I recd. The product same day with lots of insects. I complained them same time. They haven't respose

    We had ordered white deried peas from groffer which was supplied with the infested with insects.
    When we complained to the delivery agent they never bothered and said we will refund you the amount paid, this is not a question of refund but the public health

    They have today morning send the mail that they will send refund, pls take the struct action against them and stop this kind of products which affects the public health

      I had placed my order on grofers on 31st of jan i received my orders on time delivery boy refused to match the orders with the bill he just took 2000 and didn't returned me the reaming amount and just ran away but when i checked my orders my many of my listed products where not in the packets order value was rs 1920 and missing order value was rs 374
      Grofers had cheated me worst experience with grofers

        I have placed an order with payment mode as sodexo machine on grofers. At the time of delivery i had called delivery boy to ensure to have sodexo machine because i have chosen sodexo as payment... But when i called only he said there is a problem with sodexo machine... Till i call him, they did not report this issue... However i have understood their concern amd asked to deliver it the next day and he accepted to deliver products next day morning... I was waiting for the delivery on next day... But none contacted me... Then i have contacted grofers for the undelivered products... They said they will deliver it two days later... But they promised to deliver it on next day morning... I think grofers is using single sodexo machine for entire chennai circle... Why grofers is giving option to choose delivery time slots... Because grocery products are to be delivered as soon as possible... But if they delay yhe delivery customers can buy it from stores next ro them right? Why did u promise the delivery time and changed it later without my knowledge... I have my commitments right... You can't reschedule based on your comfortable time... I am gonna send the delivery boy back cancelling the products.
        .2nd time ordered products in grofers... Worst experience both the time...1st time also they did not bring soadexo machine... Irresponsible service feom grofers... Keep it up for yhe growth of bussiness and consumer services...

          It was a prepaid order and it is yet not delivered.
          It was placed on 16th of jan18, and i had requested them to get it deliver today but they denying by saying that they don't have any delivery schedule for today, but in my apps it is showing time slot of 3-4pm for today.

            I had order food on grofer and it had send me worst quality moong dal of 1kg of 92₹ and when my mombis going to prepare it was found that there is bad smell is coming and also dal is of worst quality when l had asked for my refund and compensation they told me that you will not get any compensation. Why not? They will give me compensation if any people would eaten it and fall sick than who will provide doctors fees and responsibile for bad health. L want my compensation as l had small catering services through home. And one of my customer had saw me when cutting the packet of worst dal than he told you sold bad food and many more. It creates bad image in front of my customer. And effect my small catering service.

            I am completely agree, with you. would be nice to listen what happens after that as I received the same thing today. I raise a complaint with them. If they disagree to compensate, then i will reach food inspection division and jagograhakjago as I have good experience working with them. My masoor dal is full of insects.

              I am very very disappointed after my order from grofers has been rescheduled 3 times & still no signs of delivery.

              The services from store swargate and eventually grofers is deceving. I was supposed to receive my order on friday jan 13th, which itself was slow to delivery standards and competition.

              This order wasn't delivered as promised. I also provided an alternate number. This was rescheduled directly on monday, 15th jan.

              On monday, after being communicated that order is on the way, i called the delivery person to find out he is not responsible for delivery in our area. Further more from being relentlessly rude with the customer regarding their internal issues/delivery problems, i was denied the pick up address or the store number. After requesting that i'll pick up and insisting urgency, he just rudely disconnected stating delivery will not happen.

              What kind o[censored]nethical business are you guys running / partnering with??? Are you really tracking such delivery problems? This is the core of your business, which seems to be fundamentally broken. This is my honest opinion with my experience with grofers/ super store swargate.

              After reaching out to grofers & speaking to their incompetent so called escalation department on tuesday, i have been informed that this will take another fkin 3 days & probably scheduled for friday 19th jan.

              I'm just going to voice my opinion & make sure that consumers are aware of such issues

                Since i have ordered groceries past one week they keep on postponing the order.. It happened three times now... I have payed the bill online... Worst delivery really very upset... Fed up and hell out of it... My order number gr[protected]... The same drama is repeating often and often... I have experienced the same problem before also... I have ordered some 50 items or so of worth rupees 3750/- even then they have problem in delivering the things

                  Hello, i have an issue with my recent order.
                  Order id-gr[protected]

                  In this order i have ordered an item which is -

                  "best value whole broiler (Skinless) - chicken".

                  In the box the weight is mentioned is 1 kg, but when i weight it on my household weighing machine it weighted 500 gm only.

                  I was shocked that grofers is cheating on weight as i was buying product from outside retailer shop.

                  For cross verifying i weight grofers product like pulses and it weight correctly.

                  I didn't expect cheating at this level.

                  Please take some action otherwise i will have to take some action and report it to some higher authority that grofers is cheating at this level.

                    Everytime it happens that we wait for order and then what happen is some items are not available or some items are such a bad that needs to be throw... Now i will escalate this issue to social media as well if no action is taken by your side...
                    Corns and lady finger both are in throw away condition. Check picture

                      I have ordered some items through grofers and my money deducted from OLA-money but order failed and when i contacted grofers customer care team they are telling with in 48 hrs my money will reverted. now its already 10 days passed still they are telling same thing, really i am irritated and i don't have any hopes on them and i don't know whom to contact regarding this. Please some one look into it and do the needful

                        I have placed an order 02 dec, 2017 (Saturday) which was scheduled to be delivered on 3 dec, 2017 sunday in b/w 5 am to 8 am. But it was neither delivered nor i got a call from them but the delivery status has shown on the ligin id, the order has been successfully delivered. When i send the mail & chats with apps. The company representative told me your order has been deliver in the wrong address, we will sent your order next day tomorrow on 05.12.2017 b/w 5 to 8 pm slot. But as on till date 06.12.2017 not received order from grofers, today i had send again compliant on this mail id [protected]@grofers.com, shubham. [protected]@grofers.com, after received representative call & mail from grofers, "we extremely apologise for the inconvenience caused" we will do the refund of rs.4079/- against the order gr[protected] has been initiated, it should reflect in your original mode of payment in 5-7 working days.
                        Then it was cancelled my order, i have already lost my 4 days for the order delivery and already paid payment on 2 dec 2017, further why should be wait for the refund amount in 5 to 7 working days. If i have paid amount immediately, why so wait refund same amount in working 5 to 7 days. I suggest all dont buy from grofers, they are doing cheating with online customer & enjoy the credited amount 10 to 15 days. So, do the complaint against him to government of india

                          My order no gr[protected] has been repeatedly being delayed for the past 1 week. There is no proper response or reason as why the order is not being fulfilled. The customer care no seems to be busy always and for mails there isn't any response. Sitting on customer money and not delivering gives an impression that grofers are here to cheat by throwing discounts.
                          I want a return policy for my order. Please tell me the procedure

                            I have placed an order for 17 items on 04th nov, 2017 (Saturday) which was scheduled to be delivered on 07th nov, 2017 (Tuesday) morning in b/w 6 am to 8 am. But it was neither delivered nor i got a call from them. When i called the delivery guy he mentioned that he will arrive in half an hour. But after sometime i received a message from grofers that my order has been rescheduled afer 2 days due to bla bla reasons. I needed the items urgently but their disgusting service has made me mad. On top of that the delivery guy is not responding now.

                                Dear growers team,
                                A very unhappy and unacceptable incident.

                                I have received product cornito nacho chips delivered to me on[protected] with its expiry date[protected]. Images of the product and the order history are attached in the mail.
                                Grofers team refunded me the cost of the chips rs.64/- into my grofers account but thats not what i was asking for.
                                I demand enquiry over this and the reason why this happened.
                                We people are so much occupied with our work and this is how consumer exploitation and undue advantage is taken.
                                I again demand to seek possible loop holes and revert as soon as possible.
                                I also request you to let me know that how will the company compensate for such case.

                                  Hi i made 3order on 14 15 october 2.34 separately. 14 october worth order 2003 and 619 worth order was deliver. On time but 2nd order worth 1033 was not delivered. On 3rd delivery i complaint to delivery boy he said delivery will happen today. Order was missing after waiting i message and cancelled order. Order was showing packed. Auto reschedule for wednesday night 9 to 11. I order some pooja item and sweet. They failed to deliver on time it suppose to deliver monday night before 9. They hold my money till sunday till i cancelled order. No response and they are giving excuse.

                                  They are promising 150 percent on missing item. Here complete order was ok missed out. I tried to request for delivery they didn't. I asked to credit at least 20 perecent but no

                                  They give excuse that weather reason. If weather reason than 3rd shouldn't delivered to my place.

                                  All item was missing and i want raise 150 percent claim on failure of entire order item missing. Next day morning after 8.30 i cancelled after having word thorough chat and delivery of 3 rd order.

                                  No phone calls or apologies or anything from the. It is cheap attitude towered consumer

                                  Consumer law concern they failed to deliver item on time and i have waited at least 12 hours for update and delivery. Till now no response i got. Horrible experience with them.

                                    This is with reference to my order #gr[protected] placed on friday, 6th oct, 6:46pm.

                                    I placed an order which was scheduled to get delivered by saturday, 7th oct, 6pm — 8pm slot. Instead of delivering the groceries i got a call from grofers on 7th oct, at 7:43pm, which gets missed from my end.
                                    So i called back at 7:45pm and the number (From which i got the call) wasn't reachable.

                                    I got a message from grofers saying that they tried reaching me but couldn't get through so they are rescheduling the order to sunday, 8th oct, 6pm — 8pm slot.
                                    Due to the timing constraint of the working hours of grofers's customer care, i couldn't connect them via chat as well.
                                    So i messaged them again on customer chat section via grofers's app, which stays unresponsive for a very long time.

                                    Later, after calling the customer care on sunday, 8th oct @ 9:32am, i get the justification for the non delivery of the order saying 'we are short of delivery boys in your area and hence the delay/rescheduling' and when i insisted the person to deliver it in an earlier slot (As my meals were at stake and logically i was not at fault from any end), i was given lame excuses for being unable to do so.
                                    Still, on human grounds, i considered the reason and waited for my order patiently.

                                    Today, 8th oct, i got the number of the delivery boy (Which we get usually when the order is on the way) and proactively called him at 7:36pm just to make sure i don't sleep empty stomach today.
                                    Also i considered the fact that the delivery boy was new to the area and hence again the delay seemed happening.
                                    I told him that i am ready to adjust and get a late delivery today but he has to make sure he does the delivery and also explained the directions to reach my location.

                                    So my calls to the delivery boy keeps going out at 7:36pm, 9:26pm, 10:16pm, 11:21pm but nothing gets delivered to me, instead i am just given assurance for delivery.
                                    Rather, in the last call i am told that the delivery will be made on monday, 9th oct.

                                    My concern is, why do i have to suffer, sleep empty stomach and go through mental agony?
                                    If grofers is incompetent to make a delivery then rather they shouldn't take an order instead of fooling the consumer.

                                    It's because of grofers i have to deal with my 4 times of meal and disturb my sleep to raise my voice.
                                    It's not the first time i faced an issue with my order. I kept ignoring minor concerns in past.
                                    But this time the issue has gone beyond consideration.

                                    Leave customer satisfaction and customer centered approach aside. They (Grofers) are unable to complete the basic task of delivering the order!!

                                    Hoping for some serious action on it as i have not received the order till now!!

                                      This has been a trend of grofers that they always delivered the worst quality of vegetables. I had bad experience in past and raised several complaints and evertime they only apologies and make a statement for not to repeat the same. Today i've ordered under reference gr[protected] and returned 3 items. There is no phone number to reach them at the same moment when we really need help. They have delivery timing since morning 06:00 but during that moment if a customer wants to highlight any issue then it's not their office timings.in returns they had grofers cash but i don't want it as i only want the best services. I'm a working girl and can't accept what has happened with this order delivery. The delivery boy was starting at me as if he has never seen a girl before. Moreover he was fighting with me for the change which is his responsibility to carry out. It was very uncomfortable and unacceptable behaviour from him. I have an intuition that he can take revenge of it because i did not accept his behaviour and raised my voice. It's scary and it's a mental harassment as you're fighting for silly things early in morning. I want an immediate action to be taken for it. It's very disappointing and frustrating when it comes to grofers services and moreover they can have more stores but they keep the same store (So called supre store) no matter how many complaints has been raised against it
