The bus doesn't come to the depot on time and they don't even give the same answer there and when the bus cancels during peak hours, which bus to take its place and if there is a problem in the journey, if the bus stops, they don't even replace it with another bus.

    This happens every Wednesday. This driver whose name I don't know never comes on time while taking evening bus which should be at 7.30 p m from daman to valsad. Bus number is GJ 18 Z 6324 . Some days the bus leaves at 7.20 instead of 7.30 which causes great difficulty to daily commuters like us .Today on 31.01.24 the bus came late and it stopped at a liquor shop as the driver wanted to purchase liquor . Also the driver and conductor misbehaved with me while asking for change. He did not even apologize for delaying the bus . Plz don't send this driver and conductor again please.i had complained earlier also .nothing happened.

      Address: Daman - valsad

      This is regarding bus journey from daman to valsad in bus no GJ18. Z6324 ON 31.01.24 .The bus was already delayed because driver stopped the bus at a liquor shop to purchase liquor he kept in bus till it reached valsad depot. Also the lady conductor misbehaved when I asked her to return change . The driver stopped the bus in between and started fighting with us which resulted in waste of time. This driver comes on this route every Wednesday and some times the bus leaves Daman before time. Please stop sending this driver on this route .he is a harassment to lady passengers. Also the conductor doesn't know how and what to speak.i hope i will get some revert on my complaint.

        I am complaining about this issue after experiencing it more than 10 to 15 times. Not a single bus even luxury buses are going properly. I am talking about route of Nadiad to Bagasara and Bagasara to Nadiad . Firstly every bus from Nadiad to Bagasara is atleast 1 hour late. Is this a joke or what. Every time this happens and bus is always filled more than it's seats. Every time minimum 30 to 40 people are just standing inside the bus and peoples without reservation are aloud to stand even after all seats are filled . And there was nothing in the name of cleanness. So why just government is saying everywhere that GSRTC is 'Swatch Salapat And Samaybhaddh'.
        There is not a single quality in any buses of these routes. And same from the return route of Bagasara to Nadiad. So I request to the government to make some necessary changes regarding this . I also don't think that this complain will reach to any higher authority employee also because everyone is just looking at their money and top to bottom corruption is only happening. So I humbly request to the government that please don't underestimate it take a strict action against it.

          I am traveling from bhuj to rajkot and when i book the tickets there is mentioned that the bus route is bhuj to talaja and its direct go from bhuj to bhachchao and then rajkot etc. but when the bus start its taking wrong and long route from bhuj to anjar to adipur to gandhidham to bhachchao to Samakhiyali to maliya to morbi and then rajkot. Plz kindly mention the write route and plz resolve my problem and answer me

            1) I am travelling from Baroda to Navsari by bus my bus was 1:00 late and when I had tried to locate the bus in application this feature was not working so what is the use of this "Track Bus" feature in application?

            02)I called at customer care and ask for bus no. So he had given wrong bus no., So here what type of tracking GSRCTC having?

            03) Estimated time was shown in time table was 3:35 hrs. from Vadodara to Navsari, but as I asked this thing to bus conductor he mentioned about 5 to 5:30 hrs. than what is use of this online Time table?

            04) I have complian about above mentioned three issues in GSRCTC app, but there is no any record in customer care for my complain, so what is the use of customer feedback in application.

            This is not the first time it is happen to me earlier also i have faced these issues, so as an Indian citizen I want to know that what is your action plan to resolve above four complains.

                આજ રોજ ૩૦/૧/૨૦૨૪ સવારે ૮:૧૦ થી ૮:૩૦ ના સમયગાળામાં ગાંધીનગર થી સરખેજ બાજુ જતી કોઈ જ બસ આવેલ નથી . જયારે બસ આવી ત્યારે ૫ બસો જોડે આવેલી છે.

                જો આ બસો તેમના યોગ્ય સમય ઉપર આવેલ હોત તો મુસાફરે પાસ કઢાવેલ હોવા છતાં ભાડા ખર્ચીને ખાનગી વાહનોમાં જવું ના પડે .
                આ વિષય ઉપર અગાઉ પણ ફરિયાદ કરેલી છે પણ કાયમી ઉકેલ આવેલ નથી .

                  આ અગાઉ આ વિષય ઉપર ફરિયાદ કરેલી છે તેમ છતાં કોઇ કાયમી સોલ્યૂશન આવતું નથી.

                  આજ રોજ 30/01/2024 savare ગાંધીનગર - સરખેજ બાજુ જતી બસો ૮:૧૦ થી ૮:૩૦ સુધીમાં કોઈ જ બસ આવી નહતી. જયારે savare 8:30 ની આસ પાસ બસ આવી ત્યારે ૧ મિનિટે ના સમયગાળા માં ૫ બસો આવી છે.

                  ૧. ગાંધીનગર થી અરણેજ.
                  ૨.ગાંધીનગર થી ઈસકોન .
                  ૩. હિમ્મતનગર થી સરખેજ .
                  ૪. ગાંધીનગર હી અંકુર .
                  ૫. ગાંધીનગર થી સરખેજ.

                  ફક્ત એક ઇલેક્ટ્રિક બસ આવી હતી જેમને ઉભી રાખેલી નથી તેમજ તેમાં પાસ પણ ચાલતો ના હોવાથી કોઈજ કામની નથી.

                  ઉપરની બસો જો તેમના યોગ્ય સમય ઉપર આવી હોત તો મુસાફરે જેમને પાસ કઢાવેલ છે તેઓને ભાડા ખર્ચીને ખાનગી વાહનમાં જવું ના પડે તેમજ તેમનો સમય પણ સચવાય.

                  ડ્રાઈવરભાઈઓ એવું વિચારે છે કે પાછળ ની બસ જાય પછી હું જાઉં. તેઓની આ વિચારસરણી ને લીધે મુસાફરો શા માટે હેરાન થાય ?

                  અગાઉ પણ લેખિત તેમજ online ફરિયાદ કરેલી છે તો આ અંગે આપને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે કાયમી ઉકેલ આવે.

                    My name is Harsh Nankani. I was traveling in a Volvo Bus (GJ-18-AZ-8016) from Vadodara to Ahmedabad (Makarpura Bus Depot to Nehrunagar GSRTC Bus Stand, PNR No - G[protected] on 27th December 2024, Saturday, from 9:00 PM to 11:45 PM.

                    I lost my Skybag Trolley Bag, which I had placed in the trunk of the bus. The conductor was unaware of who might have taken my bag from the trunk. He provided me with the list of passengers who booked online, including their mobile numbers. It turned out that only two passengers on the list were dropped off before me. However, in reality, more than 15 passengers were dropped off between the CTM crossroad and the Paldi stop.

                    The conductor mentioned that more than 50% of the passengers were on-spot ticket buyers and that their contact numbers were not recorded. As per the list I have received from the conductor, there have to be details of passengers of all the current bookings. There was no mention of Name, Pickup-drop location, Mobile number for current bookings except the seat numbers. It is the conductor's responsibility to take note of loading and unloading the bags from the trunk which was not followed.

                    The bag itself was costly, containing expensive clothes for marriage events. The total value of the lost items is around Rs. 15, 000. I suspect someone has deliberately taken my bag and left the bus at either the CTM crossroad or the Gita Mandir Depot.

                    I have been traveling on Volvo buses for three years and have never experienced such an incident before.

                    Please assist me in any way you can to locate my bag. The bag is in Grey Color (Reference Image attached for clarity). Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

                            સર જીએસઆરટીસી ની સેવાઓ ઘણી સારી છે પરંતુ સુરતથી વાયા કામરેજ જતી બસ માં લોકલ બસ ઘણી ઓછી છે અને તેમાં ઘણી બસ વચ્ચેથી પેસેન્જર લેતી જ નથી પહેલા ગણનારાથી થોડો આગળ બસ ઊભી રાખીને પણ ડ્રાઇવર બસમાં પેસેન્જર લેતા હતા હવે આ સુવિધા બંધ થઈ ગઈ છે જેથી કરીને ઘણા નોકરિયાત વર્ગને મુશ્કેલીઓનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે સીટી બસ સેવા તો ઘણી છે પરંતુ તેમાં ઘણી જગ્યા પર બસ ઉભી રહેતી હોય ઓફિસનો સમય સચવાતો નથી જેથી એસટી બસની આ સુવિધા પોદર આર્કેટ પાસે સ્ટેન્ડ અથવા વૈશાલી નું સ્ટેન્ડ ફરીથી ઉપલબ્ધ થાય તો નોકરિયાત વર્ગને ઘણું સારું પડે અને ઘણા ડ્રાઇવરો હાથ ઊંચો કરીએ તો પણ બસ ઊભી રાખતા નથી અને કહે છે કે હવે આ યોજના બંધ થઈ ગઈ છે આમ ઘણી બસ ખાલી જતી હોય છે પણ બસમાં બેસાડતા જ નથી સર માંડવી થી વાયા કીમ થઈને સુરત આવતી બસમાં પણ વધારો થવા વિનંતી સાંજના સમયે 4:30 થી સાંજે 5:30 સુધી ફક્ત બે જ બસ લોકોને આવે છે જેથી ઘણી મુશ્કેલીઓ થાય છે તો મહેરબાની કરી આ બસ સેવાઓ શરૂ કરવા આપને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે

                              I'm waiting for bus at india Bridge today (date 15/01/2024)around at 4:30 to 5:45 pm, that time 3 electric bus and 2 st bus arrived, im raise my hand bus no one stopped, I'm searching stand around but not founded, because no stand or sign bord at indira bridge circle (side of way to kotarpur, naroda) called control room, and gsrtc complain number but no one picked call...

                                સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે ગાંધીનગર થી સરખેજ જતી બસો એમના નિયમિત સમય ઉપર આવતી નથી. જયારે આવે છે ત્યારે બધી બસો એકસામટી ઉપર છાપરી આવે છે, જેને લીધે મુસાફરો ના સમય સચવાતા નથી તેમજ પાસ કઢાવેલો હોવા છતાં ભાડા ખર્ચીને ખાનગી વાહનો માં જવાનું થાય છે.

                                ડ્રાઈવર ભાઈઓ એવું વિચારે છે કે પાછળ ની બસ ને મારી પેહલા જવા દઉં. આ વિચારસરણી ને લીધે કોઈ બસ ઉપાડતું નથી તેમજ જો ઉપાડી દીધી હોય તો ધીરે ધીરે ચલાવીને પાછળ ની બસ ને આગળ જવા માટેની રાહ જોવે છે. તેઓની આ વિચારધારા ને લીધે મુસાફરોના સમય સચવાતા નથી અને જો આગળની બસ પકડવાની હોય તો તે પણ જતી રહે છે.

                                આ અંગે અગાઉ પણ ફરિયાદ કરેલી છે પણ કોઈજ આ પ્રશ્ન અંગે ઉકેલ આવતો નથી.
