I had purchased a Haier Refrigerator(HRF-3654PMG-E) NEW MIRROR GLASS COLOUR on 27/03/22 as attached in the Tax invoice from Great Eastern Retail Store in Kolkata. The fridge starting giving problems(no cooling and icing in the wrong places)from the very next month of April 2022. We had purchased extended from Great Eastern and Haier by paying extra as insurance. So the technician was sent and the problem was resolved for the first time later again after a few months the fridge had the same problem of no cooling. Again the store sent us the technician and they found some issues with the parts/components of the products so they installed the new component. But the problem did not end here, the fridge again had no cooling and water flow from the back portion so went to the store to change the product, so they sent a new replacement for the same model, however, that new product with same model also had the same problem and we were literally fed up calling the technicians for help and also resulted in alot of food wastage at most of the days at our house. so the great eastern retail store in kolkata where we the original item suggested us to take a new model but of the same company that is Haier even though we insisted to change the company of the product, they said it is not possible to change the fridge's company so we spent extra Rs. 5000 to replace the old model with a new model(HRF-3954POG-E) OCEAN GLASS BLUE COLOUR. I am hereby attaching the tax invoice for both refrigerators with the warranty documents. I would like to notify that the same problems continue to happen to date. I would sincerely request to take strict action the retail store of Great Eastern and the Haier company for fooling the consumers with their hard earn money. I request the forum to help me get my refund so that I can buy another company's fridge in its place. Kindly take this matter at earliest. Looking for your sincere consideration on this.

    I launched a complaint at Haier on 16/11/2023 about door not closing properly. A servicer Engineer came and informed that the door needs to be replaced and collected the model number of my product and collected Rs. 350/-. Also I have paid Rs. 3000/- as advance for the product to be ordered. Later by 07/12/2023 a guy came for replacing the door and told that the product received was not for your model (for which i have wasted Rs350/-).
    Then after complaining the same Haier ASM gave assurance that the Door will be received by 26/12/2023 which never arrived. After enquiry he told that the part is not available at Haier. And asked for my bill of the product which was purchased on 08/2018.
    And told that the product is more than five for which no depreciation will be provided so you have to purchase a new product.

    This states that the products purchased from Haier are serviceable only upto five years beyond which it should go to scrap.

      Machine running more than 1hr 20 mins.bt actually it should run 45-50 mins...

      This is a LED TV purchased on Mar 2022. In September 2023, the picture started flickering and now left side of the screen is BW and right is color. This is panel issue . The TV showroom also mentions multiple such issues with this TV. so why is Haier not recalling or correcting this. As per the CSR, the charge per surface area for this TV to come and investigate and cannot guarantee any solution.

      This is another way to make more money. A Rs 50, 000 TV should last more than a year. I am hugely disappointed with this purchase. If this is not resolved amicably, then this is my last Haier purchase ever.

            We reside abroad and make short visits to India from time to time. I purchased two A/c units and five year extended warranty for both these units from QRS slightly about a year ago. There is a two times a year service is part of the agreement. QRS in turn arranges Haier to visit and service the units. The person who showed up refused to perform service other than one unit falsely stating the number of a/c units is not mentioned anywhere in the receipt from QRS. The customer service personnel seem clueless and rude. They even hung up the call in the middle of the conversation. We have waited three separate days from morning till evening waiting for Haier service folks to show up which they did not. We have lost three valuable days of our short vacation and servicing has not yet been completed so far. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Haier and the people who represent the company.

              Ye log sirf coustomer ko bewakuf bnate hai.1 St time service ke time sirf out door me compressor me kuch der Pani dal ke thanda kiya .uske bad bola gya mujhe ki iske bad bhi thik nhi hoga to isme ek part change hoga usme 6-7 din lagenge.dubara mai technician se contact Kiya to wo bola thik h mai office me apka Jo part hai wo order krwa deta hu 6 se 7 din wait kar lijiye.then uske bad fir mai dubara contact Kiya to koi response nhi Mila to mai fir se dubara Haier coustomer care me complain Kiya to fir koi nya technician aya or wo outdoor ko thoda bahut clean Kiya or gas top up Kiya uske bad bola thik ho gya h .gas top up ka charge mujhe 1500 bola to Mai Dene se inkar kar Diya kyu ki wo na hi gas ka pressure check Kiya or na hi gas dalne ke bad ka pressure.wo Khali gas ki cylinder ko ac se connect kar ke bewakoof bna rha tha.uske bad wo chala gya .bola ab sab thik h cooling me koi problem nhi ayega . outdoor bahut dirty tha isliye cooling nhi kar rha tha.ek week ke bad mai fir se dubara complaint Kiya but fir mujhe kisi technician ka call aya or bola ki apko jet cleaning or gas change Krna hoga.tabhi apka ac thik ho uska charge mujhe 3600 rs btaya.to mai use bola ki thik h aap kar do change .par usme Mera ek condition btaya ki agar jet cleaning or gas change ke bad bhi cooling thik nhi hua or Ac me koi dusra koi problem hua to apko gas refill ka paisa refund Krna hoga.to unhone inkar kar diya.bokaro steel city jharkhand ka service team bahut hi ghatiya log hai bas customer ko bewakuf bnate hai or paise thagte hai.haier se request hai aise logo koi action le or ho ske to mera AC sahi krwa dain

                This is too inform you that I'd registered a complaint for AC repair on 27th June, 2023 and my complaint is still not resolved.

                Service center is just finding new excuses every day and not answering my calls. I even had a talk with head of service centre and he assured me about the resolving of issue but now even he is not reachable.

                So, I'm writing here to take necessary action against them and help me with trouble. They're harassing me my family mentally and wasting out time.

                  Hello Haier,

                  I want to complaint against a service center person Mr Mumtaz, his contact number is +[protected].

                  I complaint about my split AC body as it was broken and there was some leakage from the AC, I got his call that you have registered a complaint to Haier, we will provide you the service. His manpower came and changed the body after 10 days and the day they repaired the AC, next day morning I went out station. I came yesterday morning and got to know that my AC is not working properly and not doing any cooling work. I realised it is matter of gas leakage, I contacted the same person and complaint in Haier again. He said that he will charge me Rs 2950 for filling the gas.
                  I checked with another vendor, he charged me Rs 2500. When the vendor checked ac, they informed that the previous person who changed the body did not tighten the flair of AC due to that gas leakage is happened.
                  I contacted that person again(Mumtaz) that your person has done this mistake and now you need to fix this but that person started arguing with me that you have done this purposely and calling me to get free gas for ac and all.
                  He said that I am thief and that he is not sitting to help customers but to Eran money and so on.

                  I would like to know how such people can do the service is this big brands like Haier. Such cheap and third grade people who do not have manners and just harrassing the customer by providing pathetic service so that he can earn again and again.
                  But this kind of service is very disgusting from Haier and I Haier to take some action against that man as he might be cheating and charging money from people.

                    Product "HAIER AC 1.5 T 3S HS18C NCS3B" of the company purchased from a retail shop as mentioned in the attached bill is not functioning properly. At the time of first installation, the outdoor unit was complaint and was replaced by 2 weeks time with delivery charges. Within one weeks usage, the cooling capacity of the AC went down. The retail shop was contacted and company customer service team solved the issue with service payment charges. Again with 1 month o[censored]se, same issue of low cooling capacity was found. The customer service team arrived on continues follow-up by 2 weeks time. This time they charged high amount for the service (but the gas was not refilled). Same issue is continuing from last few months. The AC is not providing proper cooling and the customer service team is not resolving the issue. Please sort the issue for proper functioning of the AC or else replace the product.

                      I had bought 1 Split Haier 1 Ton AC in May 2022, it is covered under guarantee till 2027, as it had a scheme at that time. My Split AC was not installed properly and I had already complained when it was being installed second time, I was told by your local outsourced installer that problem of dipping water will not occur. He told me that the person who had installed Split AC has fixed plate little down from the water outlet.
                      He had put mseal at joint but water in pipe pulled the mseal so it has started leaking.
                      Till it is not installed properly, it will reoccur. Dripping has damaged the wall and show pieces kept. I should ask you for the damage of paint and my belongings, on the top you are asking for visiting charges, when it is not installed properly why I should be asked for visiting charges.

                      I cannot believe that Haier is number one. I had complained many times about split AC but the outsourced mechanics could not install my Split AC properly. Every time the technician comes, they ask for visiting charges. The technician came and asked me for the problem i am facing, i told him about water is leaking from split AC, he told me to run on Dry mode. I told him that there is problem of installation, but he did not listen to me and asked for money for visiting. I said, the company has advertised about comprehensive guarantee for 5 years, i also said that you have not even installed it properly, so it is fault of company. He warned me if i do not pay money then Guarantee will be seized & we will blacklist you. I will strongly suggest everyone to not buy any of Haier product, even they give you life time warrantee.

                        Dear Sir,

                        PFA file for your reference as the led was bought on January-2023 and there was a problem with the led when the technician visited and found a motherboard problem after some time he changed the motherboard but after changing the part the led is not working properly the tv channel is jumping and while putting on the led we have to reset the tv first then led starts this problem came after the motherboard replacement now customer is frustrated and asking for replacement. Please give some permanent solution.

                            Painfully I am submitting my complaint as under -

                            I have purchased 1.5 T Split AC of Haier make in 05.03.2022. Now on 21.06.2023 I have registered a Service request AH[protected] for non-cooling of my AC. I am currently residing in Ahmedabad. After registration of SR, your technician named Luvkush from M/s. Premium Service, Ahmedabad your authorised service partnet visited my house on 22.06.2023 for attending service. After an hour of inspection he stated that there is some problem in PCB of outdoor unit and this will need to be replaced. He said that this is not covered under warranty. But when I took him in conference call with my dealer Kumar Electronics, Guna, he agrees that the part is covered under warranty. Then without giving me any information he opened all the wiring and took away the PCB of the outdoor unit without giving me any receipt. When I asked him and the owner of M/s. Premium service, Mr Yadav, they said that the same will be replaced tomorrow dated 23.06.2023.

                            On 23.06.2023, I received a call from Mr. Lavkush of M/s. Premium Service that PCB will not be covered under warranty and start asking me Rs. 12000. He poured all the blame on me, whereas he is responsible for PCB damage. When I said that I will complain he started mis-bhaving and said that nothing will happen even after the complaint. He also used foul language and threatened me. I didn't expect this type of poor customer care from a company like Haier.

                            After this incident I am repenting my decision for choosing Haier over other reputed brands. The complaint is not closed yet. Now on dated 07.07.2023, i received a message from Haier that your request is resolved.

                              Have purchased Split AC. The unit has worked only on the installation date. Next day, AC is not working. We raised the complaint on and the technicians came on next day night and did not find the cause. They leave saying that it is night and assured that they would come on next day morning 10 am. We trusted thenm. But they did not turn up. Again, when we called that technician, he told that again you need to register through customer support. We did it again and the technicians came and found that the compressor is having some manufacturing defect. It has to be replaced and it will take 2 to 4 days since we do not have stock at warehouse.

                              Really we are frustrating that there is no stock available in Metro city and they are taking too long to process it.

                              We need to escalate it. SInce it is almost 14 days that we had purchased. But still we are not getting the ac installed in this hot weather

                              I am writing to express my frustration with the Haier AC that I purchased 1.5 years ago. I have complained about the cooling issue 7-8 times, and every time a technician came to check, but the issue still remains unresolved. It has been 15 days since I last complained about the same issue, and 3 different technicians have come to check, but my issue is still not resolved. 4 days ago, one of the technicians repaired a part, but the cooling issue still persists.

                              I have already paid the service charge, and if another technician comes and asks for the service cost again, I will be forced to escalate this issue further.

                              I am extremely frustrated with this situation, and I have never seen such poor service from a company. I am disappointed that despite so many complaints, my issue is still not resolved. It is extremely hot outside, and I expect my AC to function properly.

                              I hope that you will take immediate action to resolve my issue. I would appreciate it if you could send a technician who can actually fix the problem. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

                                I had bought a fridge from Haier about 5-6 years ago. From the start I have faced this issue that the freezer doesn't work. If the temperature is set to 20 then it will reach it but if you open it once then it drops down and doesn't go back to 20. They always send some one to check it. The person comes check and would either say that there is a gas leakage or that there is nothing wrong. One time they sent someone who left a device it the freezer and stated that he will return in 2 days for it, but didn't come for almost a week. I have spent more on trying to get the fridge fixed than the actual cost of it. This has been an ongoing issue and they never fix the problem. Recently someone came who clicked a few picture and said that they will replace the product. They would say it has been fixed but after 2 days t will stop working again. Now whenever we raise a complaint they don't respond or do anything.

                                  My Haier Air conditioner is not working. I had raised service request on 5th June 2023. I got a call from Haier service center (Puri, odisha) and assured to do the service within 24 hrs. But they kept delaying it and eventually stopped answering my calls. They cancelled service request without my knowledge.
                                  I raised another service request on 8th June. They again cancelled it without my knowledge.
