We are purchasing 4 Split A/C by Balaji Electonic Ballabgarh in the month October 2008 Bill No. 2258 When the 4 Ac install they do not working. We inform Balaji many time but they did not give any type of reply. After that I am complaint in custmer care, Date-07/04/09, Complaint No. [protected].About the AC we contact to Mr. Vipan Mehta Head Office, Manorma Madam All india Custamer care, Nilash H/O. Sometime technicions has come. They all are give different comments like:

1.The first techincion Mr.Trilok said that, change the staplizers so I change the staplizers.

2.The second techinicion Mr.Nagesh kaushik said change the wire so I change the wire.

3.The third techinicion said that the Electric Panal has failed, the panalcost is 150000, ( one lakh fifty thousand).
We accept all those comment which the techinicial said but the all 4 AC do not work.
Please, replace the all 4 AC otherwise refand the payment 110000+installtion charge 550 per/mtr.
We are complaint many times to company but they do not gave any type of response.

Please help us.

Haier A/C — AC developing a fault thrice in less than 3 years

My [censored]ij from East of Kailash, Delhi. Last year on 30th Jul 09 i purchased a Haier Air Conditioner 1.5 ton. After one month of purchase the AC developed a fault. Despite calling the customer service repeatedly the engineer visited my site on the fourth day of the complaint. Considering as a minor pipe breakage he repaired and refilled the gas which had leaked out. After few weeks of that the same fault occured again, and after my repeated efforts again the engineer visited again after 3 days. Getting irate for getting the same problem in less than a month i asked the service incharge Mr Tarun to get me the peice replaced, but he again said its a minor problem and they will get it fixed. But he promised me that if the problem occurs again then he will get me a replacement. By that time it was already September so the AC were shut off for rest of the year. In the year 2010 when the summers arrived it was working all fine, until on 02Jul10 it suddenly stopped working. I called up the customer service again and was very reluctant to speak to someone senior, but the customer services were hardly bothered. On repeated efforts i managed to get through to someone called Ram Patel who was the supervisor for services. I asked him for replacement but he esclated me to his senior Mr Vipin Mehta. After my conversation and explanation to him, icam to know the person who promised me replacement last year( Tarun ) is no longer working there. Having no option i had to deal with Mr Mehta who bluntly refused me any replacement but only service. Having no other option i had to agree, but that too he took 4 long days to get me an engineer after repetedly calling them ( Mr Mehta & Mr Patel ) 4- times in a day. All the promised were broken. Finally on the 5th day of complaint the engineers arrived, it was the same problem which has occured. Despitemy repeated requests to Mr Patel & Mr Mehta they didnt replaced the peice or any defected part but fixed the problem again. Now my warranty is getting over on 30th Jul 10 and i am very much concerned about the services of the company after the warranty expired. Now if the people in Haier are that tough to handle at the time of warranty period, how will they treat the customer after the warranty expires. Please can suonebody advise me in this regard.

    With reference to my complaint No. [protected] (24th March, 2009) and [protected] (12th May, 2009). I want to state that :

    1. My AC was under AMC Contact under Happy Home Plan with Haier India. I lodged my first complaint on 24th March, 2009 wide complaint no. [protected].

    2. The technician had visited twice, first time he replaced a part in the AC but did not wash the AC and He left AC Swing unrepaired and left without getting my signature saying that he would come to me again, but he did't come back. I again called up customer care. Customer Care Executive was not able to deliver the answer the querry. They always kept saying that they would post a reminder on urgent basis.

    3. After about one month, when I called Customer Care. The Customer Care Executive (Mithun) told me that my Complaint has been Closed. HOW CAN MY COMPLAINT BE CLOSED WITH A UNDONE JOB ? Then I re-lodged a complaint No. 10400308 on 12th May, 2009 with Mithu (Customer Care Executive).

    4. After 2-3 days of my compaint your technician, the same technician visited. And, he made some mistake while servicing the AC and the AC gave black smoke. He disconnected the AC from the power outlet. The AC is still disconnected since he left and we are waiting for him.

    5. Now the peak time of Summer has already started, we stay on top floor in our builing. We are facing lots of problem without AC. My kids have fallen sick twice due to high temperature. We have been spending nights with the opened eyes.

    My Experience with Haier Customer Service is being extremely bad.

    You are requested to kindly look into the matter and provide service at the earliest. Delayed reponse may lead to legal action.

    Haier / Window Air Conditionor — No Service - When under Service Gaurantee for a year

    Have been making several rounds of complaints to Haier Service Center. Initially I was promised service in 24 hours. When two such promises failed, I was told by a phone agent that the time required is 48 hours and not 24 hours. A lie eitherways. When I asked for speaking to a senior, I was very rudely denied the same, and the phone was banged on my face.

    when we install the machine that time only we where not satisfy with the cooling and tell them to check after long discussion with vijay sales they change the a.c for us but in three month the PCB CIRCUIT GOES OFF AND WE HAVE TO CHANGE THAT.
    AFTER GET IT DONE EVERYTIME ITS WORK FOR TWO THREE WEEK PROPERLY AND THEN AGAIN STARTED GIVE PROBLEM

    Haier Air Conditioner — reluctant to give service under warranty

    Respected Sir,
    With due respect it kindly being informed to you that i have purchased an air condition from B T AIRCON, 1-42A, Azadgarh, kolkata 700040 on dated 12.8.2008 Tax Invoice No. BTA/08-09/H-37 Challan No. 482. WBST. REGN NO. [protected], VAT REGN NO. [protected] .
    From last two months we are facing lot of problems and the dealer is reluctant to provide service and concerned is harrasing us by forwarding the case to the service dealer named COOL POINT according to the job card details bearing only phone numbers[protected], [protected]. The machine has been referred to them for redressal and as per them they have changed the compresser and said they have also refilled the gas on the same unit but when fitment is deing done it noticed that the gas is lacking on the same unit. This process is of dated 8.7.09 thereafter also they are reluctant to take the case as urgent after several telephonic reminders they are skipping the same.
    i request not to buy Haier apliances...they have customer service...their parts do not works...i'm the owner of two AC brought by my father (window and split) two years back.

    Service is very poor. Technician's are not qualified. Will not consider to recommend for the product.

    Haier AC Model 18AX — Service

    One Technician named as Basudev Mondal sent by Haier, Kolkata, WB, Dealer Name- M/S Fairdeal, Santoshpur, Kolkata-700075 during installation after first purchase about 2-3 years back. The same Sri Basudev Mondal from Haier, Kolkata serviced my air conditioner in the last month and after that I found that the fixing clips for the front grill have been broken by Sri Mondal during service. After repeated persuation he did not attend to rectify the fault. I rang him up regularly during the last one month. But he did not attend to rectify the fault.His mobile no is[protected]. I lodged a complaint with Haier and the complaint no is KOL[protected]. It is also learnt that a sum of rupees around one thousand three hundred will be charged to change the grill since the fixing clips are not available loosely. For no fault of mine why should I pay the amount instead I would request you to arrange for rectification only by providing fixing clips and suspend Sri Mondal from service for such irregular activities.

      hello, i purchased a haier company 0.75 ton AC in january 2009. ever since i was having problems with the cooling. i called the company's customer service desk and registered my complaint in last week of april. after 4-5 days some technicians from haier came and said my AC needed a gas fill, and that they will come the next day and fill it in. but they never came.
      now after numerous complaints and talks with their supervisors at the company's customer service, nothing has been done. they just give assurance that my complaint will be handled soon but nobody ever comes to attend the complaint.

        Dear Sir,

        Let me start by saying that I am one of the unfortunate customer of Viveks. I decided to purchase an AC for the benefit of my old aged parents. I went by one of your offer in the paper and visited your T’nagar showroom and made a purchase of Haier 1.5 ton split AC in the said offer. My decision to go for a branded item from an branded showroom/company has put me into enormous mental agony and stress from the date of purchase with no resolution of the problem so far so much so that i have now started feeling that i took a wrong decision to come to Viveks. I have mentally gone to the extent that I would neither wish to purchase any intems from viveks in near future nor recommend the same to any of my friends/relatives/colleagues for the way I have been meted out in this issue. I have listed my trauma as under as a final recourse and hoping that you would revert to me with a favorable reply / remedy at an earliest time.


        I had purchased Haier Split C 1.50 Ton along with a Premier 4 KVA 400 Watts Stabilizer from M/S Viveks Limited, 167, North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai-600 017 on 22 Apr 09 vide Bill No [protected] for a Total amount of Rs.22060/ -.
        The AC was installed at our house on 25 Apr 09. But, from the same day, the AC started giving us problem. There was absolutely no cooling effect after a brief while and the room temperature began to climb making it unbearable to stay indoors. The AC was switched off and the subsequent morning, a complaint was registered with the Viveks Limited.
        The technicians Mr.Manikandan and Mr.Rajkumar turned up only on 28 Apr 09 with job card No 221046. They checked the AC and suggested that the wall on which the AC was mounted was getting hot due to exposure to sunlight, thereby not giving cooling effect. I am sure that no sensible person will ever buy such a unreasonable and unacceptable reason for the non-functioning of AC. However, they did some cosmetic checkup and left.
        With the problem persisting, another complaint was registered with Viveks Limited. Mr. Jeeva and Mr. Kanagaraj came to attend the complaint vide job card No 222224 on 02 May 09. These gentlemen checked up the AC and conclude on their part that there was voltage fluctuation in the area and therefore suggested a Double Booster Stabilizer to solve the problem. Going by their advice, the stabilizer was upgraded by spending more money, however, the problem persisted.
        With no respite from the problem, we spoke to the people at Viveks Limited and made a complaint again. On 07 May 09, Mr. Cruz and Mr. Gnanamurthy came to attend the problem with job card No 223081. They checked up the AC unit and said that the problem was not due to heating up of wall or voltage fluctuation as concluded by earlier technicians, but the temperature sensors fitted in the AC was not functioning leading to malfunction of the unit. Subsequently we had made another complaint with the customer service center on 07th itself. It is disgussting to note that none of your technician could actually diaganose the issue and each of them came up with their own reasons for non-functioning of the unit. This shows the general apathy and lac lusture attitude of technicians in Vivek.
        We had clearly told the last set of technicians who came on 07 May 09 that we were fed up and upset with the way the AC was working and stressed upon them to replace the entire unit. We told them that the very purpose and faith of purchasing the AC has been defeated and thus we are not willing to stand as mute spectators to this issue anymore.
        We had also registered an official complaint with Haier India Ltd simultaneously. However Haier refused to intervene and said that the issue has to be resolved at Viveks who are the distributors cum service agents. We have been made to run from post to pillar due to your inefficiency to find a solution for this problem and the concerned persons who are responsible for the same are just happy to turn us away on false pretexts.
        Finally, I am writing this complaint to you as the last available option for redressal of the grievance hoping that you would realize our pain and frustration caused by this AC and the inconvenience caused by not attending to the root cause of the problem. We cannot continue with this AC unit any more and let your technicians try their hand at it while our sufferrings continue unabated due to the extreme heat and faulty AC and curse ourselves for the decision that we made to go with Viveks.
        Since the AC is under warranty and there have been problems with it ever since it was installed, we are not ready for any solution apart from COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE AC UNIT. As a customer who has put his hard earned money into this purchase, we owe a responsible reply and action from you and not an attitude of delay and dodge.
        You are therefore requested to do the needful in replacing the entire unit immediately. I also wish to assure that this issue will be escalated to appropriate forum should there be no response from your end in line with our aspirations at the earliest.

        Never go for Unreliable products like haier, Hyundai etc ... go for reliable products like Samsung, LG, Voltas, Whirlpool, Godrej etc...

        I've owned a voltas vertis premium 1.5 tonne window ac for 3 years with no problems and same with the samsung 1.5 tonne window ac purchased 5 years ago with only a few serious problems and that too with the technicians solving the problem very quickly...

        HAIER AC — HAIER AC NOT-WORKING UNDER WARRANTY

        It is almost a month when I launched a complaint of my HAIER Window AC, and continuously five times got different Ref/Complaint number but the problem of non-working of AC remain same. Last complaint Number was CHA10710023 on 8th July. Every time engineer came with new problem and lastly assured that compressor is not working and need to be changed. He committed me to resolve the problem in max 5 days but till now as on 19th July there is no response and action taken. Whenever I call at the center at Amritsar, I get a simple reply that “compressor is not in stock and whenever we will get the same, will replace it”. It is a big harassment and I feel the commitments from the company after sales are fake.
        I got same bad experience with haierAC. My split AC is young to 2 month. It stop work now. I called Haier many times and be asked the same questions for more that 10 times and got different answers. Finally, they set up a apiontment for me with A&E. I checked A&E from internet, it is under bad rating. When I checked with A&E with my Haier appointment, they couldn't find it. I don't know whom I should believe. I sent more than $1200 and a lot of time to install AC into my house. If I decide ti give up this problem and then I need fix house. No more this AC!
        Haier, Hyundai, sanyo etc are companies who have no expertise in manufacturing Airconditioners and efficient cooling equipment... If you want good Aircons go for Samsung, Voltas, O general, Hitachi, Carrier and Blue star...

        Any other brand and you are bound to have problems...

          I have purchased a split A/c from Haier and from the beginning of the purchase, it has been leaking water like a tap and now it has become impossible - every time the company sends a repairman but everytime after a few days it leaks again - It has been leaking for 2 years now and company does not care - they should replace my A/c with a working peice.

          i got a problem that your ac is not cooling. I registered a complaint for this(Comp No:[protected]).Youe executive came to my home and told me to pay 1700.00 Rs to fill the gas. After paying payment of 1700.0 Rs I was waiting up to 5 days for service. During these days I was continuously trying to talk with that service Center, Every day they told me that they are coming but they didn't. After 5 days they filled the gas in AC, But after one day I got same problem again and told to customer executive in proper form of complain, My next complaint numbers are as following:

          After these complains i didn't get any response from your Service agency, After that I called to customer care to know status of my complaints, I was surprised that there is fake status from service agency. What is this nonsense things happening with this type of brand. Still I am waiting for your executive.
          I am really going for consumer forum against this type of mental harassment and wasting of my time.And also will go for Public sites to say every body how i got harassement from Hair Brand.
          I am writing you this thing because I have already some hope remaining that some hire authority can do some thing.
          I want action on this type of service centers.
          I am wondering how haier is participating with this type of service centers.
          Really I am waiting response from your side.

            I had registered a compliant (complaint no. [protected]) in the first week of April 2009, and had requested the technician to come and check on Saturday. There was no revert from the technician on Saturday quoting some personal reason, hence I requested the customer service desk to send the technician on Tuesday / Thursday. Till Date there has been no follow up done and every time I call (5-6 calls made since then) the promise to send the technician anytime during the day / evening (no definite timing is confirmed). I spoke to the customer service desk yesterday and today also and they promised to send the technician immediately. They expect the customer to wait endlessly throughout the day and do not care to call back either. Customer service desk on. 23746008, 23746009, [protected].

            Pl note that the product was purchased only 2 years back and it does not work now.

            I have appliances from other companies as well which provide prompt service, but this product is the worst I have ever seen.

              I had registered a request in customer care for correcting my TV. Their Engineer came on the same day and tried to repair the TV but could not succeed. Finally he had taken TV kit with him so that it could be fixed in their workshop and he promised me that it should not take more than 2 days to get it done.

              Till 10 days I didn't get any response. I made a call to the customer care unit. They had given me the third pary' office number to whom they have hired for services. Since then I am calling to that third party and customer care, no one has information about the status for the same. Every time they just ask for my request number and promise for the updates by evening. That evening never came, today is 21st day and my TV does not work.

              Finally, today, I have asked them to return me the part, I will get it done from outside market. I am not sure when that unrepaired will be delived to me. Even I will have to pay engineer's visit charges because I am taking back my TV's part unrepaired.

                We procured the Haier Washing Machine Model no.XPB60-1139 On 13.03.05 (we got the delivery on 15.03.09) until last year the machine was working good and last year the wash motor got failed and after 2months the same was replaced against your service receipt no.6127 dt.12.09.08 and now (Today 04.05.09 ) The dryer motor was not function. And in Chennai the service phone nos are not working so that I am sending this complaint msg. The following details will fullfil to send us the service man.

                  I purchased the Haier Washing machine Model-XQB60-78 quantity 1 on[protected] vide bill no. 71269 from company authorised dealer M/S Key Dee Electronics Pvt. Ltd, 1B-1, Main Dadri Road, Sector-18, Noida for Rs. 17000/-
                  The serial Number of the washing machine is CC58J0047
                  The machine was covered under warranty from manufacturing defects as per terms & conditions of the same.
                  I got extended warranty for additional three years from the company M/S Haier Appliances (India) P Ltd by paying additional charges of Rs. 950/- under extended warranty certificate no. 02 dated:[protected]. The certificate of extended warranty support was issued by Haier Customer Care- M/S Shiva Enterprises Noida.
                  The manufacturer has the same responsibility towards the product as it has in the case of original warranty.
                  Compliant:
                  The product of the said description is not giving the satisfactory performance / results; this can be verified from number of complaints submitted to your record.
                  From the date I purchase this machine, I faced the following performance deficiency in the product:
                  (a) Machine never washed the cloth cleanly.
                  (b) Detergent always left in the cloth even machine finish its process. Many times we have to rinse the cloth manually
                  (c) Electronic Penal gone faulty within one year of the purchase of machine
                  (d) Pulsators had gone faulty due to which many of our expensive cloth were damaged /spoiled.
                  (e) Automatic process of the machine does not flush the mud completely and mud rests at down side the pulsator. Mud comes back to the tub when we use the machine duty to which all mud stick to the cloth and they get spoiled.
                  (f) Spinning got stuck on reasonable intervals.
                  (g) Recently we got to know from technician that dumping clutch of the machine gone faulty but no action has been taken to replace it as the part is not available in inventory for long-time.
                  With the above set of complaint or performance deficiency in the machine it appears that the above product was faulty from the beginning and do not meet the implied quality standards of the company, which a customer expects from a branded product like HAIER and other similar companies LG, Samsung etc. Due to its manufacturing defects, it started created problem one by one with the life span of just three years, whereas standard washing machines the other manufacturer has trouble free performance at-least in first there years.
                  The product from the beginning was having manufacturing defects and not meeting the quality standards, thereby machine having manufacturing defects discovered and evident with facts above need immediate replacement.

                  I request the redressal forum that thier washing machine products are meeting the quality standards and lots of other customers are facing cheated by the company. The company should be penalised for cheating the customer and advised to either give replcement with the quality product or refund the money with interest and compensation for the hardship we have faced under the impression that we are buying a standard company and branded prodct.

                  Neither their senior management contact details are available anywhere nor the call centre understand the real problem, techncians are also no very trained. Call centre refused to provide the contact of company senior management.

                  There is no transparency to the customer after they buy the product, its a 100% cheating in the sence selling a low quality product and making consumer life miserable.

                    Myself Manish Gupta, New Delhi, India, I purchased a haier mobile phone model number c200 on 31 march 2009, from a mobile shop in laxmi Nagar, East Delhi. But after 10 days of purchasing this phone i faced a problem of phone battery charging, I got it to your authorized service center in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi by the name of SAI MOBILES, having authorization from TVS electronics and met with Mr Ankit and Mr Maqsood, the authorized executive of center, and handed over the phone to them on 14th of April 2009, they told me that there is some problem in the phone charging jack and they have repaired it well and is working now, which I have checked also was working, but suddenly in next morning when i put it on charge then again I faced the same problem of non charging. Then on 16th of April again i brought it to the same service center and complaint the same problem to Mr Ankit and Mr Maqsood, but this time they told me clearly that "customer have broke the charging jack of phone intentionally and now they will not going to replace it or either even repair it", I was shocked to hear that I had broke the charging jack of phone intentionally, although i ask them why should I break the jack, then they said they dont know this but You have only damaged the Jack as the service center people are not using the phone and customer is using it, so it is the problem of the customer how he manage it and even they started very Hot argument rather just understanding the problem of customer, and Mr Ankit said they even dont know about who is the authorized person from Haier Mobiles as they have tie up with TVSe electronics and gave me the number of some Mr Inder Kumar (regional head of Delhi, NCR from TVS electronics # [protected]) and he told me that he look into this matter and get back to me after 2 days.After that i tried his number to get his email id but he didn't received my call and also sms him for the same but he even dont care to reply for my sms.

                    And there is no positive feedback from the side of service center.

                    Now I request you to kindly look into the matter and also tell if someone is the user of mobile phone from last 10 years then why he will break the phone intentionally and get the pain for himself of repairing the phone then after.

                    Haier — Service Department

                    Since Friday February 12, 2010 I did a report by phone and spoke with Marianna (operator).
                    I explain that the door stopper (left side) was missing from factory to move doors from the right side to the left side.
                    I sill waiting for that part ad today's date is March 3rd, 2010, more than 15 days without use my refrigerator.
                    The report order number is 600344, I send a letter to New Jersey office or whatever same day I did the report (February 12th, 2010) and in a new phone call I did on February 26th, 2010 same operator told me that letter was received. Now what HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR THAT PART.
                    I need to know where that part is and someone contact me explaining when I'm going to receive it.
                    Still waiting and missing part haven't sent to me.

                    I Sujit Kumar Bhadra, Haridwar Uttarakhand purchased a colour TV of Haier. just after few days it developed a snag. I contacted customer care service through e-mail. A service engineer came one day and took away the circuit board which was defective. After chasing them for a month another service engineer came back with same defective circuit boaed and assembled in TV. The company and their men are suffering from narrow mental dieses and need to overall their system. Its a horrible company and people should not purchase any Haier products or otherwise their money wiil waste down the drain.

                    I want to attract your kind attention towards me that i have purchased a phone on 9/72011. model no-cg100.
                    I purchase this phone of rs 1900. I use this phone only 10 days then suddenly it creats the problems and the problem was that it starts blocking the SIM cards. I visit to sevice centre for repairement of the phone. They keep my phone for one week. After that when I visit again after one week they extend the duration and still now I have not get my phone. I have contact them many times but they always gives me new excuses.

                      I purchased a Haier refrigerator 360 ltr in the year May 2007 from tempcon sales corporation, ground floor, Rayu Chembers, Dr A. B Road Panaji - Goa. 403 001
                      The fridge has been started giving trouble since Oct '08.
                      The main problem of fridge is its not cooling.
                      The dealer(Tempcon) took it 4 times at his service centre and sent his techniciens 5/6 times for repairing the same, but they failed in finding the fault.
                      and the dealer told us directly that he will not able to repair it, and that we will have to contact the Company (Haier) for repairing the same.
                      Now Your Company Technicians have visited us 3/4 times and repaired it several times changed several parts but the problem of non cooling was not solved at all.
                      Either your engineer is not able to detect the correct fault may be coz they are not skilled or trained properly or the fridge has some manufacturing defect.
                      now at present our fridge is taken by your technicians to your service centre at Porvorim - Goa. and is there from last 8 days.
                      Now from last 8 months we are continuously just calling your people without anything been done
                      Please look into the matter personally and arrage to send some expert engineer of your company which can get my fridge set right. incase you need anything pl get back to me at the earliest..
                      If this problem is not rectified within this week, I am compell to take help of consumer court.

                        My refrigerator which is in the warranty period is making a loud noise every time it stops. I had firt complained to the company on 21.3 09 and a technician visited my home on32.3.09. he said that the compressor needs to be replaced. He collected a one time service charge of Rs.350 from me and said that within a few days the part would be replaced. even after repeated phonecalls no one has come to repair the frigge.The model number of fridge is HRF488 purchased on 6.6.05.

                            with due regards i wish to state that im feeling very bad and frustrated after using Haier Mobile Phone named C6000 which i have bought on 5th Feb, 09.

                            I have logged a complaint regarding Phone hanging and battery show full when connected but not charged to there authorised service centre named M/s Saint Computer, 21, National Shopping Complex, GT Road, Amritsar, Ph.[protected] on 13th March, 09, Friday (it means only after a month o[censored]sing it), but i was very surprised and also dissappointed by the feedback and answer given to me by Ms.Jyoti working with this service station.

                            She told me that "You have taken a very cheap mobile. What are you expecting from us?", "She also told me that with small amount of money you have spend you can get only this much, and we are not responsibe for this".
                            She told me to give her a call next day and ask her whether my mobile is repaired or not.
                            I called next day and got very rude answer that it is not done and she told me to call her on monday now. She also told that it may take another one week because we dont have spare parts and the parts will come from Chennai.

                            Firstly i wants to know that is this a right way to deal with a customer who has faith in your product.
                            Secondly It is definately not a matter that this mobile is of low a price, if yes, then why a big company like Haier has launched this model if they are not able to provide after sales service to their customers.

                            i"m suffering alot due to the problem in my handset, only after one month o[censored]sing it.

                            i totally agree with what the sagar and shikha has to say the services of this company are pathetic and when i asked the shop owner that the problem has come in just 01 month, he says u have to accept it as the product is cheap, can any one help me in sueing the company to get back the compensation for the handset,

                            morever the emission standards have also not been followed as the ear gets hot with handset on listening for more than 3 standards,
                            these are pathetic standards of the handsets and after sales.
                            I have two handsets of tata indicom already from haier. I have just just read the advt about the C-6000. i thought it would be great deal. But with the two handsets i had already has the battery problem and themost dengerous thing is there is no service to get hte battery at anywhere in the country. and after the reading above incidents i thng i will never go with haier . i thnig this company has no service in india. You will not get new original batteries at service centers ever.

                              my washing machine stopped working on the 10th of feb and subsequently a complaint was lodged on 11th feb at 17:00hrs.complaint no:[protected].followed up for three days with numerous phone calls to the customer service no and got no response.finally got the number of the local customer service manager and a company personnel landed on the 14th to rectify the complaint.mentioned that something was wrong with the pulsator and dissapeared.spoked to a rude gentleman called mr.ranganathan and he informed that getting the spare was difficult and he was doing me a favour.a favour...its the 17th today and still no sign of my machine being rectified.if they cannot provide me basic service.i want them to take back the machine..

                              They are pathetic. My machine is facing similar dileama. Broke down on 11th Feb and is unrepaired with no respite with call centre and service centre and also engineers. They dont even care to pick phones any more and call centre folks cant do anything much but take a reminder.

                                  I purchased a Haier electric clothes dryer about a year ago, and the machine has been having issues ever since. The problem seems to be with a faulty design where the heating circuits fail because of improper thermal management. There is a thermal fuse that keeps blowing off. Haier refuses to look at it now, since the dryer is out of warranty, even though it was never satisfactorily fixed ever. Service records will show that I had this "repaired"every month or so. Service is also terrible, I have personally had to replace these thermal fuses, and have half mind of just replacing the fuse with a straight wire, of course this will cause the heating filament to over heat and might be a fire hazard. Also beware of service staff of haier diliberately putting a low value thermal fuse so that you request service and they can bilk you for more money.

                                  Stay away from Haier! Poorly engineered and Lousy Service!

                                    I had purchased Washing Machine less than a year ago and since then it has been giving so much of problems and now the worst thing it has completely stopped working and I had lodged complaint on Sept 11, 2008 and till date the machine is not repaired.. 52 days have passed and the problem is still not solved.. I am 55 years old woman and I have to wash clothes myself... I cannot do it... I am tired calling them up and wasting my money on calls... I feel I am cheated with the product that the company has given and now they are harrassing me.. Please look into my age and help me to get through them and to get the machine repaired..

                                    I agree they give pathetic service and the product is also not to the mark... I have also suffered and gone through this trauma...I hope their license gets forfeited for harrassing such an old lady... The companies like this should be taken to the court.
                                    i also am experiencing same type of problem, on giving repeated calls also they never bother to send a mail or call me and the inexperienced technicians have opened all my washing machine parts and left them unrepaired.My complaint has been lodged 3 months back and the number is [protected], the concerned people are so irresponsible, we also lodged complaint through their portal. No reply from them so far.. i advice all the people not to buy any haier product because of their poor customer care and inefficient technicians and senior officials.

                                    With the above set of complaint or performance deficiency in the machine it appears that the above product was faulty from the beginning and do not meet the implied quality standards of the company, which a customer expects from a branded product like HAIER and other similar companies LG, Samsung etc. Due to its manufacturing defects, it started created problem one by one with the life span of just three years, whereas standard washing machines the other manufacturer has trouble free performance at-least in first there years.
                                    The product from the beginning was having manufacturing defects and not meeting the quality standards, thereby machine having manufacturing defects discovered and evident with facts above need immediate replacement.
                                    We request to senior level position of the company to the corrective action immediately.

                                    I lodge a complaint of Haier washing machine.Nobody come to attened the complaint from the last 12 days.I daily lodge a complaint nobody bother to attened the complaint.Mr. Mehta Sr. Executive Either his Mobile is switch off or he never pick the mobile.If he pick sometime he always say tomorrow engineer will come to rectified the complaint.But till today no body come to attened the complaint.Today again he says tomorrow engineer will come .Now tell me when tomorrow come.He speak LIE

                                    After sells service of haier is burst, My semi automatic washing machine of Haier was stop working. I complaint for it but they are unable to rectify it even they have charged Rs 1700 for it but problem is not resolved.

                                    My experience with Haier is very bad. I suggest to not purchase any product of Haier as it's after sell service is not good.

                                    I bought a HAIER Washing machine on August of 2011 from Bajaj finace loan.Now it is not working it is in dead condition.It has 5 year Warranty.But i lost its warranty card how can i get duplicate warranty card.

                                      Haier MP271 Bottom-Mount Refrigerator, has defective door and bootle self, All company employee and service personnel know it, but it is still being sold in every show room. The problem is that bottleself, which is the most used part of any refrigerator for keeping water, coke etc, is so fitted that as soon u keep few bottles, it falls on floor, and so you end up broken bottle self, broken bottles in room, and total mess. But while thay take complaint, and even some time replace door with a little modified design, it takes months and still they do not replace bottle self, and no body is bothered to listen customer and the design flaw to rectify in all left over in factory or to change all those having this refrigerator. NEVER BUY A HAIER REFRIGERATOR, it has very poor support and extremely slow service, 3 months and still they failed to raplace the bottle self.

                                      But then atleast their complaint system is honest, and compalint remains pending as long it is not done, unlike MTNL, where once they talk, no matter whaat they treat compalint resolved, even i[censored] have noice on line etc. Or if your billing complaint etc is genuine but they cant see on server etc.

                                      May be the national Consumer forum takes sue moto cognigence of this defective sell openly by Haier and order to replace all such defective refregerators.
                                      finally they changed the door and replaced self too, one can say that they r much better than other indian comapny, but they can be more efficient, fast and even save money by being more careful and customer friendly. hope they keep these in mind to minimise cost and maximise profile and customer satisfaction.
                                      I have always had EXCELLENT customer support from Haier for my ACs, wanted to get a Haier fridge too, but now I'm thinking!!

                                        I have complained on 23 September 2008 to Haier customer care about our TV picture. But they have not yet attended the complaint. Even everyday we have been reminding them about the complaint No. [protected] dtd 23/09/2008 from complaint date. We are fed up with daily reminder to them.
