Product- HEB3654PMG-E- Refrigerator Bought 2 years for ago. Bought mainly for unique design of Freezer at base. 3 days ago the complete top door came out from the knob. The door is heavy and could have been a medical emergency if it fell down. Very difficult to believe that such an important part of refrigerator can malfunction and had such a low quality. After calling mechanic he said the whole door needs to be opened just for one small broken knob costing 9.5k? This is absolutely shocking. Have given the order as have no other option. But would really no recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

    I bought an Haier TV (39" LED TV) in the year 2018 which got repaired on 21-Nov-2021. I reported to Haier customer care on 22-Nov-2021 (SR is CH[protected]) and the service person came to my house on 24-Nov-2021. He opened the TV and said that the board in the TV has gone and that it will cost ~Rs4, 500 for the new one + Rs 1180 for service. I accepted it but the service person said that there is no stock currently and it will take 3-4 days to replace, which I accepted as well.

    The service person came on 1-Dec-2021 morning and was trying to replace the board but the board seemed not to be a new one and either it had any proper package on it which the new ones will have. I requested him to give it to me so that I can take a closer look at it. To my surprise it was an old one and it had already had some rust on the pin and in the other areas. When I questioned him about it, he wasn't answering to me properly and gave his manager mobile number. To my surprise, the service person cum his manager were very rude and were even challenging me that I can't do anything about this incident (seems they were doing this for past several years)

    It seems to be a daylight robbery to me and I'm not sure whether this is the way Haier deals with all the customers? or is it happening only in Chennai Service centers? Seems this is synchronized crime happening within the Service center people to cheat the customers.

    I have recorded the whole incident and wanted to know what action Haier is going to take against these people?

    And finally I regret why I had bought a Haier TV and will never go for any Haier products in future after this incident.

      Same complaint repeatedly for several months. As my ac is on amc, service center guys aren't willing to attend and resolve. Within 6 months, many complaints are registered in my ac. As they are money minded, they are demanding money for service even in amc. Already raised mail from 5th may to till now to higher authority, still no response. If the same persist, legal proceeding is the only way to complete this issue.

        I Romesh Rustom bought a Haier Precis ES 25H E1 25-Litre Horizontal Water Heater (White) on the 27th Of September 2020 from Amazon. in Order#[protected].
        The product was covered according to the website for 4 years on product and 7 years on tank. Around 2 months ago [within one year of purchase] the tank started leaking and the customer care [SR being TH[protected]] sent 2 people who pretended to take photographs etc and asked me to wait for a call from the company.
        The call never came. When I called again the same procedure was followed, twice but after the third time i.e yesterday a person by the name of Akhilesh Tiwari called me up suggesting closing the complaint since it is not being resolved! I do not see why the company cant provide a replacement? Is the tank leaking not an issue Haier feels obliged to resolve? Do rural customers have no right to claim warranty according to Haier?

        The complaint made here made no change in their attitude. They again sent 2 people for videos. I told them I had disconnected the tank and that they should return when I reconnect it again. They never came back! The customer care behaves like the warranty on the tank is a hit or miss!
        They also closed the complaint on their own!

          I am buying a Haier side by side inverter and convertible refrigerator but there is a dent present on the front door and the side of refrigerator but company denied it to replace the refrigerator. Please resolve the issue.

            I had purchased the Haier 43tv from - Sardar tv India PVT ltd Ahmedabad and there is an issue with Bluetooth connectivity. I had lodged the complaints multiple times but still, there is no solution to it. I had requested the retailer for the same but the retailer is not too helpful to get with proper end to end solution.

            Retailer and Haier company executives both have some mutual concerns as they are not ready to accept that there is an issue with this product quality as they fail to provide me with a solution.

              I have complaint before regarding cooling and matter was taken up in month of may/ june. Today suddenly fridge gate fallen down and my child was save just saved with his life. Fridge gate fallen on my child and full glass plate was broken.
              What kind of service is this. This is done intentionaly to damage and harrase us.. In 2019 dec fridge was replaced as they have provided damage product and again same material proivded .
              Haier company is harrassing as well providing scope to damage and play with life. This company should be fined for Rs 1 crore with full fride replacement.

                Dear All

                I purchased a Haier refrigerator on 29/09/21 from AHMEDABABD recieved a damaged product for which ur team kept on arguing that their is electric problem at my home inspite of getting it checked 6 times their was no fault than finally when my maid stuck to ur refrigerator because of electric shock from fridge they agreed and checked the entire fridge and found that their is a electric leakage on ur refrigerator and compressor is shot and finally took the fridge for replacement than I recieved another refrigerator in exchange from ur team and too my very very pleasant surprise or I should say shock that product is also damaged and the damaged was detected on 29/10 and till date their is no step taken from Ahmedabad service center team moreover to my surprise they don’t turn up on decided time by the regional technical manger and when we get annoyed because they don’t turn up on time

                They give reply mam we will come as per our convenience as u stay in that house almost necessarily come on time given by u

                Wow so now Haier will decide my avalible time slot at my place

                I request u I don’t want defective product from ur company any more pls take ur product and refund my money

                And this is only because of pathetic service by ur Ahmedabad team and to my surprise u don’t care about comments on ur Facebook page or Twitter have found many comments matching my situation

                Please take ur product back and refund my money not interested in ur services anymore

                  Facing issues from the first year for this product...cooling issue, some part had to be changed exactly a year later from the purchase date...last year again cooling issue, due to covid no response so called a local guy n the gas cooling system had to be changed, n now it's a month trying to get in touch with u guys n when ur technician comes just looks around n walks out charging me 472/- for visit n I requested him as did not have physical bill handy, could I send it to him on whatsap n he agreed...sent receipt in 45 mins but his phone was switched off till 7pm n he closed the case...spoke to call centre got ur whatsap group n connected to them...new case registered n compressor to be replaced ...they are denying to replace if I do not pay 2800/- for gas filling...as going thru a difficult time with ur hopeless product n just today my hubby is out of hospital cannot spend so much but can get gas cannister, as my hubby is a mechanical engineer n aware of its cost...been told these are company stated charges but never got a receipt if gst has been charged too...very sad to have bought ur product spending 26500/-...attaching details in this mail...

                    I want to lodge a complaint as a manufacturing defect for the product which was bought be me and is under warranty, however the product has turned out to be a complete faulty piece which means screen turned white within 3 days of installation and when engineer visited to check it was noticed by him that the entire screen panel was dismantled or not in place (panel glue has left the pasting) which now i would obviously not require repaired and instead as a part of my warranty i am demanding for my complete unit to be replaced with a fresh unit (sealed packed) for which i have raised a ticket since 10-Oct-21 and have been struggling to find any firm resolution till date (No one from Manufacturer end has contacted me nor i am getting any progress on my case) hence it is my humble request to kindly get my issue addressed and get the faulty unit replaced to help me come out this difficult situation and stop me from turning out to be a irrated customer.

                      I need either my issue fixed or my money back or replace with other haier refrigerator, i will pay extra amount.

                          SR. GO[protected]. Issue still unresolved but SR closed. Product is in warranty period. Purchase from Croma Goa. Constant water dripping leakage issue which is unresolved since purchase. Technical team hasn't visited even after multiple follow ups. False promises given each time. Very disappointed with the product and service even during warranty.

                                  Maine ek haier android led tv 12/12/2020 Ko purchase kiya hoon.but mera tv mein 28/12/2021 se screen mein lining problem aa raha hai.phir Maine aapke customer care phone lagaya to mera complaint registered kiya gaya jiska complaint no. hai SR RB[protected] .Uske baad aapke engineer 29/12/2021 KO aaye aur mera TV check kiya aur bola Jo aapka TV repair nahi hoga replacement hoga but time 1 month ka bol rahe hai but mujhe TV 10 days mein chahiy

                                    Please don't buy any Haier product..I am from assam..On 4 th September my led TV gives problem.i am complaining this to the customer care.But till date they don't provide me a technician.Every time when I called the customer care they resigster the problem and told me that wait for 24 hr..but after 1 month no technician visited my home. Please don't buy Haier company products..

                                      Its been more than 20days now i have called customer service several times but none my complaints got answered at first the technician came opened up the tv into pieces and left it as it is and said he would be back within 3 days with the spareparts but after that no one came no 1 answers the calls too.
                                      Please help
