I have ordered vegetables with order ID ‘ORD[protected]’ from Grofers (it’s an online store). I received tomatoes which were rotton in state and smelly from a distance. I told delivery boy about it but he turned a deaf ear and went. I was putting complaint to Grofers then I saw then worms are coming out of the tomatoes and jumping here and there. Not only one but three, four tomatoes are rotton and filled with worms. Immediately I took the pics and sent to the Grofers but they didn’t take any corrective measures. Food is an consumable item and could lead to high level of stress when you don’t get it properly but they provided rotton vegetable. For reference I have attached images as well.
Today, dated 22/09/2018 I wanted to place order for rs 372 but it was not placed and money was deducted...i want refund or else order to be placed...please do it soon. Its not good to do fraud like this...i want a quick refund

Cheaters liars fraudsters. They owe me 2 bills deducted from my bank since September 2018 and till date they keep lying IRS sent to my account. I've sent them back account statement 19 days back they said in 48 hours they'll get back to me but haven't till date. They've repeatedly been doing this, but now it's been way too far to tolerate.

    I purchased 29 items from grofers on 30.08.2018 for which I paid full amount of Rs 3226 online through debit card.But when I received orders I was lacking 3 Chocolates with Rs 243 which I ordered and paid for. The billing also is for Rs2983 in total which they gave me which is less than what I paid i.e Rs 3226 .So I didn't got my chocolates which I ordered.When I tried to contact them on WhatsApp they are not taking any action.I am attaching all the details in attachment section.

      Grofers is cheating the customers by fake deals, as per their offers i order their goods, and after few hours they are sending messages, your orders have been cancelled. First, they will accept the order and after few hours they will cancel.

      I paid rs.43, 000 online and they cancelled the order and they say the amount will be credited within seven days. Who will pay the interest for rs.43, 000 for seven days.

      So customers do not order any thing from grofers. They are number 1 cheaters india. There are many online merchants who provide true offers as promised.

      Dont use grofers this is my advice. Let them shut the stores and quit the market at the earliest possible.

        If it's missing you have to prove it i used grofers from last 2 yrs never happened but once it happens why should i lie about a freaking butter bunch of pathetic customer service trusting their crew against a genuine customer of 2 plus yrs. Why the heck should i let it go when you guys are trying to prove that i am lying when you guys don't deliver full ordered products. Don't know what all they didn't deliver over the years. Fraud

          Grofers is defrauding the customers by fake deals, i lost so much time ordering from grofers and on next day they send me a message that the item has been cancelled, they are simply looting the customers. This should be taken in consumer court with all evidences.

          Also there customer support do not respond to my queries, that is realy frustrating, i raised my consern so many times but still they do not care, i even wrote an email to them but still no response.

          They launched a deal where i have to buy some item at discounted price but the condistion for the discount or deal was to share the item with my friend and my friend shoudl also purchase the same item via my link within 24 hours, i did exactly as suggested still they cancelled my order saying my friend has not made a purchase and hence they are cancelling my order, so poor and unfortunate, my friend ordered the item via my link withing 40 mins of my order, i am proving both order id;s below as a evidence).

          *this is pure mental harassment and financial fraud

          All, plz be aware of these frauds, they will kill your time and money, will never again order from grofers

          It seems completely strange. Grofers always provide all the benefits of the offers. :) Group buying and referral coin are already hit. :)
          I also used to trust them, but post recent incidence I learned a lesson and now never ever go back to them.
          The item is missing.while counting they give 26 items, but after that when I checked there have to deliver items.I called delivery boy immediately but he don't give satisfactory response and after that not picked up phone.Very bad service

            I had used first time grofers as my friend suggest me to use and they are getting there order on the next day.. But when i ordered it asked me 4 days.. I agree with that as i am using first time... But on the day when i have receive my order my order get cancelled and they infomrmed that they will let me know the next time when they have time to deleiver.. But i am unable to receive that.. Also they cancelled one item and refund in wallet
            . But after this experience i will never use this again.. I had already emailed every single proof to grofers team but they are not helpful.. Even i asked for supe.. But supe called me at 6:26 pm and i had sent email on that proof as well.. And disconnected name jatin as shift is over.. And informed very smartly that he is not able to listen me.. Pls help in my concern.. I want refund in bank.. Through which i paid and want to talk with senior guy who will understand my issue

              I ordered 17 items on 03.09.2018. After 2 days, the aforesaid said items are delivered I.e. today at about 8.00 pm. 3 items I.e rice, Colgate and agarbatti conditions, the dirt on rice packet was their and cover of toothpaste and agarbatti were torn which is very disappointing insurances.Kindly take necessary steps for providing compensation to the consumers and take necessary action in future to avoid such type of carelessness. As you are aware that polybags are banned then why do you use the bags instead use jute bags for packaging.

                I am regular customer of grofers since last 3 years. This is 1st time my worst experience about the delivery man. Today around 9.20 pm one delivery man came was ringing the bell 3-4 times after telling that i am coming down from 1st floor. B'caz he was not agreed to come on 1st floor. I was alone in home, my husband was went to take my child from the tution just beside my home (2 mnts distance). I spoke to him for collect this amount from my husband just in front of the lane. He didn't agreed to collect money from my husband. He told me 'return the items'. He was not waiting for just 1 mnt also. I request to him repeatedly for waiting 2 minutes till my husband come. But he shouted and too much misbehave with me. Told me he will not wait for us. Because he was thinking that it was already late night for him (9.20 pm around). Its my 1st time experience.                   I always order my grocery items from grofers but they always delivered 1-2 days after committed date of delivery, and when I called to delivery boy they used very harsh language with me.Which is not tolerable.Its my request to take the strict action against Grofers so that they never cheat to other customers.Also they delivered Worst quality of Item.
                  My order ID is ORD[protected]. The delivery person has just delivered the items which I have ordered. I started checking the item while the delivery person went down the doorstep and left my place in his car. I found the Arhar Dal is not there. It happened so fast that I didn't understand how and when he left my place.
                  I paid with phone pe. Money got debited but order not get placed. Customer care person also not replying. Worst servie ever

                      You guys and your service is absolutely pathetic. This was my very first time ordering from grofers and will be my last order.

                      Firstly, if I order on a particular day I expect the same to be delivered within 2 days max. Just like other vendors online .

                      But u guys took 06 bloody days to get it done. And the same were incomplete delivery and bad quality goods.

                      I ordered for vegetables. They were bad. Cauliflower was rotten.

                      After my repeated complaints you guys delivered it before time without informing Me to my neighbour. Not realising that there are frozen items in my order n my neighbours are pure vegetarians.

                      I reached home at 7 pm awaiting the order which was scheduled between 8- 10pm realising that it has been already delivered.

                      The frozen items were all gone bad. Thanks to you guys. Need refund of this as well.

                      To add to this. You refunded my money of missing items and the spoilt items to grofers wallet... what am I suppose to do with that. I aint coming back on your site to purchase.

                      I want refund of all the missing and the spoilt items which included the 02 frozen items in my order to be sent back to my original mode of payment that is my sudexo card.

                      I reckon this should be done with immediate effect.

                      Poor service and bad quality.. You guys should change your motto to this rather than the [censored] which is said on the CUSTOMER CARE about delivering what you need when you need. Since I didn't get any of that.

Grofers sent me an sms that my order is postponed to 2nd july 18 again on 2nd july m geeting sms my order is delay and is postpone on 3rd july, they just kp postponing my order. Even the status of my order is still on packing. Neither customer care agent is responding my call. M calling from last 1 n hlf hr but it says our agents are busy..                               I placed an order (Order id: ord[protected] store name: super store - vasant kunj) and scheduled my order delivery but it gets delayed by 1 day without any pre-notification and communication and when i chase up then after one day i got the message that few items is not available and we are processing refund for all such products that were unavailable.

                              Is it the good service? If an item is not available in the inventory it should not visible to buyer and if it is visible it should be included in the order at any cost.

                              Very poor service i would not recommend this to buy grocery using grofers...

                                I have placed an order from grofers.com on 1st june, 2018. Initially delivery date was 3rd june. No delivery attempt is done since then. They rescheduled the order 5 times every time i called the executive assured me to deliver my order to the next day. But again it is rescheduling. Today on 16th june when i called them, forced me to cancel the order rudely and did not agreed any compensation. Please help my to get my order.

                                  My name is varun dua and i am loyal customer of grofer. Last week i have done shopping from grofers and order id no is. Ord[protected]. Grofer canceled this order and gave me stupid reason that i order in bulk for commercial use. They put a blame on me that i use grofer for commercial use. I live in delhi with joint family of 12 memebers. Because of occasion at my home i ordered in bulk and they accept my order and promised me for delivery in 2 days. But at last moment they cancelled my order and putting blame on me that i order it for commercial use and also they gave me warning for blocking my id an my grofer cash and my money which i wasted in grofer membership. I also share this with social media account of facebook and twitter. But they all are together and putting same blame on me. Now only the way out come i raising complaint in consumer forum for justice. Please help me for this misbehaving attitude of grofers towards a customer.

                                    On last 22nd may i ordered for wonderchef royal velvet plus induction base cookware set of 3 red along with other grocery items. Amount paid immediately as printed in their website. When i received the cookware set i find to my utter surprise that it is unsealed, opened, and there was no instructions manual. All three cookwares inside are also unsealed opened, - it is very clear to be secondhand good send. By the time we were verifying the goods the delivery person left without taking my acknowledgement or getting a confirmation that the goods ordered received properly. Complained twice to grocers with all these details. There is no response from them

                                      Very bad delivery service from grofers..
                                      I have already pinged them in chat and they said it will be delivered in the given time(delivery scheduled between 5-8p.M)
                                      I called the delivery guy he said he will come to my location shortly..post after 8 I'm calling him he is least bothered to pickup my call..such a worst service..

                                      And the mint leaves delivered are totally out of order, giving pungent smell. (price 9/-)

                                      I want to you to refund my money back for above missing items ASAP.

                                        This particular center of yours creates a chaos almost every day by parking their tempos and bikes anywhere they feel like. They also keep their crates on the road so as to load the tempos. It blocks the entry to the street and causes a great deal of inconvenience to the local residents. The executive is very rude and so are his subordinates. I request to take strict measures asap.

                                        I bought 2 1 litre shampoos from Grofers... The shampoos are duplicate ... I dont know whom to trust these online companies are giving discounts on duplicate products and fooling the consumers... There should be some way to judge the authenticity of the product...
                                        They deliver Rotten/Third Grade products. Return policies are within 48 hrs. Many items which we buy are packaged and sealed which we don't open immediately and can check. In future dates when you open those sealed packet for consumption you find it is rotten and not consumable. Don't buy sealed products which you want to use in future dates.
