Dear sir/madam, I have pay swiggy upi 2200 on 2nd april but payment not successful. But 10 april i have check my payment will be send our recipient's but still not paid our recipient's. The transaction id is[protected]. Please look into this matter. My id is swiggy.[protected]@icici. I have call to google pay executive she said please send a bank statement i have send 11 of april. I have talk to google pay executive she said please wait 7 days. If your payment is not refund your bank account then please call me 19 of april. I have call to google pay executive she said. 1. Your payment will be done.10 of april. I have cross executive so why did you ask for a 11 of april statement? 2. Then he said that now 6 working days are left. Please wait 7 working day's. 3. Please send 01.04.2019 to 19.04.2019 bank statement. I have claim on penalty of mental harassment and interest of 2200. Where did the money go. Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 19, 2019 Updated by kamalmitra After a long discussion and process now they sent me a mail with new Case ID (Previously Case ID [[protected]]) after complaining in the https://www.consumercomplaints.in. I had made 10000rs google pay transaction on 2nd April, where my amount got debited from my account but not credited to party's account, Google pay shows the status as still procession.
I had raised a dispute against the same but no reply.
Please do check and revert my amount back, its been a quite long delay
