I did a recharge of rupees 399(jio) on google pay on 5th april 2019 .(9:12am) . The Amont Deducted Instantly And The Recharge Isnt Cimpleted Yet Now . I Contacted Them And They Said Issues will be solved in 3 days and today is 6 th day . Still now i dindt got my amount back . Sir Please Helf Me to Refund My Amount

I have tried to recharged two times of Rs. 65 but both transactions was failed on 5th Apr, money was deducted two times from my account and refunded only one time.
Please check and revert for the same.
My account was debited twice on 25.3.2019 an amount 220 transaction failed but the amount is not credited back to my account

    I was paid to my indane lpg through google pay, where the amount was deducted, but not credited to the merchant.
    I asked the merchant, they replied, that they have not received the payment.
    Kindly revert back my amount to my account.

      I have transferred rs.4, 500.00 on 04.04.2019. Amount was debited from my account but the other party not received the amount. I have sent the feedback on this but not yet responded. Till now 6 days have completed but the transaction seems to be pending.

        Hello, i am raju nayak from karimnagar. Unfortunately i have added my money into google play store balance instead of google pay, so i requested to refund my money through to google pay account or through vouchers but they refused and they have been telling that its not possible, we have some terms and conditions.
        Should i loss my money?

        I had try to recharge 448 plane on 30th March 2019 at my Airtel no.[protected] from Googlpay, the recharge amount has been debited from my account but recharge failed, it has shown that the transection isfaild, I didn't any help from the customer care please help.for reference to i attach the screenshot of payment made to my Airtel no.
        3.April.2019 ko mene 1000 rs dusre account me transfer kiye.. abhi tak mere paise kat chuke hai par koi bhi account me credit nahi huye hai.. 2 din se me continue send feedback kar Raha hoon par koi bhi reply abhi tak aaya nahi hai..
        I pay my electricity bill of rs 1070 by google pay on 8 April 2019 but my transactions goes failed. 3 days gone i still not get back my money

            I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number with inr 199 but it got failed. I though it might be due to technical error and, again tried to make the payment but that also got failed. The amount for inr 199 + 199 = 398 got debited from my account. This transaction was made on
            April 4, 2019 1.12 pm with the upi transaction id[protected] and
            April 4, 2019 1.13 pm with the upi transaction id[protected]

            When i did not received any payment, i checked it, it gave me an option for dispute. I clicked on dispute and the status says in dispute. Now its showing as we will notify when there is an update. The amount was to be refunded in 3 to 4 business days. Why is that google taking so much time to rectify the issue.

              I had made a transaction of rupees 6200 from my pnb bank account using google pay (Upi transaction id[protected] on monday 1st of april 2017. The transaction failed but the money was debited.
              It's been 5 days since the transaction but i haven't received my money back. I had also called the google pay costomer care where they assured me i will get the refund within 3 working day which i haven't till now, now they are saying me to wait for more 7 days.
              Pls looked into my problem

                I was doing an online transaction 4 days ago through google pay, where i was playing my electricity bill, my balance from sbi got deducted but the transaction was not successful. I raise a complaint against it asking for my refund and they (Google) said payment has been initiated by them self but sbi is having problem so i should contact them. When i contactos sbi they said they have no control over 3rd party application so i should ask google pay. Then again when i called them, they said by tonight my refund will be initiated but that did not gappe and today when i call them again, now they have another excuse saying that cesc kolkata has not initiated my balance. I'm a student air who comes from a small place, for me each rupee is very valuable, i want you to seriously look upon this and please help me to get back my refund and i want you to chargeback also. Please and thankyou sir/madam.

                  I am writing this comment whereas i am not able to reach customer service of google-pay. On 29th of march-2019 i had transferred rs 5200 from google-pay and it says it is with google pay will take 3 working days it will show-up in the recipient account, on 1st i get a pop-up message in google pay which says that that the amount is deposited in the recipient account and i had called my wife told to check and she says no, i had asked her to check in the net banking statement and she says from 29th of march -2019 till date there is no amount says rs 5200 in my wife account.

                  I had spoken to my bank people of hdfc and they said it is deducted from my account and this the reference number[protected] and upi transaction id[protected]/cheque/ref. No.[protected]

                  I have a loan that gets deducted on 5th of this month-2019- google pay has to give response and need to send the amount of rs 5, 200 by google-pay.

                  Google pay going worst and there is secure way that we can install the google and keep it in our mobile and it is very much dangers-people out there do not have what they are going through.

                  I strongly endorse please do not install the google-pay. Full of scam.

                              Please do the needful.

                                    Can anyone reach out to me soon!

                                      A fraud transaction has taken place from mobile number [protected].
                                      In three step 1st for registration fee rs 280. Then they offer a ac price is rs 14000 and the demand half price in advance for purchase the product (Air condition). I have pay the rs 7000 in adv and then again they want full payment means balance amount is 7000. I have pay again. They did not send me product and when i call him, they are say the you have to pay gst mount of 3920 more to received the product. I have pay the 3920 again. But they did not send product and they are not received the phone or whatsapps.

                                      I want to report and refund my money approx 18000 for dispute transaction urgently.
                                      Plz help for refund of rs 18000 paid toward ph no [protected]

                                        My friend mr jaseem raza has transfer to of amount rs-450/- form his account on date 30 march at time 8:30 pm by tez. But money has received showing in my tez application, but don't showing my bank account till.
