I was ordered groceries in grofers, and i returned things those are in inappropriate quality, after that they blocked my account
I sent many emails to unblock my account, but there's no response from the other end, i called to grofers customer service but they are not saying the exact time,
Please unblock my account
Please kindly look into this...

My account also got blocked.i m having 2500/- grocers cash .and 139 /- wallet amount.i don't know why they have blocked

    Dear Sir/Madam
    This is in reference to Order No. ORD[protected] dated 28 june 2019. The order was supposed to deliver on 29 June 2019 between 8-11 PM but it was not delivered due to address not found reasons.i am taking continious follow-up with delivery boy on phone, whatsup.Then Grofers rescheduled delivery to 30 June 2019 between 10-1 PM but again it was not delivered due to operational reasons delivery boy switch off his phone.than again i am call to grofers customer care overall 30 minutes call on hold no one takes calls.
    It's really disappoited. If Grofers cannot deliver the groceries, This is a complete failure from Grofers. I shouldn't be penalized. Requesting again.
    I am still waiting for delivery today 02 july 2019.

      I ordered paperboat thandai day before yesterday in 8-11 pm but delivery boy brought it at 6 when i was not at home and repeatedly insisted on taking the delivery.also i had opted on option of cash on delivery but he insisted for payment by paytm due to his personal reasons that he did not had change of money.his behaviour was not good.my order no.was[protected]

        This is not the first time i've had an issue with grofers. This is the third time they have delayed delivery of my order in spite of blocking delivery time slot. The last two times i had ordered, both my orders were delayed by several days and several time their customer service is incompetent and are not able to respond to you let alone solve any issue. Today again my delivery is delayed. My order was to arrive between 7 to 11 pm today after 4 days i was waited for that and also given delivery boy also not picking up call till 3 pm and he is says i m not delivered your door step...
        Ask to grofers why you taking delivery charges.

          This is in reference to Order No. ORD[protected]. The order was supposed to deliver on 20 June 2019 between 8-11 PM but it was not delivered due to operational reasons. Then Grofers rescheduled to 21 June 2019 between 8-11 PM but again it was not delivered due to operational reasons. It's really unfortunate. If Grofers cannot deliver the groceries, kindly cancel the order and refund the entire amount in my original payment method. I don't want cashback. This is a complete failure from Grofers. I shouldn't be penalized. Requesting again, kindly cancel the order and refund the amount in my Debit card.

            Majority of the items carton box(e.g. Govardhan butter, Jeera powder etc), packet (Safal hats bhara qabab, Rice bran oil etc), bottle (Mustard oil, Tender coconut water etc) and cans (Pepsi, Miranda, Coke etc) will be damaged, puffed, torn, dented. Frozen food items are always received in thawed or above 30° temperature.
            There is nothing in the name of quality.
            Delivery guys bring the order in a shabby manner, torn plastic bags, hanging, falling out of the plastic cover here and there.

              There is an offer. I[censored] place an order of +1199 & apply promocode MAGGIE u will get cashback of 106 on 10 maggie packets.

              I placed order of 1200 & applied the promocode it shows me u will get cashback of 106 after delivery.

              But that's not the case.I've contacted to support team, they told that u have not applied promocode we can't issue cashback.

                Hi Team,

                In offer section it shows that if you place an order above 1199, then apply promocode "MAGGIE" and you will get cashback of rs. 106 on 10 maggie packets.

                I placed and order of 1200 and applied promocode and it shows me that you will get cashback of rs. 106 after delivery.

                After delivery I have not received the cashback. I have contacted the customer support team for that, they told me that you have not applied the promocode and we can't issue cashback.

                Request you to please look into this matter and refund me the amount.

                  This is not the first time I've had an issue with Grofers. This is the third or fourth time they have delayed delivery of my order in spite of blocking delivery time slot. Today again my delivery is delayed. My order was to arrive between 7 to 11 pm yesterday 16 junrle even i was waited for that and also given dilivery boy also not pickimg up call till 11.30 pm and morning i got sms for slot time changed today, i got a message from Grofers that the order is out for delivery but its delayed and that I have to contact the delivery person directly. The delivery guy didn't answer my several calls. The only reason i ordered again is because Grofers has my money in the the wallet and i don't want it to go waste. However, I'll never again order from Grofers. It used to be a good platform for ordering online but have become incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional. I've heard similar issues for various friends and public in general, I'm not sure why consumer court is not taking action against Grofers. I would never recommend anyone use Grofers. Please use more reliable platforms like Big Basket or Tata's Star Quik who may not offer great discounts but at least their service and products are good and they are trustworthy. I need my money back with compansison of my time waste and harrasment given with service to customer .

                    This is third or fourth month you have not keep delivery promise.
                    Your workers modus operandi is this: a) keep the customer waiting. b) Call him once on mobile and as he start to respond disconnect the call. c) Never pick the call whenever he try to ring at the number given by you on your app.
                    Keeping all this in mind, just cancel my latest order, refund my money at once. I will not receive the late delivery now as it was my last order. Your workers and you too are bunch of liars and you never care your customers.
                    Inform me about prompt refund.

                      I ordered from grofers and given the time slot of 6 am -9am. I called the delivery man but he denied to come within that time slot. After that when i tried to contact grofer's service center through chat, they were not replying. Again, i tried to contact them via call that person didn't hear my problem and cut the call saying that he is not able to hear me properly. Then again i tried calling them they are just giving excuses without listening my issues and uncertainly they have reschedule it to another day without asking my availability. On the very first place they should have asked me first plus if i am telling them my availability they are saying they will deliver after 3-4 days this kind of service they provide to their customers. Highly disappointed with the service.

                        Pathetic customer service. They have not delivered my order for weeks now. They are just not responding to my queries

                        I have tried calling them.
                        I have tried messaging on their app
                        I have tried reaching out to their employees
                        But there is noone who cares to resolve issues

                        I want my order

                        I was promised a date and they kept on changing delivery slot

                          I am using grofers from past 2 and a half years as i do not have any big departmental store or supermarket near my home.
                          Therefore, i was ordering things and thy sort of delivered but the problem happens when they canceled my orders without my concern and they put so much time to follow up they inform me unsatisfactory answer for canceling the order.

                          My order which got canceled was;

                          It seems they do not have any importance of customers time, i am a working woman and my family badly required grocery and my kids are too small.

                          Grofers has to stop harassing people and deliver their order

                            I had made the order on 14th may but never received till 27th may the delivery date and time was changed by them for 5 time but still there was no sign of receiving and today i got message again that my order is reschedule and will be delivered on 31st may. This was enough for me i cancelled the order and it's been accepted and got the message that the money will be refunded within 7 working days.
                            This is become a worst website with no customer support and there is no one responsible on the other end who can handle you issues.

                              On 20 May 2019 I placed a order, the balance was deducted but order was not placed..

                              I got the money deducted from my bank account in next few hours but wallet balance is still not refunded.

                              I contacted on chat same day, they said you will get wallet refund in 24 hours..next day (21 May 2019) I again contacted, they said we have registered a complaint and you will get the wallet refund shortly...

                              Today I again contacted and see the response from chat team yourself (screen shot attched)..

                                I placed 4 orders on 2nd May and these orders is supposed to be delivered by 7th may 4-11 pm. Suddenly 4 item was unavailable so i receive a message in evening in same day i.e. 7th may and after that got another message due to operational issue your order rescheduled for tomorrow but same issue was shared by grofers and once again deliver time has change to another day. Till 19th may I didn't get my order and finally I have to cancel my 4 orders. Same happened with me on my order ORD[protected]. I really don't understand why suddenly the best service provide by grofers has change to worst service.

                                And same issues with for order ord[ORD[protected] have already complain to customer care...

                                Please read this and immediate take action on this. Thank you

                                  I place order with promo re1 item with my order to avail promotion and my friend also order same for satisfying the condition of promo. But same has been cancelled in both order list. When we contact through chat every time executive says your friend didnt order in 24 hrs. I have given my friend order number where it shows cancelled then one of executive says will deliver the same later. But after order delivered again they start saying that friend didnt order in 24 hrs. If you can deliver promotion item, then why you keep showing it. Every time different executive come and they never sees what was last response submitted.

                                    My order ord[protected] is supposed to be delivered by 16 may 8-11 pm. Suddenly 1 item was unavailable so i receive a message in morning 9:50 am in 16 may and refund initiated to wallet after that got another message due to operational issues at our end we are unable to deliver then deliver date has shifted to 18 may, 04 pm to 7 pm but once again deliver time has change to 22 may. I really don't understand why suddenly the best service provide by grofers has change to worst service.

                                    And same issues with for order ord[protected] have already complain to customer care...

                                      This is regarding to the refund not
                                      Received from grofer. Since they did not delivered my order odd[protected] of inr 3284 even after rescheduling it twice, i cancelled the order on 8th may 2019. Inr 657 refunded immediately as orange cash in my wallet but the rest of amount which is inr 2627 is still not received in my bank account.

                                      They have pathetic customer service and no one is responding on in app chat.
                                      Worst app in present scenerio. Making fool to public. I have ordered items from grofers four times but they have never delivered in time. This time also my delivery date was on 18 may 19 but it was changed to 20 may 19 without informing me. What is this? Their monopoly? I want strict actions against grofers
                                      Worst kind of service from this cheaters I had ordered on 14th may and I have not received the delivery till today 25th may they keep rescheduling the delivery time and date which happened 3 times in a row and still waiting to get my parcel.
                                      Fed up ot this cheat website do hell with all my orange cash I won't order from this people next time
                                      If someone can help me how to fix this people by taking my complaint forward.
                                      My order was cancelled which was of INR 1473 grofers cash of 50 of given immediately but other 1423 refund has still not arrived in my bank and it is pathetic.
                                      On 27th April 2021, I received my refund of Rs. 413 but today on 2nd May when I was ordering something I searched for my grofers wallet cash it was showing rs.0 and when I searched for grofers wallet cash history...it was showing a purchase of that Rs. 413 on 28th April 2021...but I didn't ordered anything...so I want my money back...it's so bad of you all
                                      You shouldn't do cheating on your customers... firstly they make so much of time in sending my refund and then they just get it back

                                      On 27th April 2021, I received my refund of Rs. 413 but today on 2nd May when I was ordering something I searched for my grofers wallet cash it was showing rs.0 and when I searched for grofers wallet cash history...it was showing a purchase of that Rs. 413 on 28th April 2021...but I didn't ordered anything...so I want my money back...it's so bad of you all
                                      You shouldn't do cheating on your customers...i want strict action against this

                                        Order number[protected]... Very bad quality broken cotton mop is delieverd yesterday in sgpgi campus lucknow... Exchange it with new as soon as possible otherwise i have to complain it further... Its broken and it has multiple broken marks... The stand of mop has multiple scratches due to which it is bended and so cant be used to fit into cotton mop... Its of no use as such... My money is totally wasted
