Hello,

I am highly disappointed with the customer services that Haier provides to its customers. To have a little background here, I had purchased a TV from Haier 2 years back. Now that the display is gone, I have been calling the service personnel to come and repair it. All the calls have gone in vain since a month but till now the thing hasn’t been serviced yet.

I have purchased TV from other brands but had never had such issues. This is such a pathetic service from Haier. Also the technicians are too rude and say they will come home in the night for servicing which is highly unacceptable.

    We have bought a washing around three hours ago and we already spent 8-10 thousand on that. Every after four months the watermotor or IC stopped working.. my recommendation to all .. do not buy any product from Haier… pathetic product

        Dear sir,

        Further to the below message, one Mr. Fahad Khan (+[protected] visited from Haier and checked the AC on 5/7/2022. He confirmed that the AC is defective and will get it replaced. In spite of several follow ups, we got the following message from him this evening.

        "I can slove but I need nitrogen and gass also vaccum pump then I can do your work but who will pay charges for this tell me mam I can help you with my service charge free but need itam for work plz tell me what to do mam"

        The snapshot of the message is also enclosed as proof. This message was sent after a lot of follow up calls by my mom who is 60 years old and sometimes me as well and this was his response today to my mom.

        This is a new AC. Please intervene and get this issue sorted.

        We have been following up since April 25th and no solution for this issue.

        We purchased a Haier Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton (HSU18C-TQG3B) from Adishwar India Ltd - Mahadevapura branch on 25th April 2022.
        The bill number - 2223-CRW-4509 dtd 25/4/2022
        Addressed to V.Chitra, Trifecta Starlight Apartments.

        We wanted to buy LG Airconditioner (our old product); However, the sales executives convinced us to go for Haier because of its features.

        Within a couple of days, there was issues with the AC - where the rotational feature probably is not up to the mark as we observed that the AC is not flowing through while one is lying down.
        The issue is as follows: On switching on, it works for about 30-40 mins, where the room is cold. After sometime, the air circulation stops for reasons unknown and the person starts feeling humid and sweaty. How can one sweat while the AC is on?

        The Haier service person called Pasha came home atleast 4 times only to convince us that everything is ok.. He was rude and said that the AC is working fine, but we dont know to use it. we have been using AC for 20 years now and we know the features.

        Please note, that the AC is being used by my mom who is 60 years old. When I lodge a complaint, I am promised that the service engineer will call me (at [protected]) and come post 5pm, but they always call my mom ([protected]) and finally say that she either doesnt pick the call or is not conversant in hindi. She has been harassed both by Pasha and other technicians for spending ₹38000 on this AC.

        Given the above circumstances and the persistence of the issue, we would like Adishwar to take action and help us resolve this issue.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I V V Subrahmanyam Reddy, Mobile No : [protected] have purchased Haier Refrigerator HRB-550 KG on 30/10/2019 from M/s Pirgal Electronics, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The refrigerator has been giving problem since then, due to lack of de-frosting, which has lead to the jamming of the fan. As a result there has been a problem in cooling in the fridge portion of Refrigerator . All the food that has been kept in the fridge has spoiled due to sudden stoppage in cooling and it took one to two days for repair which has lead to further problems in storage of food and raw ingredients

          Haier service team Mr. Narayna and Mr.Arun visited in 2019 and did some major modifications in the refrigerator. I raised an objection of doing modification in a new refrigerator and requested for replacement . Haier service team assured that they will replace the fridge if the problem arises again and the same problem is recurring ( 3 Times from Assurance) . Haier service team just visits and melts the ice with hot water, every time. They are not providing any permanent solution.

          On dated 16-Sep-21 the same problem as repeated again and haier service team repeated the same ice melting procedure. At present Haier service team is neither giving any response nor giving any permanent solution .

          On 25/07/22 the same above problem is repeated and haier technician visited our house and informed that the motors is burned and the same above mentioned De-frosting problem is not resolved yet and the problem is frequently repeating from the beginning.

          This is unfair from Haier side of selling a defective refrigerator to a customer and not providing any solution for the same.

          As per the above subject Please replace my refrigerator as early as possible.

            Airconditioner Cooling Issue

            Hello,

            We requested Haier customer care to get our AC checked for cooling issues. The engineer came, filled the gas, and took the charges but the same day cooling was again gone.

            We raised a complaint the next day and their engineer came after 3 days and told us that he did not bring the gas so that he would come back again. But no one came back.

            I purchased a Haier refrigerator, Model No. BMR 276 L HRB-2964CIS-E (Covertible mode) from Croma store at Vegas Mall Dwarka on 23rd March, 2022.
            The installation of the product was done on 25th March, 2022.
            Since I was facing the problem with refrigerator for many days after installation, I was under the impression that may be fridge might not have been closed properly. After few days when I started locking the refrigerator but then also there was no cooling in the refrigerator. There was cooling only in Freezer, so I switched it on to convertible mode and start keeping the things in the freezer area to avoid getting them damaged and finally made a complaint on 07th June, 2022.
            The technician visited on 09th June, 2022 and the reply that I got from technician was that the temperature is very bad outside so change it to normal mode instead of convertible and everything will be fine. He changed the temperature settings and removed from convertible to normal refrigerator and freezer mode.
            But again after few days the same problem happened. I again registered a complaint on 06th July at the customer care No. and on 07th July also by visiting at the store. The technician visited on 09th July in the morning and he was not ready to listen to what I was saying and told me that there is no problem, After my telling him that then why would I make a complaint he put one meter to check the temperature and told me that he will return in 2 hours to check that . The technician did not turned till evening and when I called he said that He will be there in another one hour, which I told him is not possible as we have some other work and will not be available at home. I then told him the temperature that was reflecting in the meter and he said there is some part that needs to be changed which he will do by monday or tuesday after receiving from the service centre as the same will not be available tomorrow since it is sunday.
            After saying all this the very next day i.e; sunday morning 10th July, 22 I received call from technician that he is coming as he has got the part, which was surprising for me because one day before in the evening he was saying that the part cannot be available on sunday.
            Anyhow he replaced the part, When I told him that I was saying you the same thing that there is some problem in the refrigerator but you were not ready to listen, then he had no answer.

            The same day on 10th July night again there was no cooling for which I again registered a complaint on 11th July, 2022 which is not attended till 12th July, 2022.

            My question is why should I keep the product which is giving me problem every other day. More over its a new product, so why should I suffer.
            It is my hard end money and I want either to replace the product or refund my money.
            For the past three months I have registered three complaints and did not found any solution except stupid excuses from technicians who feels that the consumers are fool.
            I will really appreciate if my complaint is resolved and I get the solution for it.

              I have purchased an Air conditioner on 29/5/2022 at ' Girias Investment pvt ltd ' . The Air conditioner is not cooling. we have complaint 4 time but they sent some person to repair but I was not satisfied and the issue was not fixed yet.                 I have 9 A.C in my office out if which 6 are 'Haier' .
                I have made several complaints, Since 3 months I have been complaining about the service but too far no action was taken seriously.

                In beginning of 2022 I purchased an Haier, 1.5 TON AC in my new office, where AC pipe was short so I took a new one and what came along with the New AC was secretly kept by the Installer of Haier, which was returned after one month when we asked them to return it . They mis-behaves and pretends that we can't do anything as they have the authority towards the company and we made this mistake to invest lacs in this company.

                They even took charges from us for free service, stating company did not us give them much amount so its usual to take from the customer.
                Then where is free service?

                We can understand machines do need service after time that is why Haier provide After sales Service which is below poor.

                I think if Haier cannot provide basic after sales service then they should stop giving it at all stating about the service.

                I need help in this and I need a final resolution because I am so fed up with wasting my precious time in such petty things that I cannot focus on my business.

                kindly help me out or else I am prepared to take some legal actions against this.

                  I would like to escalate the issue as I have struggled a lot with the Service technicians associated with Haier Appliances India.

                  The incident is related to the malfunctioning of my refrigerator which I have purchased.

                  The refrigerator is in warranty period.

                  I have booked for a service request and the request no. is H[protected].

                  After so many requests, the technician has come and has charged 500 rupees and we were told that the issue is with mother board which has to be replaced and that costs 4000.

                  We have paid 4000 rupees and later one week, he has changed the mother board but the problem is that there was no cooling and now he told that there is a problem with compressor.

                  The technician is not responding to the calls (Won't even respond at all). I am much frustrated that hereafter I shouldn't want to purchase Haier products hereafter.

                  I have called the technician nearly 50 times and he won't respond. He once called and asked us to share the code hence we have shared the code and the next day the issue was marked as resolved.

                  The issue was again escalated and service request no. VJ[protected].

                  Please resolve the issue.

                    The AC stopped working on 15th of May, a complaint was logged and technician came and diagnosed a problem in ODU motor, motor replaced after 15 days because the ac was in warranty. Now even after that replacement the ac was not cooling, again technician came and diagnosed the ac compressor problem. Since last 12 days, we are waiting for ac compressor, the related officer told the compressor is not distapatcehd. Hier is the worst company we have seen for customer support.                       The issue that I have experienced was:
                      My Refrigerator model HRD-1954CRO-E stopped cooling & no any ice formation in freezer cabinet.

                      I have taken an appointment of engineer by contacting with Haier customer care toll free number on below mentioned dates-

                      First call - 30/04/2022
                      Second call - 18/04/2022
                      Third call - 18/05/2022

                      Technical person came and charged me Rs.1850 /- for gas refilling.

                      Still problem not solved.

                      I again taken appointment.

                      Again same technical person who won't have any technical knowledge came about 6 times for repairing but problem not resolved till date.

                      Customer care representative not responding properly.

                      All seniors also talking rudely.

                      It occurred on: 30/05/2022

                      If there is any qualified personnel who can repair my refrigerator perfectly in warranty then I will be thankful for so. I will not pay any more charge for same because I already paid such useless charges previously.

                      If company stilld oes not contact me I will go in consumer court within upcoming few weeks.
                      Their I would like to say please replace such a bad product manufactured by Haier Appliances (INDIA) pvt. Ltd. and refund my money and claim for all types economic loss that I have paid for servicing as well as purchase of product.

                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                        I have purchased a haier AC on feb 2022. The Ac is installed at my house but from the day i started it i am facing tons of problem with it.
                        I bought it from Rimpi sales, Circular road Jalandhar, Punjab.
                        The AC gas was leaked earlier 3 times and whenever they charge gas it gets leaked.
                        I hot my internal pipes checked and there is no leakage in it.
                        I asked company personel and service centre to replace my ac but they are not responding now and didn’t get my complaint resolved.

                          I purchased the Refrigerator, the order has been delivered from Flipkart the refrigerator part is being given completely defective within 2.5 month of purchased its had frozen problem all vegetable are freeze. due to freezing all vegetables are decay form and smelling so much. we has also taken service 4 to 5 times from haier side but the problem has not been resolved, so we wants fridge to be exchanged as soon as possible. they just take almost 1.5 months in service same problem facing Haier just try to spoils day to just Fit and Finish Warranty of 1 years no we don't compromise more its enough please exchange the product its totally defected. help please very disappointing from #flipkart and #haier Appliance.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            It is brought to your kind notice that I bought a Haier fridge of 195 Liters from flipkart only last month. I am regretful to inform you that fridge is not proper or defective product I received.i made a complain on 25th of may regarding this issue and daily I used to call but nobody responding me properly pls replace it ASAP.

                            I think this piece has some manufacturing defects. I request you to replace it immediately. I am fed up calling but no one responding from last one month.

                              I raised service appointment on 5th June 2022. No service person has contacted as till date. I tried talking with customer service person and got the detail of dealer. When I tried contacting her no proper response from her.

                              Issue - F7 error code. Motor not spinning

                                  I purchased a Haier Refrigerator from local retailer Vijay Sales in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The purchase date is July 09, 2021.
                                  Within three months of the purchase date, there was a cooling problem and a gas leak was reported by the service engineer. Gas refill is done, but after a few months there is still an issue of cooling. The service engineer reported that there may be a gas leak or that the compressor needs to be checked.

                                  I am very disappointed with the product that I purchased after reading the review

                                  Please check the product thoroughly, and be sure that the same problem won't occur again, otherwise replace it with another new product

                                  There is still a problem with refrigerator unit

                                  In continuation of my previous post, engineer from haier service, did gas recharge in haier refrigerator. Within 48 hours of operation there was problem of freezing ba k pipe and heavy ice is accumulated.
                                  This indicates the refrigerator unit is not repaired and continues to suffer a problem.

                                  I want to replace refrigerator unit with new refrigerator.
