Hello, I have purchased Haier 32 LCD and its display was not working. Haier Technician Anant (+91-[protected]) has visited on 6th, Nov, 13 and after checking the LCD he found that display needs to be replaced. He has taken all the necessary documents required for this replacement on 6th, Nov, 13 and told me that it'll be replaced in 10 working days. Later on I received call from Haier head office (Jatinder-+91-[protected]) on 4th, Dec, 13 that they don’t have LCD's anymore and now they are providing LED's and for which I have to give a Demand Draft of Rs.5500/- I provided them DD along with defective LCD on 6th, Dec, 13 but still I haven’t received my LED and concerned Haier persons are also not picking my call and causing delay in the delivery. I am working in a corporate sector and hence advised all of my colleagues and relatives that not to buy any product from Haier as there products are 3rd class and also the after sale service is very very poor and their employees are big FRAUD.     Hello sir,

    I purchased a haier led tv 32 lem600 last week and same day instaltiion done after many followups done he install the tv not with the orginal accesories he hanged my tv like a shirt or some thing now it is slightly seeing downwards i called customer service we are not resonsible for that and we cant do anything coz u want to call the person who has done the same called the guy not picking the call

    I was suffering coz o[censored]n branded tv i purchased beaware of this fraud company

I have given it to authorized service center of Haier company 3 times but my mobile is not repaired by them and now it is in non-use condition.         In this regard I recently sent a mail to customer care, but no response. Extract of the mail is given below for your reference: - "Dear Sir We have bought one freeze: Model- HRD-2455PM-HSCP-A0046 from M/s CHANDRA ENTERPRENEURS PVT LTD, JAIPUR vide bill no.V-260 date[protected], delivery received on 13-10-13 The freeze was delivered by company. After unpacking the freeze we observed one scratch/dent on door, which was informed to dealer immediately. He told that some one from customer care will visit us, we can show him the same. Next day one person visited our home for demo/installation of the freeze, we also shown him the same defect. Please refer complain no. [protected] for the same. We have been confirmed by your representative that they will replace the door. After our follow up on 19-10-13 with customer care online after 2-3 day some one again visited us with a door which was not matching with the equipment colour bought by us. We refused to accept the same and asked him to replace with right part he did not responded properly. after then When we asked him to replace the freeze, he told us to contact the dealer. Dealer insisted us to accept the different colour door but we are not ready to accept since we paid for good piece. then your representative discussed with his senior and took a photograph of the freeze and confirmed us the he will return with right door. Today after more than 20 days there is no positive response. We consider it serious fault on your part and request once again to address the issue properly else we will knock consumer court for justice. Awaiting your positive reply."

          Appalling delivery company

          5 phone calls to get them to agree replacement

          Complaints department that don't deal with complaints

          Customer services cannot simply pick up the phone to speak to another department

          WOULD NEVER EVER purchase from this shambolic company again. Such a massive disappointment all round.

            With deep regret i have to make this complaint..... i have realized the depth of pathetic services provided by Haier & its co-partners. It has been 3 days since i marked 1st mail to you & since then no one in the firm is bothered to at-least call & know exactly what the problem is......

            This is highly getting out of my patience level, as its summers & my complaint is regarding A/c which is of highest usage these days. My A/c is faulty since 7th June (complaint no.GHA[protected]) & on 10th june a service engineer visited, filled the gas and went away. Later when the cooling issue again came i reported the complaint again on 12 or 13 june (complaint no. GHA[protected]), after sometime service engineer from Hi-Tech services called & told me that some part has leakage & it cant' be repaired so need to replace the part. He also told me that the changing of the part will cost RS 4500 (along with transportation). But when i said that i have haier AMC he said that the part is not covered in AMC.

            This is such an astonishing thing that while taking the AMC the service engineer said that other than plastic parts & remote all parts are covered under AMC. And now when a part is damaged they say that its not covered under AMC. The next astonishing thing is that no one visited to inspect what problem has occurred again & directly called & told that XYZ part is damaged. It seem like efforts are made to cheat the client.

            Later i called a local A/C vendor, he visited & inspected the A/C and told me that either gas leakage is there or if XYZ (part told by service engineer over phone) part is damaged it can be welded & repaired. Now this again proved that people at Hi-tech services are trying to cheat customers. The summers are on its high & its more than 15 days i & my family have been suffering from the heat..... im sorry to say that i'll never buy or recommend Haier to anyone, you guys have betrayed my trust over Haier.

            If someone is existing in the higher mgt who is bothered to retain its old customers, then give a sensible solution or else give us a straight forward answer so that we can take further action against Haier.

              The only word I can use for HAIER is "LOOTERA" or in English "CROOK's".. I just shifted homes and I wanted some one to come and fix my machine and I was told that he will charge Rs. 388 to come to tighten 6 screws.. Then the is a small part which had to be replaced for which I was told it will cost Rs 250/- .. Now the whole thing would cost me Rs. 638/-.. Absolutely a ripoff.. I got the same part for Rs75. & the plumber in my building did the connection for free.
              So the end thing is you charge Rs 638 for a Rs 75/- work which is not acceptable..never ever to buy a Haier Product this company is a cheat..

                Dear sir, my self Todkar Subhash Shatrughna from ahmednagar, Maharashtra. I have purchased a Haier LCD tv model no - 32c300 and Serial no- DC1J90 M0103DZC3A0285 as on 02/12/2012 but from last one month it is not working. I have given a online complent to haier customer care as on 04/06/2013 and Haier service boy came and checked a tv as on 06/06/2013 and given a commitment to me regarding repairing of tv within 15 days but from last 23 days no replay or repairing done by them. I am continuously following and requesting to Haier customer care, shree servicess (service agency) ahmednagar and also ananth (service center head- [protected]) but no action taken by them. there for I am requesting you to please take necessary action regarding theses matter.

                  I am Altaf khan resident of Samsad Road Near Safi Mazid Pilkhuwa Hapur(U.P).. I purchased a Deep Freezer HCF-460HT on 14 April 2013. But from last my 3 weak this product have stopped working so I call Haier customer care and register my complain, my COMP- No is gha[protected].

                  As usual Haier Executive named Hatish his contact number is [protected] visited to my site but at last he was not able to resolve the problem and he takes it very lightly .and you can imagine his careless that he have pack the light cover in a wrong way so doing this he have increased my problem 1 step ahead rather to solve it and now he is not picking the phone. After Hatish Two Ececutive also visited my site but they just do a formality work and go with this answer that we will send another executive.


                  Whenever I call to customer care they behave very rudely and in a very Odd manner and cut the phone without listening me. Now condition is that they see my number and not picking the phone.

                  As I am using this product for my shop I am bearing a big loss per day.

                  Haier — Harrassment of customer

                  I have been complaining regarding non-cooling and burning like smell in my Haier Split AC continuously for so many times but I am not getting any proper response from neither the customer care center nor their service-incharge in Kolkata - 'Cool Point'. Now my problem is almost 1.5 year old but not resolved yet.

                  Further, they have the policy of collecting the service charges in the technician's first visit while the repairing is done in the subsequent visits. I paid the service charges accordingly but the technician never turned up for the second time to repair my AC even after repeated phone calls. After the expiry of one month they say that service charge is valid only for a month and I would have to pay the service charges again.

                  Kindly guide me to what shall I do.

                    We bought a haier 2 ton split ac on 21/3/2013, that is exactly a month ago, when the installation boys installed the ac the boys went before even switching on the ac saying there was no power due to power cuts. It worked for two days, and then the ac stopped cooling, I then complained to haier customer several times and they sent technicians after a week, they did repair the ac and it was cooling, again it worked only for three days n stopped cooling, the ac led screen and temperature controls are also faulty , when I asked for replacement of ac they are saying it can't be replaced. It's the third time it's not working within a month of purchasing a brand new ac, we bought it from J d electronics abids, and the haier service center which is denying replacement is fortune Midas services . Please help

                      I was registered a complaint vide reference no. NAG [protected] on 06.03.2013 for repairing of my personal LCT TV after that service engineer came and inspected the TV and told the invetor board is not working also told that the board is not available in my store it will take 01 week to repair, but so far my TV is not repair also suffering for your poor service.

                        i am mrinmoy bhattacherjee from durgapur,westbengal.tell u that I am purchase a Haier l.c.d 22'' TV month of September 2012,and company engg.install this TV at my home. After 20 days this TV
                        Fall down on floor (but hanger is hanging in wall as a good position) and broken my l.c.d panel. After that I launch this complain in company on dated 22nd December 2012 and also tolled over all my problem in your company customer care executive and Kolkata d.s.m.but sorry to say till date no one call me.Again I also tell about this problem your d.s.m Mr. srikanth.he replied that this TV no to be replace.And repair pay bell basis and also suggest me buy a new TV.

                          I have ordered an haier LCD 26" and Sony 16GB miniSD card on 31st October 2012. Due to late delivery, i have cancelled my order which was cancelled on 31st Dec (2 months late from the purchasing date). They claim for 7-10 working days to refund the money, but its being 24 days, still i did not recieve the money. I have complaint them so many times and mail them as well, but did not get the resolution please find the attachement as a proof of that. Please resolve the problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            On last Nov '11' I have purchased 2 Haier water heaters, and after a year I found leakage in one heater, So I register a compalint regarding this on Haier Customer Care no [protected] and My complaint no ref = DEL[protected] but till the date I not got any solution to my problem although one or two times a service person from organisation named Jagdamba service centre visited to my house but they not able to resolve the issue when I asked them what is the problem they replied that there is the problem in heater element and company yet not provide fresh piece to them when they get from the company they will resolve this issue and when I called on Haier customer care centre they have different stories. Its a horrible experience with dealing them so please think before you buy Haier product and because this third class of pathetic service.

                            I am attaching the Invoice copy for the reference.

                              It's very pathetic experience to buy a product from your Company


                              We have Bought a Washing Machine on 23rd Sept from Lotus stores Bill No is 09R1207376, indore and since than we are regretting the decision to buy the first product of haier in our life.


                              Just after two days we had to lodge the complaint regarding the demo. It's only after i lodged the complaint, the technician has taken efforts to come and shown his discomfort to give demonstration
                              The Machine was making lot of noise , when we complained ..the technician didn't wanted to wait to hear the noise coming fomr machine and left after giving us assurance that this much noise comes in all machine
                              when this noise has increased subsequently, and we made the complained again, someone has come and asked to return it to service centre
                              The service centre team came two days later to pick up the machine and given us acknowledgement just writing the job No IND[protected] and has everything on the Job Sheet format was blank.
                              Since than we are following and waiting for machine , it's allmost month now... everytime we have called , we have been assured that we would get our machine in next 2-3 days.
                              the Branch service Manager Mr. Anand does not even bother to pick up his phone [protected], luckily he has picked up my phone once and has assured me that i would get my machine by 6th Nov, which has not happened and than as usual he is not picking up the call.
                              It's very bitter experience for us to buy and trust the Haier.

                              Haier — Faulty machine and pathetic service

                              I bought the fully automatic washing from you four years ago from an authorized dealer. The machine was put on extended warranty after the first year itself covering the machine for 5 years duration in complete. The machine has been falling off pretty frequently in this time frame and the servicing part is a cause of alarm. Each time, I had to really haggle to get my machine repaired. The service center doesn't pick the phone, the engineers don't turn up the day they claim, sometimes the parts are broken by inexperienced engineers and than they claim the replacement can happen more than 10 days later due to short supply of parts.
                              It has really bought me to my nerves and I fully believe Haier is incompetent in all ways, to handle the servicing or that my machine is not repairable with your service people's expertise.

                              I would demand a replacement of the model as you are unable to meet the machine correction.
                              I have a ticket logged on 11th Feb 2009 (more than a month back) (complaint# [protected]) and till date the machine is still non-operational. Only the call center takes the calls religiously but they cant do anything more than escalate with no results. The machine was with service center for a week but the results are just the same.
                              The machine doesn't work for more than1 day before a break down and than its 10 days of correction chase to make someone come and have a look.
                              yes u right same kind of problem i am also facing, Haier service very ridiculous they people are sit for making fool of people onle

                              Few days before black lines at the corners of newly purchase LCD TV appears. Now, the at the time of starting the picture is flickering.

                                What the ridiculous service Haier Team provide to the customer and Haier team are sitting to making fool of public, in future i will never buy any haier product and also will not give suggestion to buy any product to my relative and friends. You people tease me a lot.



                                On 1st November 2012 i registered a complaint through customer care and on 3rd November a technician of Service Centre (HI-Tech, RajNagar, Ghaziabad) came and put out the plate of my TV and went to the Service centre with TV Plate and he said to me i will come within 3-4 days with your TV Plate and i paid 230 rs to him and i have slip for the proof. But still i could not get my working Tv Plate and i have many times complaint in customer care and called many times on Services centre “Rishi Chaudry – [protected]” as well as Branch Manager “ Pankaj Agrwall - [protected] “but they replied “ abhi nahi hua h , ek do din lgege, jaldi ho jayega, problem hi samjh nahi aa rahi kya h etc .



                                I am unable to understand you people are repairing a Tv or Launching a rocket.

                                Haier team are very irresponsible, i m very upset with Haier Team.
                                Can u people take any action against Haier Team ?

                                haier television — service not provide properly

                                i have purchased haier television from lotus electronics indore (sapna sangeta road indore M.P.) It is under warenty. After some month it's picture tube is not working than i given television in auth. service center to change it's picture tube & they have comitted to me this job will done with in 3 to 4 days but till date it's not done. they are giving different excuses for the same i had taken much followup regarding problem but they are not giving satisfied servicing to custumer. i request you please do needfull action about this type service problem. date of given television in service center is 5/08/08. service center ph. no. is [protected].

                                i think that customer is right. and if the service provider is not providing service as per terms mentioned for his own product, complaint should be initiated against that service provider.
                                still i could not get my TV in working stage, shame on Haier Team.

                                  I have bought haier LED TV on 31 October 2010 from ASSOCIATED TRADERS(75-A RAJPUR ROAD,MAK PLAZA DEHRADUN) and it had extended warranty of 3 years.My TV is not working so i filed a complaint on 8th October 2012 and from then no action was taken and now when we went to ASSOCIATED TRADERS on 18th October they said that part is not available asked to pay 18 thousand and take new TV or pay for that part and the labour charges.But why should we pay as our tv is under Warranty and they should replace its part for free.It has caused us mental tention.very dissapointed from haier service andASSOCIATED TRADERS and its around a month and no action have been taken .Sir i am mentally disturbed.plz guide me.and take some strict action.

                                    I have purchase Haier Washing Machine (Front load) , and extended warranty with croma with aother 2 years,,,,
                                    My washing Manchine have drum problems and drum is also under the extended warranty... I have lodge the complaint at croma retailers at HImaliya Mall, Ahmedabad with pesonally on dt.12/09/12 and also 15/09/2012,, after that they give me his toll free no. and i also complaint at this no. and they give me the claim no.58138 on 20/09/12, and also mob.no. of rajesh patel [protected],, after one week I have continuesly try for this mobile those persons could not attained my call.. then after i have repeat the customer call on 26/9/12, they give me the another mob.no. provide and give me assurance the problems of your washing machine is solved within a week,, but after long time one person come at home and tell us the Drum problem is unique problem, and so many complaint of the same with him...after then i have repeat the call on 05/10/12 ,, they give me the further assurance for my problems,,, but no result found... i have tired for purchase a wrong machine....after that i have call to his customer center on 25/10/12..and they give me reply " I try to contact to Haier and reply immediately soon" but till today I couldn't any reply......
                                    sir, kindly solve the my problems,, my wife is suffering from a Diarrhea....

                                    Haier — Not working

                                    I purchase this product on 24/1/09.My 1st complent to Haier customer comp.no.[protected] it is attend on june 09 by involveving consumer foram comp.no.185568
                                    2nd complent to haier customer care on july 18/09 it is attend on near about 22nd july/09
                                    3rd complent to Harer customer care on August 04/09.No any responce taken by haier i frasted for tthe response and mainly this product so please help me to change it.

                                      I purchased LCD of Haier company from Navrang Electronics last year in april 2011. Within one year of its purchase we had got it repaired three times as company refused for the replacement. then the serviceman kthe company told to install a stabliser for the LCD and he installed the same himself. even after the stabliser the LCD has again stopped working and we are sure that it is having a manufacturing default in it but the company is not ready to accept the same. we had already harrased by giving complaints three time to the company for the inconvenience and asked for the replacement as lcd is defectve as it required repair again and again. moreover it has extended warranty of five years but instead of paying any heed the executives of xmpany want us to get it repair the fourth time and without any guarantee that it will be in a good running co.ditinpn in future. kindly help us as we have harrased by making complaints again and again within only one year of purchase.
