I have purchased a sony led tv model no:klv-24p413d / 2018 on 03/06/2018, invoice no. W2224/1819/03017

Yesterday i got a call from ([protected]) one of your staffs regarding installation of the above mentioned product. He said the adjustable wall hanging panel will cost rs. 900-1200. I agreed since i was ignorant about this. Later i came to know it has been given free to someone known to me and inhabitant of my area. The person was about to come today and so i tried to call him up to fix the appointment since i will not be available after 12 pm. But astonishingly the guy is not receiving a client's call even after repeated calls... Please resolve the issue and try to give best service to your customers... I have also bought my washing machine from you. Raipur electronics is much nearer than your show room... But my trust goes to you... So please take care of these types of petty after sales service issues.

My brother in law kautabh ghosh approached before great eastern trading, khadinamore, chinsurah, west bengal for purchading a 40 inches samsung tv and made the entire payment today i. E on 1st june, 2018. When asked for delivery one staff namely abhijit sur whose mobile number is [protected] made rude behaviour with me. This is not expected from staff of great eastern trading co.

A frost free below 250 l preferably double door or may be single door made by hair (Bmr). But information given from your end that single door of whirlpool is available and supplied but it was seen that the supplied ref. Is not a frost free. What is tobe done so that it can be changed to double door/ single frost free. It was bought from agartala great easrern and supplied to udaypur, tripura

I bought a samsung digital inverter ac from your sodepur branch on 11.5.2018 and the name of the sales man was Mr. Subir Karmakar(mob-[protected]). My ac is defected and i have not used the ac till now. Yesterday technicians came for installation and tried to repair but they failed. I told them that i will not keep this ac, they should replace it and i informed Mr. Subir Karmakar. He told me that he will talk to service and will replace it. Today i called him about 12.15 pm. He said he will talk to service again and his behavior was rude and then i said i will go to consumer forum then he laugh and said me that i can go anywhere and cut the phone. What is this?

If my issue is not resolved today then I will surely go through the consumer forum and will take steps against you and I am attaching the copy of invoice.

Revert my entire booking money (10000) as soon as possible.

Mrs swapna ghosh my mother purchased a samsung double door refrigerator on 22nd april 2018 from great eastern habar. They assure to deliver this on 25th of april. But still now they haven't delivered it. My mother i s a senior citizen. What style of harassment it is? When we called them over phone they say that the product has gone out for delivery but still now we haven't received the product. Please take action immediately. Or say the process of get back the money because we want to return the product as the service is very poor.

I have purchased 1 refrigerator (Haier) on 18-04-18 from great eastern trading, sinthi more brunch. Order number is w1322/1819/00990. Same was delivered on 22-04-18 by mr. Sonu and mr. Bachhu. While placing the refrigerator they broke my water purifier (Pureit) due to their inefficiency. Now, could you please tell me who will give me the compensation?? I need either a water purifier of same company or else the money to purchase it. As per the consumer act i don't think my demand is wrong. Looking forward for a quick response with a positive note.

I get quote from the your (Krishna nagar branch). Our company (07/04/18) saturday transferred full amount on your account. Then i inform to your company staff he said monday confirm the payment wednesday delivered ac unit. But tuesday afternoon 3pm call to me your payment can't show our account so you give your statement copy for then we are processing. I will show with in 30 min. Then now wednesday your company branch staff say now we are can't get confirmation our head office. They are say story only can't properly respect to customer's.

Then how to we are come next you shop's.

I was purched heiar refrigerator modal no 2764 pmg in 18 march 2018 by great estan trading company, m. I. Road jaipur.
Sell person mr. Ravi sisodiya attend this showroom and his define various heiar modal refrigerator, we selected 2764 pmg modal then i asked mr. Ravi about refrigerator tools then mr ravi assured this modal tool but when the product deliverd my home the beauty kit missing after this i complain mr. Ravi and heiar customer excutive officer/supervisior mr. Kamalkant regading this but nobody solving this problem...
I want please solve out my grievance as soon as possible.

I am anath bandhu das age of 62 years old. I was purchased a aquaguard enhance uv+uf water purifier from great eastern trading, dalhousie for my home which is located at rahara, khardah, kolkata - 700118. But i am unable to install the above water purifier due to water tds is 400 at my home and as per service engineer advice i retrun back my water purifier to great eastern dalhousie on 06/03/2018 vide credit note no. Dh/1718/sr/00489 dated 06/03/2018. The billing mobile no. Was [protected] which is aircell tele com. Now this mobile no. Is out of service. So other mobile no. Was noted to great eastern trading, dalhousie which is [protected] and [protected]. After lapse of 28 days i am not get my cheque from dalhousie. It is therefore requested that please issue my cheque in favour of me at the earliest. The credit note is attached with my complaint for your ready reference.

This is for the receipt number : 00729 dated 04/03/2018. Product is haier refrigerator. I was supposed to get the delivery on saturday 10/03/0/2018. I repeatedly called the sales person but in response he said there is nothing to do from his side as it would be delivered from the godown. The product is loaded in the vehicle and i would receive. Still now the product is not delivered. The sales person says the same thing that it will get delivered today.. Tomorrow and so on.. I told him in priority that on saturday i am free as no office and to make the delivery. But he didn't bothered. Same day i bought an ac. Well that thing ai got on saturday without any hassle.. Please help me regarding the issue. I didn't expect the cheap delivery system from the great eastern..

Bought samsung washing machine bearing model no-ww60m206kma from bongaon branch on[protected].
It is brought to your notice that after delivery it was found by the service provider (On[protected] that the product was damaged. On that very day i informed the said branch about the matter and your bongaon branch assured that the item will be exchanged very shortly but no immediate step has been taken regarding exchange of the same till date.
However, i personally visited today for the same issue but the result remain same.

I have purchased a godrej fridge on 16.06.2017. Invoice no. 12/sa/1718/07573 date 16.06.2017 money receipt no. 03371. Down payment 5936.00 payment by debit card. But. Due of rs. 10, 864.00. Invoice type finance by hdb finance ltd 8 installment. Of rs. 1, 400.00 but 1, 400.00 x 8 = 11, 200.00. But my total due on 10, 864.00 i have extra payment 11, 200.00 - 10, 864.00 = 336.00 what is this? Please explain it & return me above money.

I would like to register a complaint against bill no mi/1718/sa/03411. I purchased a washing washine on 05/02/2018 and requested them to deliver at my place. I received the wasibg mashine but the engineer who was instructed to come and fit the machine did not come at all being registered the complaint again and again. I called the engineer again and again but still he was just not committing us about anything whether he is coming or not and did not visit at all. I had to leave all my work just waiting for the engineer to come and fit the machine. Iam extremely pissed of because of the service. And other than that nobody including staff is willing to look up to the matter and co ordinate for the service to be done. I never expected this kind of service from such a huge and reputed store and want to give away the washing machine i purchased and take m money back and never buy anything from here. I never had such bad experience from any stores untill now and got quick services always except this. I would never suggest all of my collegues friends and relatives or any other person to buy anything from here and will never ever again purchase for myself too in future. I just need my money back and please take back your washing machine from my house which is still sealed.

We have bought two window acs on 26th jan'2018 in exchange of two old window acs.. But after repeated request for last 13 days to your sales personal mr kunal of b. B. D bag outlet, the old items have not been taken back by you..
We are living in a flat and other flat owners are creating objection against those items as these items have occupied common space..
I have requested the concerned sales person for couple of times but no initiative had been taken by great eastern to pickup those items.

Again i request you to kindly send some people to pickup those items.
