    Hi Team,

    On 20 th Oct, 2018 amount of Rs 750 has been debited automatically. The transaction ID is :[protected]/16. There is no any information for this deducted amount . i tried to contact customer care over phone and by email also but they are not responding to any of my mail or call.

    Please sir credit the amount into my bank account as soon as possible.

    I had made a transaction from tez google pay app on 01/11/2018. But unfortunately transaction failed and my cash from account is debited not credited in receiver's account.
    I request you to find the problem of transaction and return the amount back to my account ASAP.

        Hello my name sandesh sarkale today I tried to transfer money from my bank account to my friend bank account using Google Tez application. I was transferring 500/- from my account(Goggle Tez app) to his bank account using his bank details (account number & Ifsc code ).

        After transaction it showed amount deducted from my account also it showed that it was received by recipient but when j ask my friend for confirmation he said he didn't received any amount also he checked after 2 3 hours but he didn't received that amount.again i tried to call google tez customer care but after trying for 2 3 times waiting for 10 min my call not received by any single person

        Now what should I do ? Who will give my 500/- plz resolve this issue as early as possible

          Dear team,

          I transferred money to name: manjunath, account# [protected], ifsc code:bkid0008951, bank of india amount of 2000 rs and the upi transation id: ciccagkccjtpwnq on 8th october 2018, 7:45 pm using google application tez..

          However, money is deducted from my bank account but the recipient not received the amount. It shows payment processing by partner bank and money deposited in receipeient bank with in 3-5 business day. It has been 16 days either he received the amount or money got credited to my account. Please look in to the issue and resolve the matter urgently.

            Hello. A month back i sent 1500 to my friend using google pay but she didn’t receive it. The cash got debited from my account and it shows recieved in her account but the money didn’t get credited in her bank account. We even raised a dispute but it’s still under review. It’s been like three weeks and there’s still no response. Is this how you service your users? This is totally not cool. We expect response from your team. Please do help.

                  I hearby request to you for 17590 amount was tranferred in sona stores account but at the time of transaction amount was credited in there account and with in some minutes automatically amount was debited from there account and still not credited those amount in my account.

                  My email is Mangal.[protected]@gmail.com. I am using this email ID since college times. Now I changed my phone and unable to remember my password as password is always auto saved in the device. Now google is not allowing to reset the password. All important emails related to work comes in my email. What shall I do now?

                    I made transaction on 13 oct 2018 and the ramount credited to party on 15 oct 2018 and again reversed and not credited to my account abd the party is in urgent need of money so please do possible favour for me and i also contacted google tez pay daily they are also convincing me and the amt is not credited yet also and i made this ttansaction from my tez app

                      I bought pixel 2 on 12.09.2018 at retail shop for 50 thousand rupees. I was very much eager to enjoy the device and it's features. But ever since i started using it i found adverse behaviour. Device getting hoteven for normal usage, battery drains very rapidly, assistant lags, face recognition dint worked. I was surprised whether i really bought a premium device coz i found these major issues which made me feel down. On 1st day itself i rang google support and complained the issues. They said it's common with brand new pixel device and the issues will get resolved in 3 to 4 days o[censored]sage. I said k and using it. But even after a week too none of the problem got resolved and again i complained. They said then i need to handover the device to technician and thereby it has to be sent to service centre at mumbai. I felt very bad. Coz after buying brand new premium device i was running to complain rather than enjoying the premium device. That was really frustrating but i had no option and sent my device to service factory. Once it reached the factory there was no update on the device for 4 days. Everyday i used to call and ask for update but they used to say that we didn't got the update too. After 7 days i fought with them to know the status. Later that evening they called me and said that there was a hardware issue found on my device and so it was assigned for motherboard replacement. I was shocked how a major issues could be there in brand new device that too premium device by google. Then i asked them why i was not informed of this and without my knowledge how it has been sent for repair. They got no answer. According to their doa policy any device found with hardware issue within 15 days of purchase should be replaced anf not to be repaired. But in my case without disclosing hardware issue they tried to repair instead of replacement. Again i fought and got the replacement. There was no transperancy at all.

                      At last after several followups and fights i got replacement device on 14nth day since i handed over the device. I thought this will be fine now and i can start enjoying my device. But to my shock again i found battery drain n heating issues in this too. I felt i was foolished and cheated by google. I sent the screenshot of my battery usage details too. I lost all the trust on google. I again complained about this. I even fought that how am getting defective device even in replacement. They got no answer. Again they said i have to send back my device to their service factory at mumbai and that will take another 10 to 14 days to resolve the issue. But this time i don't want to fooled again by google. So i thought i have to quit google and move on to apple itself. So i said them i don't want to continue with defective google phones and want refund. Since i asked for refund they said it's not possible as it's not in their policy. So i asked them if you take about policy then i too ask you question. "does your policy says to give a defective device to your customer again and again??" there was no answer. Till now am fighting to get the hell out of google family but their crappy support teams are convincing me to get the device rather than making their customer happy or taking customer out of pain and cry.

                        Hi,

                        Booked Ticket on IRCTC using google pay amount debited INR 1270 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to say anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. The Message recived from my bank as below:

And u saw status till now there is a processing i want to know why process is complete and my money was return. To me???

                                    Hi, I had made an electricity bill payment on 2 oct 2018 for an amount of 500/- which got failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I did wait for 2 days but didn't get any response. Later i raised a dispute and the dispute was settled . But since then i haven't received my money back. I have already asked for feedback many times from google pay but i haven't received any response. I have verified my bank account and i see that the amount is not yet credited. Request you to kindly look into it and revert my amount back of rs. 500/.
