I was doing an online transaction 4 days ago through google pay, where i was playing my electricity bill, my balance from sbi got deducted but the transaction was not successful. I raise a complaint against it asking for my refund and they (Google) said payment has been initiated by them self but sbi is having problem so i should contact them. When i contactos sbi they said they have no control over 3rd party application so i should ask google pay. Then again when i called them, they said by tonight my refund will be initiated but that did not gappe and today when i call them again, now they have another excuse saying that cesc kolkata has not initiated my balance. I'm a student air who comes from a small place, for me each rupee is very valuable, i want you to seriously look upon this and please help me to get back my refund and i want you to chargeback also. Please and thankyou sir/madam.
