Hi,

I purchased Split Inverter AC on 9th June 21 (less than a year). I raised a complaint for my Split Inverter AC with your CC on 02/05 vide SR No - DL[protected] for E 7 fault.
# 2nd May evening to resolve but went back without doing anything.
# 5th May evening Technician came and said circuit has to be replaced.
# 10th afternoon Technician came & replaced circuit but system shows F 12 error. He also went off.
# 10th evening Technician came to check but went off doing nothing.

Everytime I speak to CC they just give assurances and want me to talk to Service Centre. But Service Centre guys don't care since they work for multiple companies.

I have taken full AMC of 3 years at the time of purchase which is in addition to normal company warranty.

Haier is a great company and you won't believe I use only Haier products but the latest experience has forced me to rethink about brand and I assume they don't want customers like me are retained.

Since the product has been purchased last year only so please get it REPLACED asap.

    I recently got a haier washing machine within few days of the it stop working. I registered a complain regarding the same.it been fifteen days but no response yet.
    I request all to not buy any haier products.

      It's now more than a week, I have purchased haier AC but still the technician has not visited for installation for the same, called many time to dealer but now they are also not responding and customer care just saying our technician will visit.
      It's just waste of money for buying Haier products.

        I've lodged complaint many times on customer care number [protected],
        that AC is not functioning due to PCB in display is not working, everytime engineer visits my house and cleans it with sanitizer and the issue re-arrises after 2-3 days, and on my last complaint i've received a call from a guy with +91-[protected] talking very rudely and asking not to complaint again and telling me that "Company told us that taking AMC doesn't means you call as many times as you want, & customer should be charged by the next time", and still after all this nonsense they came to my house and cleaned the PCB with our sanitizer after again 2 days same issue came up, now calling Mr.Azziruddin at +91-[protected](no. provided to me by Customer care executive) he is not taking up my calls and he is reading my messages on whatsapp as well but not reverting.
        Also do let me know if a part is not functioning properly after many repair attempts then it should be changed or not?
        I would request Haier India not to take AMCs if they hate to hear from us, its really a very bad experience and we should move from this brand to another in future, due its bad after sale service experience this year.

              I would like to high issue against the Service Center Ekta Enterprises, i have raised a complaint on 8th Arpil 2022 - GU[protected] that there is a cooling problem after that technician came and found the faulty pcb of outdoor unit and they have issue PO for that and its been now more than 14 days i don't have any update.

              I tried calling Customer care they always send reminder to service center, i have called Himanshu Chauhan - [protected] he always said wait for 5 mins he will call and provide an update everyday i called him and he says this and never called back.

              Kindly look into this on urgent basis and provide other service centre support as Ekta enterprises dont have any update

                Dear Haier Professionals,



                Hope you have been standing firm against the deadliest ever pandemic caused due to Covid 19. It had been some mix experiences with Haier I had after becoming a customer of Haier family. Earlier also I mentioned about my purchases and experiences with Haier. Now another disappointment I am going through. In October 2021 the coils of my New Dual Invertor split AC were been replaced. we were been asked by the service technician not to turn on AC that time. Since It was October and not required much Air Conditioning in end of October.

                Now when the new summer season arrived and we turned the AC on, and found the water dripping out of AC in side the room. The complained (SR DL[protected] with code DHOD) was been registered last week on 14th April and technician visited on 15th April to rectify the problem. The technician used some M-Seal product stop the water leakage and asked to turn on after 1 and half hours. But again it did not stop leaking. The same was been again reported the service technician. They sent another service representative, who after checking condition out removed the M-Seal adhesive and shown me the damaged part and advised to get it changed.

                When we again tried to register our complain, the customer care was first to ask about monies to be paid for the visit. In fact for every visit which I am not the reason for being asked for monies. also the service team first demands the charges for visiting.



                Now it is 6th day and no action has had happened. I fail to understand, that have I bought an AC or did a crime by buying Haier AC which I could not use for even a season.

                This a really a mental torture to every time asked for service and spare/parts charges when one has bought the product under 5 year warrantee. This summer season is turning out to be really hot and giving heat shocks.



                I humbly urge the Haier team to take my request on highest priority and get my problem resolved.



                NOTE: Copy of invoices is attached in the trail mails of October and also attaching the job sheet for last complain and visit in which I mentioned my level of dissatisfaction in the remark section.

                    Morning,
                    I am 83 years old, N.Delhi, Complaint #DL[protected]. Made the mistake of trusting Haier.
                    In 2019, bought a Fridge for Rs+1 Lakh. Called for repair on[protected]. It is 40+ Deg C. Called Mr Vipin-still not done. Called Anjali NOT DONE TILL DATE[protected]. Have Extended Warranty.

                      Purchased the Haier washing Machine in August 2020. Stopped working in July 2021 within one year and raised multiple complaints till September 2021 and replaced different parts.
                      HI[protected], CA[protected], CA[protected], CA[protected]
                      Again it stopped working in 6 Months and raised ticket in April 2022. (CA[protected]) After 5 days still waiting for the Technician.
                      How do I return the product and get a refund.

                        It looks pathetic decision to go with Haier.

                          I bought haier ac last year and in just 1 year it stopped working. We even complaint to service center but nobody to listen and resolve the issue. Its been more than 10 days when we called to service but nobody came to check.
                          This is not acceptable and if its not done in 2 days, i will go to consumer forum right away.

                            My haier ac was not cooling because of improper installation done on April 1st 2022. Haier service engineer, Awadesh([protected]) told me there is gas leakage and was supposed to fill the gas but never showed up. I have complained customer care but no body comes to fill the gas.

                            Haier service is pathetic and their customer care executives don't know how to talk and resolve customer issues.

                            The service are manager, Rahul Verma ([protected]) doens't care about customer problems and have no humanity to call back atleast and understand customer problem. I called him 3 times, he never called me back. No response over WhatsApp. Don't know who made him manager.

                              How fool do you make the CUSTOMER, on morning 7th april my haier window AC stops cooling then i mailed you around 5AM for non cooling AC. and also complaint on CUSTOMER care executive for visit. So, the technician had come in evening at 7PM and they said that mam there is capacitor problem your capacitor has weak. I told them okay no issue please change it as soon as possible because it’s urgent. They said today will not possible but we will change tomorrow morning.

                              And the next day 8th april in noon 2 new technician came to my home and they were fitting local capacitor in my new window AC I asked him for a capacitor look then i ask them where is that capacitor logo? They said mam logo not comes in capacitor now a days.

                              Means what?? Am I ###?? They guys thought that CUSTOMER would not have the knowledge of local or original parts?

                              Then i told them no this is local capacitor. Then he called to dealer and speak with him outside on call. And after 5 minutes he came and said that mam compressor also damaged in it.

                              Means??there is my new AC I purchased in October and now i use in this summer and how is it possible to damaged things so early??

                              It means they guys are making fool to CUSTOMERs right? If I didn’t ask for capacitor logo then there was not mistake with compressor?

                              And i also CALL TO dealer about they fitted local capacitor. Guess?what did he said to me? He said sir no issue if again your capacitor will damage i will change again now you just get done.

                              Waoh!!.Nice to meet with haier company Products first time.

                              Very worst experience with AC, technicians and dealer also.

                              There are not hearing of CUSTOMERs.

                                Sorry to say but...
                                Big faulty piece which doesn't serve the purpose in season, poor customer care which will never Connect, if connect also each and every time they will give a regional service number which will never be answered, for spare parts you have to wait for your lifetime it seems..
