I had purchased Haier Handset on 10th Feb 09.Then I have given it to repair three times to Anish Cell Care which is a haier costumer care in mumbai.
1st-On 21st Oct 09 with Receipt No-HA09-E[protected]
2nd-On 6th Nov 09 with Receipt No-WA09-E[protected]
3rd-On 30th Nov 09 with Receipt No HA09-E[protected]
But still after constant efforts I am unable to use my phone as it is not getting charged , and is dead.Thus losing a lot of time sending it to the service centre ,thus I am losing my business clients.Please consider the complaint and do the necessary.

Sub:- Replacement of my Haier Mobile Model No.C-200,


I had purchase a Haier Mobile Model No.C-200 (CDMA) on 08.04.09. Mobile work finely for 2 months regarding communicaton, Camara Radio etc. are not upto mark. After that problem starts initially I start visit your service station at Laxmi Nagar i.e SAI Mobile care for charging problem after eight digit this service station replace some parts and rectified after that problem start in mobile regarding automatically off. After 4th visit they took my mobile and agreed to repair the same vide their receipt No. HA-10-F[protected] dt. 15.02.10. 16:17.

Till date same not repair probably it is beyond repair.

So it is requested to change my mobile set Model No.C-200, with an assurance of 1 year trouble free service all refund my mony back. What ever is convient at your end.

    Sir,
    I am Pradeep Ranjan Behera from Mumbai. I purchased a Haier 275L refrigerator from Croma with having one year of warranty. But after 13 months it stop cooling and became an oven. I log a complain through company's toll free No and they send machanic. Every thing is normal till now.

    Here I want to compalin about your service provider for making unauthorized charge he made me. He charge me 1400 Rupees for his Service and change the Timer of the refrigerator. As we don't know the price list so we have to pay for that.

    Please take some action on such type of service monopoly.

      Sir,

      I am Veera chandra Resident of Hyderabad. working in a Private organisation. i had purchased Haier C200 Model handset on 28/05/2009 from Adarsh Mobiles located at Dilsukh Nagar Hyderabad. ans the hand set got switched off on 5th day of purchased date. i could not contact service cent rte immediately as i was in a Official tour after 15 days approached the service centre and informed them about the Problem and surrendered the Hand set.

      on the same day evening they called me informed that Camera lens was not available in the handset. listening to that i asked them how is it possible, when the hand sent was not opened nor given for services in any service centre this argument continued for 1 hour. Later after one hour, they called me on my contact #[protected] informed that the lens was found and it was misplaced by their service executive and after 20 days they gave me the hand set after service by replacing the mother board. from the day i received the hand set after servicing i approached the service centre couple of times in a gap period of 15 days. In the August 09 month end again i had given hand set for service and this time received the hand set on 9th Sep 2009 and this time also they replaced the Mother board & New Camera Lens in hand set. on 24th or 25th i received a call from an Executive from Haier company enquired the working condition of the hand set. I Informed them that problem was not solved totally, then they said to collect the replacement letter from the service centre according to my convenient time and they are sending the mail to service centre for replacing the hand set. I approached the centre after a week days, returning from tour nad enquired about the same and the contacted person informed that they not received any suchmails so far. now it worked properly for one month. and this time i had given hand set for servicing centre on 5th November 2009 till date the problem was not solved.

      Authorized Service Centre Dhruv Infotech Locatedin Shop # 20, Maitri Arcade, Near Ranigunj circle, Secunderabad - 500 003. Contact No's #[protected] / 6631 3836. During this 6 Months period from date of Purchased half the period was with the above mentioned service centre. and the persons available in the centre says that warranty will not be given on electronic products.

      If the Warranty is not applicable fir electronic products, then why the company in mentioning the warranty period one year on the Packed boxes. I Spoken to Mr. Swamy area incharge of Haier Mobiles (as reported), on his mobiled #[protected] regarding the same problem couple of times adn get it solved at the earliest and there was no response from his side..Please do me the needful regarding the same.

        i have bought haier mobile model no c2030 from ludhiana in which i am using ping sim after one week the set is not charging i went to service center they said that battery is defected but they refused to change because they said that you are using ping no, not tata no. what should i do know please help me should i file case against them in cousumer court.

          SIR, I HAVE GIVEN MY FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE FOR REPAIR AS ITS LED SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING,SEEN BY HAIER COMPANY REP ,THE MAIN TECH WAS ILL SO THEY SEND ASSISTANT WHO WAS NOT TRAINED WHO TRIED TO OPEN MACHINE AT MY PLACE AND CREATED NEW PROBLEMS BY CAUSING SHORT CIRCUITS, NOW THE MACHINE WAS TAKEN TO THERE SERVING STATION IN JULY 2009....IT WAS KEPT THERE FOR 4 MONTHS AND WE THREATENED THEM TO TAKE THEM TO CONSUMER COURT THEY GAVE THE MACHINE HALF REPAIRED AND NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING OR TALKING TO US ,THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY TOKEN OR RECEIPT,I HAVE ONLY COM NO AT HAIER WEB SITE ,KINDLY HELP

            Bought a new haier mobile GSM S210 on 29.08.09 from A One Computers SE-15 GDA Market Ghaziabad. Display did not work.Gave for repair ON 24.10.09 to Sai Communication 2 BM Comples opposite PNB GT Rd Ghantaghar Ghaziabad. As on date not reapaired on the pretext that parts are not supplied by the company so repair not possible.please attend.

            I have purchased two hand set, Model Haier S210 and Unit Serial No: IS[protected]. I bought this on Nov-2009. All of a sudden to my bad time my mobile stopped functioning. I gave the mobile to one of your listed service center in Chennai named TS INFOSYSTEMS, Chennai-600107. Ph: 26203985. Mob: [protected]. The date of my submission of my handset is 18-May-2010. Unfortunately I’m yet to get back any information regarding the status of the mobile from your so listed service centre.

            I have enquired numerous time say more then 100 calls from my mobile and land line but the reply I get is always a vague. I m really fed up and getting frustrated by hearing unacceptable explanation that we have raised the indent to the Head office and still we have not received the materials. A very repeated recorded like message we will give a call with in half-an- hour. Only God knows when that auspicious day and that particular Half-an-hour will come and or never come again as for as my handset in concerned.

            Do you think a feed back one from a neglected customer like me will boost up your product in the competitive market? Else you want me to represent to some body legally. I hope the word legal is so hurting to you and me too. Please see to that no customer should feel and get frustrated like me.

            I request you to take this mail and feed back on your service vendor on high priority basis to solve the issue.

            Last but not the least the money we have invested is very hard earned and the time spent to get back the repaired handset cannot be compensated on either way.

              I own one Haier washing machine which stopped working last month. I raised a complaint and they told the PCB is burnt and they need to replace it. Its been more than one month since this incident and they don't seem to get the PCB (which they claim is to be received from Delhi)
              every time I call the technical support here in bangalore (number[protected], they give me one more date and they have been doing it from past 1 month. Also with the tone in their voice I dont think they are interested in the case at all.

              please help me regarding this.

                I (Baldeep Singh) have a problem in my Haier G111 mobile set on 03/10/09
                so i submit my set for repair in TVS-E Servicetec, Shop No. 9, Pearl Palace,Lower ground floor ghumar mandi service centre in Ludhiana on 10/10/09. But i still haven't got any response From there. My set is still there. When i making any call they were not responding too. I have not get my set back since 10/10/09. So pleas take some steps for the matter.

                  I have bought this television approx 3yrs back from M/s. Navrang Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi and had problem of switch off in july 2009 and it was serviced by your authorised dealer HI-Tech of Ghaziabad by taking it to their service centre as their engineer could not locate the fault. I was delivered back my set by paying about Rs.3800/=towards replacement of parts and service charges. Now, again this problem started of auto on/off and engineer of HI-Tech has not opened the set to locate the fault and again want to take set to their workshop and I do not want to hand over the set to unknown officials who does not know anything about technology of yours. Earlier, complaint was made on 13/6/09 and set was deliver on 3/7/09. My model is 29FIA and serial no. is 00271. Now, complaint lodged on 14/10/09 vide no.[protected] and till date no response is received except visit of two dehati people does not looks like engineer.

                  Kindly do the needful by sending engineer from company as I am not willing to deal with your dealer workshop or replace the set. Else, I am going to take up matter to Media and consumer court as I told to your BPO attending complaint calls. Now, ball is in your court.                     Complaints were made while the machine was under comprehensive warranty about the dirt/dots like spots - as if thrown by the machine inspite of cleaning as advised.

                    One representative & did some work & said it is all right.

                    Same problem persist.
                    Now after warranty,the co.repr.says the gear box needs to be replaced .since comp.warranty is over,it will cost arond Rs.3000/-

                    I am really upset.

                    Iagain called up the co.no.& registered my grievance & requested to send a senior/experienced person to hv relook in to the complaints.

                    More than 15 days hv passed * no one has visited.

                    Kindly look in to my grievanc/complaint & help me in getting the justice

                      I was in thouch os Mr.Venkat ([protected])who is the customer service manager for Karnataka and Goa...he claims he will replace the machine,if i pay Rs.6000/-

                      I would suggest not to take any product from haier since both my product had manufacturing problems..

                      Pls help if possiable....

                        I have purchased HAIER automatic drum washing machine model no.HBF655TE/HBF655TEME on
                        on 09/05/2008 at Chennai. Since the day of purchase the machine has broken down 3 times and one or the other faulty part has been replaced.On 01/09/2009 the machine had again broken down and was told that the mother board has to be replaced.Again after so many phone calls ,yesterday i was told that the wash program dial has loosened and has to be replaced.
                        I am thoroughly fed up with the various parts being replaced one after the other.It shows that the entire machine was faulty since the parts have to be replaced during the warranty period itself. KINDLY REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE WASHING MACHINE IN WORKING CONDITION .

                        haier washing machine — water drains automatically

Now from few months whenever water is been filled in the washing tub, it automatically drains out and i am unable to trace service center or your authorized mechanics.                           at first i complain the Haier company to service my DVD player against a complain no.-[protected].After that the local service franchise of Haier, name - Mondal Refrigenerator Co.Address- 87/10, Akshoy Kr. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata - 700090. Ph[protected],[protected],[protected]. visit my home, date 29/09/2008. he comments me that the product is not available at that time,within three days the product will be repaired by the service man against a service charge of RS. 200/-(Two hundred only).in that time i paid him the said amount. But after that days they cannot take any proper action. i call them four - five times two repair my product.but they cannot take any necessary action.

                            what you explianed is very much tru. I purchaged Haier HC-6000 two days ago.It's switched off automaticaly or hanged when i receive another call while talking, if i reduce the speaker voulume while talking. I never seen such a wrost mobile in my life.

                              I had purchased a 1.5 ton split ac from Viveks, Annanagar showroom, Chennai around five years back.It is now out of warranty and requires general servicing.Viveks the store from where i had purchased the ac, also has a service center.So I decided to call them to service my ac.I had given a call on 28/07/2009 at around 2.00 pm, and the call center employee said they had some problem with their computers and that they were not able to retrieve my details for the number which i had provided.So he took down my address and said he will update the details later on his system(once the problem was fixed)and added that a technician will attend within 48 hours(but no complaint number was provided to me).48 hours were up and no one had attended.So i had called again on 30th to find out the reason for the delay.The person who spoke to me then said that no complaint was registered and that she will take the complaint now.I agreed but i had requested the Viveks' call centre employee to send a technician within a day.A week passed and still no one attended.I had called again on 7/08/2009, yet another complaint was taken and a complaint number provided, and the same line was repeated"someone will attend to your complaint within 48 hours"(i am afraid they don't even mean what they say).It was no suprise this time, 48 hours had passed and NO RESPONSE.I called again on the 9th in the morning, and had a very long conversation with an employee asking him to connect me to a person of higher designation.I finally was able to convince him to ask the supervisor to call me.He said the above will be done by evening.I waited till 5.30 pm, but no such person called.I became a little furious(its about time i did).Called again, and i was promised that someone would definitely, 100% attend by tomorrow morning.10th of august 2009 no technician has been sent yet.I spoke to the call center team head.She said she will call the supervisor, inform him the seriousness of this issue and revert to me within an hour.The call was made at around 5 pm, now its 6.15 pm by my watch.It is very unfortunate that stores like these claims to be a National Electronics Service Dealers Association, USA international member.
                              MAJOR DRAWBACKS
                              >They have terrible systems, which don't function properly.(in my case it worked every alternate time)
                              >I could NOT talk to a higher authority how much ever i pleaded, screamed or even gave my life for that sake.
                              >They charge Rs.350 for this kind of service.

                              I FEEL IF BY THE ELECTRICITY REGULATION COMISSIONS ACT IN 1998, THE TAMIL NADU EC IS LIABLE TO PAY COMPENSATION (RANGING FROM Rs.100-Rs.1000) FOR NOT REGISTERING COMPLAINTS OR FOR NOT PERFORMING DUTIES, EVEN PRIVATE COMPANIES ARE(obviously not under the same act).

                              1.5 ton AC of Haier — regarding servicing and demonstration

                              Sir/madam,
                              I purchased my AC on 30 July 2008 and after that i requested to the company customer care a lot of time to give demonstration of their product . Every time the customer care executive said that their service executive will come and give me a complaint no. which i mentioned alongwith this complaint.
                              And also at the time of purchasing the dealer said that within the gaurantee period the company also provides two time servicing one at September when season ends and another at March when season starts. But till now there is no response from their side. I put my complaint more than 4 or 5 times since july and two times in the current month.
                              The product is really a costlier one and therefore i cant ignore this problem.Now, I request to your goodself that kindly take some strict action so that i can get rid from this problem.

                                I have purchased a haier make refrigerator(310ltr) on[protected]. since then it is regularly giving problem...it is still under breakdown...the complaint no.[protected] is still pending since[protected] with shree ram services 25/50 street no.15, pandav road, vishwas nagar, shahdara(near swarn cinema), delhi110032...Kindlly look into the matter...

                                    i buy haier mobile dual active gsm sim mobile 2 month ago. it became dead in jst 40days after buying..
                                    i give my set to service center but they not responding well.they still dnt replace my cable .
                                    my mobile remain dead frm last month . i switch NOKIA to HAIER it was my life's great mistake .it really suck .i want to throw my haier phone ...and suggest other to dont make this mistake which i made.

                                      I purchased two window ACs of this company in last season. It worked well in first season but the second season they were worst than a simple fan. One of the AC had leakage of gas twice and AC is lying more in service center than at my residence. Worker told me that AC will be given this evening every day and it is 6th day now. Similarly it happened 20 days earlier. We have not enjoyed any cooling this season but harrased. Other AC is having poor cooling and some unpleasent noise coming from it all the time. I will warn every body to abstain from purchasing AC of this company. .

                                        I HAD PURCHASED A WASHING MACHINE ON 03/08/06 (HAIER, MODEL NO- HA600T) AND HAD TAKEN EXTENDED WARRENTY AND AMC ON 02/08/08 FOR 5 YEARS (FORM NO- 001960, CHARGES RS 3479/-). RECENTLY @ 1ST WEEK OF JULY-09, IT HAD A PROBLEM OF WATER LEAKING AND DRUM NOT SPINNING. AFTER SEVERAL REQUEST TO HAIER SERVICE CENTRE (COMPLAIN NUMBERS [protected] AND [protected]), ONE TECHNICIAN VISITED AND SAID SOME PARTS REQUIRED TO BE RENEWED AND HE WILL GET IT FIXED WITHIN 2 DAYS.
