On 5th may i placed ord[protected]. This was assigned to deekshith (+91-[protected]) for delivery. Exactly 10 minutes past the slot time i received sms that due to operational reason my slot will be rescheduled. I tried to call deekshith multiple times but his number was invalid. Then after many complaints it was delivered on 10th may.

In that delivery 4 items were missing for which i received a cashback in wallet. However while ordering the same items grofer added a delivery charge of 29 rs. It is completely theremistake that they couldn't deliver this and why should i pay delivery charge for same order twice!!!

However, due to urgency i went ahead and placed the order by paying delivery charge. New order id is ord[protected]. The scheduled slot was 12 th may 10am - 1 pm. Again it got assigned to the same guy deekshith (+91-[protected]). At 10.10am i got sms that order is rescheduled. Again deekshit's number is telling invalid.
I want strict action to be taken against this.

1. You should deliver all missing items from first order without any additional delivery charge.

2. Deliver the order items by today itself.
My order id is ORD[protected] my order have to deliver today but when but when I speak with grofers delivery team then they said that they don't have my order crate so my order could not be delivered today if this is grofers services then I am not going to order from grofers next time I want my order today and it must be delivered today
I have placed order reference no (ORD[protected] on 02 May 19. Its not delivered yet. Daily they are re- scheduling the delivery period. I have registered complaint through customer care complaint No. 37449238. Worst experience ever. Kindly resolve the issue with super store.

    I am Coustmer of grofers since last 2 yrs no such thing happens but this month I placed order twice to grofers same person baljeet Chauhan delivery person assigned for my order delivery ..first order on 4 may he refused to delivered his given reason was heavyload after calling him many times he picked my call and refused the delivery at that time in his duty hrs he was drunk and speak to me very badly and rudly.then I complained it to grofers coustmerservice they assure me to take action against him ..but no action taken ..i cancelled that order again booked an order which was supposed to deliver today 6am to 9 am...same person baljeet Chauhan was assign again for delivery to order ..he made no ph call ..I chased the delivery as his nm was given for contact..today also after knowing my name and address ..he cut the call then again I called him he again straightly refused to delivered saying heavy load ..cut the call .my husband called him again he said another reason missing items in the order ..it will be reschedule ...again I complained it to grofers they assure me to get it deliver to today noon ..but till no updation I got ...and the person baljeet Chauhan he done this delibratly because I raised complaint against him about his behaviour he was drunk at the duty hrs..he harassed me and his behaviour was shocking to me ..I complaint it to grofers. Com but no action taken against him...

      My order ord[protected] is supposed to be delivered by today 8-11pm.in website it shows order on the way. However, i have got an sms just now that the delivery has been rescheduled. This is ridiculous. Your fb messages are replied by bots, your customer care number does not work after evening and your website and sms communication has discrepancy. You call this customer care? Are you people doing charity? You are being paid for the services. How can you take it so casually? And this is not an exception. Your fb page is flooded with similar complains. My fault to rely on your commercials. Plz invest in customer care and support, rather than ads, since you cannot invest in both (That's what is seen from experience). Ridiculous!!! Worst experience ever compared to any online delivery. Forget the fillers of apology just deliver my stuff.

        I ordered some grocery items from grofers on 3rd april with order id. Ord[protected] which was delivered by 7th apr 6- 9 am but my delivery is canceled because the delivery boy is said i cant delivered and i cant stair up on the 3rd floor when i was complaint with customer he said your order will be delivered 7th may evening but delivery boy is not delivered my items even he shown as successfully delivered even today is 8th april but still not delivered item.

          I had ordered few things which were delivered on 06/05/2019 and one of those were organic eggs which were 6pieces worth rs 95 and i ordered 2 boxes that's 12 pieces and when i opened the parcel i saw that the eggs were at the bottom and on top we r having milk and juice and other heavy things, i mean this is how u pack? Eggs were broken and all the juice was licking out its as i[censored] packed the potatoes bag (All in one) i paid for these costly eggs just to receive them broken. I mean we do have have some thing called brain given to us which we need to use.
          Unprofessional behaviour of delivery team ...they are not bound to deliver the order on time ..delivery person named baljeet Chauhan he was so irresponsible he got drunk on duty hrs and taken calls of coustmes at that state and speak out rubbish to Coustmers asking about delivery status..these unprofessional were working under grofers twice I faced the same person same problem despite complained against him ...shocking no action taken ..
          My order is not delivered at my place but showing delivered. when i complain on chat app they are not taking appropriate action.

              My account was blocked because I have to return some items which were damaged or small or not efficient so some times I was giving item to your delivery executive and he refused to take it so I was returning it after some times one by one so it took me 6+ orders return in last one and a half year so grofers blocked my account and my full orange cashback and orange cash was to provide benefits to their customer and not to cheat them and I am very much disappoint with them and if grofers did not give my all money to my account including grofers orange cash I will not purchase anything from them and I will all those my friends whom I told to continue with grofers to stop. My orange cash Amount is RS 3100+ and a total of RS 3300+ . And I have also raised a big complaint against grofers in national consumer forum complaint number- 1280530 and I want all my money including orange cash in my account under follows Name- Yash Yadav, name of bank UCO bank Jorasanko Pincode 700006, Ifsc code -UCBA0000200 and many times I have received damaged products and wanted to return it so many times they did and every time I I wanted to return they counted and deactivated my account and telling they will not give back my money ...

                The issue am facing with by ongoing order on grofers they schedule my delivery slots every day to the next day they reschedule without knowing me and this is going on continuously with my last two orders which they had cancelled without knowing me and after that i ordered groceries again and they are doing that kind of things again the always reschedule my order to next day i paid bill online there is no good customer support and their delivery boys also argue that they can't deliver i attached my order id yesterday they scheduled slot for today but now it is showing for tomorrow

                  I ordered some grocery items from grofers on 15th april with order id. Ord[protected], which got delivered on 17th april, 2019. I ordered 'britannia toastea premium bake rusk' in the same order. Immediately after delivery of the products we opened that britannia toast for consumption with morning tea. I ate that toast first and i found that its smelling & tasting different so i asked my mother to taste she also felt same but till that time i ate that toast completely soon my husband came & he checked the toast packet as we told him that something is wrong with toast & we found that some phenoyle kind of something must be got into that packet & the whole packet is smelling with phenoyle. We immediately kept it aside. I felt continues stomach ache & vomit feeling for almost half of the day. I immeditely contacted my doctor & tell them the scene they asked me to wait for sometime & else visit her clinic. If such toast has been ate by any kids or aged person then what would have happen to them. The question is why you not check the quality of product before sending it to consumer it is better to buy it from store at least we can check it by ourself. We tried to report the issue on grofers website but their links are not working.

                      I have order for groceries on 13th apr. Order delivery was scheduled on 15 apr between 10am to 1pm. But this fake grofers did not delivered the order and after 1pm app started showing order delivered. How it is possible? If order is not delivered how can they say order delivered. They are just fooling customers with there fake promises. If grofers is not capable they should shut down there company. Fake grofer fake srk.

                        I order on 4th April which delivery date was 7th April. After so many follow up with no postitive response from the customer support executive it got rescheduled for 11 the April and even the order was not delivered on the same date. Then I cancelled the order and had to go to buy some grocery from local grocery shop. Then on 13th April again I ordered which delivery date was on 14th April from 4to 7pm timing. By 7 it showing the status on the way. On 7:30 I got the message that delivery boy not able to connect you. I called him many times but he didn't pick call. I had chat with pathetic customer support executive who told me that you won't get the order today as carrying your order can be damaged. If the order was on the way then suddenly carrying it will become problem. How many lies you guys tells and makes customer fool. Your competitor big basket is much better than you. Always provide the order on time and don't provide false information to custom. I will escalate this further surely for giving stress these 10 days to me.

                          Delivery person. First refused to be aware of my address.

                          Then he rescheduled my order because of his big ego!

                          His name is ganesh.

                          Then chat customer service when shreya umesh, didn't answer my questions on chat and instead copy pasted statements

                          On the top of it, they were living to me about everything.

                          Order status was "on the way" and ganesh confirmed me on phone that he will reach to me by 1-2 pm today. The didn't inform me about rescheduling thing to the time i can't with them.

                          Now they reset the order to packaging.

                          This worse customer service experience ever...

                          I will stop doing business with grocer after this experience and will ask my friends to learn from my experience too...

                          I referred my friends to grofer which now i feel was a mistake.

                          There is so. Much to tell about this experience but no body cares., i guess

                          Grofer delivery team has big ego issues

                          Bye bye grofer, you lost me as your customer and keep counting

                            Hi, i placed an order on grofers towards pampers purchased for rs 515/ and made payment of rs 515 through my paytm bhim app. Payment debited from my wallet but order was not placed.
                            I requested to grofers team but they have not yet refunded amount back to me.

                            I had to face the same kind of issue. Later on, probing much I got to know this problem was from Paytm Upi. I got my refund back in 7 days. Don't worry, you'll also get. Don't forget to check with Paytm UPI once. Grofers redirected to me to them & they resolved my problem. Hope this helps. :P
                            Also, don't forget to thank me later. :P
                            When Order accepted as per agreed prices and delivery time slow then Why it is not delivered on time ? Always Delivery schedule changing by your team, product declared as non-available and packing also not done properly.

                            Day-by-day service is becoming very BAD.

                              I placed order with grofers on 18th feb 2018, with delivery date 21st feb 2018. The order was out for delivery stage on 21st feb, we spoke with delivery guy he said he has not received the parcel to deliver. If the parcel is not received for delivery how come it's at our for delivery stage on app. The order got rescheduled for next day. Till now the order is rescheduled 3 times. Customer support team had no confirm answer why the order is getting delayed and keeps getting rescheduled. Again today the order is out for delivery and delivery guys says the order is cancelled. On app it still shows out for delivery.
                              Grofers left us in middle of procesd
                              With no further information. This was very trouble some as this has never happened before in past 1 and half year orders with grofers. Such experience really ruins the trust for online ordering apps. You never know when it will backout.

                                They had not initiated my refund after 8 days of wonderchef 5 little cooker of rs 1824
                                They also tell me everyday that within 24 to 48 hrs refund will be initiated but i did not received any refund
                                They all tell that i will get refund, i will get refund but no response
                                I am really very tired of them
                                I am always contacting them but always other man or women talks to me
                                I have order 2778 inr and choose to pay by cash on delivery. Out of 2778 grofers orange point used 397 and actual cash should be 2381. Delivery boy came in my absence and shown bill of 2778 and taken full cash. Now grofers saying delivery boy not taken 2778. I always seen grofers sent items and missing. Everytime they say by mistake we forgot

                                  This has reference to my order id: ord[protected]. I have placed an order on monday 04/02/2019 and it was scheduled to deliver on 09/02/2019. But somehow my order didn’t get delivered to me at 09/02/2019 and again you have re-scheduled my delivery at 14/02/2019. Why you people have re-scheduled my delivery?? And if you are re-scheduling it then i want compensation for that because if the buyer is re-scheduling then you guys are charging them but if you are re-scheduling them then you don’t provide any compensation why? Groofer you are giving very poor service and doing a thing on your own without informing the consumer. From my side, this is a very bad experience. I won’t recomend your service to anybody else. And do reply over my queries.

                                    I had placed my order last sunday. Order no. Ord[protected]. This is a prepaid order. It was supposed to be delivered on 8th feb... I have not received it as yet. I have raised multiple complaints through the app but have got no response. The delivery person refuses to take my calls.
                                    I have been following up and they keep telling me that its going to get delivered but i think i have waited enough and i have to escalate it further for some action to be taken.
                                    Their actions are mounting to cheating and frauding customers online.

                                    Would request the consumer cell to take strict and necessary action at the earliest in bringing these fraudsters to task.

                                      I have placed my order 31st jan'19 and gofers given me dispatching date after 5 days but its not dispatched my order and that's reschedule of 7th and commitment end of the day they will dispatched my order but that's again reschedule my order 9th feb'19 this is hike i am not used in future grofers because grofers services very poor as compare big basket 100 times of better

                                        I was trying to place an order for amount 1397. I had selected airtel wallet as payment option which had enough money. But the transaction failed and money got deducted. Grofers keep saying it will be refunded in 5-7 days but the time limit is over and still not processed. Inspite contacting them n number of times they do not care about it. I will be lodging fraud complaint at nearest police station if not resolved at the earliest
