Date of incident: 26.08.2018
Despite submitting a complaint against google young joy more than thrice, i get the same response that the transaction isn't verified. I had attached every single proof which clearly mentions the transaction was made in an unauthorised way.
The amount is inr 6983.63, this is highly unappreciated.
I would request you to please look into the matter and in case the following proofs aren't enough, let me know what kind of proofs are you looking for.

Please give us a solution to claim the amount back which google young joy has debited from my bank account illegally.

    I have tried to make my first transaction by sending rs.150/- to indra mandal, who has referred me on yesterday 13th

    September, 2018.
    Referral code successfully applied: 99y17t
    But status shows that "payment failed". Please find transaction id & details in attached screen-shot 1.
    Please find attached screen-shot 3, bank message that amount has debited from bank.

    Please help me out.

    On September 1st I had paid my TNEB bill through tez on that time it shows payment failed but money debited from my account.
    On September 2 also I had tried once gain on that time same thing repeated and money debited from my account.
    After that I raised dispute against it. Till now I have not get my money back.

      I have sent money using google pay but the benifiCiary not received the amount yet. But the particular transaction shows successfull. Transaction amount is 1000. Transaction date 25th Aug.i have attached the screenshot of the transaction. This is my third complaint here but I haven’t get any response from google pay. Please solve it as soon as possible.

        I have paid a electricity bill on 26 aug but my transition is shown processing. Then after complain my transition is failed on 31st aug.             On sep 1, i did a transaction through google tez. The problem is that the amount is deducted from my account but the reciever did not recieved the amount. Its the 4th day am trying to file a dispute through your app, but not able to do so.. Its for a very urgent case, i have sent the money. Am in great distress.. Please do the needful at the earliest. Its very urgent.

              Hi,

              On the saturday, (1st sept 2018) i had transferred the money from the one account to the other account, the money has been deducted from the my account but still money is not credited to the another account. I have made the 5000 rs transaction. Its almost three days now and nobody has reply me to the query. Is this the service from google???

                  I were using tez to paid 282. Rs of electricity bill through g/pay (Tez) at this time payment were failed but amount debited my account not credited to my account till now.
                  Number of times raise my issue through mail but no proper response and they issued complaint number:[protected] there is no reply this id.
                  And i was provided my bank statement for verification but no response from g/pay (Tez).
                  Could you please do it needfully. Thank you.

                    There was an unauthorised transaction in my account worth inr 6983 on 26th of august 2018. I have reported the same to google but the issue has not been resolved yet. The transaction remarks denote google young joy. Initially, there were transactions of inr 69 that happened thrice and followed by this transaction. The inr 69's transaction got credited back but inr 6983 never got credited.

                    This was the reply i received from google - "we were unable to confirm fraudulent activity on the purchases"

                    There are lots of people who have been affected by this. This needs to end completely.

                        This is in regards to my google phone, pixel 2xl which was sent for repair. Its a 8 month old phone and and still very much under warranty. The phone is ip67 certified which means it can withstand submerging the device upto 1 mtr of water till 30 mins. I had the phone in my pocket while it was raining and i was shocked to see that a phone that was supposed to totally withstand such splashes had got water inside. Nowhere does google mention while purchasing the device that water damage will not be covered under warranty.
                        All they do is advertise their water resistant features/certifications which in my case has totally failed.
                        When you pay 60, 000 for a phone, you go by their advertised features to have peace of mind while using it outside. You only pay more for these features.
                        I told the same to google support, but they have totally neglected my requests for replacement. They did it before and they re doing it now.

                        My problem is i strongly believe, google and b2x (Their authorized service partner) is responsible for what happened, as they did open my phone on a previous intsance due to another hardware fault, instead of replacing the phone.

                        I was waiting for the quotation and i got the shock of my life when i saw a repair amount of 48278.

                        I have rejected the service as obvious, as its almost as much as the device cost.

                        What shocked me more is that a device rated ip67 (Water rest) could not even withstand a little water and it's a total loss now. I don't think this could happen to any other phone.

                        History:-
                        I have always had multiple issues with this phone. Earlier i had sent the phone with a bad fingerprint sensor which stopped working all of a sudden. The sensor was replaced and the whole back panel had to be removed and reattached.
                        Other issues were tinted screen, huge colour shift, black smearing, unresponsive touch, heavy lag etc.

                        I strongly believe that the ip water resistant seals were compromised because of the previous repair and that has caused the water to seep in the device. As previously (Before 1st repair) i had used the phone out in the rain many times without any issue. But after repair the first time it got wet it became total loss.

                        This is a massive damage. I paid 60 thousand on a phone which had multiple problems throughout it's life. I even had asked for a replacement in the first instance sighting all the issues, but google rejected it saying everything will be fine after repair. I was 100% sure that once the device is opened it will not have the same factory fitting and water seals, which came out true now. Google should have replaced my device as they do it overseas.

                        Google/ b2x is asking me 48278 for repair, which should be a joke as the device cost is somewhere around 50-55k. I dont want this device to be repaired and sent. I want them to send me replacement device for all the issue tat i have faced during the time-span with the device.

                        I declines the insane repair amount and they sent the device back from B2X and to my shock their repair team made sure the phone is totally destroyed. I see extra physical damages on the phone now which was in pristine condition before.

                        This time I can see clear blue lines appearing on the top and bottom corner of the display. The display seems to be replaced with another damaged piece or moved to another unit. Also there is chipping on the metal on the top. I immediately wrote them about the same and I got a response after 5 days saying they will check back and tell me.

                        This kind of support is unacceptable on a 60000 Rs phone which is still under warranty.

                        This show clear negligence on their behalf and worst service support that you could ever provide to a customer.
                        Its been more than a week now after I got the phone and reported the issue and the response from google/B2X is so pathetic.

                        Now all I need is a replacement device or a refund as this phone is only 8 months old and the repair team has made sure that the phone is totally damaged beyond repair.

                              I have paid the bill through tez app of rs 1127. The upi transaction id is[protected]. The payment was successful but biller did not get the amount. Now i have received email from tez support that refund will be given but many days have elapsed but i have not got the refund. Details of the transaction are attached below. Kindly look into the matter so that i can get the refund very soon.

                                Tez app is not at all seeming to be trust worthy as i have transferred my 10000 one week ago and not yet processed. Still it shows as in processing. When ever i contact them, simply they are trying to convince me to wait for 3 days initially to make the credit to the destinated account. Today is the 8th day.

                                Ideally the transfer has to be happened as and when i do that but it did not happen and when ever i called tez app customer care they asked to wait for one more day and its been one week. Still no amount is shown in either of the accounts.

                                Above all and apart from this, to my surprise their customer service is filled up with goons like nishita who was very rude on the call to me and not at all listening to my problem and it was my 6th call after tat and she was threatening to disconnect the call without even listening to me.

                                Not sure what should i do now and my amount is still in the air.

                                Dear complaints forum.. Please help me.

                                One of my friend will transfer 1000 rupees of amount through tez app.i am not getting any amount from tez but transaction history show the transaction is done.please find me a solution.thankyou.
                                Money not recived to me also ..
                                and who was send to me that one not recived back why plz tell ..
                                its happend on 21july till not recive both o[censored]s money

                                  I had made a upi transaction through google tez application which was actually failed. It was made on august 14, 2018 at 5.49 pm. I intended to pay 3360 rupees to the account number:[protected]. As the transaction was failed, amount should not have been debited in my account. But the amount was debited in my account. Both the bank accounts of me and recipient were of state bank of india. My account no:[protected]. Upi transaction id:[protected]

                                    The new gmail is not as helpful to me as the old gmail. Now i have to go round the barn to bring up "sent mail." of course i know that the sender is "me." why tell me the obvious? A definite change for the worse. And now i see i have to write a complaint with a minimum of 350 characters. My complain does not require that many characters, it only irritates me even more.
