I bought a Haier fridge from Reliance Mart in Ahmedabad, and it was delivered to me without box packing, without warranty card, and without user manual. Moreover, it was in a damaged condition, with one front leg broken, so the fridge cannot stand on its own and I had to put a packing of cardboard and paper to keep the fridge upright.

I conplained for my window AC on 25th July 2010 for Gas leakage , the service agency engineer came on 27th July and confirmed the same that gas is leak so the the unit is to be taken to workshop for repair.
