I have purchase Haier Washing Machine (Front load) , and extended warranty with croma with aother 2 years,,,,
My washing Manchine have drum problems and drum is also under the extended warranty... I have lodge the complaint at croma retailers at HImaliya Mall, Ahmedabad with pesonally on dt.12/09/12 and also 15/09/2012,, after that they give me his toll free no. and i also complaint at this no. and they give me the claim no.58138 on 20/09/12, and also mob.no. of rajesh patel [protected],, after one week I have continuesly try for this mobile those persons could not attained my call.. then after i have repeat the customer call on 26/9/12, they give me the another mob.no. provide and give me assurance the problems of your washing machine is solved within a week,, but after long time one person come at home and tell us the Drum problem is unique problem, and so many complaint of the same with him...after then i have repeat the call on 05/10/12 ,, they give me the further assurance for my problems,,, but no result found... i have tired for purchase a wrong machine....after that i have call to his customer center on 25/10/12..and they give me reply " I try to contact to Haier and reply immediately soon" but till today I couldn't any reply......
sir, kindly solve the my problems,, my wife is suffering from a Diarrhea....

Haier — Faulty machine and pathetic service
I bought the fully automatic washing from you four years ago from an authorized dealer. The machine was put on extended warranty after the first year itself covering the machine for 5 years duration in complete. The machine has been falling off pretty frequently in this time frame and the servicing part is a cause of alarm. Each time, I had to really haggle to get my machine repaired. The service center doesn't pick the phone, the engineers don't turn up the day they claim, sometimes the parts are broken by inexperienced engineers and than they claim the replacement can happen more than 10 days later due to short supply of parts.It has really bought me to my nerves and I fully believe Haier is incompetent in all ways, to handle the servicing or that my machine is not repairable with your service people's expertise.
I would demand a replacement of the model as you are unable to meet the machine correction.
I have a ticket logged on 11th Feb 2009 (more than a month back) (complaint# [protected]) and till date the machine is still non-operational. Only the call center takes the calls religiously but they cant do anything more than escalate with no results. The machine was with service center for a week but the results are just the same.
The machine doesn't work for more than1 day before a break down and than its 10 days of correction chase to make someone come and have a look.
