Hi team,

I have placed an order on may2 in grofers online store, and cancelled the same on 4th may, i was been calling to the customer care, i was said to wait for 5 to 7days, it was about 11days above still not received the amount
Grofers team are not yet all responding for my refund query, i just want to file a suit against this website playing cheap tricks with customers.
I need my refund of rs.1089 asap, they said that they have provided refund and a reference id has shared to me after i requested, the same i have checked with my zeta team from which i have done the payment, as per the zeta team, they have not received any amount refunded from grofers.
Kindly help out

    My order ord[protected] was scheduled to be delivered on 11 may 2018 6am-9am.
    At 9 am, order was set as delivered but i waited till 9:30 pm and still order was not delivered. I was getting late for office but constantly tried to call customer care number and it only said "all customer care executive are busy". I was not having mobile number of delivery boy as order was marked as delivered. I tried to contact on chat and mentioned my problem but he just copy pasted lines "thanks for contacting grofers. You can check order status in app". How cheap reply? Order status was already delivered in app, how could i check order status in app.

    Afternoon, i got call from senior manager of grofers and he promised to deliver order by eod after 8 pm as per my request. But i didn't get any delivery even now (Going to be net day mid night). As i am not having delivery boy number (As order marked as delivered), i tried to call customer care to ask about my delivery but automated voice was only saying "working hours is between 9am to 6:30pm" and call was getting disconnected after this automated voice.

    After discussing and reading on social media, i got to know that it is very common for grofers to mark order as delivered even when order is not delivered and there were already complaints about the same problem which shows it is very common for grofers and how fraud is grofers.
    I made a huge mistake by ordering on grofers and paying before delivery. I will surely remember not to order from fraud grofers and never let anyone order from grofers. Request you to please get my order delivered which is marked as delivered as i have already made mistake by ordering from fraud grofers.

      My order number is : ORD[protected]

      I have placed an order of rs 2027 and there were more than 11 items which were missing in delivered ordered. Grofers team have refunded partial payment and saying that rest of the items were deleivered..

      They are fraud people and cheater as well.. I am in medical condition and customer care are not ready to help me..

      Pathetic team, poor services..

      Moreover they have taken my 200 rs cash back which I received in Paytm.

        The worst delivery model possible. They started with a bang with their low gaurantee rates and express delivery which was all false. They take days together to deliver orders and cancel n postpone as per there convience. Well I always thought customer is the king in service industry but it's the other way round!!! Grofer decides when they wish to deliver.
        This is the third time I am facing the same issue of delivery not on time but still I gave them a chance, don't know why!!!
        Order placed on 6th may, delivery scheduled for 9th may (10-1) on calling upon to check where the order is, cc representative has no clue and promised for a call back. At 4, I called them again and they conveniently rescheduled the delivery to 11th may. Are we fools waiting at home for these goons to deliver the products ordered???
        I told them to cancel my order and refund my money! To my surprise, 1/4th amount will be refunded to the grofers wallet... because it's promotional in nature. Worst customer delivery experience! Grofers should be banned!

          I have been waiting for the delivery of my order since the past 10 days and not yet received them. Instead i have been provided with false and incorrect inforamtion. My order have been rescheduled twice without my consent.

          Kindly assist me with this, and i believe there would be many others who would be experiencing the same.

          Below are the scenarios as per the date:
          30 apr 2018 - order was placed in grofers with payment done online and scheduled to be delivered on 04 may2018.

          04 may 2018 - received a call in the morning from the grofers delivery representative at around 08.00 am mentioning that he will be at my place in a while to deliver the product. But he did not turned up. I contacted him again and he said will come in evening hours as have another deliveries. I contacted him at late evening around 8.00 and his response was "i have reached home and do not know who will be getting your order". During the whole day i was trying to communicate with grofers with no success about the progress of my order, but they are least bothered. I received an sms from grofers that your delivery have been rescheduled for 08 may 2018 as per my request. So, here arises the question:
          1. When did i requested for rescheduling the delivery?
          2. I was not even contacted by grofers, why?

          07 may 2018 - i received a call from grofers team claming them-self to be from the escalation team. He started giving me all the excuses and reasons and explaining me that there was an issue with the operations, because of which the order was rescheduled. Also, to my surprise i receive an sms from grofers on 7 may mentioning that 2 items are not available. So, my questions over here are:
          1. If it would have been an operations issue, why wasn't i informed it at the start of the day or why did your representative did not informed me about it?
          2. Why was i given incorrect information by your representative?
          3. If 2 items were not available, what did your representative took with him for delivery on friday (4 may 2018)?

          08 may 2018 - waiting for the grofers delivery person to call me until 6.00 pm, when i thought of calling the person (Mithun as showing in the app), but he did not answered the call. Finally he answered the call at 8.00 pm and told me that the delivery won't be done today. To my surprise my order have again been rescheduled for 12 may 2018, which i was communicated at 8.30 pm.
          Have been writing email to grofers since then, but seems they do not care of even responding to customers.

          09 may 2018 - finally i receive a message from grofers which says, due to operational issue the order was not delivered and as per my request, it has been rescheduled.
          1. When did i requested to reschedule the order?

            This is one the pathetic grocery shopping site in india.
            They are rescheduling my orders since last 2-3 weeks and not delivering it.
            Money has been deducted but no delivery of orders.
            Whenever i call to their customer care no. -[protected] it keeps saying "all our agents are currently busy, please be on line." i was on line for 10-15 mints and finally a lady picked up my call. After telling her my issue she said one of your item was missed during procurement which is why it is getting rescheduled again & again.

            If this rescheduling keeps on happening i will flood every single social page of their's with my complaints.
            Hope to get a answer and my issue resolved.

              I've made a purchase of rs 2419 from grofers, where expected delivery was on[protected] by 6-9am, however the order was not delivered, customer care did not receive calls and order was rescheduled to[protected], which was informed late at night.
              This is the 2nd time grofers has done this, on purchase which had already been paid for.
              In april, for more than 2 weeks, my delivery was continuously postponed on every delivery date. Incompetent, negligent company which is incapable of fulfilling tat for groceries and household goods, which are of an urgent nature.

                Horrible experience ordering at your site for first time, will never order again and will badly recommend.
                An order of rs 280 was placed at my office through online-had clearly mentioned venue details which is definitely very popular deliver boy had to call me 20times and i had to instruct him wasting my 15mins, when arrived the packing was so horrible that i couldn't carry that transparent bag in my office premises after all this the delivery guy says he doesn't even have 20rs of change to return me back.
                Overall very bad experience, first ad last time of shopping at grofers

                  I placed an order on grofers.com on 19th april 2018 and they scheduled the delivery between 4pm-7 pm on 21st april 2018. The order was not delivered till 9 pm on 21st night i checked their website, logged into my account and clicked the link say"report an issue". Though the tracking on their website was showing out for delivery. As soon as i clicked i got a call from grofers saying that they would not be able to execute my order and they need to cancel it because my address is not correct. However my address is the same which is use for all online deliveries from other sites too. When i told them that they could have confirmed the address in past 2 days since when i had placed the order, the executive told that they tried calling me afternoon but my phone was not reachable. Though my phone was reachable throughout the day. When i asked the execute to connect me to a senior official he said they were busy with other calls. I hope such practices by these companies are seriously looked into and people should avoid doing business with them.

                    I placed an order of over rs 2000/- on 17/03/2018. It refused to deliver several items and so as to make it to rs 2000/- spent time looking for other products and fill my cart. When i placed an order it was worth rs 2016. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the grofers website showed a message of transaction failure.

                    The website showed the message "the payment failure. If the amount has been deducted from your bank it will be refunded shortly"

                    The said amount has not yet been refunded till date and i want the same be refunded at the earliest.

                      I had placed and order in grofers.com mobile app. Its order id gr[protected] is and it is not yet delivered. This order was placed on 4 apr 2018 and more than 3 times it has been reschedule without prior approval. It is showing now the order will be delivered on 16 apr 2018. What service grofers is providing, to deliver the vegetable it is taking more than 12 days.
                      By mistake I installed this scrap app and even after unistalling the same. I receive promotionary sms daily from diffrent link.
                      Plz help stopping this.

                        I ordered "Dinesmart Economic Melamine 24 pcs Dinner Set(White)" from the orderid- GR[protected] . I returned that item and the reverse pick up was done on 2nd April 8am . According to the policy I was supposed to get my refund back in 24-48 hours in my grofers wallet. Till now that refund is not done.

                        I have talked with so many customer care executives via chat, phone calls and mails but I didnot get my refund. Everytime I am raising my request they are coming with some new new reasons. They are telling " they have initiated my refund, it will be credited within 24-48 hours". They are not at all doing anything from their side .simply wasting my time.

                        Please help and let me know what i need to do.

                          I placed an order on 05/04/2018 at around 05:12 pm. At first it refused to deliver several items at my address so i again had to spend time looking for other products and fill my cart. When i placed an order it was worth rs 860. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the grofers website showed a message of transaction failure.

                          I placed this order without signing in. The website showed the message "the payment i failure. If the amount has been deducted from your bank it will be refunded shortly"

                          I need my money back in my account. Please refund it as soon as possible
                          I made an order with groffers for 1st time on[protected], i made paymnt of 1536 and it showed me msg that payment made but order failed, make payment again.
                          But my amount has already been deducted. they have no customer care number. How can I get my money back????

                            I placed on order for groceries worth rs. 15, 284 on[protected], 6:14 pm. Amount was deducted from my credit card but order didn't happen. No details of that transaction is found in the grofers portal. But i'm seeing that amount was credited to grofers by my bank. I have raised complaint twice, but no proper response. I don't see any escalation contact in their customer service page.

                              Charged by the amount which is not delivered.in my list following are the items:
                              1. 25 kg sona masoori rice (1 x 25 kg = 799 rs)
                              2. 10 kg sona masoori rice (1x10 kg = 364 rs)
                              3. Grocery farm supreme cumin (1x200 gms = 48 rs)
                              4. Surf excel matic top load (3x2 kg = 840 rs)
                              Total bill is 2001 rs after all discount.

                              Delivery guy delivered items except 25 kg sona masoori rice (Item no 1 which is worth 799 rs) asked 1400 rs (Actually price is 1202rs) from my mother while payment time. He took 198 rs extra and promised to bring rice and will take rest amount i. E. 601 rs.

                              When next day i complained to customer care, at first they denied this and later agreed to return the amount in their wallet.
                              Why i should accept the wallet money as grofers promised and took money and returning back in wallet (So that again will buy and experince the same)

                                Dear sir /ma'am
                                I have placed an order, today (30/03/2018) by making a payment through credit card. The order has been cancelled by grocers, as it was not reflecting in 'my orders'. I request you to credit the amount of 6058 in my credit card account.
                                I contacted the grofers customer care number :[protected] immediately and i was told that the money will be refunded within 2 days. The reason given was technical fault but on going through several customer complaints i could see this as a common factor - money deducted but order not placed'. I feel this is like a huge fraud in process. Retaining customer's money and using their funds for a couple of days.
                                I request the forum to look in to this matter seriously and also arrange to refund my money immediately.

                                    I have not received the following items:
                                    Gowardhan classic block paneer (₹70 x 1) = ₹70

                                    According to grofers they provide 150% cashback if any item is missing after delivery.

                                    But they gave rs 70 cashback and when i followed up with the customer care executives they told i will get rs 35 within stipulated time which is 72hrs after complaint. It is more than 80hrs now and they are not replying back to my messages now.

                                    I want this to be resolved asap.

And i got the confirmation from my bank account also. But the order in the grofers site got cancelled at that time. What happens to my money which got debited.
                                      Need an explanation and revert at the earliest and also the refund...
