Good day.
On 23.04.19, i did my jio recharge for rs. 399/- on tez. Google app for mobile recharging.
But, i contacted the jio customer care service, then the jio replied that your recharge was not carried out and instead the payment status as "declined".
The debit details are ; upim debit 06700450" dated 23.04.19, amount of rs 399.
After several attempts, the amount was not yet credited in my account,...

Amount s debited from my account but not credited in sbi account.
In tez application it is showing transaction successful and amount credited in account but after checking in bank statement it is nor added or reflected.

We are not happy with google as i have wroung transcation on google play accounts as i want transfer in google pay but unfortunatly transfer in google play account we are followp with google play team but they refuse for money refund they said dont have policy for refund

Dear team i trying to book train ticket through your app irctc on 8 april 2019 there was money deducted and transection failed, i wait for refund up to 15 april but not refunded sobi cotacted 2 times in your support team they said money will refund within 7 days but till not refund. Please do this matter seriously.

I booked the train ticket on april 16th journey of may 4th (Tomorrow), the ticket is confirmed but i dint get message in google pay, ticket is available in irctc. I have debated the amount which have been transferred to the recipient account and the holder of account dint get the money so how to fix this problem .

As the account which I have debated is corporation bank and the recipient is union bank .

I am working in TCS for a banking project and I am not supposed to bring smart/camera phone inside my ODC since we are working with sensitive information. So i am using basic mobile in which i have inserted my primary sim and this is attached to both of my bank accounts. In such case I cannot keep this number always in my smart phone to use GPAY since its mandatory to have registered mobile number.

I had made transaction of 99000 on 4th april 2019 through google pay.
Amount debited from bank account bu not credited to beneficiary account.
I had raised dispute to google pay on 15th april 2019.
They asked me to share bank statement, i shared it on 16th april 2019.
Thay asked me to wait for 7 working days.
On 26th april 2019 they mailed me that no amount has been debited from account.

I made an airtel prepaid recharge for rs 399 on google pay using my linked sbi account at 1.19 pm dt 25/04/19. However, it gave me an error message saying transaction failed try again. I tried it again at 1.20 pm. Money was deducted from my bank account for both the transactions. After some time i got a message that the first recharge had worked and money for both transactions have been deducted from my account via sms confirmation....

I made 525rs translation to my friend account. The amount is deducted from my account but it's not credited to my friend account.in google pay app i'm getting the payment is successful..
