I have done the payment for recharging my airtel phone number from Airtel app through Google Pay UPI. Rs. 344 money got deducted but recharge was not done.
Could you please look into the issue and refund my money.

      I have made a payment of Rs.699.94 to Reliance Smart on 17.5.2019 through Google Pay. The payment is deducted from my account but not received by Reliance Smart, hence I settled the bill by my debit card. On enquiry Reliance people told me that the amount will be refunded by you in 2/3 days.
      Now almost month is passing but the amount is not refunded by you. I never expect such type of treatment by a trusted brand like Google.
      So please look into the matter and refund my amount immediately without any further delay.

        On 6th of June 2019, i have made a payment of Electricity Bill Of Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited, Gujarat Through Google Pay App. The amount of Bill was deducted from My account but was not reflecting in Electricity Bill account, & not received any payment receive or confirmation mail or Message from DGVCL. After 3 days i have raise dispute.

        I want total refund of my payment.
        Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I did transaction in which ihad sold Gold with reference Google Transaction ID: CICAgKCKt_ObPA, Amount: ₹1, 007.57, in which money is not credited back to your bank account.

        I've escalated the case and they requested to wait for 7 business days, till today I am waiting for solution it's been a month

        Till today the transaction is reflecting as pending. I gave n number of calls on customer services, they don't have any information. They just keep on giving false commitments or they hangup on me as if asking for their money. This is so insulting

          Guy named as talim khan in google pay have cheated INR 2498 using name of swipe machine request and he s now pretending it is his job to cheat people in google pay.And his contact number is [protected].. Could you please look into this on high priority to help people who gets cheated by these guys.if possible get me some solutions to get back my money.

          I did a recharge of Rs.399 and the payment was successful through google pay but recharge was not done on 26 august 2019 6:52 a.m.Jio customer care is telling they did not receive the money and goggle pay customer care is saying that they have sent the money. Bothe the companies are dening that they have my money of Rs.399

            Payment failed but amount deducted from my bank
            On 20/5/19 i have tried to make a payment of rs 1000, which was failed as per google pay. But when i check my bank statement it shows payment deducted. Still, the receiver not received that payment nor me. Please check in to this. Transaction id:[protected].
            I have asked my bank sbi, they said to contact google pay. It took more than 15 working days, still, i have not received that payment.

As monthly subscription has been deducted more, l searched Google and got number of Bajaj Finserv representative. I spoke to Mr.Sadhan Sou` over mobile No.[protected] / [protected] & [protected]. He sent a link and I clicked duly entered the PIN of my both accounts. Total Rs.46, 547/- has been withdrawn by him through my Google Pay. My mobile No. [protected]. My personal mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. Please make necessary investigation and do justice to me otherwise my will suffer from starvation.

                  I had booked my tickets from irctc app and selected google pay mode, money deducted and google pay showed confirm but in irctc app it shows failed transaction and ticket not booked, it's been a month i raised dispute, no response from google pay team, kindly revert asap and refund my money.

                      I booked two train tickets today using irctc app and payed the amount using google pay. The money was deducted from my bank account and i got a confirmation message on google pay app also (Screenshot of two transactions on google pay app attached). On the irctc website these two ticket are under failed transaction category with reason failed payment from bank and no response from bank (Screenshot of these two failed transactions on irctc website attached). Kindly resolve the issue.

                        Sir,

                        Total 5 nos. Of fraud transactions amounting total of rs. 8055.00 were done by using my rbl credit card at google proxima beta on 27.05.2019 between 02:04:05 am ist to 02:16:44 am ist by fraudsters. All these fraud transactions have been done without otp validation. I don't know, how rbl bank allowed such fraud transactions without otp validation. I came to know about these fraud transactions in the morning of 27.05.2019 by seeing the transactions messages in my mobile phone. Then i called customer service no.[protected] of rbl bank and lodged a complaint about these fraud transactions at 09:45 hr of 27.05.2019. Customer service center has raised a request id no. 08581948 against these fraud transactions and blocked my rbl credit card completely. Now bank officials are saying, investigation is going on and within 45 working days the case will be resolved. I've also registered my complaint at cyber police station and reserve bank of india. I want the complete waiver of all fraud transactions amount of rs. 8055.00.
                        Yesterday I got a message on my mob number that 850 rs had been detected from my account on 19/06/19 by using my debit card xxxxxxx and without my permission and without any otp on my mob number. I shock how this will happen so I immediately block my card and now don't know what to do.

                          Amount from my google pay got debited twice during online shopping from lime road. Payment history shows that amount is debited twice in my google pay account. There are no helpline contact details which is mentioned in google pay application. How do we address such issues? Kindly let me know by when my amount will be refunded back.                             On feb 1st i have done a transaction with gpay of rs1325 with google transaction id cicagkcsn-yfoq and upi transaction id. [protected]to mr latheesh yadav. The money got credited to his account but the same time it got reversed twice (1325+1325) from his account. One amount he got refunded back on 14.03.2019 but still one more amount is pending. I have the customer care support more than 5 6 times in the month of feb and have sent all the supporting doc, such as bank statements to them, but they failed to solve my issue. Take it as a serious one and please solve it. It's been 2 over

                              I had an account with gmail that i had for years. My phone broke and i tried to get into my account online via another phone that i had used before. I could not remember password because they were all locked into another account in that same broken phone. I have the same phone number and the same backup email that i have always had and they still locked me out of my account. How is that for bad business. All the things that i had associated with my email account are lost!!! My information did not change but they still robbed me of my memories!!! All through that one stupid email that i was stupid enough to attach serious memories to. Too bad for me!!!

                                On 18th may, 2019. I checked my account and rs.816 deducted to my saving account. I went through the details & found that there are many transaction of google *proxima beta g.co/helpp. I immediately complined to customer care they blocked my card on dated 18th may, 2019.
                                Moreover while checking my statement i found that this transaction is not made by me. So how this thing is possible.
                                The total amount debetid to my account is rs.816.

                                You are requested to get the amount refunded for which i would be highly obliged.

                                Also refund my amount immediately as soon as possible.

                                  Ticket done to irctc didn't got booked but the money 5705.49 got deducted. Date of transaction[protected], the bank refuses to have any money with them.
                                  The money from irctc is not pending and the bank also refuses to have that money so please resolve the issue and provide the refund tez as it is valuable for me.
                                  A refund request has been sent through the tez app also and have contacted both bank and irctc

                                      I have send an amount of rs 501 to my friend's bank account through google pay app. Till then they are saying that the payment is processing and after some days it's showing that the payment is in dispute. The money is not arrived at my friend's bank account nor returned to mine. I have contacted them by sending feedback attaching necessary screenshots of the proof. Now it's about three months and they are saying the payment is failed. I never knew of this complaint cell until recently my friend recommended it, so i tried to raise a complaint against google pay. Please kindly resolve my complaint.

                                        On 5 th may my ixigo train booking transaction failed. Amount got debited from my axis account and till now it's not yet refunded. Contacted ixigo they cleared their part and said they didn't receive any payment.in google pay (Tez) i checked the transaction details and is shown amount paid to ixigo and also shows "in dispute". It's been more than 10 days and not yet received the payment. There is no update from google pay as of now.

                                        Please kindly look into the issue.
