Our front-loading Haier washing machine suddenly stopped working one morning. Very promptly we called Haier customer care (on their toll free number) and after the usual process of registering a complaint, were given a ticket number along with the assurance that a trusted technician would come home within 24hrs and fix the machine. It's been almost one month, 3 different ticket numbers, a quick succession of false assurances and a PILE o[censored]nwashed clothes, now our local franchise number is invalid (strange, to have happened so abruptly) and none of the HAIER reps are in a position to help us out. We're looking at regular technicians who repair just about every kind of washing machine and do not carry any form of corporate branding.
It makes me realize what formed the cliche related to non-durability of all "Chinese" goods.

Washing Machine- Haier India — Non- Repairing of Washing Machine

I lodged a complaint for Washing Machine (SemiIAuto) on 06.09.2008. Then I have made hundreds of calls to their service centre and other number of theirs officials, given by Service Centre.Since then I have been making phone calls and e-mails to various officials of Haier India but nobody is worried to answer even my calls or mails. I have not seen such a bad service of any company in my life. Now I ahve left with no option but to file a complaint with consumer court/RTI

HOW ONE CAN MANAGE WITHOUT WASHING CLOTHES FOR TWO MONTHS CAN THESE OFFICIALS UNDERSTAND ?

KINDLY MAKE MY VIOCE HEARD.

    i have a problem in my C301R mobile set on 25/8/08
    so i submit my set for repair in Redington India Ltd service centre in hyderabad on 02/8/10. But i still haven't got any response 4m there. My set is still there. When i making any coll they were not responding too. I have not get my set back since 02/3/10. So pleas take some steps for the matter.

      I conplained for my window AC on 25th July 2010 for Gas leakage , the service agency engineer came on 27th July and confirmed the same that gas is leak so the the unit is to be taken to workshop for repair. We paid service charges as asked by him Rs 388 and the same will be ajusted in complete repair cost.
      But till then no body came for its repair..we again complaint to haier and updated the status but as per cuctomer care the call is closed by the agency and the AC is repaired and is now in working condition as per records. I protest and asked them to come and check the status but send some other agency. but till now no body has come to check.and Haier has no value for customers afterselling the AC's.

      Please help.

      Haier Window AC — Poor customer service

      I had purchased a Haier window AC much called the one with 3 Star rating. Since the installation the fan of the AC is noisy. I called the customer care to get the same checked from comapny's technician. Everytime I call them I am assured that very soon a technician will visit my house to sort out the problem and they have registered my complaint. Simply registering or seeking an apology for delay does not sort out my problem. I have already wasted 2 days waiting for the terchnician. The link for registering complaint on company's website or escalating it to higher officers is not active. The cell phone of the service Incharge of west Delhi Sh Deepak Jain has been put on busy mode.

      AS A CONSUMER I FIND MYSELF HELPLESS AT THIS JUNCTURE.

        1 ton split ac was installed about two months back. after a few days it was seen that it is not performing upto the expected level which was brought to the notice of the concerned service experts,nobody visited for rectification of the same even after repeated reminders for 5 days. Finally the same was brought to the notice of Mr Kamal at Delhi h.o. they inquired from the concerned person who visited the site then within no time. after a few days the water started draining from the indoor unit & again complaint was lodged. concerned mechanic turned on 4th day & it is persumed that it was not his baby(as he told that it is a regular feature with split acs,MAKING FOOL O[censored]S PEOPLE) & left away assuring that the same problem will not occur in furure. Alas, after a afew days again water started draining from the indoor unit. this time as per the statement of concerned agency people they deputed a person who has beeh trained by Haier itself. Almost a week has elapsed since then, water has stopped draining but on the contrary performance of Equipment has gone far below then the expected level. after running continuously for 15hrs, it is able to bring down the temperature from 31degrees to 25degrees only as displayed in LCD display. mechanic has visited 4-5 times but he is also confused that what is wrong with the same & finally now we are left to our own just watching the unit hanging on the wall like a dummy

        HAIER SPLIT AC — COMPLAINT NOT TAKEN CARE OF EVEN AFTER A MONTH

        MY ORDEAL WITH HAIER IS PROBABLY WORSETHAN ANYBODY ELSE.
        AND IT HAS BEEN A REPEATED MISCHIEF.
        PRESENTLY, THE COMPLAINT ABOUT NON FUNCTIONING AC WAS MADE ON 05/07/09 BUT EVEN AFTER SEVEERAL VISIT BY THE SERVICE PERSONNEL, THE COMPANY IS NOT CLEAR ABOUT THE FAULT, THE PCB SENT TWICE TURNED OUT TO BE INCOMPATIBLE. ON MORE TAHN ONE OCCASION THE MODEL NO. HAS BEEN NOTED DOWN BUT THE THINGS HAVE NOT CHANGED AND IN THIS SWELTERING HUMIT SUMMER I HAVE JUST TI RUE MY FATE THE DAY I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THIS HORROR CONTRAPTION.
        I HAD EVEN MAILED TO ITS CHINA HEADQUARTER.

          Just one more complaint gainst a deaf & dumb company, " Haier". The most pathetic service one can ever imagine, I bought a Haier AC 3 years back for approx. 17000, since then I have invested 11000 more into it, just expecting each time (For repairing only), that it should be the last one. 5 time the gas filling has happened, coil has been changed, and now compressor is also going to be changed. Moreover, this company has so much of the attitude that they care the least about you and your issue.

          I feel like totally harassed today by this company.....No more words to say, but just a suggestion, pleeeeeease don't ever buy any Haier product, otherwise these gyus will ensure that you literally start ****** one day..

          I have Annual maintenance contract with Haier for window AC. I just called Haier customer service for the 4th time to inquire about whatever happened to my service request and the guy who answered "Nagendra" didn't even speak proper english and even disconnected the call when I was trying to understand what he was saying. When I called them again and asked him to connect me to his senior, the ring went on, nobody responded and it eventually got disconnected.

          This is one of the worst customer service experience that I have got. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the customer care creates new ones.

              Good Morning Sir,

              I purchased a handset mobile of Heiar Company (Model Z-702) in the month of Jan 2010 but the said mobile is not working properly in the month of Feb and Mar 2010. Due to not working properly of said mobile i deposit the same with the Heiar Mobile Service Centre of Patiala in the month of Apr/May 2010 they checked the mobile and they give me reply that they are not able to solve the said problem and they can issue me the replacement order for the same. At present no one distributor of Heiar mobile phone is available on that place. So where i can go for replacement of said mobile. Now i am facing the problem so please give me the suitable direction that what i can do. Almost seven months are finish and the problem is going on the same way.You are requested to take favourable action as a welfare measure of serving soldier.

                Hello Hiaer Customer Support Manager / Service Manager (Delhi),
                This is to bring to your notice that the below problem resovled in 12-13 days got reemerged yesterday night @ 10:15pm.
                I logged another request at your helpdesk & seeking your intervention on resolving this.

                FYI:
                The engineer who visited my place for the below resolution on 14-Jul, installed an older PCB & broke the AC front panel plus both the locks of AC window are now broken.

                Who shall I now escalate?

                Did I do mistake going for yearly AMC?

                Hello Team,
                I opted for AMC for my 18 VX Haier Window AC on 20-May 10'.

                I raised reqeust for AC not working on 02-Jul wherein -
                >> Haier authorized engineer (Rakesh) visited on 05-Jul (delay in response time as assured SLA response time is 24 hours whereas engineer responded to the reqeust after 48 hours).

                >> Upon check on 05-Jul, he documented in the service sheet that PCB is faulty & hence need replacement.

                >> Today is 09-Jul & nobosy did bother to call me or update me on the status of PCB replacement.

                My AC is not working for almost 4-5 days now.

                >> As I called tollfree helpline today morning @ 0900 hrs, Meena told me that issue has been escalated to the service shop & denied giving me their number for follow up. She told me that issue wil be resolved by 12 noon today.

                >> As I again called them @ 1245 hrs, I was told the same story that issue has been escalated for resolution. Finally I managed to get the number for Haier authorized workshop number. While I called them @[protected]Haier Sunder Vihar (Bharat Cool), Mr Rakesh Kumar picked the call & said the same story that YES PCB is faulty & is in process of procurement.

                My question to Service Team is that - Any timeline is documented for ensuring the replacement becasue per Rakesh, there is no timeline for hardward to be procured from Haier for replacements.

                As he'll get the hardware, it'll be installed in AC.

                While I asked to speak to his Senior for this, he said that I"M the SENIOR MOST here & also denied to give the contact number of HAIER Service Manager, Delhi.

                This is so strange....that after paying for AMC, I've to run after HAIER for all this.....Can anybody help me on this?

                This is a clear ESCALATION for DELAYED RESPONSE & RESOLUTION.

                2 years back, I had an issue with Compressor replacement of the same AC. IT was being attended by the same person from Haier Sunder Vihar (Bharat Cool), I was forced to pay for the gas filling done during compressor replacement.

                While I escalated it to Delhi Service Manager, I was given a refund of the gas filling charges via cheque by Bharat Cool.

                These are franchise workshops with full motive to fool the customers & grab money from any source which is infact spoiling the Haier's rapport.

                (Haier Sunder Vihar (Bharat Cool), Mr Rakesh Kumar also denied to share Delhi Service Manager's number for any discussion.

                Can anybody help me on this?

                  This is to inform you that i have lodged a complaint with your authorised service agent m/s. excel peripheral point in bangalore vide their receipt no. CRM 1660 dated 1/7/2010, as the said mobile (GSM+CDMA) is found to be faulty ( TOTALLY UNUSABLE). Therefore i request u to to please arrange for a replacement immediately. should you take some time then arrange for a stand by hand set as i am totally paralysed with communication.

                  Haier Mobile — Handset Warranty

                  Hello Friends,

                  I have had a really bad experience with the service center team of Haier Mobile that is located in aurangabad. I purchased a Haier Moblie phone (samukha) before 6 months. Now before some days i face a really big problem with the cell phone, when i clicked on the receive button the phone got hanged. Then I went to the service center of aurangabd, there I did all the formalities so that my phone can be repaired under warranty. I had interacted with Mr Asish Jain (senior most person of that service center). He told me that the phone will be repaired and delivered back to me in 10 days time. But its been 15 long days i have still not got my phone back. This is really frustrating for me as all my business calls come on that phone and now because of this problem i am facing a heavy loss in my business. I am really sorry to say that now when i go to this service center they tell me i will have to wait for more 3 to 4 days. More over the person shows me an attitude and told me that you can do anything that you want ( go to consument form and complaint about us) this is really not good on the part of that person (ashish and his collegues). Now people please suggest me the best option i can do to get my phone back with a good condition.

                  I am thinking of going to consumer court and teach this people a lesson. I have faced a heavy loss and i will claim it from this company which has made my experience really worst.

                  Customer is god i have heard that but in india they dont consider it. This is the reason why these companies they are behaving as they want.

                  Any one having a contact in maharashtra consumer protection department please let me know so that i can take necessary action against this company and get myself releved from this situation.

                        I am Abhishek A. Gupta. I have purchased HAIER Refrigerator ( HRF 368 E ) on 13th Nov. 2004. My refrigerator stopped cooling on 18th June 2010,Friday. The very same day I complaint about it on HAIER's toll free no.[protected]. A complaint was filed( complaint no. DEL[protected]. Next day i.e. on 19th June,Saturday at 7:30pm Mr. Rajesh Jain, an engineer from HAIER visited and told that the compressor should be replaced and his team will come on 22nd June 2010,Tuesday by 2pm.Nobody came on Tuesday as well as on Wednesday. All these days I have called and spoked to many of their persons on toll free no. Also on 23th June 2010,Wednesday they told that your complaint has been unproductively broked and gave me a new complaint no. DEl[protected]. Sir plaese take an appropriate action against HAIER as we are being harassed by them unnecessarily.

                        I am Abhishek A. Gupta. I am using HAIER Refrigerator model no.- HRF 368 FR.
                        The compressor of the refrigerator was changed on June 24,2010.
                        We were charged Rs.4286 ( which includes Rs.3000 for the Compressor, Rs. 650 for Filling Gas, Rs. 250 for Transport and Rs. 386 as service charge ).
                        We have been given 1 year warranty in written. Now on October 6,2010 our compressor once again stopped cooling. On complaining 3 times in HAIER Customer Care, one of the engineer visited in evening on Oct 7,2010. He told Compressor is jammed. Its only 3 months now and we faced the same problem.
                        Not only this he asked to pay Rs.1286 for resolving the problem which includes Rs. 650 for Filling Gas, Rs. 250 for Transport and Rs. 386 as service charge.
                        I just wanna know why should we bear the above mentioned charges.
                        Also Mr. Vipin Mehta, one of the HAIER Senior Executive told us that if it again happens within 3 months then we will not be charged, after 3 months he will charge us. If this is so then why they have given us ONE YEAR WARRANTY ???
                        We are being forced to pay and are harrassed by the company.

                        Please do look into the matter and take an appropriateaction.

                          I had purchased 3 nos deep fridge from Haier India Ltd. on April 2009, with a warranty period of 2 years.

                          From the day of purchase I had faced one or the other problem of cooling with the deep fridge and as a result most of the time the deep fridge was not working wherein time to time the complaint was lodged with the Haier India Delhi.

                          Every time there has been a standard reply that our technician would be visiting soon and would get your problem resolved.

                          Now looking at the latest complaint which was lodged on 15th May 2010 (Complaint no. PUN[protected], when I was on a family tour to Goa, the deep fridge was with my client.

                          The problem regarding this was that the Compressor was to be replaced. In view of this I had given the call to Pune office (Tel. No.[protected]) and I was asked to produced the duplicate copy of the original invoice .

                          Since I was in Goa I told them if you get the problem resolved, I will submit this duplicate copy to them on my return to Pune.

                          The lady agreed to this, but to my frustration the deep fridge was not repaired until my return after 4 days on 21st May 2010.

                          On my arrival I had submitted the duplicate copy to them. On which the first opening batsman (the technician) visited the place named Francis and saw that the compressor was not working and said that he will come the next day to get this resolved.

                          When I called him up he said that he was out and therefore I have to call up the Pune office to get the second technician.

                          Then the second batsmen arrived on the scene after playing around, he said that this problem could not be resolved at his end therefore I had to look for another source.

                          Then after constant follow up with the Pune office, it was told to me that since they do not have the compressor I was told to contact Mamta (Tel. No.[protected]), very politely this new lady told me that she understood my problem and would get the problem resolved immediately. Then after constant follow up I was given another no. of Mr. Anant Narayan (Tel. [protected]) who was at a senior post.

                          After constant follow up with him he referred the name of the technician Mr. Atul , who had also played some time killing tactics, and as a result my deep fridge is under the same condition where the warranty period of 2 years is lost with this kind of TIME KILLING MANAGEMENT (Tkm)

                          Apart from the above I have suffered a huge business loss and I expect the company should pay this compensation immediately, other wise I expect that this deep fridge should be replaced and return the amount that I have paid to the company.

                          This is not the kind of service one expects and do business.

                          Please look into the matter.

                            I have one Haier Air conditioner that is approximately 3 yrs old, model no.18CS03AH. On the 13th of May 2010, I put in a complaint with Haier that the above machine was not working properly. The customer service of Haier said the service engineer would arrive between 10 am and 7 pm on the 13th of May 2010. After several phone calls to the Service Engineer, name Babai Das, phone number [protected] and a few more to the Kolkata branch [protected]/32414972, the engineer finally arrived at my residence around 8.45, way beyond the times mentioned to me by Haier customer service agents. The engineer then said that a 'Gas Charge and Wet Service' needed to be done and this could only be done at their workshop.

                            I sent the machine off the next day, with the assurance that it would be back 3 days later. I called the workshop on Monday the 17th of 2010 and was told that the machine was ready for installation and would be brought to my residence by 1 pm. Soon after I was called back by them and told that they had not yet finished checking it fully and would only bring it back the day after, i.e. 18th of May 2010, to which i agreed and said that they should bring it by 1.30 as i had a prior engagement and had to leave the house. On the 18th morning I called them yet again and reminded them to bring the machine on time, they said it could be delivered only around 2.30, as I had an earlier engagement I told them to bring the machine around 4.30 instead. I also called Customer Service and spoke to Gourav, who said he was the supervisor and let him know about my time problems. At 12.30 I got a call from the workshop stating they were just leaving with the machine and from the workshop to my residence its an hours drive if not longer, depending on the traffic. I told them not to come then and instead to come after 4.30. They insisted they had left and would be on time. I unfortunately had to leave at 1.30 for my appointment, so by the time they arrived I had left. I had left instructions with the building security guard to take the machine and keep in his custody and when the engineer called, conveyed the same to him and told him to return after 4.30, he said he would be back by 5 pm to reinstall the machine. His 5 pm became 7pm. The total expenses made for the service was Rs.2105 and Rs.385 for the service engineers visit on the 13th of May 2010.

                            Soon after the machine was reinstalled, my neighbours started complaining about too much water dripping from the machine on the outside. I put in a complaint (no.KOL[protected] on the 10th of June to Haier customer service and was told that the service engineer would arrive between 10 am and 7 pm on the same day. The engineer did not turn up. On 11th morning when i called customer service yet again, I was told that the engineer would come today. He did around 1.30 pm and said that he would put in a tray and a pipe on the machine, the cost of which I would have to bear and it would take him 3/4 days to get the job done and also I had to pay him Rs.385 for his visit. I had asked customer service earlier if I had to pay him service fees and they had said that since it was within the month of the last service I didnt.

                            I called customer service and asked them about this, while I was talking to them the service engineer tried to get out of the door sneakily and was caught by my father doing so. I then asked customer service as to why I should have to pay for the water dripping considering I had just spent nearly Rs.2500, getting it serviced and it should have been in perfect condition. The customer service agent, Sunita was of no help and told me that they had no supervisor to speak to either. After reminding her that it was not legal to have a customer service floor devoid of a floor supervisor, I was put through to a Mr Gagan Arora, who claimed to be the supervisor but was of no use either.

                            I would like to know if you can be of any help to resolve my problems with the machine and its water dripping, with Haier. Their local Kolkata office person a Mr Surojit Chatterjee, phone number [protected] was extremely rude and offensive while talking over the phone as was the service engineer Mr Babai Das, phone number [protected], who came to my residence.

It has not been working since the date of purchase 28.06.09 .After raising several compalints to the Company and to the retail outlet (Hazrat Vision, Vikas Marg Delhi) no action has been taken.                                 Myself Jag Parvesh Chauhan, Noida, India, I purchased a Haier Refrigerator, BMR Model, in Feb 2009.

                                Refrigerator is not cooling from last 1 month, I had registered complaint on 14/15 May 2010.
                                Engineer visited on 20 May 2010 after a long calling and intimation procedure from my side.
                                The issue is fixed on 20th, he billed 1500 Rs. Billing include change of Timer and Visiting charges.
                                After a day I noticed same issue is there, I contact to technical person whom has visited, technical incharge, customer care. Till date they have no reply and no one has visited. And there is no positive feedback from the side of service center

                                I am facing lots of trouble at present and I had a urgent need for refrigerator, if the problem is not sort out in this week then I m going to file the case in consumer court.

                                Hence I m still suffering the problem, help me in getting the product replaced/repaired and to get the compensation. If possible I would like to change the model/product. Now I request you to kindly look into the matter and also tell if someone paying to get repaired then after is not getting the issue fixed.

                                    I have a Side by Side refrigerator purchased in May 2008 and from day one it has been giving us problems of “No Cooling”.
                                    In the first year ,after more than a month of keeping the fridge ‘Under Observation”, they replaced the PCB during the warranty period as there was ice formation in the freezer compartment. The engineer who replaced the PCB in May 2009 told me that I need to defrost the fridge every 3 months else it will not work. Now that defeats the entire purpose of having a ‘frost free’ refrigerator but nevertheless I did switch off my fridge for 2 days every 3 months as instructed by him but yet in March 2010 there was ice formation in the freezer compartment. After several visits from many engineers (some to check cooling and some to check if a gas refill was required), they replaced the PCB saying that it was faulty and did not charge me anything saying that there was a problem with the refrigerator. I would also like to add that when the engineer opened the refrigerator there was a thick 1inch block of ice formed behind the freezer compartment. I had to keep my fridge off for 3 days before the ice completely melted and the PCB could be replaced.
                                    But again in April 2010, the fridge and the freezer lower two compartments were not cooling at all…the temperature was even below room temperature. All the food stuff from both the sections got spoilt and I had to discard the same. The engineer who has been visiting my house ever since I registered the complaint on 30/04/2010 has acknowledged that there is a cooling issue. I even spoke to some senior engineer from Delhi who told me that it was normal for temperatures to drop in summers but also admitted that the temperature should not go down to below room temperature. Today when I checked my freezer, there is ice formation again in the lower compartments.
                                    Haier engineers, every time they visit give me some lame reasons as to why the fridge is not working. One even went to the extent of saying that the side by side refrigerators always give an issue and one should not buy it! Now that is not something a customer needs to hear from the company’s employee especially when the product does not work!!
                                    Even after paying so much for a fridge from a reputed company I have to deal with problems that never seem to go away! Not once has anybody senior bothered calling me up and giving me some permanent solution to this. The engineers come here and experiment on my fridge like its some testing unit for them and promise me that they will talk to their seniors to find some solution to my problem

                                    Haier , India — Switch to be replaced

                                    Haier Washing machine model HM1000TX. Purchased six years ago. Stopped working on Oct 5th, 2011. Registered a complaint with the call centre. Timer was replaced and paid for by us on the 21st Oct. Still did not work. We were told the switch needs changing, Nearly a month now - no switch is available, repeated complaints at the call centre is of no avail. None of the local numbers get a response.

                                    Seeing the list of complaints, I seriously recommend that Haier withdraw from India!

                                      I bought haier front load washing machine HBF655TEME on[protected] at chennai. since after one year the day of purchase the machine started to not work properly. since July 2009, there was lots of problem. I lodged more than 4 to 5 complaints one by one and the service agency has replaced the faulty parts of the machine which they found out to be say, Pressure switch, PCP Board each time. Recently once again i filled a complaint and again the agency replaced a new PCP board with a minor problem merged with it. Now the Machine is again not working properly.
                                      problem No (1). constant Over flow of water.
                                      (2). wash term completes within 10 minutes.
                                      (3). Consumes lots of washing powder every time.
                                      (4). very bad quality of washing
                                      (5). At the end of wash term water is not fully draining out.
                                      (6). Clothes inside the machine is not drying after the wash term is completed.
                                      I fed up with service rendered by the service agency. I suppose they are not properly tracing out the faults. Kindly, I need an expert to examine the machine and trace out the entire faults and rectify it forthwith.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that I, being a Haier refrigerator customer, had some problems with the cooling of my fridge.This fridge was bought only a month back. Immediately, I contacted the Haier Delhi office (with the phone no.[protected] and registered a complaint (with reference id DEL[protected].
                                        The following day, the technician came at my place and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. He told me the next day, the company would send the repair persons, with the new compressor, at my place. Since then, its been a harrowing ordeal. No person has ever come with any repair solution.
                                        Twice the same customer care has been reminded to do the job, but to no avail. They have never provided any satisfying answers as to why there is a delay, even if there should be one at the first place.
                                        Yesterday morning, I called up the Delhi office services chief, Mr. Vipin Mehta and told me of my plight. He assured me that the repair job would be done within 2 days (which have already passed counting yesterday). AS EXPECTED, no repair persons at my door.

                                        Its been a disgusting experience with Haier India, for me. A sorry of state affairs exists in their offices. I am sure I would specifically prevent my friends and family from buying any Haier products in the future.

                                        We had made a complain about are refrigerator about 3 weeks ago which was attended by Mr. Rajesh Jain, the technician at Haier and after 2 visits he carried back 2 PPCs of our refrigerator.Their servicemen and ill mannered and dont even care to respond to the customer.Both Mr. Nihal and Mr. Rajesh have disconnected or not answered our calls.
                                        After calling hundreds of time, we are not attended properly and our complain number is DEL[protected].
                                        We will NOT SUGGEST THIS REFRIGERATOR COMPANY TO ANYBODY and wish we would have read the complains of other people on this website.
                                        we have made a complain about 4-5 month ago but no one attended or visit me after many calls to customer care we only receive promise that your complain will solve within 48 hours our complain number is ahe [protected]

                                        I purchased the Haier Refrigerator bottom mounted. The referigerator one day stoppped cooling. The complaint was lodged and the teachnician arrived opened the thing and said PCB of the compressor is gone. He will notify to the company and within a weeks time the part will come.Since no answer received within one week, I called the technician and was informed that this part is not availble with the company, when asked for the option, was informed that they will takeout the pcb and make direct connection this job will cost us Rs.10, 000/-we contacted
                                        the manufacturing unit at Mohan Cooperative and were assured to get an answer withing 24 hours.we did get answer within the time frame that the part is available and technician is being delivered the same and he will fix it. after four day technician came opened the fridge and said he had asked for the part of the bottom part and this is different. then he opened the upper part and found the PCB he brought is o[censored]pperportion and
                                        started to change, we told him otherday you said the bottom is not working nowchanging the upper what is this. He did not answer, changed the PCB which was brought by him even not in sealed cover did something manually fidelling with thecompressor. The fridge was on and said you watch till evening.Within one hour the we noticed the fridge was not cooling at all. Since then it is again 4 days and I am just getting excuses engineer has not met the technician, gone to his home town. Model has been withdrawn, parts are not available. Seeing all this SUGGEST NEVER GO FOR HAIER PRODUCT.
