Dear sir/madam,

It is brought to your kind notice that I bought a Haier fridge of 195 Liters from flipkart only last month. I am regretful to inform you that fridge is not proper or defective product I received.i made a complain on 25th of may regarding this issue and daily I used to call but nobody responding me properly pls replace it ASAP.

I think this piece has some manufacturing defects. I request you to replace it immediately. I am fed up calling but no one responding from last one month.

I raised service appointment on 5th June 2022. No service person has contacted as till date. I tried talking with customer service person and got the detail of dealer. When I tried contacting her no proper response from her.

Issue - F7 error code. Motor not spinning

Kindly, arrange an service person at earliest. My parents are staying alone and they are old and it is added stress on them.

We want to compliant about Ramesh kumar, medavakkam branch. He speaks rudely and demands money . For shifting purpose we enquired he said they does not support that we have to pay extra. For installation, when we called he refused for the service. He speaks rudely and demanding money and he refused for any service . We are happy with haier ac but very bad service support . He theatens people

I purchased a Haier Refrigerator from local retailer Vijay Sales in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The purchase date is July 09, 2021.
Within three months of the purchase date, there was a cooling problem and a gas leak was reported by the service engineer. Gas refill is done, but after a few months there is still an issue of cooling. The service engineer reported that there may be a gas leak or that the compressor needs to be checked.

I am very disappointed with the product that I purchased after reading the review

Please check the product thoroughly, and be sure that the same problem won't occur again, otherwise replace it with another new product

Sub :Complaint against Not working Air Conditioner

I am writing this letter to extreme displeasure at the faulty product and high cost of service by Haier Company.I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of Haier AC Model No. HSU19C-TFW5B (INV) having Code 8415.I have purchased a Haier AC Model No. HSU19C-TFW5B (INV) having Code 8415 With Invoice No. U140 dated 12/06/2020. I bought it for Rupees 39350/-.It carryone year Comprehensive Warranty and 11 year Compressor Warranty.After 6 months the remote became irregular in its functions. We ignored it considering a minor fault. Now it has completely stopped working. Than afterwards the cooling of AC was not up to the level of requirement of the air conditioner, as the the AC did not cool the room at all. Even after the no of complaints to dealer, no response was received.
Since the date of installation of haier AC there is a problem in the internal device component. Sometime the fan speed work properly and sometimes it didn’t.We never operated it for a long time, We adhered to the standard terms and condition of service and operationsbut still your component stopped working.
How can we trust such a big brand for such poor quality of product and extremely bad service? This is extremely disappointing. How can a Globally large famous company Haier’s product has beenstopped working even after completing its one year ? Being such a large company Haier has failed to maintain its product standardwhich are required as per Mercantile Act i.e requirement of merchandise. I have a Career AC from the last 18 years and it still working without any maintenance.

Now my submission is that as it is a costly product and I cannot afford to buy a new one. Since I have complained your dealer and company no of time in last two years, I request you to replace the same. You can not get discharged from your liability after one year warranty is over as the product supplied was not of merchandise quality i.e failed to serve the purpose of cooling since very beginning. Kindly see the matter at the earliest, else I shall be constrained to approach other authorities.

I Purchased an Haier AC in Vasanth and Co Sholinganallur on 28/05/2022. The next day installation team came and visited my home for installation . I am living in Second Floor. The Company said me its free installation from Haier Company. But the Technicians asked me charges 2000/- since it is very difficult to install in my home. Totally regreted about Haier. I said No. Then they said we will not install. Then I replaced my A/c brand to LG they providing the installation at my Home.

I had compain on 22 april 22 regarding my window AC cooling problem, after that AC goes to service centre for leakage repair, after 10 days it gets back and after to 2 or 3 days again same problem started again i complained then again it goes to service centre then from then till date my AC does not received and still in service centre and in mean time they said that cooling coil damaged needs to replace and get advance payment for that and after that they only giving time, today/ tomorrow they will deliver my AC but till date my AC is not received and today they are not picking my call.

I purchased a refrigrator from bedi sales pvt ltd ludhiana invoice number is 1349 at 26 jun 2017 on the name of amit kumar manra. IN may 22 i registered two times complaints that refrigrator is not working they send guy who said that compressor will be changed another guy comes from haier said that gas is leaked filled gas and charged rs 1500. after five days i again registered complaint that refrigrator is not working then again guy comes and filled gas again but refrigrator is not working yet, in this hot days it is very difficult to live without refrigrator, Compressor is in guarantee it should be changed or
expert mechanic should repair refrigrator i cannt register complaints again and again andd pay money every time.

We bought a refregerator in Mar-2022, which was stop working after some time and once we complaint about that they sent the team who replaced the comprassior and it started working that time. but not it is creating problem again and again and Heier is sending untrained technician to handle who is not eable to do at all. at the time of visit it start working but after some time its stop automatacally. regarding this issue I requested Heier to fix it permanently but they are not attanding my call and denied to fix by mentioning that the product is working fine. I would like to request you to please intervenue so that the faulty product can be replaced.

I Bought an subject Air Conditioner of Haier Product which gave me fisrt 15 Days Performance but after that Cooling goes down and in 2 days Ac not performing as per the product, as have make an complaint in customer service and an engineer came to check but as per him the product pick the Dust and he clear it, but product still not giving the performance and we inform him that its not giving the proper cooling as we took this product only 1 Month Back which having inbuilt Dust Filter but don't know what is the use of this where the scenario is created at time to sailing product that it gives an very Purify cooling in a mid size room but its give nothing, we totally disappointed to buy such type of product and the problem is still their and no rectification done with the cooling point of the AC.
Also not satisfied with the Engineer revert and his Manager who make a call on this, its not worth buying of such a big company product of which as a customer facing problem .
We need a solution of this problem from Company .

We call to technician to repair fridge. He done something something and he make fridge work . After 1-2 month again same problem is occurring. He done some jugard and make fridge work wires are also not fitted properly. Asked multiple time to correct but he told door will change but he didn't done. Now the fridge is not very bad condition.

I bought a double door Haier fridge thinking to be a good and quality brand, 2 yrs back and to my surprise on last Saturday I.e 21.05.2022, the upper door(fridge section) suddenly fell done and hurt my sister in law who was working at the kitchen.
When I called the call centre on Sunday, I was told that the technician will connect in 2-3 hours for a solution which didnot happen the entire day even after my regular follow ups. Finally I have been charged 8000+ amount for the door replacement which happened yesterday. My complaint is if Haier is making such inferior quality product, what action should be taken. Also, Haier should be compensating me instead have charged me 8000+ that too without any satisfaction. Awaiting for a action from Haier pertaining to my above query.

Cooling issue

I have made a complaint no..LU[protected] regarding that my Haier led tv screen is not working...for this i made a lots of calls to your customer care number and they told me that the tv will exchange as per the time line of 15 days but more than 2 year has passed till no response from company side to help over this problem..now i m totally fadeup with your after sales services support..you people done nothing to me, for this i also paid total service charge amount but nothing happened ..and Now i am going to file a legal suit against the dealership and your company who gave me a faulty tv for big amount charged to me ...

We had purchased 550 litre Refrigerator on 31.12.2020.

Just after one year of purchase, gas has leaked.

Reason advised is very silly that if there is drain in 3-4 Km, gas would leak.

If this reason is true, then refrigerator is not suited for cities as there is always a drain in 3-4 km in cities like Delhi.

True reason seems use of iron parts instead of copper.

As such, company should use better quality parts and also refill gas as free as this is more like manufacturing defect.

I bought the Haier fridge on june 2019. After some months itself i complained about it door making sound and technician told its the lock issue and solved it temporarily, after some months the issue came again and technician told its normal issue and done some repair(put a washer) and temporarily resolved issue. This time i had to pay for technician visit charges as warranty expired. In Corona no technicians were coming but issue was there. Now the whole door fell down and iam told to replace the door costing near about 8500. My fridge door had some issues from start which should have been attended at the start itself and replacement should be done by Haier.

This complaint is regarding pathetic product & pathetic service by Haier.
I have purchase 2 Nos 1.5T ACs from Vijay Sales, Ahmedabad. This product got installed on 21st April 2022 and suddenly it stopped giving cooling on 15th May 2022.

Same day complaint raised to Customer care but even after 14 Hours no one is responding to attend a breakdown.

Customer care has given contact of their Service Manager Mr. Sarfaraz but his phone is switched off during working days and hours.

There is no way where we can reach and ask for service.

I want refund for my both the pathetic machine asap.

Last week our single door refrigerator was not working. Called Haier customer care number. And technician came from SK service center. And they charged 6785 Rs for single door refrigerator service without bill. Not getting proper response from them to get bill.

Checked about charges from Haier customer care and local technicians. Then i realised that they charged more amount unnecessarily.

Charges according to SK service center:

1)For compressor[protected]minus for existing compressor taken back from them)= total 3500(with gst)

2) 2000(with gst) for gas filling plus service charge

3) extra GST 1285 rs ( no clarification given for this extra GST)

Please check this issue and provide clarification and need proper bill from your end or SK service center side.

If i didn't get proper response. I will write bad review in detail in all possible social networking sites.
