I was trying to place an order for amount 1397. I had selected airtel wallet as payment option which had enough money. But the transaction failed and money got deducted. Grofers keep saying it will be refunded in 5-7 days but the time limit is over and still not processed. Inspite contacting them n number of times they do not care about it. I will be lodging fraud complaint at nearest police station if not resolved at the earliest

    Here is no refund of money more than Rs.3, 500/-. There are 2 different refunds and 1 registration fees which is also refundable but even after multiple n regular reminders, I'm not getting money back.
    I am following up every other day but there is no response in action. Only auto generated msgs in application. Which is very bad.
    When the product is not delivered due to low or no stock or in case of cancelled order. The company should honestly refund the amount.

    I am very angry to your delivery boy that your he has given the item to the other person and without information he has not called me in which 1 item missing..

    Please take your action against him

    Please make a change with delivery that without any proof he has not deliver the items to others

      Yesterday i ordered goods from grofers app and chose to pay with netbanking
      But when i entered the otp, the connection timed out. But money was also deducted 3078from my hdfc account and my order did not place. So i lost my money.
      I request you to take necessary actions and help me with this regard as rs 3078 is not small amount.

      Grofers Orange Day Sale was a fraud, There 100% cash back use is with condition that only 20% of that can be used in 1 order. Means we need to place five more orders of the same amount.

      This is pure cheating, they need to tell these conditions when advertising.

        My 2 orders- order id ORD[protected] and ORD[protected] were placed in ORange cash back sale, they are due for delivery on 9th, most of the items in the 2 order are showing unavailable. When I contacted them, i was not given any satisfactory response. They are giving lame excuses and not even trying to make these items available in 10 days left to delivery saying that items were cancelled due to being perishable or the order is already packed etc etc. My points are:
        1) both orders are showing confirmed, none is showing packed. \
        2) there were still 10 days left for delivery when i first raised the issue, why cannot they fulfil the order by then
        3) only 1 butter was cancelled, the order's butter is not cancelled by them ??? how come 1 butter is perishable- the cheaper one and the other is not?
        4) the other cancelled items are like toilet paper, soaps etc- whats perishable there?
        5) if these items were shown while placing order, why are they not available now?
        6) if their MIS is not up to date, why should customer miss out on the cash back on orders placed during OCBD?
        7) despite various promises, no call backs were received. There is no escalation matrix for customer grievance.

        Had i known that they will trick me like this, I woulve never placed any order. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT.

        they must know that we have better choices available.
        i will complaint against them on consumer forum.

        I called this morning thrice- waited 6 to 8 minutes to get through to an agent, then wasted 15 minutes to get a promise of a call back from a senior within 30 min, that call has not come yet even after 2 hours. This is really pathetic customer service.

          Hi all, grofers returned all order placed in orange cashback scheme. And refund money in its wallet. So now i have to buy things from grofers only. Grofers fooled people with this scheme as many of people facing this. Kindly not to shop with grofers. I am highlighting the same in tweeter and other social media as well.
          You can not use cashback in one order only 20% of that can be used means i have to plase 5 more orders of same amount on grofers. This is cheating.

            They offered 100% cashback and now they returned only money in their wallet. Now i am restricted to buy items from grofers only as they have my money in their wallet. Please don’t rely on this online shopping from grofers. Not recommending anyone to buy from grofers. Even i will so consumer fraud case against them
            grofers returned my money stating item not available and cancelled my cach back amount. total grofers did Rs1000 loss to me. sure i will do 1000x5=5000 rs loss to grofers.

              I placed an item on Monday that was electronic kettle..I got a msg and it says delivered.. however not delivered ...I have not received anything..pls provide us the item or refund my money I have done TXN for the first time and bought from golfers for the first time.. must say v bad service..it was supposed to reach from moti nagar just 10mins away.. already taken so many days..n today I get this msg..I keep ordering from other sites..never faced this problem..first time something like this happened

                I placed an order on 10th january but cancelled it. I haven't received the refund yet. When i claimed for my refund they say it's been initiated but haven't received yet. They say ur refund will take 5-7 days. After that time too i haven't got the refund. When i call the grofer executive they tell me it's been refunded while the other say it will be refunded by today. And again when u clarify them that you haven't got the refund they ask u to wait. After the completion of that span of time u won't get the ur money back. How smartly they bluff the consumers.

                  I have ordered some groceries as on 19th jan, and the same supposed to get delivered on 21st jan at 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. At 4:30 pm i received a message that says my orders are out for delivery, and 5:30 pm a received a call from delivery boy to confirm the address. After confirmation he said, he will be coming shortly. I was waited for 2:30 hrs till 8: 00 pm, then i started calling him, but he didnt even pick my calls (More than 5 times). At 9:00 pm a got call from him, and he said he will reach in next 15 mins. Again i was waiting for him, but surprisingly didnt receive any communication from him further. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not at all tolerable, and never expected from grofers. The requirement was very urgent, but grofers has failed to deliver his service. And there is no communication so far from grofers. Really pathetic and irresponsible service!!!.

                    I got grofer advertisement in my phone, i selected city as hyderabad & paid rs50 towards registration of grofers grand sale.
                    But when i downloaded grofers android app it says grofers don't deliver at vasathi anandi in suncity area of hyderabad.
                    I wonder amazon and flipkart have delivery in my location but grofers don't.
                    I need refund.

                      My order id is ORD[protected], there are many items missing and damaged.

                      Well list of missing products.
                      1. Jim jam biscuits
                      2. Almonds

                      List of damaged products.
                      1. Tata salt.

                      I have received refund for jim jam biscuits and tata salt, but i haven't received any refund for missing almonds packet.
                      Well customer care confirmed with delivery executive and informed me thrice that the Almonds was not missing .

                      I was frustrated with the service, so I'm writing this message. So that my problem will get resolved asap.

                        I have ordered the groceries but grofers are repeating single msg that due to operational issue they are unable to delivered the items.
                        Either gofers should cancelled and refund my amount to my account or deliver the goods as early as possible. They are dealing with household items which is required in daily life. Very poor service.

                        Moreover they did not provide any contact no where i can get the updated status.
                        I placed an order on 4 jan 2019 and they rescheduled delivery three times from 5th jan to 7th jan and now 9th jan 2019 and there is no update of my order and when it will be delivered god knows. I want a strict action should be taken against them so that they dont make fool of any other customer

                          I had ordered 9 packets of soya paneer on[protected]
                          Received only 6 packets
                          3 were missing
                          All six packets had Manufacturing date: 8 November
                          Expiry date: Best before 30 days from manufature
                          27 th nov i received the product and only 19 days are remaining for product to use and all bloated packs received
                          On contacting customer care they said all 9 packs are received
                          Customer is saying that 6 packs are received but grofers believe in what delivery boy says and not what customer who is paying money says.
                          kindly refund me amount for all missing items.
                          Grofers under quality guarantee must give full refund of product if it is damaged...i am not getting refund for damaged chocolated received..i must get Rs 91 refund amount

                          I placed an order on grofers right now and while making the payment, i paid through my card. when i first swiped rs 1036, it said declined. i tried again and again it said declined. After 10 minutes i received message from bank for withdrawal twice. I am trying to contact grofers but the numbers our not reachable.

                            On 13 oct 2018, I booked an order for grofers and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th Oct 2018. But the delivery man may have called me (not sure though). According to him as I was unable to take a call he decided not to collect my order from the warehouse and deliver it to me (as told by the deliveryman). There is no clause or statement on the grofers website that the person needs to pick a call else there order will not be delivered. Grofers is a great company indeed which lets its delivery man decided whose order is to be delivered and whose not. Upon calling the customer care, they simply did nothing saying that they don't have any manpower in Pune. Til date nothing has happened on the complaint.

                              This is w.rt delivery timing... every time you order to grofers they will reach any time but not the allotted slot.. i have complained on the same matter atleast 5/6 times and every time got revert the same wont be repeated again and next time the service will be excellent.. but all these assurances are in vain and they never take customer complaints seriously.today also i was supposed to get the order delivered between 8 to 11 pm while got a call at 5.50 pm stating that the executive is waiting at door step of mine and i should reach home early or reschedule the time..can any one from grofers tell me what is the use of booking a time slot then?? The same incident happened on 14/10/18.. repeated incidents suggest ignorance of management and casualness of handling customer complaints..

                                I placed an order (Order id ord[protected] on grofers app on 26th oct 2018. I was assured delivery latest by 3rd of oct 2018 it is now more than a week of delay and no concrete reply to when the order will be delivered as it is still stuck at courier in gurgaon and not moved from there.. Neither i am able to cancel the order nor they are delivering it.

                                  I have ordered groceries from grofers online.
                                  One of the product had bug in the sealed packet which had besan in it.
                                  They have credited me back the money for the product but still I want to report this matter to the concerned officials regarding this issue.
                                  The product was approved by fsaai and I don't think one should get such low quality product

                                    Grofers page there is add of 15 percent cashback if we pay by icici netbanking every weekend. They have not mentioned that it is applicable once in a month. I have ordered by icici netbanking by seeing this misleading add second time and now customer support of grofers is giving me a new information that it was applicable once in a month.

                                        I have ordered vegetables with order ID ‘ORD[protected]’ from Grofers (it’s an online store). I received tomatoes which were rotton in state and smelly from a distance. I told delivery boy about it but he turned a deaf ear and went. I was putting complaint to Grofers then I saw then worms are coming out of the tomatoes and jumping here and there. Not only one but three, four tomatoes are rotton and filled with worms. Immediately I took the pics and sent to the Grofers but they didn’t take any corrective measures. Food is an consumable item and could lead to high level of stress when you don’t get it properly but they provided rotton vegetable. For reference I have attached images as well.

                                        Cheaters liars fraudsters. They owe me 2 bills deducted from my bank since September 2018 and till date they keep lying IRS sent to my account. I've sent them back account statement 19 days back they said in 48 hours they'll get back to me but haven't till date. They've repeatedly been doing this, but now it's been way too far to tolerate.
