આ બસમાં મશીનમાં ખામીને કારણે Ahmedabad થી હલધરવાસ ભાડું રૂ.30 ને બદલે રૂ.46 લેવામાં આવ્યું છે જે અયોગ્ય છે આ બાબતે ઘટતું કરશો આ બાબતે ગ્રાહક સુરક્ષામાં ફરિયાદ કરવામાં આવશે બધા મુશાફરો જોડે વધારાના રૂપિયા લેવામાં આવ્યા છે

માનનીય મહોદયશ્રી,
અમારા દ્વારા ગુ.રા.મા.વા.નિગમ ના સક્ષમ અધિકારી ને ધોલકા-અમદાવાદ-ધોલકા વાયા.સરોડા બસ ચંડોળા ડેપો દ્વારા વારંવાર કોઇપણ જાતની પૂર્વ રચના વગર રદ કરી દેવા અંગે રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવેલ હતી. ગુ.રા.મા.વા.નિગમ ના સક્ષમ અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા થતી મનસ્વી અને ઉધ્ધીતાઇ અંગે મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી ના કાર્યાલય ને ફરીયાદ કરવામાં આવેલ હતી.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી ના કાર્યાલયતરફથીગુ.રા.મા.વા.નિગમ ના સક્ષમ અધિકારી ને અમારી ફરીયાદ ના સંદર્ભ માં યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરી, કરાવેલ કાર્યવાહી અંગે જરુરી ધ્યાન આપવામાં આવેલ હતુ. ત્યારબાદ તા-15/11/2022 નાં પત્ર મુજબમુખ્ય પરિવહન અને વાણીજ્ય વ્યવસ્થાપક ઉપરોક્ત સંદર્ભ-4 મુજબ એસ.ટી.બસ નું નિયમિત સંચાલન કરવા સૂચના આપવામાં આવેલ હતી.
આદરણીયસાહેબ આપશ્રી, અમો આ આવેદન થી આપશ્રી નું ધ્યાન એ હકીકત તરફ આકર્ષીત કરીએ છીએ કે રાજય ના લોકશાહી રીતે ચૂંટાયેલ સર્વોચ્ચ પદાધીકારીઓ ને આ રુટ ની બસ નું નિયમિત બસ નું સંચલન કરવામાં લેખિત ખાત્રી આપ્યા બાદ પણ આજ દિન સુધી આ ખાત્રી નું પાલન કરવામાં આવેલ નથી તેમજ અમદાવાદ ડેપો ના અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા આજ દિન સુધી પણ પ્રકાર ની પૂર્વરચના વગર મનસ્વી રીતે ગમે ત્યારે બસ ટ્રીપ રદ કરી દેવા માં આવે છે.
જો ગુ.રા.મા.વા.નિગમ ના સક્ષમ અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી ના કાર્યાલયતરફથી આપવામાં આવેલ વિશ્વાસ પૂર્વક ની ખાત્રી નું પાલન કરવાની અનિચ્છા હોય તો સામાન્ય જનતા ની પરેશાનીઓ નજર અંદાજ થવાની જ છે.
અમારા દ્વારા ગીતામંદિર એસ.ટી ડેપો ખાતે આ બાબતે રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવે છે તો રનીંગ સ્ટાફ ની અછત હોવાથી આમજ (ધોલકા-અમદાવાદ-ધોલકા વાયા.સરોડા) બસનું સંચાલન થશે તેઓ મનસ્વી અને ઉધ્ધીતી ભર્યો જવાબ અધિકારીઓ દ્નારા આપવામાં આવે છે.
જયારે દેશ ના પ્રધાનમંત્રી દ્વારા “ સૌનો સાથ સૌનો વિકાસ “સૂત્ર નું આહવાન કરવામાં આવે છે. ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા ડબલ એન્જીન સરકારનો દાવો કરવામાં આવે છે. જયારે ગુજરાત એસ.ટી નિગમ એજ એન્જીન વાળી બસ ને દોડાવવા માં નિષ્ફળ ગઇ. ગુજરાત સરકાર ની સામાન્ય જનતા સામે ઉત્પન્ન થયેલ પ્રતિષ્ઠા ને કલંક લગાડે છે.
અમો આશા રાખીએ છીએ કે આપશ્રી ગુ.રા.મા.વા.નિગમ ના સક્ષમ અધિકારી ને આવશ્યક કાર્યવાહી કરવા યોગ્ય આદેશ આપશો.

Rajkot to bagasara bus over speeding and dirty cleaning

માનનીય સાહેબ શ્રી, હું ફરિયાદ કરનાર goverment engineering colege, Bharuch મા અભ્યાસ કરું છું છેલ્લા 2 Years થી updown કરું છું અવાર નવાર અમારી bus let પડે છે છેલ્લા 4 દિવસ થી આ બસ લેટ પડે છે અને ડ્રાઈવર નો contact કરતા ગાડી બ્રેકડાઉંન છે એ સમયે amare કલાસ છૂટી જતા અમારે અભ્યાસ ક્રમ મા ભણવાની કઈ ખબર પડતી nthi જેના કારણે અમારે આગળના અભ્યાસ મા બેસવાનું મુશ્કેલ થઇ જાય છે જે હકીકત સત્ય ઘટના છે હું સાચી હકીકત જણાવું છું જેના કારણે બોરસદ થી સુરત ના રૂટ પર યોગ્યતા વાહન આપવું અને બસ ની અંદર જરૂર પડતા saman આપવો તો આપ સાહેબ આ બનાવ પડતે યોગ્ય ઘટતું કરશો જી

Today I was stand meshana (radhnpur chockdi)the bus conductors had pickup me at stand and drop me haf way actually l am student and l have express student pass but conductor was not allowed me to travel the bus number is GJ 18Z 7173 (BHJ) date 07/03/2024 time 1:00pm

I was travelling from Vadodara 19:15 to Surat by GSRTC VOLVO bus number 9261

The halt at hotel Raadhe at 20:20 was very bad experience.
Poor Hygiene,
No Refreshments,
Washroom Unhygienic
Food Quality worst.

Bus time is 10:20 but bus is delay by 2, 3 hours bus name is Vapi mehsan (gurjarnagri) I have rush to go to ahemedabad, it’s very unprofessional, I have loss of 25, 000 who will compensate? At least you should inform us if bus got delay, it’s very frustrating and irritating thing

Today i had very bad experience with driver and conductor of gsrtc. Bus coming from mundra depot and going to bhuj was passing from my Village patri. I have a little pocket parcel of book . I requested them to take my parcel but they didn't responded to me they ignored me like that they aren't hearing anything. Without responding me they started the bus that moment I was very hurted. Ive stared my bike and reached to the next stop vanki. There i saw that they are taking parcels only from known people. They taken parcel from their relative. Driver name was Shankarbhai rabari ( vanki kutch) when i request them to take my parcel they throwed it away and said we can't take this parcel because we don't know you. They also did not behave sincerely with elders . They reply us like they are the owners of gsrtc. They stop the bus anywhere and drink tea cigarette 🤬 as they want. My village people having daily problem with them. I request you to help me and my villagers. Thank you .

ડેપો મેનેજર સાહેબશ્રી

સુરત થી બારડોલી તરફ જતી સાંજના સમય ની બધી સુરત ઝોન ની બસો માં મુસાફરો સાથે પક્ષપાત થાઈ રહ્યો છે.
મુખ્ય મુદ્દો એ છે કે મુસાફરો પાસેથી બસ નું ભાડું ૪૬ રૂપિયા એક્સપ્રેસ અને ૫૧ રૂપિયા ગુર્જર નગરી માટે લેવામાં આવે છે અને સુવિધા ૩૦ રૂપિયા ના ભાડા વળી લોકલ બસ ની આપવામાં આવે છે.

સાંજના સમય માં સુરત થી બારડોલી તરફ જવા માટે પર્વત પાટિયા અને પુના પાટિયા પુલ ઉપર થી જવાની જગ્યા એ એક્સપ્રેસ બસો પર્વત પાટિયા અને પુના પાટિયા નીચે થી જાય છે જેથી ન્યુનતમ ૩૦ મિનિટ થી ૪૦ મિનિટ નો સમય વેડફાય જાય છે, અને ખાસ નોંધ તો એ લેવી કે એક્સપ્રેસ અને ગુર્જર નગરી બસો જયારે પણ પર્વત પાટિયા અને પુના પાટિયા પુલ નીચેથી જાય છે ત્યારે કોઈ પણ મુસાફર બસ માં દાખલ થતું નથી કારણ કે આ બંને જગ્યા ઉપર લોકલ બસ ના પાસ ધારકો ઉભા રહે છે, એટલે એ મુસાફરો માટે એક્સપ્રેસ અને ગુર્જરનગરી બસ વ્યર્થ હોય છે.

કૃપા કરીને સુરત થી બારડોલી જતી વખતે એક્સપ્રેસ અને ગુર્જરનગરી બસો ને જુના રૂટે એટલે કે સહારા દરવાજા, પર્વત પાટિયા અને પુના પાટિયા તમામ પુલ પરથી ફરીથી જવાની પરવાનગી આપવા વિનંતી, જેથી કરીને બસ ભાડું ગોટાળો કાંડ થતા અટકાવી શકાય.

બસ ભાડા ગોટાળા કાંડ ની આશરે ગણતરી નીચે મુજબ થવા પાત્ર છે:

એક્સપ્રેસ બસ ભાડું મુજબ:
૧ મુસાફર દીઠ ૪૬ - ૩૦ = ૧૬ રૂપિયા નો ગોટાળો (એક્સપ્રેસ ભાડું લોકલ બસ સુવિધા)
ન્યુનતમ ૫૦ મુસાફરો મુજબ ૫૦ * ૧૬ = ૮૦૦ રૂપિયા
ન્યુનતમ ૫ બસો મુજબ ૫ * ૮૦૦ = ૪૦૦૦ રૂપિયા નો ગોટાળો

ગુર્જરનગરી બસ ભાડું મુજબ:
૧ મુસાફર દીઠ ૫૧ - ૩૦ = ૨૧ રૂપિયા નો ગોટાળો (ગુર્જરનગરી ભાડું લોકલ બસ સુવિધા)
ન્યુનતમ ૫૦ મુસાફરો મુજબ ૫૦ * ૨૧ = ૧૦૫૦ રૂપિયા
ન્યુનતમ ૫ બસો મુજબ ૫ * ૧૦૫૦ = ૫૨૫૦ રૂપિયા નો ગોટાળો

કુલ ૪૦૦૦ + ૫૨૫૦ = ૯૨૫૦ રૂપિયા નો એક દિવસ નો ભાડું ગોટાળો

૧ મહિના માં ૯૨૫૦ * ૩૦ = ૨૭૭૫૦૦ રૂપિયા નું બસ ભાડું ગોટાળો
તો ઉપરોક્ત જણાવ્યા મુજબ આશરે અંકે બે લાખ પંચોતેર હાજર કરતા વધારે રૂપિયા નો બસ ભાડું ગોટાળો જેને ભ્રસ્ટાચાર પણ કહી શકાય.
નોંધ : ઉપરોક્ત ગણતરી માં લાક્ષરી બસ ની ગણતરી કરી નથી કારણકે ફક્ત બારડોલી ડેપો ની જ લાક્ષરી બસો પુલ નીચે થી જાય છે.

અમે સુરત ડેપો માં ફરિયાદ કરવા ગયા ત્યારે અમને જાણવાં માં આવ્યું કે ઉપર બેથેલા અધિકારી લોકો એ નવા પરિપત્ર માં બસ ને પર્વત પાટિયા અને પુના પાટિયા નીચેથી જવાનો આદેશ આપ્યું છે. જો આદેશ આપવું હોય તો મુસાફરો સાથે પક્ષપાત કેમ કરો છો? કેમ કે અમુક બસો તો તેમના જુના રૂટ મુજબ જ બંને પુલ ઉપર થી જ જાય છે, ઉપર થી જતી બસ ની વિગતો નીચે આપેલ છે:

અમદાવાદ થી ઉકાઈ ગુર્જરનગરી
સુરત થી સોનગઢ એક્સપ્રેસ
વડોદરા થી સોનગઢ એક્સપ્રેસ
આનંદ થી વાંસદા એક્સપ્રેસ
સુરત થી વાંસદા ગુર્જરનગરી
સુરત થી માંડવી એક્સપ્રેસ
બાલાસિનોર થી વ્યારા એક્સપ્રેસ
પાટણ થી વ્યારા એક્સપ્રેસ

ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ બધી બસો માટે પણ એક સમાન પરિપત્ર જાહેર કરો ક્યાં તો ભાડું ગોટાળો ભ્રસ્ટાચાર બંધ કરવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.

અમે આશા રાખીયે છીએ કે અમારી ફરિયાદ નું અહીં નિરાકરણ આવી જશે જેથી અમારે Gujarat Anti-corruption Bureau માં ફરિયાદ નાઈ મોકલવી પડે.

Date 21/02/2024 bus time 8 Madhupur to ambaji i have travel in this bus from nehrunagar ahmedabad to khedbrahma nehrunagar bus pickup time 8 pm bus pickup me 8.45 so let and after Star next stop gita mandir driver and bus conductor have long break 40 min so long and after highway multiple stop and long break and rude behavior so plaese inquiry this bus driver and conductor and informed me

Being a constructive critic of the society, I'm filing complaint against the transportation services of BAVLA - 382220. The Buses are not available from past 2-3 days of longer route and of the one which is for HIMMATNAGAR. I would like to portray on the horizon of GSRTC service that there is no such helpdesk or proper instructor for the same. Commuter's find it harsh and it point's out the fingers on GSRTC.

ઝાલોદ બેચરાજી 5.30 તા.07.02.2024 બસ ખાલી હોવા છતાં ઊભી રાખી નથી આ બાબતે કાર્યવાહી કરવી. આ ડ્રાઈવર હંમેશાં બસ ઊભી રાખતા નથી પોતાની જાગીર સમજે છે

This is not an isolated incident, as different reasons have been provided on multiple occasions, leading to a lack of transparency and a sense of gaslighting. Passengers who pay for a luxury service deserve consistent and truthful information.

I request a thorough investigation into these recurring issues and a commitment to transparent communication to ensure passengers receive the service they have paid for.
