I have purchased a double door refrigerator of Samsung 15 the august by payment through cash at baguihati great Eastern shop. I have received this yesterday 12 days delay from actual delivery date but till now demo instruction not happened so the item lay down in pack at my house.I have told shop but they in don't care mood.please sort out immediately.

Purchased electrolux freeze model no ej203ltege but delivered ei203ptml-fdk.

On complaining to great eastern company they are saying once delivered it cant be replaced.

Also delivery was not as per committed timelines. Had to call more than 10 times for delivery.

No support from great eastern company or its salesman sankar prasad.

It seems they are used to such issues and take it very trivially harassing customers.

Even they said me you can go to consumer complaints forum but nothing will happen.

Totally deceitful company.

Hi i am sayantan nag. I purchased a lg 43lf540a full hd television on 13th august' 2016 from great eastern (Branch 20, old court house street, kolkata - 700001). As per the discussion with sales person (Debasish #[protected]) and the reception counter during the purchase, it was promised the delivery and the installation will be done the very next day 14th august' 2016 (Saturday) as i traveling to outside for my office work from kolkata on 16th august' 2016 (Monday). But it didn't happen for me. During the purchasing they have promised me to delivery the product next day morning between 11 to 12 o'clock at noon. Also they have told me to installation process completed by the eod at the same day 14th august' 2016 (Saturday) but still i am waiting for the same. I had to call up multiple times to available contacts to get the status of the delivery/installation process, but after the repeated request over the phone never got any response from him or the customer support team. Also few times later the salesman frequently putting switched off his mobile which i used to call him. The landline number also this same shop are frustrated me as the both numbers are every time busy at there schedule working hours, which number are printed over the invoice bill. During my first couple of call i was always convinced by the salesman that "i am looking into this... It will be done within few hours". But after some time i used to understood that all are faked promise by them. It's only for the filling the customer target and collect the money from the same person which is against the consumer law by indian penal code.

However, finally i got the delivery by eod 14th august' 2016 at night which is not promises to me earlier from the same sales and reception team of the shop. Now i am moving pillar to post to get the installation done. This time the answer i am getting from the next day "already raised the request, company technician will call you... Raising another request bla.. Bla.. Bla.." etc. But they still didn't share with me the request/reference number of the request & still i am waiting for the installation process. Now i am not sure what to do..!!! As i told them before that tomorrow 16th august' 2016 i am going to outside for the work from the state & for this case i want to complete the full process before i leaving. But it's not happen for me yet. I am shopping from this branch at first time in my life. But i am shocked about this incident, their irresponsibility & the bad customer support treatment from some of your staff, it's not desirable or as expected. And i am not referring anymore to visit your shop to my all friends, relatives and rest of all my colleague in future..
I know this incident is against shop reputation. So, please take a early action. I am requesting to the concern team to take some action against these faked persons. Firstly these sales team should be trained on customer handling, should not commit anything which can't kept. At least they should intimate the status to the customer in case there is any problem/delay in delivery. This type unethical behavior is irritating but also impacting company's image. I sure that i am not the first person for this shocking/bluffing incident by the shops or your sales team of the shop, but if you not control them now then it's impact are worse in future for marketing of your selling products, because remember your employees are not stable relation with your company all the time but end of the day, making a good customer relation with a consumer are earning goodwill assets for your company reputation. Also a good behavior with a customer you can expect more networking growth from him through customer relation for your company in future.

I have purchased a new samasang rr19k28zrz 192 ltr 192refrigerator set (invoice no. 19/a/1617/04750) from great eastern trading co. located at 28c, narayantala east, vip road, baguiati, kolkata - 700059.

Most unfortunately i got shocked, when i received the product at my doorstep. it was completely a drenched pack. when the product was unpacked i found the logo was hanging on it and the refrigerator got dust, dirt, mud, and water on it. i talked to the saleswoman (polumni, contact: [protected]), she arrogantly denied the matter.

I am highly frustrated at the poor service provided by great eastern sodepur branch. I ordered a 1.2 ton split ac of hitachi model 514awds on 1-may-2016.
But to my astonishment it has been 10 days there was no delivery and no one from the store found it important to inform the customer about the reason for the delay.
I finally went to the store and was informed that the model was out of stock and i was then given a different model and now today while installation it was reported the ac was not in a good condition. I am surprised to find this kind of disgusting behavior by great eastern and no stones are left turned to frustrate a customer to the fullest extent. My bill number is 23/sa/1617/02198.
I will make sure as many people can be informed about this disgusting behavior by this branch from various social media and make sure going forward this branch gets sold because of poor customer service and relationships. Disgusting behavior from this branch.

On 07th of april'16 i have purchased a panasonic t. V of 32" lcd in the name of papri mukherjee but didn't get the bracket after repeatedly visiting to the office, i got the bracket
Which was mounted in the showroom. They opened and give me thw bracket
After 20 days and then again today i. E 06th may'16 technician came to fit
The t. V but screws were not there. He told to my wife to call to the
Howroom and infd and when she infd they told to come and take the screws
And also they misbehaved with her.
Is it the services you peoples are providing and also want to know what
Teps you are taking against your durgapur branch.

I have purchase a water purifier of kent grand on 09.04.16 from great eastern - behala branch (Near behala thana) and it was suppose to deliver on 11.04.16 (Which is also mentioned in bill). But till now it is not delivered to us. After several ph calls they are simply denied to know the reason of delay. I'm a new customer of great eastern & after this experience we will never going to purchase any products from there. Now i want my kent water purifier as soon as possible or please return my money.

I purchased a haier refrigerator on 12th apr from great eastern trading co.(Branch 319/11 jessore road, kolkata-700074). As per the discussion with sales person during the purchase, it was promised the delivery and the installation will done with in 4 days. But it didnt happen. Myself Broja gopal saha had purchased one Panasonic air-condison and washing machine, White on 7th Mar 2016 against full cash payment.. Ii was deliverd to me after 5 days ans the technician from the patent company visited my place after 7days for demonstration. After opening the air-condition box it was found that there was a big broken about 8-10 inches out door machine . I was advised not to use the machine and it would be replaced as soon as possible.Please be noted that, till today i.e 18 mar., no one either from great eastern or from Panasonic has taken any initiative to deliver/replace the machine. I had to make several phone calls sales boy and visted great eastern store but there seems to be no one bothered regarding any assistance. I'm fully disappointed with great eastern and Panasonic company .

This is very regretfully inform you about the worse purchase experience of a Whirlpool 1.5 ton AC Split window on dated 03/01/2016 from your Great Eastern Salt Lake Branch which is still yet to deliver. As a senior citizen I am very helpless to deal with your officials who are not willing to co-operate to deliver the same in due time. On this regards I have already made the payment the 1st installment through Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Kindly make an arrangement to deliver the same as soon as possible with less harassment.

I have ordered a refrigerator at Great Eastern (Branch: 433, Garia Main Road, Kolkata - 700084) on 21st of December 2015 and the delivery was supposed to be made on the same day i.e 21st of December 2015. But it is 23rd of December 2015 and they kept me waiting till 8 O'Clock in night saying that the delivery will be made. After 8 O'Clock they stopped taking calls (both the sales person and at the branch). Their closing time is 9 O'Clock at night.

I had ordered a Whirlpool 263D protton 3 door steel knight refrigerator from The Great Eastern Trading Company @ Baguiati on 3rd November, 2015 invoice # 19/SA/1516/10706.

As per your Diwali offer, if my purchase amount is between Rs 20000 and Rs 50000 I would be entitled to get a Roti maker and an Iron as free products.

It has been many days but the retailer is not giving me all the freebies as advertised.

Please take action and let me know the reason for this action.

I bought a bajaj geyser for 6000 on 4th nov '15. The sales girl Moumita was a liar with poor customer commitment. The team repeatedly committed that it will take time till 7th nov to install it by Great Eastern guys (free installation) and then the company people will come and demonstrate. Today is 17th nov '15 evening and inspite of my regular calls to the garia outlet, nobody turns up. I bought it from the pathetic garia store. Right from management to sales staff, the entire garia store is manned by incompetent, non committed staffs. Pathetic customer service because it is a low cost product. If i get it fixed by tomorrow, fine, else i will come down to ur store with the damn geyser, return it and file a law suit. Dont bother about the kegal charges, i can afford it.

I had purchased 42" LG TVmodel [ 42LF5530 ] on 13/x/2015 from the above mentioned company of Durgapur branch videInvoice no- 33/SA/1516/03633 dated 13/x/2015 where the sales person Avinash(Mobile-[protected]) had promised verbally to provide one DVD player free as gift against the purchase of the said TV . The said TV was delivered on 14/x/2015 without the free gift. I called the Sales person but every time he is making one excuse or the other. Myself is Anirban. I purchased a Samsung Smart TV on 11/10/15 from Great Eastern Baguiati branch. TV itself a offer of Samsung Mobile phone. When I claimed that after making the payment the sales person (Suranjan) told me to come after 4-5 days to get that one. After 5 days when I went he told me to call him on another 2 days later. When I called him his phone was switched off. After 2 days when I called him he told to come again after 5 days . Is this your customer Service? How do you handle with your customer! Really frustrating... I really would like to lodge a complaint for such an harrashment. Your word of mouth is getting down. Please handle with care.

I have purchased one Water Purifier on march 2015 from Great Eastern.That time they didn't explain clearly.once i face some problem with this product and asking them to solve my problem or replace this product they are not taking any responsibility and asking me to contact service center. When we asked them why you misguided...The are giving any right answer. In between Service center and Great eastern, we are the customers are fade up. It's my humble request please do the needful as soon possible

Hallo, I Sri Dinabandhu Ganguly bought a Bazaz toaster on 20/09/2014 from Great Eastern Trading company Sreerampore Branch, But after around six months of low usage cycle it stopped working, went to your sreerampore branch to get it fixed as it was within Warranty period . But I did meet with very bad behavior from The Lady Manager of above mentioned branch . As I write this complain three months have passed by since the sreerampore branch staff very reluctantly took back my toaster to get it fixed . Now my question is :- When do I get my toaster back ?? . I would surely like to get it back before I leave for my heavenly abode . Your Valuable problem solving methods are needed.
