I order a whirlpool refrigerator on 19/03/21.but the product is not delivered right now.so many phone call are doing to sales executive.but any satisfactory response is not given from them.plz resolve my problem.The Order receipt copy is attached here with..

I Booked a mini Haier fridge 65 litre..It's has been almost ten days that I have not yet not deliver my product..The sales man is pathetic, his behaviour of customer is inresponsible.

I am Somnath Dalui, SBI Deputy Manager & customer of Great Eastren Retail Pvt Ltd, Dalhousie since 2005. I purchased Tv, 2 refrigerators, microwave, Sony camcorder, 3 split ACs in last 15 years .Now for our off furniture & fixtures for personal usages, I purchased a O General split Ac (1.2 ton) and a Lg OLED 55 inch tv on dated 2nd March, 2021
Unfortunately I received a used Lg OLED 55 Tv (which’s pictures I’m providing)
It literally surprised that, Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd, Dalhousie, are now doing business on used 2nd hand Tv on their New Price
At first We didn’t install that Goods and went to replace it with rectified GST bill and tv’s serial no.
And finally we received a new one after 10 days of purchasing
Still We didn’t receive new GST bill for my SBI office, against on that mentioned SBI GST NO. 19AAACS8577K3ZK(which already given to Sales man )
with new serial No. of my LG OLED 55 inch Tv. Otherwise it’ll not provide any warranty on new one
But your Sales Man denied and harassed me .

I purchased a LG washing machine (LG T-70SBJBK1Z/7.0KG) TOP LOAD WM from Great eastern vaishali nagar, queens road Jaipur, rajasthan 302021. The product I received is looking like used or damaged having scratched both outside and inside the machine . We also not received a part of machine which we complaint about that and got 2 days after product delivery . Not satisfied with the product as I paid for new product and received damaged or used product. The showroom doesn't responding our concern . Hope to get a support from your side.

I have bought a sony led tv from joynagar branch on 14.02.2021, one employee incharge in this section mislead me harrased me by giving incorrect information about the delivary of my appliance.After the selling of the tv the employee did not give attention to my quarries on delivery and installation. I have expirenced preety rude behavior from him on my natural quarry.

The delivary boy also asked me for extra ruppes for denying him he showed bad behaviour

On 26th Jan, I ordered a washing machine getting confirmation that representative will come and install the machine. But in spite of continuous call, they just put down the machine at my address and no sign of installation person. The sales executive Mr. Abhijit ([protected]) is saying now that neither he nor any of the company person can come for installation the product rather suggesting me to do it myself. Pls lodge this complaint with priority and request someone to finish the installation by this weekend

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator of 262ltr on23 of November 2020 from Great Eastern Beckbagan. I requested to make delivery on 26.11. but as a bandh was declared on the same day I called to the phone no [protected] and asked to deliver on 28.11 which the concerned person agreed. On Friday I got a message that my good has already been loaded for delivery. But still 28 morning I was waiting for the refrigerator. Till 6 o clock in the evening I did not get any information about delivery. I called to the no [protected] 5times and somebody purposely disconnting the line. Then I rushed to the store n asked the incharge of the store what happened to my product delivery? The person very cooly informing that my delivery got postponed for another 4days and I will get delivery on 1st December. Now my question is being such a reputed and big Shop like Great Eastern Trading co it is not their duty to see the proper delivery of the goods on time? Is it customer, s duty to ask for their product delivery status. And the shop incharge and the other sales person not even bothered to be sorry for their act. Till date I have not got my refrigerator n being a very essential product for daily life I m facing problem n it will b continued till I get delivery of my refrigerator. After paying the full advance m completing all payment procedure why should I accept such ignorence from the staff of Great Eastern Beckbagan.being a customer I need a valid explanation of my harrasment n request to take hard step against such irresponsible store incharge n staff

Chinsurah branch.my name is Subhendu Das i purchased whirlpool washing machine 360 ultra from there on 9th november 2020 . I don't get our product yet the Branch Authorities gave us excuses everyday so i fradup now so we want to take a legal action on this branch Authority and we get very bad impression from this branch. If tomorrow morning we will not get our product then we will take a legal action of this branch

I odered a refrigerator on 14.11.2020 arambagh branch and also paid on that same day and branch said 1 day delivery. But till today(16.11.2020) they are not to deliver it. I called them yesterday and they answer it will be delivered next day. But not deliver till now .

Booked that item on 07.11.2020 from Great Eastern Sinthir More outlet and sales executive assured the item to be delivered by 10.11.2020. After that, I have repeatedly asked them when the product will be delivered, they repeatedly told me that it will be delivered by today or tomorrow. Till now, I didnot receive my product. Need help.

I have obtained quotation for a Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT42M553ESL 415 LTR REF on Dt 15.10.2020 from Nagerbazar Branch of Rs. 45, 300/-.
I have received confirmation from my circle office of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK NADIA CIRCLE for purchasing the refrigerator on Dt 20.10.2020.
However, the branch authority is now saying it is not possible for them to deliver the product even after Puja occassion. They are not cooperatimg with me. Kindly assist.

Sir this is to state you that i am a patent customer of your brand showroom situated around Kolkata and Howrah district. On i bought Valuable and expensive Electronics like Television LG, SAMSUNG Refrigerator, Samsung Washing Machine having faith on your brand on EMI basis attached with Bajaj Allainz.Delivery was on time but installation was delayed due to shifting problem. During installation, everything was fine but washing machine had dent all over the body.The installation man also complained along with us to company and Great Eastern. We have got no resolution till now. Please look into this as Manager is not showing interests in giving support. We have paid 3 emi already. Hoping to keep your goodwill as earlier and helping us. On the evening of the 7th of October, I went to the Nagerbazar (Kolkata) Branch of Great Eastern Trading Co. and ordered a Sony SA-D40 Speaker System. It was meant to be delivered in a span of two days, at which point they said they were unavailable to do so, and have been unavailable to do so, at 12:21 PM in the afternoon of 13th October. The full recount of the incident is as follows:

EVENT: On the evening of 7th of October, I went to the Nagerbazar Branch of Great Eastern Trading Co., along with my mother, and looked around for a Speaker System. I was recommended the Sony SA-D20, which I initially liked, but later on checking online, changed my mind about the purchase. I wanted to book a SA-D40, which the Sales Executive told us before hand wasn't available. Naturally, I wanted a full refund, as though an invoice had been created, I had not even left the store with the product. I was then reassured by the Sales Executive that a D40 model could be availed, but I would have to get it delivered instead of taking the product home personally. I agreed to this proposal, and was told the product would reach me in a matter of two days. I inquired about this promise multiple times in the store itself, just to make sure there were realistic expectations set. Every time the reply was the same. So I went home, expecting the delivery in two days. Even then, till the morning of 10th October, a Saturday, the product remained undelivered. A phone-call was made to the Branch by my mother, who was then reassured that measures would be taken and the product would reach us at most by Monday, 12th of October. On calling on Monday, the Sales Executive said he shall be bringing the product personally from the warehouse and delivering it. That too was an unkept promise. Today, on Tuesday, after a call, the Executive claimed he was unable to procure the product because of the lockdown. As this product is not just for casual use, this delay in delivery is costing me.

RESOLUTION: A full refund on the bill immediately.

I have gone to your vaishali nagar jaipur branch on 20.9.20, placed order for 551 leter fridge of samsung siver color, paid all in advance rs 57800 and they assured of delivery in 1 to 2 days max... Now no one is picking up the phone and they do not have the item in stocks anywhere... This is just 3rd class service... Can you respond immediately... I need my money back now or else......

My name is prasenjit dutta. I have purchased a tv, a double door refrigerator and a steam iron on 12 mar 2020 from sinthi more branch (Order receipt and tax invoice attached). Tv and refrigerator was delivered but steam iron still not delivered till date. My wife was contacted to your office one week ago for the same. Your office saying to her stock of steam iron not held in shop and also inform to her on receipt of stock your office will contact to her. Two weeks gone neither your office contact nor inform to her. May i request you please look into the matter.

I had visited great eastern kota store on 22/08/2020 and choose bosch WAT 2846CIN 7.5 kg front load washing machine and told them 5 times to give a fresh product the dealer told me yes we have fresh product he had told me that your product will be delivered on 25/08 as for 2days as it lockdown in kota i had done payment with my debit card and the product deliverd box barcode was as per bill then demo person came and opened the product it was the display product as i had captured a photo of barcode on 22/08 at store the bill also was of box barcode then i called them to change it they are saying it was a mismatch now they are not having fresh product i told them that please give the fresh product i will wait till them but they are ready to change the bill but they are not giving me fresh product...this cheating are being done at stores please take my complaint to a resolution.
