from the date of purchasing( 3/10/09) to till date Haire BMR 250 Lt model i am facing continous cooling and ice formation problem. Mechanic came 2-3 time and said new problem every time.i just faidup of Haire services. after purchasing it, i paid 5000/- extra for repairing .yeasterday i.e. on 14/4/2011 the service man told the problem of Timer and get Rs 836 /- (386 + 450) service charge and timer cost. I paid the amount but still problem wasnt short out.
I request you to provide good services for today as well as future need also. otherwise i will have to go for other option also.
kindly shortout my complains and findout any alternative for that

    Dear Team,

    My air-conditioner was picked up by an authorised service agent of Haier India, Kolkata (Cool Point)on 9th of March, 2011. Post that we (including my family members) have called up the customer service help line no's around 4 times (KOL[protected], KOL[protected] and every time we have been given assurances that the team would revert immediately. But all of those were false commitments. To my surprise the service agents are also so rude that they don't hesitate to disconnect a customers call and on my point of escalating the matter to a consumer forum they feel very proud in saying that now the machine will be delivered only after me serving a notice from the consumer forum.
    The whole episode has changed my entire image of a global company like Haier. I am sorry to mention but there is nothing called customer service in Haier-India. I have been left without my air-conditioner since last one month and with no response from the company's side.

    My sincere request to you all is please resolve my complain.

      I have a problem with Haier Refrigerator purchased from Giria’s Investment Pvt. Ltd, in 2005. I have attached my email communication details with the Haier Company official’s. There is a repeated problems with the refrigerator, I have been replaced with new one from last 5 years for 3 times. Now, there is a problem once again & the company has replaced the compressor & are trying to convince to continue to use their product.

      I would like to know, if there is consumer case applicable against Haier India

        Dear Sir
        I have bought 275 Litter BMR Double Door Refrigerator from your Dealer at Ambajogai (Abhilasha Electronics) I got the delivery of the same through your Dealer at Parli Vaijanath (M/s Kohinoor Electronics) on 23 January 2011 but since installation the fridge has got Cooling problem. I made a complaint and Your engineer came to repare the same after 4-5 days and he did something to the fridge (According to him there was a thermostat problem and he has replaced it) but after the replacment the fridge started another problem and that is of over cooling. Every thing i put into the fridge it got iced. So i again complained about the same and demand for the replacement of the fridge. I didn't allow anybody from company to touch the piece and demand for the replacement only. I got the replacement after 20-25 days. I received new fridge on 3rd of March But again the fridge giving me the same problem of not cooling. The fridge is on but the cooling effect is nil. I again launched the complaint for the same and the complaint number is PUN[protected]. but now my family refused to use or retained the fridge and i want you (Company / Dealer) to take it back and give my money refund.

          The following is the complaint filed with HAIER INDIA, BUT UNTIL TODAY HAIER INDIA HAS NOT CONSIDERED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE AN IMPORTANT OBJECTIVE.

          After days of constant follow up, the Management of Haier India had promised to replace the equipment by giving the new equipment.

          But until today such a promise is merely a wind blown out of the tongue.

          Now they have started giving excuses stating that there is no availability of stock thereby using the age old technique of TKM (Time Killing Management).

          Thus as my Warranty period is getting closer and closer, these shrewd craftsmen will use it for their own benefit, thereby not fulfillment of their false promise.

          If this Consumer forum really works, I think I will get the replacement immediately without much delay.

          I refer to my earlier complaint filed for the deep fridger that was duly attended by Haier India by giving new replacement.

          For almost two months the deep fridger was taken to Haier India factory and was brought back to the site.

          However the deep fridger is still giving the same problem and almost Ice-cream Rupees 7000/- was found melted.

          I once again re-complained to the customer care and found that the earlier staff had left the organization.

          Since the new staff does not know the earlier stories they did not pay any heed to giving a new deep fridger as the old deep fridger is still under warranty and has gone beyond repairs for the shoddy work done by some of their technicians.

          When the lower staff did not respond to my call, I called up Mr. Upadhyay [protected] for giving special attention by providing him all the necessary details of complaint no.

          However he was expert in dodging my phone call by disconnecting the line.

          Such is the poorest of poor service of Haier India who are good at playing dodge balls in this "Great Jumbo Haier Circus"



          And what is my mistake "I BOUGHT THIS DEEP FRIDGE BY PAYING THE COMPLETE PRICE AND HAVE SUFFERED LOSSES TO THE TUNE OF RUPEES 14000 + THE EQUIPMENT COST+ MENTAL FRUSTRATION"


          And now some of their technicians had attended by merely taking the copy of the invoice which I had given them on several occasions.

          Please help in getting justice.

          I had purchased 3 nos deep fridge from Haier India Ltd. on April 2009, with a warranty period of 2 years.

          From the day of purchase I had faced one or the other problem of cooling with the deep fridge and as a result most of the time the deep fridge was not working wherein time to time the complaint was lodged with the Haier India Delhi.

          Every time there has been a standard reply that our technician would be visiting soon and would get your problem resolved.

          Now looking at the latest complaint which was lodged on 15th May 2010 (Complaint no. PUN[protected], when I was on a family tour to Goa, the deep fridge was with my client.

          The problem regarding this was that the Compressor was to be replaced. In view of this I had given the call to Pune office (Tel. No.[protected]) and I was asked to produced the duplicate copy of the original invoice .

          Since I was in Goa I told them if you get the problem resolved, I will submit this duplicate copy to them on my return to Pune.

          The lady agreed to this, but to my frustration the deep fridge was not repaired until my return after 4 days on 21st May 2010.

          On my arrival I had submitted the duplicate copy to them. On which the first opening batsman (the technician) visited the place named Francis and saw that the compressor was not working and said that he will come the next day to get this resolved.

          When I called him up he said that he was out and therefore I have to call up the Pune office to get the second technician.

          Then the second batsmen arrived on the scene after playing around, he said that this problem could not be resolved at his end therefore I had to look for another source.

          Then after constant follow up with the Pune office, it was told to me that since they do not have the compressor I was told to contact Mamta (Tel. No.[protected]), very politely this new lady told me that she understood my problem and would get the problem resolved immediately. Then after constant follow up I was given another no. of Mr. Anant Narayan (Tel. [protected]) who was at a senior post.

          After constant follow up with him he referred the name of the technician Mr. Atul , who had also played some time killing tactics, and as a result my deep fridge is under the same condition where the warranty period of 2 years is lost with this kind of TIME KILLING MANAGEMENT (Tkm)

          Apart from the above I have suffered a huge business loss and I expect the company should pay this compensation immediately, other wise I expect that this deep fridge should be replaced and return the amount that I have paid to the company.

          This is not the kind of service one expects and do business.

          Please look into the matter.

          My friend was also suffering from this problem. He had purchased freeze in Nov 2010 . It started giving the trouble from the very second day.

          Then my friend was firstly reported to the Dealer, he asked me to get the machine to the shop so that their engineers can test primarily, else they will call to the customer care.

          It is nonsense repose that we carry a huge machine again and again to the service center. Then i suggested to register the complaint online at http://www.consumer-voice.org/legal-advise.aspx

          We both are surprised to see the response with in three days. His problem has been heard and he got the call from the company.

            I have problem in my Haier TV that i had brought last january and I had raised a complaint towards it on 26th Nov 2010(which was well within the warranty period) at the Haier Service centre, For which I got response as there is unavaibality of parts. They told that the issue will be addressed as soon as they will get the spare parts. But despite my regular calls I have not received any response from Haier, My complaint number is: PUN[protected]. I will never ever recomend anyone to take any Haier equipment, I am totally dissapoined with the behavior and service. please let me know when it will my issue be addressed.

              I m some one who is having a hard time pathetic experience with the Haier LCD TV. I have got this LCD & in 20 Days there was a spot in picture panel I complaint but no1 turned up & when i went to that shop from where i bought this LCD i.e. DANISH MUSIC CORNER dealer of Haier they said it will be resolved again after 10 days Executive came from Haier he changed it but again next day the problem was same in i m feelings as i have been cheated buy buying product of Haier & request you all not to buy Haier product ever in your life & neither ill do it in my life they are cheating & making money but not giving proper service not giving good products or rather i would say defective products i dont know what to do i m feeling now as if i have axed my own leg by buying Haier Product.

              Haier — bad service and bad product

              I am ankur arora (a cheated customer) . I purchased a haier lcd l32m3, 1st a dealer give me the wrong inf. to sell our product & after that i a m facing a problem continuously. I also file complaint many time but there is no response from company side. if my problem not solved immideatly then i file a court case against company & after that if any problem occur then i am not responsible for that.

                Purcased a Haier Chest Freezer in November 2009, the product stopped working in September 2010. Service was sent out by Haier and they determined the compressor was faulty. Haier advised they would replace the product as it was under warranty if I sent them the receipt, the original sticker from the unit with the serial number on it and the power cord cut from the unit. I sent all of the items in and was told to discard the old unit and a new replacement would be provided in roughly 6 weeks time. After hearing nothing for almost 7 weeks I contacted Haier and was told that they are out of stock on the replacement and wanted to provide me with a refund on my purchase less 20% for usage. Now I was not particularly happy with this as they should be replacing the full value of the unit under warranty, but I discarded the old unit as instructed and essentially have no choice. I was told they would provide me with a final answer as to whether or not this would be approved in two weeks time. It is now 4 weeks later still no word from Haier, I've been waiting on hold listening to elevator music for 20 minutes now and am a little PO'd.

                DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!!! PRODUCTS ARE JUNK AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THIR JUNK.

                  I HAD PURCHASED A HAIER COLOR TV IN ROORKEE ON 3RD OF NOVEMBER 2010. HAIER HAD NOT PROVIDED ME AFTER SALE DEMO AS PROMISED BY THEM. I FOUND THAT THEIR TV IS SCANNING BEYOND SCREEN, MEANS PICTURE IS CUT FROM ALL SIDES.
                  I MADE A COMPLAIN ONLINE, AT LEAST 4 TIMES, WHEN I FOUND THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER APPROACHED MY HOME, AND SUGGESTED ME THAT HE REQUIRE SOME EQUIPMENTS, SO HE WILL BACK AFTER.
                  BUT AFTER 20 DAYS OF THE SAID VISIT AND ONE MORE OFFICIAL COMPLAIN, I WONT FOUND MY TV REPAIRED.
                  I FELT CHEATED WITH HAIER.

                      I ALOK JAIN a life time customer of haier tele communication from Faridabad distt. Haryana got a problem in
                      Haier PHONE MODEL -B300 and reported the phone at it's service centre at Okhla Phase 2 New Delhi under
                      Mr. Deepak , Mr,. Anjan , Mr. Pranab and even Mr. dhir (senior ) .
                      I lodged a complaint about non-working of phone on 21 Oct. 2010 and requested them to repair as soon as possible and for this
                      they took my phone under 15 days of repairing and returned the phone on 15th November 2010 BUT on the same day it showed an
                      error of non-charging to which i submitted the phone on same day i.e. 15th November 2010 and they returned the phone on 23rd November 2010.
                      even the said that placement of battery is done but they gaved me my old battery !

                      But the Big deal is that sir . my phone problem had not solved till today and i am continously facing the same problem !

                        I have purchased C300 of Haier Mobile on 16-6-10 and it worked only 15 days. Thereafter it started troubling so I took it to Vikas Marg Service Center in Laxmi Nagar Delhi on 30-8-10. I have gone 7 times to the service center in one month and finally on 30-9-10, I got my phone but still the same problem was there. So I went to the service center again on[protected] but they asked me to come after 2 weeks saying that the part is not available. I went on[protected] and they updated the software and told that now phone is perfect. But today on[protected], the same problem is there in the phone.
                        I have also complained directly to the company but no response from there also

                        I asked for complaint no from service center but they refused to give the same. I remember one Job sheet no i.e. 644 dated 26-11-10.

                        Pls help me....

                          I Naresh Kanwar owner of Single door Refrigerator of Haier India would like to bring to your notice that the company had given a faulty refrigerator. I bought the refrigerator in the year 2008 Oct'31 and it stopped functioning within the warranty period of one year ie 30th October 2009, Since then I have been chasing the company for repair and have asked them for the replacement but they simply refused to replace, they have changed all the main parts of the refrigeator thrice but it was all of no use...I really dont know why this problem is not rectified...The said appliance stopped functioning one day before of this diwali...Sir I hereby request if you can do justice to me I will be very thenkfull..My last compaint was 4/11/2010 and the number is MUM [protected]... I request for help in getting my appliance replace ..I will apppreciate and welcome your decision in my favor.. Sir I have not attached any photo...We are using this appliance as a Cupboard...

                          After a bitter experience earlier I Naresh Kanwar again after a break of 8 Months,would like to say that i am so unhappy and sorry to say that the refrigerator which was replaced and delivered to me on 15/11/2010 has stopped functioning. The replaced model is 5 star rated HRD211FLC5 190 LTR Red..Please let me know what should i do...I have a serious question to ask is Haier making products which will work less than one year...I have made a fresh complaint today the complaint no is THA[protected]...sorry to say i have a bitter experience with the service team....so please help me...I am scared of replacement of new refrigerator also because if the new replaced one also stop functioning within a year...I would like to to request you please give some permanent solution or else compensate me...

                            I purchased a haier refrigrator hrb306 hp4 model. worth of Rs. 17000 from lotus sneh nagar branch indore. i purchased it 4 months before and the refrigrator has the problem with the cooling it stops cooling after every 8- 10 hours. i complaint for it in the company and the tecnician came to see it but the problem remains same and the company people is not responding to my complaint iam very frustrated. i had purchased such a costly refrigrator and facing the problem in it . pls help me

                                sir i had bought a haier z702 modl in jan 2010 it worked for sumtime but atfr 1 month it stoppd working,i gve it to service centre also but then also the phone didnt went ok.service centre kept my cellphone for 5months n now thy r saying tht thy cnt do anything n th gve me a receipt on which its written d.o.,but now here no distributor is avaible n service centre is also not helping me so kindly tell me where shall i go or shall i put case for consumer court against the mobile company.

                                  I have haier make cdma mobile phone (C3010), for which the battery has gone bad and it is to be replaced. I enquired with Tata Indicom showroom and they gave me service centre address in Rajajinagar. I went there and asked for a new battery and they told me that there is no stock and it will be procured with in week. But after 15 days, I went there and again technician told me that they have not yet procured and it will take another 10 days.

                                  I felt that they are not interested in procuring battery. I asked for availability of battery elsewhere in bangalore and their response was not satisfactory.

                                  Can anyone from Haier mobile company or Tata indicom company help me regarding this..?

                                  THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I RAHUL GUPTA HAD GIVEN MY HAIER SET C3010 FOR A COMPLAIN REGARDING KEYPAD & SPEAKER PROBLEM ON 02/1/2010. THEY CHANGED THE PCB OF MY PHONE SAYING IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

                                  THE COMPANY GAVE MY PHONE ON 16/01/2010.i.e. 6 DAYS AFTER MY PHONE'S WARRANTY WAS OVER.

                                  I have bought a Haier A/C from Viveks, T nagar Chennai. Of course, Viveks guys are more concerned about money rather than the service.

                                  I have been having the constant problem with my 1.5 tom A/C which now I am planning to get rid of it.

                                  My A/c mostly runs in the FAN mode rather the A/C mode. I think they Haier should know the difference between a Air cooler and a Air Conditioner before they launch their product.

                                  I never got any response from the day I bought my A/C. I didn't get any service calls till date not even the first service call.

                                  I have purchased this A/C on Febv 2007 till now I am surviving with lot of patience. I don't know if this complaint is going to yield any benefit but let my compliant be visible to all chennai customers so that they will not buy any Haier product especially from Viveks -Tnagar.

                                    After Submitting the below mentioned complaint HAIER Executives are doing nothing. Here is my request to all to NEVER EVER buy HAIER PRODUCTS. There after SALE SERVICES are terribly BAD and COSTLY. I will post all this matter to other social networking websites to make consumers aware about how mentally HAIER HARASS and the way it makes you DEPRESS. After making the complaint on Oct.7,2010, HAIER's SENIOR EXECUTIVE called me up on Oct.8 at 11am in morning and assured me that I will not have to pay anything and the compressor will be replaced with the new one. After visiting for hours I called him at 5pm and asked about the engineer to which he told that he will be there in the next 1 hour. I waited and called his engineer at 7pm. He told he will be late and try to come between 10 pm to 11pm, to which I agreed. At 11:15pm his engineer called up and told that he will take another half an hour or so, and then also I agreed. After that he just started talking badly and told me that he will come next day. I have recording of his conversation with me. I then told him to come between 9 to 10 am and he came at 10:20am with a repaired compressor, not a new one. Though I had earlier paid for the new compressor. Now HAIER EXECUTIVES says that they are OUT OF STOCK and our compressor will be changed in the next eight to ten days.
                                    Therefore we are very much harassed by them and we just want you to do something in this matter.

                                    Good Evening Sir !

                                    I am Abhishek A. Gupta. I am using HAIER Refrigerator model no.- HRF 368 FR.
                                    The compressor of the refrigerator was changed on June 24,2010.
                                    We were charged Rs.4286 ( which includes Rs.3000 for the Compressor, Rs. 650 for Filling Gas, Rs. 250 for Transport and Rs. 386 as service charge ).
                                    We have been given 1 year warranty in written. Now on October 6,2010 our compressor once again stopped cooling. On complaining 3 times in HAIER Customer Care, one of the engineer visited in evening on Oct 7,2010. He told Compressor is jammed. Its only 3 months now and we faced the same problem.
                                    Not only this he asked to pay Rs.1286 for resolving the problem which includes Rs. 650 for Filling Gas, Rs. 250 for Transport and Rs. 386 as service charge.
                                    I just wanna know why should we bear the above mentioned charges.
                                    Also Mr. Vipin Mehta, one of the HAIER Senior Executive told us that if it again happens within 3 months then we will not be charged, after 3 months he will charge us. If this is so then why they have given us ONE YEAR WARRANTY ???
                                    We are being forced to pay and are harrassed by the company.

                                    Please do look into the matter and take an appropriateaction.

                                      Sir/Madam,

                                      I have purchased a HAIER mobile handset Model No. C301R dated[protected] from Mahaveer stores one of Haier cell phone authriosed dealer in sion GTB nagar area where I stay. After day or so I notice whenever I use to talk from my Haier cell phone it use to get heated I though there might be a problem in my phone. I rush to the dealer (Mahaveer Stores) from were i have purchased the Cell phone. They told me that you have to get your phone checked from the Haier Service Center as we are unable to help you.
                                      As directed by the dealer i visited to service center of Haier "ANISH CELL CARE" at 7/5 Kahndke Building, RK Vaidya Road, Dadar (West) Mumbai – 400028 on 21/08/2010. I told them about my cell phone problem they ask me to wait as we need to examine the phone. After 25-30 minutes they found some problem in cell phone battery and told me to surrender the faulty battery and will change it into new one within 10 days time as my phone is in warranty. After 10 days I called them 3 to 4 times for cell phone status. The answer was always same we need three to four days more. Its almost 1 month I have still not got my phone battery back. This is really frustrating for me.

                                      Please help me in this matter and suggest me the best option how can get my phone battery back with a good condition and teach them a good lesson.
