    Rajkot Wankaner route bus is not arriving at hospital chowk bus stand while all other buses has been arriving except Rajkot wankaner bus. Passengers who do daily updown is suffering from so many days.

      Gsrtc bus bus was heading towards Gandhi nagar and on of station was anand .
      I was sitting on SERVICE lane on scooty
      Man road was having traffic so bus driver decided to take bus on service lane . I was in quite visible zone but still he take the bus near me at SPEED OF 50 TO 60.KMPH
      HE ALMOST HIT ME . IF WHY HE IS DRIVING 60 KMPH ON SERVICE LANE .
      AND he flue away . After I caught him when he was taking turn and confronted him he was heicklng me. AND NOT Accepting mistake ..he was doing dadagiri
      Gsrtc your driver are just garbage. I am looking towards having legal action .

        Sir,
        I am regular travelling in AC Bus Ahmedabad to Godhra. I observed that bus is not clean/dusty/smelling. It is told your bus conductor to resolve and take necessary cleaning, but he reverts me you can post your complaint to GSRTC by Online.
        Finaly, i have complaint regarding cleaning the bus in entire bus.

        Bus Details: -
        Ahmedabad-Dahood at 6.30AM and Dahood to Ahmedabad at 12.30PM AC Bus on daily basis.

              I have booked my ticket for Surat to Limbdi on dated 13.05.2024 with bus no.GJ18Z8604. AS bus stop on hotel Ma KHODAL at Tarapur. There is no even drinking water facility. Why should GSRTC stop such hotel. Can you wish we forced fully buy bottle of drinking bottle to drink water. Plz suggest what should I do.

                    I'm belong from Palitana and I travel thru bus of savarkundla depo. The route of this bus is savarkundla to krishnnagar vaya Palitana. Bus time to arrived in Palitana is 6.50am but bus arriving at 7.20, 7.30, 7.40or 7.50am(sometimes). Savarkundla depo manager is not unknown about this about problem but then also not taking such a major action on this, because of this i get late for my college everyday, so i am requesting to take action about this problem.

                      The bus was running late almost 3 hours. I got the call from the office that bus was running too much late. I had not travelled into the bus and raised the request as per the call recieved from the GSRTC officials. Please refund me for the same as I had not travelled in the bus.

                        I boarded from Modasa to go to Lunawada...the ticket cost 46 rupees...I gave them 56 rupees...they were about to give me 10 rupees back. When I asked them to get my money back, they started talking to me rudely, Abuse me and insulted me... saying that I was going to take some money and run away. And kept the bus standing and told me to get off from my bus... Otherwise I will take you to the police station. I was misbehaved for asking for my outgoing money...I demand legal action against him...and hope the good image of GSRTC is not spoiled...there is no Conductor base no in ticket. There is an Driver's number which I give. The bus is from Prantij depot...going to Santarampur. It is an ordinary bus. ORD52. DRIVER:[protected]N.

                          I booked a bus to pick me up from Surat kamrej bus stand to Vadodara Makarpura bus depot. Once I received the ticket, I tracked the bus online using the bus number and found out the bus that was scheduled to pick me up at 4:11 pm has left before 4 pm. Not only did the bus leave 15 minutes before it's scheduled time, the bus did not wait for a considerable time and I did not receive a single call from the crew onboard. Moreover, I was not able to contact the crew myself as no crew number was provided in the message.

                          I request a complete refund for this journey as the bus left before its scheduled time, I did not receive any updates regarding this from the crew, and I couldn't contact the crew myself as no contact number was given

My name is yashvi savani, and I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have been facing regarding the refund for a cancelled ticket.

                                Approximately two months ago, I had to cancel my ticket with OB number GS36587489 and GS36586786. Despite the lapse of this considerable period, I regret to inform you that I have not received the refund for the cancelled ticket.

                                I have already taken the necessary steps, such as submitting the cancellation request and providing all the necessary details. However, due to delay in refund process, I contacted gsrtc help center and mailed [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in but no response from gsrtc.

                                I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with an update on the status of my refund. Additionally, I would appreciate any information on the reasons for the delay and the expected timeline for the resolution of this issue.

                                Please find attached a copy of the ticket and the cancellation confirmation for your reference.

                                  I booked a Wadi bus from Lunawada to Patan which my booking was from Himmatnagar to Patan but the bus arrived early at Himmatnagar bus station which was at 7 o'clock the bus left earlier than its time and the bus conductor didn't even inform us.
