    I have sent 40 thousand by using google pay on 28 jan 19 to one of my friend .But tilll date amount not credited into his account. I have contacted google pay customer support and npci via email and calls many times, but they ask me to wait for another 7 days. Even after 46 days they ask me to have patience . Nobody is giving any staisfactory reply .I felt cheated.Plz help. Made to suffer without any mistake

    I done 2500 rs. Transaction on 4 march, 19 but transaction is failed and the amount is deduction into my bank account, amount reversal period is 7 days but still 15 days above transact and amount is not credited. Please help me for getting my deducting amount.

      I have transferred an amount of 5300/- rs from my wife account of hdfc bank on 1 feb 2019 to my father's account in sbi bank by google pay.
      But still that amount not credited to my father's account.
      I have complaint so many times to google pay team. But they didn't give any solution and my payment is not credited to that account.
      Please look on this matter.

      Tez is not able to operate with the my new phone
      It was working with old mobile but as I change my new phone always error message saying bank is not registered coming
      I don't know how to solve the problem
      I am not sure how to trust your app anymore. Yesterday I had transferred 271 to a person. But the amount got deducted twice, even when your application was stating an amount was not processed. I have asked many people to join this app and now if i am facing this I am scared every one will be affected.

          The issue started while i switched phones and was trying to relink the account to my gpay on the new phone. There was an error and the linking was not complete.
          Have registered multiple complaints with google pay for unresolved issue of a bank account linking to upi. Have been constantly following up for a resolution. The only response given everytime is that the technical team will respond. It has been nearly 4 months and there is no resolution to this issue

            amount debited from my account but not credited to merchant account - gpay

            I had done transaction via Gpay on 22nd Dec, 2018. The amount is debited from my account but not credited to Merchant account. I have been contacting Merchant, Axis bank (my bank) and Google Pay since then, yet received no resolution on the same. Tha Gpay app shows payment confirmed. Gpay has provided me false information and also customer care service is not supporting me for the same. They have registered the complaint but not provided...

            I had placed order of rs 1957 for amway product on date 06/01/2019. Payment was done through tez (Google pay). Amount was deducted but order was not placed.

            More than two months are over but not got any refund
            We are going for digital india with no solution of the problems generated. Feeling totally helpless and cheated in the name of digital india. Don't know how to get lost money.

            Contacted SBI customer care - They say they have no role to play as it is matter between Google Pay and Amway.

            Google Pay says - They don't have the amount, they are the medium for transferring the money .Money has been transferred may be with the Amway or with the billdesk payment gate way.

            Amway says- Amount is not with them asks to contact Bank.

            We are going for digital India with no solution of the problems generated.Feeling totally helpless and cheatd in the name of Digital India. Don't know how to get lost money.

            I send money from corporation bank to SBI bank on 11th January, of amount 10, 000/- rs. Money is deducted from my account but it is not showing up in SBI bank account.

              I made a transaction of 5000 on feb 28, 2019. Transaction failed and amount debited from my account but the receipient has not received it. I raised dispute on march 3rd and today it's march 12th, i still have no update from google pay, i wanted to know if there is any other way to reach out to gpay or how long should i wait for them to respond?

              23rd feb 2019 I transferred the money to the another account it has not transferred till date 7th of march 2019. The company is asking for me bank statement. I had already given them and then also they are asking for me and not taking my problem in consideration so please take a look over it please get me back soon as soon as possible.

                I transferred amount using Google pay but still not credited to receiving party account, its showing in process from last 5 days.

                Details :
                Your a/c no. XXXXXXX6826 is debited for Rs. 1859.00 on[protected]:04 and credited to a/c no. XXXXXXXX0821 (UPI Ref no[protected].

                  Sir/madam,

                  I made transaction of rs. 5000/- on[protected] through google pay (Tez) with upi transaction id:[protected] and it's showing transaction successful. By mistake i entered wrong account number but ifsc code is correct. I have attached my account statement for your reference.

                  Actually i'm supposed to do transaction to below account.
                  Account number:[protected]
                  Ifsc code: icic0003540 (Chennai vepery branch).

                  But by mistake i entered this account number:[protected]. This account belongs to person in bihar.

                  The account number and ifsc code which i entered doesn't match in my case. If it doesn't match it should cross check both and transaction should become failure. But money was transferred successfully to a wrong account in bihar.

                  Regarding this i enquired to google pay, they replied that they refer only to account number. Then what is the reason for asking ifsc code. Further at the time transaction it has verified that the account belongs to chennai vepery. But still its transferred to an account in bihar.

                  I kindly request you a accept my complaint and take action on google pay (Tez) and help me to get back the amount of rs. 5000/-

                    Transaction done on 02nd feb from axis bank to union bank via google pay linked account email id:[protected]@yahoo.com not yet credited to recipient account.. Shared bank statements multiple times. Still no update from google pay team. Each timr they are asking me to wait 7days and nothing happens
                    No update. Really bad experience.

                      I booked a ticket with redbus for a long distance with google Pay/Tez after entering UPI it said some error, hence ticket not generated. So booked again directly with bank ticket generated but for my failed transaction i didnt get the amount back.

                      When i asked bank it is asking me to ask third party app since it is not banker app, when i ask Redbus they are saying they have received only one time payment, when i asked Google pay they said they are investigating HERE The problem is they are investigating from more than a month. Google pay not responding to mails, when ever i call they are saying investigating.

                      Deducted my money with in seconds but for refunding the same it takes Months, this is second month Ending.

                      Please help me to resolve this

Bank account is my custody and i have never share my creditials to anyone.this was unauthorised transaction transaction in the name of Google and Aliexpress. Com.                           I initiated an in-app purchase from a well known playstore app. The transaction completed with me providing the otp. Shortly after this i received a message that the transaction has been declined. I was expecting a refund of my transaction (S) and have even raised it with the application developer. For the past 12 hours, neither is the transaction listed in google payments nor does the application reflect any state changes.

                          It has been a week since I have raised this complaint but no representative has reached out to me.
                          I transferred the money to Google play, instead of Google pay, from mibikwik of rupees 750. I want withdraw money from Google play store. I won't use money in Google play store.
                          Sir, I send Rs 2000 money to my friend but it's failed and money is debited transaction number is.[protected], please complain about it, it's above 20 days. I done all thing but no benefit.you are last hope, i mail them but no response, complained many time on tez app. Now all ways closed, please help me sir please

                              On feb 1st i have done a transastion of rs1325 with google transaction id cicagkcsn-yfoq and upi transction id[protected] to mr latheesh yadav. The money got credited to his account but the same time it got reversed twice (1325+1325) from his account. One amount he got refunded back on 14.02.2019 but still one more amount is pending. I have the customer care support more than 5 6 times in the month of feb and have send all the supporting doc, such as bank statements to them,. But they failed to solve my issue. Take it as a serious one and please solve it. Its been a month over.

                              its been almost 2 months I didn't get any updates.. every time when I call them they used to ask me to send the bank statement and wait for 7 days. This is so frustrating, they are playing with my time and patience. and even you people can't solve a small issue please stop this service.

                                  It has been 2 months since i am chasing customer care team but still the issue has not been resolved. I am highly disappointed. No update is provided with regard to my issue till the time i contact the team. Using upi, i was adding money to my airtel wallet but the money did not reflect there and has been deducted from my bank account. I am mentally harassed now.

                                    On 23rd of february, i have transferred sum of rs.10000 to my friend account. Though, there was deduction in my total amount, that sum of rs.10000 didn't get credited in my friend account. I didn't found the reason behind it.
                                    So please kindly make me sure about the reason and solve my problem as early as possible since it is huge small amount..

                                      01 nov 2018 12:37 pm को हमने गूगल पे के माध्यम से 20 हज़ार रुपए का ट्रांसेक्शन किया था दूसरे के खाते में मगर यह ट्रांसेक्शन की प्रिकिर्या पूरा नही हो पाया (Transaction pending) । और मेरे खाते से पैसा काट लिया गया ।हमने गूगल पे पर कंप्लेन भी किया हमे case id दिया गया और 15 दिन में पैसा वापस करने का भरोसा दिलाया मगर 4 महीना बीत गया मुझे आज तक मेरा पैसा वापस नही मिला । आपसे अनुरोध है मेरा पैसा वापस करने की कीर्प करे अतः इस कार्य के लिए में आपका सदा। आभारी बना रहूंगा case ईid और ट्रांसक्शन की कॉपी आपको भेजा हूँ
