I purchased a Haier electric clothes dryer about a year ago, and the machine has been having issues ever since. The problem seems to be with a faulty design where the heating circuits fail because of improper thermal management. There is a thermal fuse that keeps blowing off. I had purchased Washing Machine less than a year ago and since then it has been giving so much of problems and now the worst thing it has completely stopped working and I had lodged complaint on Sept 11, 2008 and till date the machine is not repaired.. 52 days have passed and the problem is still not solved.. An haier 2 door fridge was bought from croma and its not even 6 months that the freezer area have starting getting frosted and froste is so much that the door cant even be closed.inspite of making millions of complaints the seller and company are least bothered bout it.And i am really looking forward to sue them.

I'd bought Haier's 1 ton AC from West Patel Nagar Market a year ago. It was not serviced by the company for a year. We had to follow up for customer service when the guarantee period was getting over.

I am from Kolkata. I have lodged a complain vide Complain No.[protected] on 3rd June 2008 in the morning but they have not responded to me still now . I have made reminder telephone today in the morning but no response from the Haier Service departmrnt.
Please look into the matter and take neserrary action so that I can get the service from the service centre of Haier.

I had bought an ac(MODEL HW-18AX) in june last year from amritsar, india but after one and a half months it stopped cooling (thanks to leakage of coolant).the complaint was heard after much hardwork and was finally fixed in a few days.
now 8 months later same problem has started but no body to answer the calls .the complaint centre works as if by listening to ur complaints they are doing some great favour to u but were good enough...
