I have done payment of rs 632.11 on 03 may in reliance fresh shop through google pay. Money deducted but payment not received to reliance fresh shop. Again i lodged complaint on 9th may to google pay, they told me problem will resolved within 7 working day. Today i called to google pay one of bad customer care talked to me rudely and still my problem is not resolved. Please help me.

    I would like to informed you that i have made a payment for new dth connection through google pay upi to the dth vendor. Amount has been deducted from my account on 4 may, but beneficiary didn't received the money till date. First i have waited for 7 days for payment conformation than i have raised the dispute. Its almost 4-5 days over for dispute raised but neither get any updates nor the refund. I am mentioned all the required details below. Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis.

      I am parveen kumar. I have send 25000 rupees hdfc bank to punjab & sind bank by google tez application. But my mistake is, i am not enter last digit of beneficiary account. But all other information is correct. But google tez transfer my money. Now i communicate to punjab & sind bank, they said this account is not available and account is already closed. I humble request to check this account and do needful asap. Hdfc bank already declared money has transfer to beneficiary bank.

      I made a payment through tez. Money is debited from my account. It will show like after 3 days u will get back money in to your account or beneficiary account but still this is 5th day I didn't get my money back. When I will get money to my account or to beneficiary account.

        I was trying to make a upi payment on amazon through google pay upi but somehow my pyament was declined but google pay is showing transaction successful while I can't see any transaction on amazon.

          I made transaction on 3rd of april 2019 of rupees 999 from google pay application. The amount got debited from my bank account on the same day but the payment status is still showing in processing. After that i raised a dispute on on 7th of april 2019 which was not yet addressed to anyone i contacted my bank i explain them exact scenario according to that they helped me and confirm that the amount has been debited from your end and has been credited to the beneficiaries account. I contacted google pay customer services they ask me to provide them the bank statement of my account which i did on on 20 th of april 2019 it's been a 20 days since i reported this issue and i haven't yet got any sort of resolution from google play services which makes me very frustrated just to contact them again and again and to get the status do every time that statement was same that we are working on the issue and soon will get in touch with you.
          If i could get an help on at that would be much appreciated. Thank you.

            The dispute was raised on google pay app, but still not resolved.
            Flipkart denied their responsibility saying they did not receive the money.
            Desirable solution: refund of rs 4190

              I have made a transaction of 9000 through google pay/tez on 2 may 2019. Very sad to say that the money is not credited in the recipients account. Neither it is refunded back to mine. Bill desk has confirmed that the transaction was a failure. But till now not even a single notification from google pay regarding my money. What should i do now??                 I had a deal of 10k on gold vault that is placed in google pay later i sold out that gold as i needed money urgently and it's been 9 days but did not get my money back while as per their t&c it may take upto 3 working days only, even had a chat with google pay customer care executive and was disconnected without providing a solution.

                        On 23.04.19, i did my jio recharge for rs. 399/- on tez. Google app for mobile recharging.
                        But, i contacted the jio customer care service, then the jio replied that your recharge was not carried out and instead the payment status as "declined".
                        The debit details are ; upim debit 06700450" dated 23.04.19, amount of rs 399.
                        After several attempts, the amount was not yet credited in my account, sir.

                          It's been 1 month now . I sent the money on 5th May. The recipient whome I sent the money, has not received the amount yet. I have raised the dispute also against this transaction but I didn't get any resolution.

                              Still there is no update on Google India
                              In my Tez account Amount debited and my friend, On Tez showing received but amount not credited in bank.

                                      I booked the train ticket on april 16th journey of may 4th (Tomorrow), the ticket is confirmed but i dint get message in google pay, ticket is available in irctc. Now my concern i want to cancel one of my passenger in irctc its not canceling because i booked the ticket in google pay.in google pay i dont get any message so cancellation is very difficult. So i try to request the google pay customer care and google pay call center yet now not responsible reply. It;s my google support inquiry: case id [[protected]], last 3 days i am suffering a lot for this issue yet now not resolved it. Tomorrow is my travelling date they customer people cooly speak you raised the compliant to tdr but why should i am going there because ticket details is send means i cancelling in my mobile itself. They dont send my ticket details. They asking details of my transaction and all. I provided all then also they are not solving the issue.

                                      This one is not resolved yet. I filed IRCTC they are charged half payment instead of 60 RS. very worst customer support for google pay not happy too. i try to avoid the big amount transferring in Google Pay no safety too.

                                        Recharge my mobile on dtd 01.05.2019 of rs.99. The amount deducted to my a/c on dtd 01.05.2019 of my punjab national bank account but recharge is failed.
