I have a Side by Side refrigerator purchased in May 2008 and from day one it has been giving us problems of “No Cooling”.
In the first year ,after more than a month of keeping the fridge ‘Under Observation”, they replaced the PCB during the warranty period as there was ice formation in the freezer compartment. The engineer who replaced the PCB in May 2009 told me that I need to defrost the fridge every 3 months else it will not work. Now that defeats the entire purpose of having a ‘frost free’ refrigerator but nevertheless I did switch off my fridge for 2 days every 3 months as instructed by him but yet in March 2010 there was ice formation in the freezer compartment. After several visits from many engineers (some to check cooling and some to check if a gas refill was required), they replaced the PCB saying that it was faulty and did not charge me anything saying that there was a problem with the refrigerator. I would also like to add that when the engineer opened the refrigerator there was a thick 1inch block of ice formed behind the freezer compartment. I had to keep my fridge off for 3 days before the ice completely melted and the PCB could be replaced.
But again in April 2010, the fridge and the freezer lower two compartments were not cooling at all…the temperature was even below room temperature. All the food stuff from both the sections got spoilt and I had to discard the same. The engineer who has been visiting my house ever since I registered the complaint on 30/04/2010 has acknowledged that there is a cooling issue. I even spoke to some senior engineer from Delhi who told me that it was normal for temperatures to drop in summers but also admitted that the temperature should not go down to below room temperature. Today when I checked my freezer, there is ice formation again in the lower compartments.
Haier engineers, every time they visit give me some lame reasons as to why the fridge is not working. One even went to the extent of saying that the side by side refrigerators always give an issue and one should not buy it! Now that is not something a customer needs to hear from the company’s employee especially when the product does not work!!
Even after paying so much for a fridge from a reputed company I have to deal with problems that never seem to go away! Not once has anybody senior bothered calling me up and giving me some permanent solution to this. The engineers come here and experiment on my fridge like its some testing unit for them and promise me that they will talk to their seniors to find some solution to my problem

Haier , India — Switch to be replaced

Haier Washing machine model HM1000TX. Purchased six years ago. Stopped working on Oct 5th, 2011. Registered a complaint with the call centre. Timer was replaced and paid for by us on the 21st Oct. Still did not work. We were told the switch needs changing, Nearly a month now - no switch is available, repeated complaints at the call centre is of no avail. None of the local numbers get a response.

Seeing the list of complaints, I seriously recommend that Haier withdraw from India!

    I bought haier front load washing machine HBF655TEME on[protected] at chennai. since after one year the day of purchase the machine started to not work properly. since July 2009, there was lots of problem. I lodged more than 4 to 5 complaints one by one and the service agency has replaced the faulty parts of the machine which they found out to be say, Pressure switch, PCP Board each time. Recently once again i filled a complaint and again the agency replaced a new PCP board with a minor problem merged with it. Now the Machine is again not working properly.
    problem No (1). constant Over flow of water.
    (2). wash term completes within 10 minutes.
    (3). Consumes lots of washing powder every time.
    (4). very bad quality of washing
    (5). At the end of wash term water is not fully draining out.
    (6). Clothes inside the machine is not drying after the wash term is completed.
    I fed up with service rendered by the service agency. I suppose they are not properly tracing out the faults. Kindly, I need an expert to examine the machine and trace out the entire faults and rectify it forthwith.
    Note: (1). service man not preferably from any of the authorised service agency.
    (2). need an expert only from haier company.

      This is to bring to your notice that I, being a Haier refrigerator customer, had some problems with the cooling of my fridge.This fridge was bought only a month back. Immediately, I contacted the Haier Delhi office (with the phone no.[protected] and registered a complaint (with reference id DEL[protected].
      The following day, the technician came at my place and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. He told me the next day, the company would send the repair persons, with the new compressor, at my place. Since then, its been a harrowing ordeal. No person has ever come with any repair solution.
      Twice the same customer care has been reminded to do the job, but to no avail. They have never provided any satisfying answers as to why there is a delay, even if there should be one at the first place.
      Yesterday morning, I called up the Delhi office services chief, Mr. Vipin Mehta and told me of my plight. He assured me that the repair job would be done within 2 days (which have already passed counting yesterday). AS EXPECTED, no repair persons at my door.

      Its been a disgusting experience with Haier India, for me. A sorry of state affairs exists in their offices. I am sure I would specifically prevent my friends and family from buying any Haier products in the future.

      We had made a complain about are refrigerator about 3 weeks ago which was attended by Mr. Rajesh Jain, the technician at Haier and after 2 visits he carried back 2 PPCs of our refrigerator.Their servicemen and ill mannered and dont even care to respond to the customer.Both Mr. Nihal and Mr. Rajesh have disconnected or not answered our calls.
      After calling hundreds of time, we are not attended properly and our complain number is DEL[protected].
      We will NOT SUGGEST THIS REFRIGERATOR COMPANY TO ANYBODY and wish we would have read the complains of other people on this website.
      we have made a complain about 4-5 month ago but no one attended or visit me after many calls to customer care we only receive promise that your complain will solve within 48 hours our complain number is ahe [protected]
      We will NOT SUGGEST THIS REFRIGERATOR COMPANY TO ANYBODY and wish we would have read the complains of other people on this website.
      I purchased the Haier Refrigerator bottom mounted. The referigerator one day stoppped cooling. The complaint was lodged and the teachnician arrived opened the thing and said PCB of the compressor is gone. He will notify to the company and within a weeks time the part will come.Since no answer received within one week, I called the technician and was informed that this part is not availble with the company, when asked for the option, was informed that they will takeout the pcb and make direct connection this job will cost us Rs.10, 000/-we contacted
      the manufacturing unit at Mohan Cooperative and were assured to get an answer withing 24 hours.we did get answer within the time frame that the part is available and technician is being delivered the same and he will fix it. after four day technician came opened the fridge and said he had asked for the part of the bottom part and this is different. then he opened the upper part and found the PCB he brought is o[censored]pperportion and
      started to change, we told him otherday you said the bottom is not working nowchanging the upper what is this. He did not answer, changed the PCB which was brought by him even not in sealed cover did something manually fidelling with thecompressor. The fridge was on and said you watch till evening.Within one hour the we noticed the fridge was not cooling at all. Since then it is again 4 days and I am just getting excuses engineer has not met the technician, gone to his home town. Model has been withdrawn, parts are not available. Seeing all this SUGGEST NEVER GO FOR HAIER PRODUCT.

          I bought one A/C (MAKE--HAIER, MODE NO.--HSU-24DX,2.0 TON) from M/S. R.K.VISION,KHANNA MARKET,LODI COLONY, NEW DELHI, on[protected], vide BILL NO.27669).The company gave me warranty card that carries a warranty of 5 years, which included free replacment of compressor in case of any defect.

          It was at the start of this summer season that we thought of strat using it,but it was not cooling.I made a complaint with the company on[protected]complaint no. HAR 1041000), following which they sent one of their technicians.On checking it, He said that the compressor needed to be repalced and he would be back with the new one, next day.It was since then that my harrowing tale started.I have made innumemerable calls to their service centre as well as the retailer from whom I bought it(R.K.VISION).In fact I even went personally to the retailer and requested him to get the things sorted out, but of no avail.Neither the retailer nor the company is doing anything. every time I m given a new date ,but till date nothing has been done.

          I think the retailer's job is not only to sell the things and get rid of his responsibilities of after sale services.So the retailer and the company,both should be held responsible for the inconvenience and harrassment being caused to me and made to compensate me for that.

          I would have bought a local assembled A/C , instead of buying the product of an INTERNATIONAL BRAND PRODUCT--HAIER, if only I knew that this was the kind of after sale services they provide their customers,and this was the kind of ROTTEN MATERIALS ,they were using in their products.

            Dear Sir,

            I purchased a refrigerator Model HRF 341 FR, brand Haier. Costing to me Rs 20,000 on dated 27 July 2008. The piece is faulty from the day 1. The service engineer Mr Anil Kumar visited so many times from 4 August 2008 to 25 August 2008. The problem was not sorted out at that time. We have decided to live with that problem till now.
            Now from 08 April 2010 onwards there is no cooling.
            Our Request no. with customer care is DEL[protected] & still open. Now also your service engineer Mr Anil Kumar visited on 09 April, 12 April & 13 April. On 12 April a small fan of top freezer is replaced, costing Rs 3650+Service charges. But the Refrigerator is not working. Today also he visited & told that the PCB is also faulty & the same is faulty since August 2008 which was not recognised at that time. I don't know how much cost will be for PCB. As Haier was recommended by one of my office colleague. I am suffering a lot in such a summer season due to non working of refrigerator.
            The fan which was replaced is costing in other brands only Rs 800-900.
            Your service engineer have visited so many times & the problem which is recognised now was from the day 1.Please talk to your service engineer & look in to the matter as early as possible.

              I bought the above refrigerator about 5 years back. Right from the begining the cooling in the refrigerator was very poor. after many follow ups & visits they exchanged the refrigerator. It was fine for two years but in the last 3 years it has been giving me a lot of problems. I took an AMC no.010870 dt 6/6/2008. In spite of many visits they could not set it right. I made numerous complaints- one of them being [protected] dt 19.11.09 when I paid Rs 1800. The problem persisted. I followed up vide complaint no. [protected] dt 1.1.09 & complaint no. HAR[protected] dt 27.2.10.

              For the harassment , money spent by me and my time, I want to sue the company for Rs 2 lakhs. Please also make sure that they are banned from selling their products in India.

                I HAVE PURCHASED FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE OF HAIER MAKE. THE MACHINE STARTED GIVING TROUBLES WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED WITH THEIR SERVICE CENTRE, HAIER APPLIANCES (I) PVT LTD, B-1/A-14, MOHAN CO-OPERATIVE INDUSTRIAL AREA, BADARPUR, NEW DELHI TEL : 25595922, 26952470/71/72/73. LAST WEEK THEIR ENGINEER VISITED MY HOME AND INFORMED THAT AT MAJOR PART DUMPING CLUTCH COSTING RS. 4000/- IS TO BE REPLACED. THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MACHINE TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE AND DELIVERED THE MACHINE. THE MACHINE IS NOT FUNCTIONING AT ALL AND THE MACHINE WAS VERY BADLY MISHANDED AT THEIR SERIVCE CENTRE. MY MACHINE WAS LOOKING A BRAND NEW WITHOUT EVEN A MINOR SPOT, BUT NOW BEARS SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE AND LOOKS LIKE 50 YEARS OLD GARBAGE. NO BODY FROM THEIR SERVICE CENTRE IS HEARING THE PROBLEM.

                IT IS REQUESTED THAT :

                A. CHANGE THE ENTIRE OUTSIDE BODY OF THE MACHINE AND RECTIFY ALL THE PROBLEM IN THE MACHINE ; OR

                B. REPLACE THE MACHINE WITH NEW ONE.

                CAN ANY BODY HELP ME TO BE CHEATED LIKE THIS.

                  haier/mobile (set No z702) — Charger not functioning

                  I have purchased Haier Mobile Set No Z702 on 27/03/09 from S.H.Mumtazuddin Times (p) ltd Kolkata T.Inv.No. 62516. It has one year warranty. At the end of june the charger was not functioning properly. I went to there where I bought it . They gave me some address of service centre . I have deposited the charger cable on 13/07/2009 at Sabsonic South (a authorised service partner of TV-E Service) address 18/2 Nepal Bhattachargee street Kolktata south 700026.But till today I have not received my charger cable. They are taking time . They are telling "you will get it next week".But mobile is standing useless. I hope you will do something for me.
                  I have purchased Haier Mobile Set No Z702 on 28/08/09 from Mobile world Durgachak, Haldia T.Inv.No. 1697. It has one year warranty. From the first day the charger was not functioning properly. I went to there where I bought it . They gave me some address of service centre . I have deposited the charger cable on 29/08/2009 at SysTech (a authorised service center) address Khanjanchak, Durgachak, Haldia-721602.But till today I have not received my charger cable.                       I bought Haier washing machine on 19-Mar-2010 from Adishwar Stores,Marathhalli,Bangalore (Offical Website:www.adishwarindia.com)They promised me to deliver the washing machine and get it installed on 20-Mar-2010.I waited for these people whole day but no one called me nor i was able to reach their store number[protected]/15) as no was picking up the call. Then i emailed this issue to their customer service on 22-Mar-2010.Then on Tuesday(23-Mar-2010) I started getting apology email and phone calls and some how got the washing machine delivered at 7 pm and they said the installation will be done today at around 8pm.But as I was expecting there was no response from then till this Friday(27-Mar-2010).On 27-Mar-2010 at 5 pm i got a call from this number:[protected] stating that he will come for the installation at 6pm.I waited for that person till 6:30 pm then I tired to call back his number as expected the number was switched off. I call up the Adishwar Customer service number [protected] even they tried to track him but they said that the mobile is switched off but they said today the installation will be done at any cost, but it didn’t happen. On 28-Mar-2010 I tried to call that number [protected] as expected it was not switched off. The Installation engineer picked the call then he said that he will come today after 8:30pm, then I requested him to come before lunch but he said your place it too far so i cannot come, then I said if that the case i will complain it to your superiors he said ok no problem go ahead and complain I don’t care. That how I have landed up here. These days I had felt very bad and have made me realize never buy any products as no buddy cares about you once you pay money to the retailer.

                      Haier — No Response for Complaint after complaint on website

                      I have send the following complaint to Haier. Auto reply I received but no resposne thereafter.

                      Dear Haier Team,

                      I had a harrowing experience dealing with your services and your call centre. I own a microwave of HAIER which I had bought in 2006. The microwave was unable to heat. I registered a complaint in July 1st week of 2010. Your people promptly came to my house. They opened the piece. Kept it like that four days. A different mechanic appeared. Then we realized that the first mechanic had broken the fan inside. The fan was attached together with an adhesive and we were told that there would not be a problem. We were happy, paid the service charges, and trusted Haier.

                      After one month ten days, the microwave again was not heating. We registered a complaint. Your technician arrived quickly. We explained to him that the Fan was broken, now ideally it should be replaced with a new one. He said you need to talk to Mr Sridhar (Local Head in Hyderabad) for this. We spoke to him. He said the fan will be replaced in 3 days. We were happy.

                      Then we were sad after that dealing with you. Your Mr. Sridhar never came back. We called him and he said verbatim “Don’t bother me. I am leaving the company and you can complaint against me in the call centre”.

                      We did. We were shocked to learn that the technician has reported that we had disagreed to pay the service charges. And your call centre people along with Mr Biju (Senior) kept on harping that a technician would be sent, but you have to pay the service charges. We explained to him everything and he agreed that he would send a technician.

                      No technician came. We again put a complaint against Mr Sridhar. Nothing happened.

                      Issues

                      1) Are service charges everything to your technicians and call centre. There is no customer satisfaction
                      2) Realizing the fact as mentioned in point one, I agreed to pay the so called most important service charge with Mr Biju. Then also no technicians turned up. There has been no action against Mr. Sridhar. Also Mr Biju of your call centre is not co operating since then.                       Non repair of my front loading washing machine since 8 months despite repeated complaints

                      My washing machine is not functioning since last eight months. I registered repeated complaints. The problem is with door censor. Not changed despite several requests. Please help.

                        Haier Fully Automatic Washing Machine - Model No. 55-10H, Sr No. B79L0120 purchased from M/s New Berco Electronics in Dwarka, New Delhi vide Inv. No. 2612/SOM dated 26 / 05 / 2008.

                        The machine was faulty and did not start even once.and complaint No. [protected] was registered. The faulty machine was replaced by the company on 31/05/2008 vide challan No. 53197 dated 31/05/2008 with machine Sr. No. 0093.

                        All of a sudden on 20/06/2009 after 1 year of normal working, the machine started vibrating a lot and spinning became very difficult as the machine kept resetting the counter due to jerks.
                        Complaint No. [protected] dated 20/06/2009 was registered, some technician attended and said the machine was O.K. But the problem continued.

                        Next complaint No. [protected] for the same problem was made on 27/07/2009, this time the technician who attended acknowledged the problem but said that the pulsator needed to be changed and we will have to pay Rs. 900/- for the same.

                        Though the part needed to be replaced under warranty we were forced to pay Rs.900/- vide Job sheet No. 172049 dated 10/08/2009, reciept No. 129 dated 10/08/2009. Not only that, the machine was not fully stabilized as before and the technician said he will send somebody senior.

                        Even today the company technicians confirm that payment was not required for the pulsator as it was covered under warranty but were forced to pay as the customer care person refused to entertain us otherwise.

                        This time the technician who attended informed us that a gear component was causing the problem and replaced the same whith out cost. He also informed us that the pulsator change was not for repair but it had been broken by the previous technicians while checking for the fault as the pulsator was not dismantled and pulled out properly.

                        After this the machine started leaking water and next complaint No. [protected] dated 12/09/2009 for the new problem. The person who attended said that the steel drum and the whole machine would have to be changed but dispite repeated complaints and numerous visits by a No. of technicians nothing was done / replaced / repaired. All of them assured us that the part would be replaced the next day but nobody would turn up. after another phone to the customer care in 2-3 days another person would come and assure us in the same manner. This continued and even another complaint No. DFL[protected] dated 16/02/2010 was issued but the problem was not solved.

                        The customer complaint people have got tired o[censored]s and have started giving us the phone Nos. of the technicians directly. The technicians too are habitual of getting repeated complaints as after the first time they do not recieve the call and avoid talking.

                        I am trying this complaint as a last resort and will file a case in the consumer court. I fail to understand as to how a company can hope to do good business when it does not have a working mechanism to repair its defective machines.

                        Haier fully automatic drum washing machine — machine not working

                        i have purchased haier fully automatic machine in Janauary 2009. But since couple of days it is not wotking properly. I made a complaint on saturday but they are saying that they are coming as soon as possible but still nobody is arrived . I already made five phone calls. Please advise me what to do.

                            I am having a Haier C-200 handset. I lost the charger of my handset. No other charger is supporting the mobile as it supports the original charger manufactured by the company. the authorized agent for servicing and accessories at Jodhpur, Rajasthan is S.K. Services and he is unable to provide the charger since last one month and also he is responding very negatively whenever approached. I was in touch with Haier official at Jaipur, but he also was not able to provide the charger when i personally went to Jaipur, to buy the charger. I am mentally harassed as my mobile is not working merely because of a charger..... Haier tele officers are not serious about providing services to the customers nor the authorized service agents.

                                2) 12 months warranty was given.
                                3) ** LCD started to malfunction after 14 months of purchase.
                                ** Made a complaint to the customer services dated 30th Oct 2009 for the repair o[censored]nit complaint no being DEL[protected]. The complaint was logged under my wife name Bharti and the mobile number that was registered for communication was +91 [protected], +91 [protected] (numerous calls have been made regarding this issues, records for calls made can be retrived from customer service deptt.)
                                ** Technicians (name given to my a by customer service help desk agent named Pratibha was Rakesh, Kamal respectively) from Haier Services came to my house for repair of the unit.
                                ** They gave me an estimation price for the repair of the unit worth Rs 6000 cost of equipment + 750 service Charges Total 6750/- (six thousand sevenm hundred & fifty only) (including Services charges and Cost of the motherboard) that was faulty after their diagnostic result (Photocopy of Job Card attached)
                                ** Thinking of getting it repaired soon I paid the technicians 50% of the total estimation by cash i.e 3700/- (three thousand seven hundred).
                                ** The techinicains taking the money never showed up. After 2 days when they did not come I called up the customer services they logged a new complaint and again send a technician at my house named KHAN. I showed him the previous job card given to me by the previous technician
                                ** He also diagnosed something and said that the unit is irrepairable as the LCD panel, motherboard, and power supply has gone faulty and the total cost for repairing would be approximately around 15000/- (fifteen thousand only). He also said that the technician who had come to my house ealier has already left the haier Services and has joined to a different company.
                                ** I was stunned to hear that because I was totally lost there. Being a middle class person I had purchased that LCD on an installment basis. I had given a down payment of worth Rs.1000/- (Ten Thousand) and then gave the rest amount in installment EMI worth Rs 2362/- for 14 months. And at the end of the 14th month the LCD wnet bad. That was shocking for me still thinking to be an electronic equipment I that that it would be repaired so I was patient. Then KHAN said I will give it try and try to repair so he asked for spare time. After two days he again came tried to change the power supply still unsuccessful
                                ** I again made a complaint to customer service they again send a technician to check the unit. The technician came and said the same thing that this unit could be irreparable yet we can give it try by taking it to our services centre. I denied at that period of time in doing so keeping no faith on them.
                                ** I then contacted my dealer and asked for the help in regards to it. He also contacted the senior manger there in Haier Mr. Deepak. Mr. Deepak told me that we need to diagnose so the unit is required at the service centre. I agreed to it and then he made arrangement to take the LCD at the services centre.
                                ** After one week when I contact to Mr Deepak he said that the unit cannot be reapired
                                NB.
                                Now here the question arises :
                                a.) How a 14 month old Technology could can not be repaired, what so ever may be the reason
                                b.) If we think about new technology we never create things that will go faulty so soon and then it becomes a junk until it works. Haier has created a Good technology “USE & THROW”. But it is only for High Class People not for Low Class and Middle Class
                                c.) The worst customer services I have ever experienced
                                d.) The irresponsibility of the people working at the service centre, the non acquaintance and less knowledge of the technician at Haeir technical Support because just plugging of wires does makes anyone a complete technician
                                e.) Last but not the Least – Fraudalent work and lots of pain

                                WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS
                                I am totally frustrated after a Loss of approx 50000/- and non responsibility of the people at the HAEIR
                                I need the equipment to be replaced as it is not my fault whether that is irreparable or anything because being a technical person I know that a technical equipment may go faulty, however it is repairable
                                Stunned to see that the new technology is not repairable and no body else than me is going to suffer for this. I need a compensation

                                  I have purchased Haier mobile z702 from "The mobile store" on 31/08/2009.The phone got malfunctioned after 45 days of purchase and i gave the mobile to authorised haier service centre "Shri OMKAR SYSTEMS 1st floor ,JVL Aracade ,199,north Usman Road ,T.Nagar chennai-600017, phone :28143108" on 14/11/09.

                                  The service centre has not responed for about 2 months.Upto this date(5/1/2010) they have not replaced the mobile nor repaired and given it to me.

                                  As a releif i need my mobile to be replaced as per the warranty.

                                    We have washing machine No.XQS 60-78 of Haier Appliance (India) Pvt. Ltd. make under warranty from 15.11.2006 to 14.11.2009 vide AMC letter No.9663 dated 08.03.2006 . We executed further AMC for two years vide receipt No.6311 dated 14.11.2009 . Our machine went faulty for noise, control penal and water leakage. Complaint was lodges on 02.11.2009 vide complaint no. DEL-[protected] DATED 2.11.2009. The complaint has not been attended till dated .The matter was pursued with M/s Haier Appliance (India) Pvt. Ltd. at telephone No.22138132 , [protected] ,[protected] with Mr. Deepak , Mr. Sunil and Mr. Vipin Mehta. The machine was taken on 08.11.2009 to workshop by company person and returned back without attending the faults on 21.12.2009 . There is no officer name is displayed or told by staff to whom we can air our problem. It seems that company is making fraud by executing When. the company official came to execute only on single when was called. We had to engaged the servant for washing cloth. I am retired and no longer bear the extra expenditure because of non compliance and non attending of complaint.I pray to your forum to get the complaint attended .

                                      I had purchased Haier Handset on 10th Feb 09.Then I have given it to repair three times to Anish Cell Care which is a haier costumer care in mumbai.
                                      1st-On 21st Oct 09 with Receipt No-HA09-E[protected]

                                      Sub:- Replacement of my Haier Mobile Model No.C-200,


                                      I had purchase a Haier Mobile Model No.C-200 (CDMA) on 08.04.09. Mobile work finely for 2 months regarding communicaton, Camara Radio etc. are not upto mark. After that problem starts initially I start visit your service station at Laxmi Nagar i.e SAI Mobile care for charging problem after eight digit this service station replace some parts and rectified after that problem start in mobile regarding automatically off. After 4th visit they took my mobile and agreed to repair the same vide their receipt No. HA-10-F[protected] dt. 15.02.10. 16:17.

                                      Till date same not repair probably it is beyond repair.

                                      So it is requested to change my mobile set Model No.C-200, with an assurance of 1 year trouble free service all refund my mony back. What ever is convient at your end.

                                        I am Pradeep Ranjan Behera from Mumbai. I purchased a Haier 275L refrigerator from Croma with having one year of warranty. But after 13 months it stop cooling and became an oven. I log a complain through company's toll free No and they send machanic. Every thing is normal till now.

                                        Here I want to compalin about your service provider for making unauthorized charge he made me. He charge me 1400 Rupees for his Service and change the Timer of the refrigerator. As we don't know the price list so we have to pay for that.

                                        Please take some action on such type of service monopoly.
