I have purchased a LG T322RPZY 308 lit shiny steel refrigerator on 1st november.Billing was done from siliguri, darjeeling branch and the product was supposed to be delivered at Suri, Birbhum(Samanway pally).Today is 9th.I was told that it will take 4/5 days time for delivery.still no traces of delivery even there is no way to track my order status....

I purchesed a washing maching. Model No.SAMSUNG WA70N4261SS (7kg top loadind wm) on 29.10.2021 from KASBA BRANCH by cash purches (copy enclosed). But did not get delivered till 03.11.2021.
I did not get any fixed assurance of delivery date.
If I would not get it on 04.11.2021, then I would liable to cancelled my order. Please take the matter as urgent.

I have just booked a LG 335L, 2S, double door frost free refrigerator from Geart eastern Trading co. Garia branch . They have taken 1000 rs extra from the price printed in news paper in Diwali bumper value. The sales executive continued to convince me that the paper value is for only exchange which was a total clear lie.
It was a Diwali bumper offer and no exchange offer. They didn't give me the mixer grinder as free gift too.
I want my money back.

I made payment for a lg washing machine and microwave from great eastern Jaipur on 12th sept 2021 with a promise of 2 hour delivery. It’s 48 hours ans still no sign of my material while the store is just 1.5 km away

The sales person doesn’t respond after getting payment and is just making excuses.

Highly unprofessional company with no customer support or importance. Even the supplier LG is irritated by there constant mismatch in deliveries.

M asking for my refund. It’s unsafe here to pay and wait for material.

We bought water purifier on 15th of Aug 2021, they told us maximum Wednesday it will be delivered, but it haven't came yet, whenever we call them they constantly lie and said it is on the way, at night we call and they informed us it was not coming, im texting you the next day, the time is now 12:44pm, it have not came yet, and the sales person is full of attitude, he is not picking up our phone even, what kind of service is given by them, the store is greateastern sinthir more, we are using many online shopping app, they are so good in their service, it seems that we have made a big mistake as we buoght appliances from Greateastern, we should buy thing on online, after taking full payment why the delivery process will be so delayed?where we have cash on delivery on online?just stp making people foolish, will not suggest any one to buy anything from greateastern, too much bad service

I have placed an order of Samsung 6.5 kg Wahing Machine on 09.08.2021. Till date, they have not delivered the same to my address. The attandant constantly saying that, appliance is yet to reach to their showroom. It is not expected from such big name. In near future, I will never buy item from your showroom.

I bought fridge on 4th july from NAIHATI BRANCH. I got a broken fridge on 5th july in hand. I asked the dealer to change the fridge. They provided me a new one on 9 th july as a replacement policy. This time also the fridge was damaged. They called me to supervise the replacement one at 12 pm . At that time the fridge was ok. But they delivered me at 5.00 pm though my home is just near the store within 5 minutes walking distance. And when we opened the cartoon we saw the fridge was damaged. All my money is go in vain. I pray to store manager to do replacement again. But his response is no. The fridge couldn't stand properly. It's shaking. The base & legs of the fridge is totally damaged. What should I do now? Please sort out my problem otherwise I have to think in some other way. Waiting for kind help & cooperation.

With due respect, I Deepak Rajbhar inform you that I have placed an order no W1322/2122/02621 on 05/06/2021 Lg Water Purifier through your Great Eastern Company Sinthi More Branch. I have also paid the amount, I have got no response from your Employees. I have called several times on your company’s number but I have got no response. What kind of service are you providing to the customers? I am waiting for my Product from the last 10 Days. This sort o[censored]nprofessional behavior can result in losing your customers.

Please find the attached Copy receipt of the items and respond to my request . I hope you will take action on my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello myself Chayan dey, I have purchased it from Great eastern trading co. Garia branch. And they delivered it broken. Door was difficult to close. I have purchased it for emergency purpose. But now I have to suffer for whole lockdown in this kind of summer Because of Your poor delivery. If you are not going to change it soon i don't need that fridge. I need same day change.

We bought LLYOD Split AC on 15.04.2021 from Great Eastern Trading Co., Baguiati Branch with address 28/c VIP Road, Narayantala West, Kolkata-700059. The delivery and installation was meant to promised on 18.04.2021 and 19.04.2021 respectively. But it did not happen. After continuously calling up the number of salesperson Susmita, she insisted that the delivery will happen on 18th April itself. On 19th we visited the store, and then they informed us that the outdoor equipment is still in transit. After still continuous calls and visits to the store, they signed on the bill stating that the delivery and installation shall be done on 21.04.2021. At 9.35PM on 21st April, the AC was delivered as well as the service personnel came. When they opened the box, the blade of the AC came out and was hanging from one side. Defective piece. I am attaching the pictures in this mail as well as the bill. I need IMMEDIATE ACTION on this. Need full amount refund. We are struggling in the heat. My mother is an ailing patient of high blood pressure and they have completely harassed us since 18th April, specially the salesperson Susmita.

I am bound to take legal action against this if we do not receive the refund tomorrow itself. Will never deal with Great Eastern.

The product Order No. is W1222/2122/01210 & Order Date;[protected]. Till today, I have not got my product yet.
But, the posterior customers have got their product delivered and installation process has also been done. I called them so many times but they are not cooperative at all. As a consequence, customers are being harassed by the irresponsibility and misleading intention of the agents of Great Eastern.
It is very disheartening to every customer.
You are hereby requested to take necessary action at your end as early as possible.

I have purchased two Voltas AC on 04.04.2021. Till date one AC not delivered. After 7 days I was informed that the product is out of stock and I have to choose another model. I agreed with you. My request was that please deliver the product in time. Today I was told that my product will be delivered and also installed. I took a leave due installation. But now it was informed that delivery will be made but install will be done in another day. It's big harassment with me. You are going to the cheating company day by day. If it continue I think your business will to hell. Next time onwards I have to think twice to ho in your showroom.

I made a purchase of 2 Voltas ACs from Great Eastern Baguihati on 6th April 2021.The sales lady (Sanchita Saha) committed me a delivery date of Friday 9th April. On Wednesday she calls and inform...she has errorneously taken a price which was for till March 2021, i.e. an additional cost of Rs. 1000 on each of the ACs had to be paid by me. If I deny for the payment she will have to pay from her pocket.
I understanding it...made the additional payment. She then confirmed that the AC's shall be delivered on Saturday 10th April.
On the said day of 10th April she again calls and informs only 1 out 2 ACs can be delivered. The second AC shall be delivered only on Monday 12th April, as there was some goofup in billing.
My harrasment doeant end here. Now the story starts for the installation, where we had been informed that the engineer shall visit at 2 PM...then again the time changes to 4 PM...and yet again it changes to 5.30PM.

My only concern is...why can't we make commitments that can be met by us?Why can't your sales person value the customers time?
Sales is done money is banked and producta not being delivered...and with no after sales service
