. Then he asked for debit card details and OTP which i provided him, as i was under impression that he is a google pay customer care executive and can not commit any fraud. But he cheated me and withdrawn 11500 rs from my account. Below are the transaction payment gate way and transaction no.

                        I have transferred 15000rps to a bakery person by mistake but he is saying that i didn't get msg and i am not using google pay app, but amount has debited from my account please help me in this to resolve this problem how to resolve how can we get to know if we send to unknown person without knowing if we transfer some money to them. I have never come across like this.

                            I made transaction of Rs 23508/- twice t
                            Both transaction failed but on second transaction amount deducted from my account.

                            Till now money has not been received to recipient or reversed in My account.
                            I have done the payment for recharging my jio phone number through google pay upi. Rs. 299 and money got deducted but recharge was not done.

                            Could you please look into the issue and refund my money back as soon as possible.

                            BSNL prepaid recharge becomes unsuccessful, but the amount debited from my bank account. I sent the feedback and shows that it's under dispute. It's about one month and no refund till now. The screenshot of the cancelled transaction is attached herewith for your reference.

                                I made a payment of rs. 14, 790 through tez. the first time i tried it failed due to server issues. Tried for the second time and I recieved a message that the amount got debited from my account. I verified with the reciever if the amount was recieved.
                                The amount was debited from my account but was neither credited to the reciever's account nor has the amount been credited back to my account. Please look into the issue ASAP.

                                  I have made transaction of rs 2170 on 7th June 19.I have paid amount to somebody's account and the amount got debited from my account but not credited to the account where I have send it. I have given feed back to the Google pay in their Application of Google pay. But they have not given any revert.
                                  On 15th June I paid money using this app in a renowned shop.money was deducted but it still shows processing.The billing person said it didn't reach them.so I had to pay again.the money got deducted.and after 3 days it's still "processing" and awaiting purchase confirmation.what should I do now?!
                                  With google pay Fraud happened to my wife transaction, unauthorised transaction happen with out notice, google pay is now not responding properly to solve this

I had transferred sum of 15, 000/- to OMPRAKASH having A/C in Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank, Mahiyawali Sri Ganganagar Raj. A/C [protected] on 06.01.2018 with tran. No. UPI[protected]/[protected]@SBINORRMRGB.IFS through TEZ app with google trans. ID:- CICAgIDv7VVZGQ and UPI Transaction ID:[protected].
                                    Sir till beneficiary not received amount in his account. I had talk more than 6-7 time with SBI helpline and also talk with TEZ app care, but the results are same. I also rise my compliant in Customer form with complaint NO. 695633. SBI bank said they had paid the same to TEZ app and TEZ app customer care said the amount of same 15000/- transferred to OMPRAKASH having A/C in Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank, Mahiyawali Sri Ganganagar Raj. A/C [protected] on the same day. I had send mail and also inquired about it but my valuable money not received by relative. There is no any mistake or wrong info. Provided to TEZ or SBI bank but both are not ready to take responsibility for the same. I’m hopefully requesting to you, Please look into the matter and short out it ASAP.

                                      This is to inform you that I had downloaded “Google Pay” App very recently on dt. 13.06.2019 in my smart phone as I have a great trust on Google services and I am a regular customer of Google from my childhood.

                                      In line with the above this is to inform you that I had transferred Rs. 800.00 on Friday morning dt 14.06.2019 by using “Lucky Friday scratch card” under Google transaction id:CICAgKCqt5mTUg via Google Pay App.

                                      After transferring the amount, I had received a display message that “Congratulations you won the one lakh rupees” under “Lucky Friday scratch card” and then system has asked for my PANCARD details which I provided & confirmed at the same time.

                                      After providing the PANCARD details, I got the message that “Expected payment within a week”. I took the snapshot of this message in my mobile which is attached herewith for your reference.

                                      But one (1) week has been passed and but still I am waiting for the reward payment (Rs. One lakh only) as it is not credited in my UPI-enabled savings account till now.

                                      You are requested to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and provide me my reward amount (Rs. One Lakh) as early as possible else give me compensation (Rs. Two Lakhs) in lieu of loss of my time loss and mental agony.

                                        I have sent 2000 to my sis account on june 16 through google pay, the amount was not received by her and the number was changed but the contact and the previous history was same... Now she didnt recieve the amount which i have transfed to her...i[censored] dont resolve my pbm with in 24 hrs i will think of takung legal action towards this, how can the contact will be changed with out my interference, kindly take the action as soon as possible with u
