i have problem with my kent grand plus and call to this number [protected], and technician came to my place repair the product and charged rupees 3000 on 4th Aug - 2018 and again problem came next day of repair when i called same number many times there are not picking my calls and when i visited this address, in this place there is no service centre or any service shop of kent ro service office here, this number people[protected],
they are cheating customers,

I am requesting google team please where ever this number ([protected]) service centers shows, it is fake service team person and please call this number verify from your side, in future not cheat any customers like me.

    I recharged my airtel dth with 200 rs from google payment app tez due to some technical reasons my balance was deducted from the bank account but the transaction failed now i am complaining since 1st August to both sbi and tez app but there is no response from them. What should I do.

      Team,
      Did a transaction twice through tez app to tata power delhi pvt ltd. Transaction got failed twice against the upi #[protected] and[protected] respectively.

      Money got debited from my hdfc bank account but still not refunded. As per bank transaction is successful to bill desk bharat bill pay.

      Transaction rejected by biller end.

      Tez is not able to give me clear answer approx. 10 k is stuck.

When ever i want to search something in chrome it is always showing that Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer. i donno what is happening. Every time im entering the recapta and after some time its showing try again later. Your computer is sending automated queries. I donno what is this stupid thing.           I initiated a transaction with UPI Transaction ID:[protected] and Google Transaction ID: CICAgKD89IqUVA.

          The amount has been deducted from the sender's account but not received by the recipient.
          The TEZ application show that the Payment has been started but waiting for the partner bank to process the same.

          Sender's bank account amount has been deducted with the same transaction ID[protected].

          I tried to raise a BBPS dispute request but that service is not available

            I lost rs 1200 due to using payumoney services . On 29 July 2018 i paid Rs 1200 On Website www.flikover.com . Owner of flikover.com denied and said he have not revived the payment. The PayUmoney was their payment gateway. i choose tez upi for payment . Then payUmoney send request of rs 1200 from Jinisha Sales ( salonicraft.[protected]@axisbank ) on Tez app on Mobile . i paid rs 1200 on that request on mobile app. After that no confirmation of payment received on payUmoney website. After some time PayUmoney sent failed transaction email. money was dedeucted from my axis bank account . Below is axis bank transaction description on 29 july 2018 ...

            Google tez till date has not done a single thing to solve my complaint. but my axis bank gave me refund .payumoney showed some concern but very late. Nobody other than my bank axis bank helped me. All three, payumoney, google tez and concerned website refused to help initially. Later when I filed a complaint on all forums and with my bank then everybody started responded for saving his own reputation. Pauymoney did nothing to solve it. just asked status from my bank and posted it here. my axis bank was taking action from few days back. it is my axis bank who did all the hard work. My advice whenever you are paying online never ever choose any upi app especially google tez app. Always directly pay from your bank site through networking. you will never regret your decision. in case of any trouble you have to report only to your bank and bank takes action, unlike in my case i was forced to run from door to door..from website owner to tez to payumoney to my bank.. i thanks axis bank and www.consumercomplaints.in for solving my complaint. In the end i also thanks owner of flikover.com for some courtesy he showed and offered and activated free of cost, services for 5 days on my account, which I politely refused.

                I was an early adopter of the google pixel phone, probably among the 1st 20 in india to purchase it. I have been using google products since 2012 and was very happy with the experience of google phones, and didn't think about the big price hike when they launched this flagship pixel device which costed 77k inr. The experience was great till after december 2017 when they upgraded their software after which my phone started rebooting on its own and sometimes calls were not audible. Since the issue used to come and go and it was not much of a bother i thought nothing of it.in june 2018 my phone shut down and would not come back on. However google is reluctant to acknowledge the issue and repair my phone inspite of providing the same assistance to other customers. This malpractice is grossly unfair and is flouting consumer privilege and the basic regulations of support to be offered to a consumer if the manufacturer is at fault for bad electronic parts. I urge somebody to help me take this issue up and get it resolved, not only for me but for all customers who are facing this issue.

                  I have a serious issue with google violating my privacy right here in the united states. I'm consuming data allegedly by my service provider boost mobile, and after doing some tech homework google is in back ground processes doing as google wants to from my purchased and paid for devices (2) lg tribute hd and lg stylo2. These google apps are part of the devices functions, if i manually revoke the permissions the devices begin to malfunction. I am not granted permissions from the imbedded software to root the devices per manufacture and googles framework access denied. Google permissions on several pre installed apps include body sensors, microphone, camera, storage, locations, phone, and msm. I get to let these apps invade my privacy consume my data and monitor my every move if they feel like it and continue paying for services shared by google. Now mind you google is not new to these allegations as they are in court legal matters here more recently. Google has a terrible past from what ive read online dealing with privacy and trust violations. Im not the first or last but ill spred the word like wild fire!

                  I have been dealing with data consumption here for about 6 months in the us and boost customer support is located outside the states where they feel its ok to hang up on me, transfer my calls without telling me, and being rude stating once prepaid account are less superior than contracts. So frustrated lacking sleep having phone shut off at randon and multiple hours on the phone trying resolve the actual issue i was forced to make a complaint here and with the fcc. The fcc made contact with exectutive offices in texas where a shannon contacted seeming concerned at first politely implying my complaints are not valid. I get the run around and continue today... To wait on a solution that resolves the in my opinion hacked data consumption that keeps me awake at night. Hopefully this post will shed light to speedy boosts determination to fix the issue and treat me like the said contract customer.

                  So Google has their hands in places we wouldn't want to imagine. Google does not want to acknowledge us whom allegedly conspire againt their billion+ dollar coorperation. Fact is we learned to read for a reason and Google has made enemies reguarding trust and privacy rights around the world. I have recently discovered it on my own mobile phones personally here recently after monitoring my Lg phones on a computer with logcat. Logcat monitors what functions your device is doing in use and during allged sleep mode or charging. Primarily Google runs most in background processes imbedded in our products. You think your revoking permissions manually but not possible. Google reserves your rights to root said devices as a control over its data collection from us. Google monitor list says body sensors, location, camera, microphone, storage, sms, and phone what do they need with all them permissions? Check it out for yourself? While consuming atleast 1 gb of data per month during normal data is being monitored or collected. Ill post below clips i found relevant to this complaint and anything i feel might pertain to the history Google has made for itself starting late 80s till today sorry if my order is sloppy however Im trying to educate myself and other consumers of products imbedded with Google authority over our products. I myself resident in Cincinnati, Ohio live in poverty. I only have these community boreds to vent to. I did in fact attempt to complain to Ftc, Fcc, and BBB but ultimately I think Google may have paid USA to redirect complaints towards Google. That is my opinion not proven fact.

                    I purchased my pixel - silver 128 gb in oct 2016, and faced issues with mic and headphone within 3 moths of purchase. As it was covered under warranty, i got the phone refurbished - twice, as the fault was back after the first refurbish. After 1.5 yrs, the issue has come back now again and i am asked to pay inr 23, 000 to get it repaired. I bought this phone for inr 65, 000 and it is very unfair for any customer to be investing so much on a phone that has such poor quality. The service and support from google is very bad that they refuse to accept their faults and provide a replacement.

                      Dear team,

                      I​ did one transaction to irctc on 21st june 2018 worth rs. 3445.00 [ transfer to[protected], via upi/[protected]/[protected]@axisbank], transaction id [protected] - the amount got debited from my account but the ticket was not booked and transaction was also failed - it is still now showing "pending from bank end". The payment was done via tez.
                      Kindly look into the matter as i have provided all the necessary details in terms of screen shots and bank statements many times to irctc, sbi & tez. Its been more than 32 days - kindly refund my amount. Also i came to know about a reference i'd (Axiwc5ybdrfsortf8s6sfr[protected] from tez customer care which is been generated by irctc.
                      Its my request to kindly look into this matter on a serious note and refund the amount as earliest.
                      ​i am calling them everyday-nobody is helping me out. Kindly take some necessary action.

                            I transferred 29500 using tez UPI on 1st July. The transaction failed but money was deducted from my account. Till today the amount hasn’t been reflected back.
                            Support tez of team is worst and they have taken hands of this responsibility
                            On every complaint they just reply that matter has been escalated and kindly give us 7 days.
                            17 days have passed and I still have no clue where is my money
                            Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Sir 9 thousand rupees has been deducted from my Standard chartered bank account through google play store by asking my mobile pin and finger print against two social networking sites namely Tinder and LinkedIn. Kindly take action and return my money...

                              I suspended my account more than a month ago as i lost my phone .

                              The very next day, I bought new phone and reactivated my sim, I installed the tez app i tried login it asked me to submit the document .

                              I did submitted the document at the same moment, i received a mail from TEZ that that within 72 hours (3 working days ) your account will be reactivated, but unfortunately it never happened till date .

                              It took me more than a month to a so called "Specialist team" and 100 of calls to 100 of new persons like Khadeer, Naziya etc and many more to tel me that Aadhar you submitted is not helping to e mandated your bank account, such a pathetic service disgusting ...

                              The customer care person who calls each time is a new person and each time i have to explain the entire issue to them which is ridiculous these guys just know English and to do nothing, so called "Specialist team" is so proactive that it took a month to identify that need some other document till too was informed when i called them 100 times, it was their duty to inform if the documents provided was not sufficient or they need some other documents .

                              A god person name Khadeer cam in, i thought man this guy will do something he seemed Proactive, but he was also among the list of 100 before him, this guy accepted that it was TEZ mistake, but its all verbal, this guys comitted to start my service in 2 hrs and max 24 hrs, this concversation was also happened a week ago .

                              Today i called TEZ Support again a mam named NAZIYA a TEZ member was attended my call i expalined her the Entire Ramayan, she did what she could but yet no commitment of how much years it will take to start my account, because so called highly proactive team "Specialist Team" is Still working ..

                              I request you guys, i f you cant fix it tell me and delete my account

                              BEACUSE ON TEZ YOU CAN A OPEN NEW ACCOUNT IN ONE DAY, BUT FOR SELF SUSPENDED ACCOUNT IT TAKE .

                                Google Pixel XL 2 phone had been bought from a retail store after reading all the features of your phone. I had discovered that the phone was unable to boot up after using it to take few snapshots in swimming pool for 10-15 minutes. There was no physical damage and this phone was used adhering the limits and standards of IP67 rating. It seems this phone was not tested properly as per IP67 protocol. Apple iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy S9 plus were used in similar situation and they worked like a charm. That Google phone was under warranty and Google support team had charged me the huge amount of 21000 INR approx. That was big loss for me. I am totally dissatisfied with their repairing demand, cost and process, and this is not acceptable at all.

                                The Consumer Protection Act 1986 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and use. As Google are in breach of contract I am entitled to claim refund.

                                This Google & its support team really sucks. After getting it repaired by paying the huge amount, I didn't feel like using it. I sold the phone which was just 4-5 months old and I got the just 20k (pretty low resell value when compared to Apple and Samsung). New phone value: 60K, old phone value of just 4-5 months used: 20k and I paid 21k for the repair. My total loss was around 61k which was my hard-earned money. HUMONGOUS LOSS FOR ME.

                                That was my first and last Google phone. I would never recommend this phone to anyone in my life.

                                      I was ordering a mi product online using tez app
                                      When it came to payment option i selected upi option amd then mi store asked me to open tez app and accept money request there . I accepted it and made a payment of ₹11999.00 but i couldn't find any order in mi store and when i opened the mi store app again the product i was ordering was not ordered and the payment was made to wrong account... Please help me as ₹11999.00 is not a small amount for middle class people like us ... Please it is a humble request !!
