My order was not delivered and rescheduled to 4 days late whereas i have club membership for priority delivery. And got the vip pass where i saved the lot of deals but there were not available or added to my cart during the sale. There was no roadblocks or etc. But the company is saying that as the reason. Here my order id order no. Ord[protected] which u placed on august 9 which should have beeen delivered yesterday but was rescheduled to 13 august.

    I purchased items worth rs 4532 from grofers in grofers orange bag day sale.

    The items were delivered at 6 pm and was delivered in 3 plastic bags and when i checked items worth rs 751 was missing.

    I reached out to 2 customer executive and they completely refused to take my complaint.

    Grofers customer executive are completely refusing and calling me a fraud.
    I have been using grofers regularly for 3 years and stunned by the poor service nd customer treatment.

    I need a resolution. Please help.

      Dear sir/ma'am,
      Grofers doing fraud with the customers. They are making fool o[censored]s. We purchased vip paas before purchasing they showed domany discounted products but when deal started all the products becomes out of stock. Also when we ordered some products they automatically changed some other address so that we complete to cancel the order. Then i again tried to order then it's says to purchase vip deal again and their contact number chats etc not working. Sever not working. They are doing big fraud

      When we are trying to complain them they are not accepting. Not providing products to us.
      All the products becomes out of stock so why they are selling vip passes till now by showing the same products to the other customers on discounted rates and when they purchased it becomes out of stock for them.
      Even they are showing Paytm offers etc but not giving any benefits.
      When before starting deal I asked about products they said they will give many more products on sale. Wait till sale started all the products will be available.

        I had purchased vip pass with smart bachat club membersip, but whenever i try to save the vip deal it says to buy the vip pass. I don't know that i have already purchased the vip pass then why i am asked to purchase the vip pass. Again and again. Since last two days i have complained several times but every time the same reply is issued that my complaint will be resolved shortly.

          I ordered first time from you, and been trying to speak to customer support since long but you only have chat bot option, no real human being.

          First my ordered was delivered so unorganized, without proper packaging.

          Than, the daawat basmati rice that they claimed over website is a long grain rice, is actually very small tukda rice. Your listing doesn't specify this anyware. They are fooling customers

              Today morning my order has been delivered but in that item aashirvad atta 20 kg is not delivered at my room delivery boy directly deny to give product and tell he is not giving this and all update status delivered when we call customer care he is not listening my query.
              He told me company not allowed him to deliver product at home and also he told me that come with him then only he give product when I am deny he update it delivered.
              So I want my money back to my account or same product delivered at my location

                On 24th july i had placed an order of rs. 973 and payed through phonepay, my order was not confirmed but my money was deducted. From that day i had write many time to grofers support asking for my refund but every time they are saying they will refund it in 5-6 days.. Its been 10 days now. I want my refund back or else i will now complain for this to consumer forum. Such a bad service provided by grofers. I want a solution for my problem

                  Hi team i was trying to place an order but there was an error at the time pf payment which happened 3-4 times. due to which i was unable to place the order.
                  half an hour later my bank account got deducted with amount 2307 *thrice*.
                  when i spoke to the customer care they promised to refund the amount of 6921.
                  after getting the confirmation message the amount was only 2307.
                  what kinda fraud are they running?

                    I ordered on grofers 4 days ago. My order was supposed to come the next day between 4-7. At 7 the app showed that my order was delivered and i didn't receive anything and after contacting the support they said it'll be delivered in an hour. It never came. After 2 days of waiting they placed an order from their side with a refund for one product. They placed the order on sunday. Never came. They said that they were not able to deliver due to an issue in their delivery system, so they scheduled it for the next day. It was supposed to arrive between 1-4. I checked the status on the app and since last night is showing order packed but it is still not out for delivery. I am highly irritated and ready to take grofers to the consumer court.

                      I want to share my exp, i had grofers cash (Orange cash from orange sale days) and with this i used to shop, while shopping i realized that grofers super store (Okhla) was delivering low quality, rubbish products and the delivery people were rough and rude. I wish no one purchases a dime from this company as their staff and services are not upto the mark. Sorry grofers but you have definitely lost a loyal and dedicated customer for ever.
                      [protected] is my gorofer id no. blocked i have 4 order in 500 rupees each in 1 month or 2100 some rupees in my orange wallet i want to open my id grofers excutive said we can not unbpocked my id . what do i do?

                        In grofers i ve used my win win points to redeem the vip pass. But there was no action button available to finish the transaction which is an application error to be fixed immediately so that i could redeem my win win points which they claim in the home page. But whenever i contact the customer support chat, though im online and typing them promptly they wud say. Seems like u r away. Issue resolved. Have a wonderful day.. Not just 1ce or twice.. Every time.. Seriously fed up... Uninstalling my grofers app.. Worst.. #grofers

                          My order id - ord07448328... Every time... They don't (Uttam nagar delhi) deliver products on right time and delivery person says... Main kya kar sakta hun... Person name - mohit-[protected]...
                          I had placed the order earlier also and that time same issue... They didn't came on time and delivery person said same line... And they don't carry products also to my 2nd floor... They asked me to help them in carrring the products... So i am not going to place order again on groofers...

                            I made a purchase on grofers on 9th of july my oreder was unsuccessful but my account was debited, i received a pop up msg that if your account was debited it will get credited in 7-10 days, it has been past 12 days now and i have not received the refund yet. And now they are saying that i have not ordered anything. I tried to contact them they are not responding and disconnecting my call all the time

                              I called grofers delivery person who have assign for the same.
                              He talk me very rough and rood language.
                              I never had a expirence of this type of service.
                              Grofers have very poor employe,

                              Delivery boy was so rude and he has no manners how to talk with a lady. He was not getting my address so he asked me to come outside and take your products. Is this the way that grofers provide their services. I m very disappointed with the grofers services. I will never buy anything from grofers again. Very bad services.

                                I have ordered some products on 18 june 2019 worth of Rs. 1841, the money has been deducted from my account, but order didnt place.
                                After quring on e-chat option with grofers, they told me that your money will be credited within seven days but the money has not been credited till date. After querying again with grofers, now they are saying that we have not received any money from me..
                                So please help me to get my money, sir

                                  I had placed an order of about 2000rs on 3rd July, with an assured delivery by 6am to 9am on 4th July. When i wake up next day i see a notification saying that the agent tried to reach me but I did not pick up the call, however i never received an phone call. I waitied for 1hr on the chat box to talk to customer​ care, after getting tired i called staying online for about 20-25mins my call got connected and they said they will look into it. I had guests coming over on 4th i had told them and i needed the ration they said they cant do anything. They rescheduled for 5th july and the same process repeated. The delivery boys dont pick up calls and since the money is already paid they are playing blame game. Please help me out.

                                    I placed an ordered (Order id: ord[protected] on tue, 2 jul, 12:19 am. The delivery date was 4th july. We received a message on 4th about delay in delivery and after some time, we got a message about the order having been delivered. I've tried to contact the customer support but there is no timely response and they keep saying order has been delivered. I've tried multiple times but no response from them since morning. Please help. There is no customer support, only a bot that shows response time is 2 hours.
                                    It has been 3 days since I am continously trying to call or mail them. no resonse is being provided. My money have been deducted with no order placed. Now looks like they are nor willing to initiate even refund from their side.

                                    no body is responding to my refund emails. got badly cheated here.

                                      I placed order on grofers on 30june2019 and paid online. App shown delivery date as 1july2019 8-11pm slot. On 1july2019 around 9pm when called the store, they said there is some problem in app, order will be delivered on next day. At night by 2pm, msg received that order delivered. We call the store and customer care but problem not resolved. App showing status as order delivered but we didnot receive anything and our money is also lost. Customer care is not responding now.                                         I placed an order on saturday 29-june-209 at 10:32 pm however at that time it showed me order delivery slot for sunday 30 june 2019 between 8 pm - 11 pm and i opted for the same. Next day there were no status for my order. I didn't raised any concern. After that 2 of the products got out of stock and they refunded i still didn't chased them for my order, and yesterday it was showing out for delivery i called up the executive details which was available in my app they told me it wont be delivered today it will be delivered later by tomorrow. I said please update the same in your app i will contact grofers then he said mam please understand the person is not well and xyz #. After that he asked me if i have a car or not so that i can pickup my stuff if it is my urgency. Guys are you serious like you want to me to pickup the stuf?? Like how??
                                        I need my order today or my refund in my bank account with the interest of waiting for 5 days.
