we have given a.c which was having cooling problem but the company has no response towards our complain. they have taken the a.c,from may and now august has started.they retuned it in july saying they overcame our complaint and now its working but there was still cooling problem when they fitted it in our home they have taken R.S 2900/- in advance firstly and rs.1000/- in advance second time.we are giving or complaint no.(del[protected].they have not given any cetfied papers while taking the a.c.

    I am now repainting buying a haier product, my dealer is really good no problems with his service but, this Zaib Services [Service Center] : - [protected] is pathatic & worst they doesn't even know how to talk to a customer who has newly purchase your company poduct [Complaint No.MUM[protected]]. 1st of all its sad to raise a complaint within one month after buying a product of Haier more on that the attiude shown to us by your service center was superb "jao jo kana hai karlo". If I do a consumer complaint against your service center and company what will happen, as this entire convesion is already recorded with me. on the other hand my dealer "Panjam Electronics" was so polite and assured me to resolve the issue ASAP. Now I want to know how can I speak to your India CEO Mr T K Banerjee in next 24 hours and want to know complete address of Zaib Services. Still no one bothered to call me back or even check as to what was the issue hence want to raise a complaint with you.

    Haier — no providing us the technical support

    We have bought a semi automatic machine and there is some leakage problem i have talked to customer care executive and also to various heads over there my complaint no is [protected]
    we are calling customer care from last 5 days we have filled complaint on 04.07.2009 and today is 11.07.2009 please help us out sir
    Looks like Haier is having worst customer service compare to other brands in consumer industry.

    Purchased HAIER washer from Conn's on[protected] and picked it up 10 days later due to Conn's negligence. Washer quit spinning water out about a week ago, finally called service tech who came out 3 days later, and told me my brand new machine had "worn or used belt". Called HAIER directly who told me it would be 2-3 business days before they could even have anyone contact me back. So now we have a washer that has not worked for a week and is in pieces in my laundry area, and has a "new" part on order that no one seems to know when it will arrive, and after it arrives they don't know when they'll be able to come put it in. Did I mention I have a family of 5 and the machine is less than 4 months old. Never ever purchase a HAIER product, they suck.
    I had bought this product around 3 years back, however, as requiring services, I have been calling Haier for past two weeks, every time I call up because no response, they register a new complaint and provide with new reference number however no one comes. My complaint has been forwarded to Om Sai Service, latest reference number is THA[protected], they rudely say every time visit charge is going to be 400/- or 350/-, this also changes with the caller. I am getting frustrated with this service standard of yours.

      Respected Sir/ Madam,
      We had bought Air conditioner of company HAIER from Darpan Sales, post office bazar, Bathinda on date 07-06-08. Now 25-26 days past, we were facing the problem in AC's working and we had filed a complaint against our AC problem so many times and firstly their engineer had said that there is a problem in compressor, but after that no one took action to solve this problem, we had complained so many times for the same but no one had step forward to resolve this problem,,we are feeling ashamed and weeping for the past when had bought HAIER air conditioner. Company's local manager (Ashock) and Engineer (Malik) had made so many fake promises to us. This is very shameful act. In future, we will never ever suggest anybody for Haier product because of their very very poor services. In last i have hope from ur side to take some action because the company had made such a bad impression on me as well our entire family and friends. Hoping for ur reply atleast.

        Hi,

        First of all I hope this mail is being viewed by a responsible official of Haier Appliances.

        Here, I want to state that I brought a Haier Split AC last year from a shop located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This year as its complementary 1 year warranty lapsed on 10th May 2012, I brought a fresh AMC of Haier on 6th of June 2012. Now, during normal usage I came to know that gas of my AC needs to be refilled as cooling done was not proper.

        Regarding the refilling of AC Gas, I had lodged a complaint with one Mr. Jitender, so called supervisor of Haier, Noida section on 28th of June.

        From here the sad part of service standards delivered locally by Mr. Jitender starts.

        He, without any engineer visiting the house, closed down the complaint. When we called the customer care section on 30th June regarding the status of complaint, they said the previous complaint has been closed. This was done without anybody addressing the complaint or asking us if the same has been addressed. I believe this was done by Mr. Jitender as he has probably taken personal vendetta against us for reasons unknown to us.

        Now, as the previous complaint was closed, customer care lodged fresh complaint on 30th of June 2012.

        The sad part is that now we again have to wait for 24 ore hours for complaint to be addressed i.e –

        • Now the complaint would be addressed by 1st/2nd of July despite our lodging the complaint on 28th of June
        • The delay in addressing now is of full five (5) days i-e (after 120 hours having been lapsed) from the original date of complaint of 28th June
        • Please note that this calculation is based on the fact that the complaint would be addressed by 2nd July (I have serious doubts on this too.... as long as Mr. Jitender is present there as a supervisor).

        Seeing the remarkable performance of the appliance, I seriously wanted to buy another split AC of Haier for my in-laws. But now seeing the sad after sales service standards, I have serious doubts if I will buy it again or recommend it to any of my friends or acquaintances.

        What I want to ask is:

        • Does Mr. Jitender or other autocratic people like him represent the face of service standards as delivered by Haier

        If this is so, then Haier as a brand should be prepared of losing more customer support in coming time as he thinks he is the sole authority and is defacing the name and image of Haier built in the mind of the customers.

        I seriously hope this mail helps in:

        • Addressing issue faced by me through use of Haier Appliance
        • Bringing an end to the authoritative handling of after sales service affairs by Mr Jitender who is spoiling the image of Haier built in the market.

        Hoping to get an early and positive response from responsible management’s side.

        I request the person who is viewing this complaint to forward it to the highest possible authority so that name of reputed customer brand like Haier is not tarnished by irresponsible people like Mr. Jitender.

        Haier india---Split AC — No after sales support

        I reside in Dehradun and had bought one split AC oh Haier makeInspite of my repeated complaints to the company as well as local dealer nothing has been done to address the problem for last one month.It is a case of total failure of after sales service.Even there is no response

        to repair refrigerator.

        My refrigerator is not cooling .

        my mother in law at Bagula, Nadia, WB bought a fridge, make Haier in June. it is a bad store. flooding the floor everytime the door is open. Haier is not replacing it.

            My HAIER AC is damaged under warranty. I had reported to the customer desk of haier india . Three days after a service person come to my home and opened the machine and taken the electronic board .It was 37 days since that. No one is responding to my phone calls,I had registered THE complaint on line to HAIER, No treatment no cure I Think that HAIER company is not having responsibility on their product after sale

            our washing machine stopped working after 5 yeras of purchase.. we contacted the service centre in jaipur(58, Lane No. 2, Ajmer Road Jaipur, Jaipur - 302021, Gopal Wari ) they checked n installed motor of our washing machine on 11th jan.. n the very next day it stopped working again..
            they came to check after daily calls for 10 days.. n assured us they will replace the motor as it is in warranty period(though they didnt provide any receipt)..
            now they r neither refunding our money nor replacing the motor.. its been a month of frequent calls n complaints but either they dnt recv calls or give excuses like they r on the way n will come in hf an hr.. n the wait is endless..

              Dear Sir,

              I would like to bring to you kind notice the following facts :
              1.We purchased a HAIER(front load) Washing machine on [protected]MAHAVEER ELECTRONICS, ANANTHAPUR)and they came for demo after one month.
              2.When they are showing demo the PRESSER VALVE was not working.after several days they came and changed the VALVE.
              3.i called up to the branch manager( HARINATH REDDY mob number [protected]) on April 1st week and said REPLACE the product.he said a STORY LIKE MY WIFE PURCHASED A LCD ,IF ITS HAVING ANY PROBLEM I WILL CHANGE THE PART ITSELF NOT A LCD,SO WE CONT CHANGE THE PRODUCT.AND FINALLY he said wait for two months then we will replaced the product.
              4.On MAY Our washing machine make HAIER (Front Load) went PC problem.
              5. We made a complaint through your call center toll free no. [protected] . assured for early rectification.Complain no:Hyd[protected] on[protected] time 5:32 PM.
              6.your people came after one month and rectified the problem and said the Engineer better to replace the machine.
              7.Again i called up to the branch manager( HARINATH TEDDY mob number [protected]) he replaid we cont changed the product we can rectified the problem,and i said we dont want to rectify the problem why becoz it is continuesly getting problems when i was got the product.so that u should change the product.
              8. We again reminded your call center several times when no one turned up.COMPLAINT numbers like Hyd[protected] time 5:34PM, on 07-06-11, ...............[protected] with ref num Hyd[protected] time 7:35,[protected] Hyd[protected] time1:43 PM,[protected] Hyd[protected] and on[protected] with ref num Hyd[protected].
              9. Still we didnt get any reply from your people.
              10.I called up to Mr VINOD on [protected](he is new branch manager).he said a STORY LIKE I PURCHASED A BIKE ,IF ITS HAVING ANY PROBLEM I WILL CHANGE THE PART ITSELF NOT A BIKE,SO WE CONT CHANGE THE PRODUCT.i think that fellow does not know washing machine it is totally different to bike.NOTE:why these useless talkings with my sister is it correct for HAIER people?
              11. In light of above events it appears the same useless service centers are operating in ANANTHAPUR with the connivance of your call center for cheating the customers and spoil name of your esteem organization. As we tried several time to customer care the simply said we will forword the complait but we didnt get proper service.

              IMPORTANT NOTE:PLA TAKE AN ACTION ON VINOD AND HARINATH
              . We further request your legal service center over here to replace the WASHING MACHINE and investigate matter in details to avoid cheating of other customers and daming repute of HAIER

                We recently brought one Haier LCDTV Model-L22C360 from Swarna electronics ,Bhubaneswar. But within 10 days of installation it show problem. its audio automatically rises to highest level. We lodge complain to local haier service station. They came and go not provide service . They are giving us hypothetical suggestions only. Therefore ,we bring this issue to your notice and hope solution soon.

                    Hi,

                    I am from Kerala,Calicut... I have purchased Haier Washing machine and some problem came within one month,after 1 week they repaired.But the technician refused to give service report for the work done and he said if we need report we have to pay for the same 300 rupees even if it somes under warranty.So I have conacted the Manger (seems service doing by third party for Haier) Mr.Saji and according to him also the customer has to pay for the service report. This is showing non standard procedure and compnay like Haier should not do this kind of communication to the customer or they have to take care of what should be the communication to the customer if Haier giving service contract to the third party.
                    Service report they are not giving beacuse if they give report it s proof of service done. So without proof we are not able to do anything and the same showing the bad customer serice of Haeir.

                      hi,

                      I have purchased a Haier LCD TV last year on April 30, 2011 and in month of April 2012 this is the second time I am facing the issue with the LCD TV.
                      I registerd first complaint and got resolved.

                      on April 7, 2012 I registered another complaint for the same reason and they committed that they will resolve my problem within 24 working hours but till date on April 12, 2012 none of their executives have visited me. Moreover on April 11, 2012 one executive called me at 5.30PM and says that I am coming at your place. I said that I am at office and there is no body at my place, then he said that "sir if you can come till 6 then its fine othewise I would not wait and cannot service your request".

                      then I called up their customer care, the executive was very nice he understood my concern and assured me that I will receive a call from someone senior within 60 minutes, but no body turned up. Now today again I have called their customer care centre for registeringthe same complaint again, but the responses are same.

                      I am really pissed off with the services of these guys and really thinking of moving to consumer court. The product which they have given is pathetic within 12 months this has started giving me trouble which i am sure no other brand would give.

                      The reference request numbers are: MUM[protected] dated March 22, 2012 and MUM[protected] dated april 7, 2012.

                      I really seek your help in this regards.

                        ("I have purchased a Haier water geyser on 10th of January 2011. I am feeling that this is my biggest mistake of life. The geyser stopped working on 4th of October which I reported to Haier customer support. they said that a major part is to be replaced, they ll get it in 2 days but took a long time and got that part replaced on 15th of October. The geyser worked fine for next few days and then again major fault came on 29th of October just 14 days after the first issue was resolved. The problem was same again that geyser was not even getting on. This time Haier took 5 day to get it fixed. I was able to use it for few more days and then again on 21st November, same problem came, no power in Geyser, this problem is not yet solved as the part to be changed is still pending. The customer support said they cannot give any tentative date that when the geyser will be fixed. I am fedup of Haier service.")

                        The last problem mentioned in above complaint was solved after around 20 long days and now 2 days back on 27th Feb the Geyser stopped working again. Again it is dead no display no power nothing. I am not sure what Haeir company is upto, they have so pathetic parts which never work more than one or two months.

                        Any suggestions what should I do?

                          I brought a Hair Washing Machine in 2008, It is Front Loading machine, Two years it was working properly. One day it is stoped working and I called Service Center in Cochin, and they taken machine to their service center. After their service It started working with some sound. I again called them and they told me that there is no problem. Last December It is stoped working and I again called customer care, after so many calls they come and told me it is drum is broken and they given me a quote of INR 3,800/- rupees for repairing. Then I contact a Local Washing Machine repairing person. he told me that many parts, like Drum, Shaft, Bearing, Belt are not Genuine. I think all the genue parts are taken by HAIR SERVICE CENTER (it is TECKWINS) person.

                          So Please be careful of HAIER SERVICE CENTERS

                            My fully automatic washing machine has been giving trouble ever since i bought the machine
                            on three occasions i have paid nearly 5,000 rupees for injecting life into the machine
                            the last time, the machine was working and the drier was not operating;
                            the mechanic from Haier Franchisee came ([protected]@gmail.com;[protected]; told us that the part is unavailable and will come back after two days
                            while leaving, he put the entire machine to rest after two days he comes along with an assistant; they worked on the system for some time
                            removed the entire electrical system and while trying to operate the same with a part that they have brought---which they said is expensive--the system made a noise and came to a halt
                            then they said this part does not fit in, we will get back in two days' time getting the part from head office but said that i have to pay for it
                            they never returned to repair the machine; they left the entire machine wide open and rats have started having a daily party around the machine for the past several days
                            i brought this fact to the notice of your customer care executive who sent the same fellow again today
                            he refused to look into the system, when i said you please get the washing portion working and i am not interested in the drying part of the system not working or working
                            he did not carry out the repairs and instead connected me to his manager/owner/franchisee repair shop owner who wanted me to send the previous bills for which i have paid
                            two bills amounting to 2000 i have with me the third bill charged by the above mechanic previously when he visited charged around 2500 and that bill is not traceable
                            the above repair shop might be having a copy of it
                            i am not worried about the money part but the service to say the least is pathetic and thoroughly disgusting
                            you people must learn your lessons from LG ; unfortunately i bought this piece against my wife's advice; all other items in my house are made of LG and LG only and no other brand
                            i am so happy with their service i have nothing to complain at all
                            anyway, if you have the ears wide open and empathize with me and believe the customer and want to help the customer---please ask the repair man to bring the machine back to life----leaving the drying part dead
                            for your kind information, i must add, i am posting this to all the consumer complaints corners----websites in india so that no one else would fall into the trap of buying your dirty products

                              I purchased one 100 litre Refrigerator of HAIER Make from one of its Dealer ( M/S Raj Electronics, Janpath,) at Bhubaneswar 0n the 4th November,2011 vide Invoice No. RI(C)-9846 dated 4.11.2011. After 10 days from the date of purchase its Thermostat did not work and a complain was lodged with the Service Centre of the Manufacturer through the dealer and it was attended to by the Mechanic of the Service Centre and it started functioning. Then again after about a week or so, the same problem started and on lodging the complaint, another Mechanic from the service Centre came and made some arrangements with the Thermostat and it started working for about 6/7 days. For the 3rd time, the same problem started and a complain has been lodged with the Service Centre and insisted for a replacement / repair. But even after 4 days there was no response from the service centre . I also lodged a complain on line with the Manufacurer's web site but even from them there is no response.
                              I shall be grateful if you can use your good offices on the Manufacturer either for the Replacement of the Fridge or replacement of the Thermostat at an early date.

                              Haier/Refrigerator — No Proper Service provided

                              I have purchased Haier Refrigerator in October 2005.(I am located at Hyderabad, India)
                              Recently, I find cooling to be decreased or nearly nil.

                              I had raised a complaint in Haier Service Center and was alloted compalint No. [protected].
                              A Service person came and attended the problem and said there is some gas problem then checked the gas line& replaced gas and collected money for doing the service.
                              But the problem is not yet solved. There is no cooling even after the service.
                              Reply to complaints are too slow here at Hyderabad, India. They take nearly a week to attend to a complaint.

NEVER BUY A HAIER REFRIGERATOR, it has very poor support and extremely slow service, 3 months and still they failed to raplace the bottle self. But then atleast their complaint system is honest, and compalint remains pending as long it is not done, unlike mtnl, where once they talk, no matter whaat they treat compalint resolved, even i[censored] have noice on line etc.

                              Haier / Refrigerator — Dent on Front Plastic Door

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased a new Haier 190 liter Refrigerator. I have noticed that there is a slight dent on the front plastic door. When I checked with the dealer, I was told that it comes with the product itself by default. So I just wanted to confirm whether Haier models have dent on its front plastic door (or) it happened due to mishandling of product while transit.

                              Haier/Fridge — Post sell services

                              I have made a complaint about the fridge not cooling properly and erratically. Engineer had diagnosed a wrong problem and changed the timer. And within 24 hours agin fridge stopped working. The Haier customer care was giving false comittment everytime. It is the pathetic brand I had ever seen.Till now also the fridge is not working and not even 6 months had past when I purchase it.
                              I bought a 300lts Hier Refrigerator (bottom mounted) which is still under warranty. Door(gasket) doesnot seal properly. There is huge gap in sealing gasket through which temperature leaks out at the same time allowing moisture and insects to get in. Defect was bought to notice of Haier in a month of purchase. Even after 6 months, problem is not solved. There is no one to update the status. Service is pathetic to say the least. You have to follow up every time with them to get the status.
                              I wouldnot touch any HAIER products in future. I am planning to file a complaint in consumer forum but I am not sure against whom to file. Against Haier or against showroom/dealer who sold me this junk stuff.

                              Haier — Not getting service properly

                              Dear Sir / Madam,
                              I have Flat Screen Television of Haier Company. The service waranty of the television is expired and from 19th april 2010 my television is not working i've launched the complaint regarding this. My complaint No. is MUM[protected]. Their Technical person Mr. Sanjay Prajapati has came to our home and took the Visiting charge of Rs. 500/- and said that the Transformer (FBTB19) of the TV has burnt and will take 2 days to replace the part. But till date it not got repaired and their Customer Care executives are saying that we have put your complaint on Urgent Basis & have also forwarded to our Senior Technical Department, Service Center persons are saying (Mr. Manoj & the receptionist (name unknown)) is saying "hum ko nahi pata jab part available ho jayega to aapka part hum replace kar denge". Every time they use to give this reason only.

                              HAIER USA — FRIDGE QUIT WORKING

                              Bought Hairer Fridge in Dec of 2003 fridge quit working on May 8, 2010. The compressor went out. They want more than we paid for the fridge to fix it. WHAT A RIP OFF.

                              I have a Haier Refrigerator. On Saturday(16/04/11) a problem occurs, so I called the customer service and filed a complain.

                              So a tech. person visited my place on Sunday replaced my freezer and compressor. Refrigerator was up and running and they charged me Rs.2000.



                              But things getting started worst on Tuesday, when suddenly Refrigerator stop working. So I called your number again and file another complain.

                              Now here is the problem, today is the third day and Refrigerator is still not working. On Tuesday a tech. person visited and checks the Refrigerator. He said compressor needs to be changed again. He gave me number to talk to in order to get it done.



                              The number was of Rajeev ([protected]). He promised me that he will visit in the eve, but he did not turned up. Than I spoke to a Supervisor named Vipin Mehta ([protected]), he also promised me that he will send some one next day (Wednesday), but no one turned up. Now today I spoke to Rajeev again, he promised me that my Refrigerator will be up and running today, but did not happen.



                              Now this is heights of poor customer service. I would really want some one form the management looks into this matter.

                              I bought Haier refrigerator and it has stopped working within 8 months of purchase. Earlier it had stopped last month and they send out a technician to fix the problem. Now again it has stopped cooling. I called more than 10 times and the company does not care at all. Kindly assist.

                              I bought haier refrigerator model HRB360MP on 04 April 2008. On first day I saw cracks(out of box) on refrigerator that was bought to immediate notice and was told this is minor and it is in all refrigerators. After few months Situation worsens and I was told they will put some protein in that. After few days cracks were there almost everywhere. This was bought to notice of your company and after several efforts and after intervention of head office my refrigerator was replaced after approx 9 months of purchase. I was assured there will be no problem after this.

                              On 24th June 2010 I called in and lodged complaint that I don’t have cooling in my refrigerator. After several call back one of your technician came to my place and told me that compressor is fine and it’s there is some choke. I called local technician who came to my place and told me compressor is dead still he filled gas again as it was told by your technician to do so. I paid him Rs 1200 gas charges and Rs 350 for his home visit in total Rs 1550.It never worked as compressor was dead. Again after several call backs almost(10) one of your technician came to my place to replace compressor and he charged me Rs 1750 for gas filling and timer replacement on 17th July almost after 28 days. I was without refrigerator in these summers. Moreover I was told to pay for gas charges Rs 1200 + 550 for timer. As per the warranty which I have my refrigerator compressor has 5 years warranty, it’s obvious that whenever compressor is replace gas will be refilled and being consumer I feel cheated. I did spoke to your area sales manager gurjinder singh and he denied to help on this.

                              It is requested to look into this matter and get my money refunded as it was clearly told by one of your team manager in your call center that this policy of gas filling charges is applicable for customer who bought refrigerator after 2009.

                              All those who are sufferer of Haier, should keep proper records of contacts made for service and should lodge complaint with Consumer Courts.

                              Never mind the problems you may face. Please tenaciously follow the complaint.

                              I have purchased Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine and TV.

                              Refrigerator, never worked. I was harrased for over 4 months, and we, the old couple, accustomed to using Refrigerator for over 30 years, had to manage without it. Right from the stage of how much to cook, so that nothing is left over. For the milk, we are accustomed to early morning tea with freshest possible milk, at about 5 a.m. We used to buy it earlier night. For 4 months, we had to leave the house early morning, almost before 5, to fetch the milk, or forget about it. And so was the case for every item which finds the place in the Refrigerator.

                              I filed the case in Pune. I lost it, because the Forum took a stand that there was no deficiency in service (?) and that I have failed to get a technical opinion to prove that the Refrigerator was not working. Very interesting thing to be noted is, this none of these points were raised by the Opposite Party, not in writing, not orally.

                              I filed the appeal in Maharashtra State Commission. I lost the case because it was not admitted. The President never considered a single point that I had raised. And again raised some points to help Opposite party, which were never raised by the Party.

                              I filed the appeal at National Commission. The case was not admitted because there were defects in the case and the defects were never removed. The RTI query had shown that Commission had not taken into consideration, the defect removal letter sent by me, saying that no such letter was received. I have the internet proof. Now I need to make some mercy request, for no fault of mine. Basically going by the law there were no defects in the case at all.

                              All through I was guided by a very learned and experience Judge retired from Consumer Courts, who had forewarned me that I have a case for fighting and winning, but still I should not expect any justice. If I get it, it is a matter of luck. And it is proved that he was absolutely right. A really educated, learned and experience person.

                              However, I am not giving up so fast. If wants to know more about it, either for his own use, or from the view point of helping, I will be too glad to send him all the necessary details.

                              AC once it has failed to work, Company failed to repair. I won the case in Consumer Courts. Company has yet to comply with the Court Order.

                              When the TV Failed for the first time, I got it repaired as it was within warranty. After warranty, forget about contacting the Company. Try to get it repaired from third party.

                              So was the case with washing machine. For one repair, I was quoted a sum of Rs.5000/-. For quoting this, I was charged Rs.200/-. I got it repaired for Rs.1000/-. Second time, it failed on some different matter. The person who repaired it, whom we know for over 15 years, told us that now this will continue to fail at different levels. After spending about Rs.5000/- for various repairs, I replaced it. Now I am a very happy person.

                              haier refrigerator — heating of refrigerator body and no cooling in a low temperature weather

                              i bought a haier refrigerator HRD-2455 on 18 may 2012 . from the starting days , only its outer body got heat strongly but there is no any cooling inside it and also no give ice and no cold water . i complaint for many times but they did not give any response . please help me.

                                I have purchased a Haier water geyser on 10th of January 2011. I am feeling that this is my biggest mistake of life. The geyser stopped working on 4th of October which I reported to Haier customer support. they said that a major part is to be replaced, they ll get it in 2 days but took a long time and got that part replaced on 15th of October. The geyser worked fine for next few days and then again major fault came on 29th of October just 14 days after the first issue was resolved. The problem was same again that geyser was not even getting on. This time Haier took 5 day to get it fixed. I was able to use it for few more days and then again on 21st November, same problem came, no power in Geyser, this problem is not yet solved as the part to be changed is still pending. The customer support said they cannot give any tentative date that when the geyser will be fixed. I am fedup of Haier service.

                                I will appreciate any help.

                                    upper portion not cooling. some times it starts working and then stops.

                                    We have submitted a complaint on 23/09/2011 NO:-BAN[protected].Till date issue is not fixed
                                    1.service person came on 27/9 (after 4days ). he left saying it is a timer issue. he did not even bother to check anything. he told he will come back again.
                                    2. 2nd time service person came it was working and he was not sure of the problem . then we told him to come , when the problem reappears . for 10 days fridge was not working continuously and we called , smsed but no one has come to chk . they asked for a fresh complaint at call centre.
                                    3.We reopened the case again on Thursday 20th October , The service person turned up on Friday,21st .The fridge started working after power off on.. He told he checked everything and there is no issue with the fridge.
                                    We paid service charge of 386. He told he will come if problem reappears .
                                    4. on 22nd morning the fridge stopped working - we called up the service guy at 9.00 am . He told he would come by 4.00 .
                                    But no one came for 2 days. later he came and told that last time he made some wrong connection and that is why it was not working.

                                    4. next day it stopped working again. from 23rd we are tring to get somebody to check the fridge. No one has turned up till now.

                                    Now its close to two months since we havae raised the complaint.

                                    requesting to take necessary action against the company.

                                    My advice to everyone would be DON'T BUY HAIER. Have a refrigerator that is not quite 3 years old.. Freezer is working, refrigerator is not cooling. Reading the complaints on the web, apparently this is a problem with Haier. Wished I had checked prior to purchase. The gasket around the door has a big gap. Customer Service said that must be the problem. An authorized Haier service person gets $129 just to come out. Called a local Service Repair and they said no one will touch Haier products because you can't get the parts except through Haier and they take weeks to get. BUY GE, FRIGIDAIRE, WHIRLPOOL. At least they are reliable and you can get local repairs if necessary.

                                    First and last Haier product.

                                      WE have Purchased Haier LCD Tv 32" from Kohinoor Electronics dader mumbai, in july, 2011 and Get Install in Oct, 2011 ,at The time of Installation technician try to start TV but it was Not Start, then after Technician told Us that There is Software Problems and will solve with in Two days, But Every time we are reminding for repair TV or replace New TV, But every time Given Us False Promises ,then after we Have talk To Higher Authority , as well as service dept. they told us that parts is not ready with us as soon as it will come we will replace parts and start TV, already 22 days passed then after we have talk to manager on Phone No. o[protected] twice and on 25th oct, he promise us that our technician will replace parts on or before 31st oct, on monday, and if your Product will not start before monday, we are promising you to replace Brand New Fresh Pc. of LCD TV to you , as we are informing you that till today no call came from technician and we made SMS message to manager for the same he replied us by sms that technician will came on monday, we will wait till monday if its not start then we will wait for new pc. as per manager promise

                                      Haier T.V — T.V set not working

                                      21" Haier T.V was purchased from Shnehanjali (Kandivli West), when T.V was not working properly I had put complaint as product was under waranttee period. Engineer from Haier visited but did not checked the T.V, he had excuss that waranttee written on Haier booklet is not enough you should also got additional card for waranttee, (which was never provided to us by Company not Distributor). Distributor has said that company person will write in the booklet on delivery, which I had with me, but no seperate card. On complaint to Distributor he said I tried to explain but company people are not athering. By this he has put his hands up. Now I am facing the trouble. I have original bills of purchase with Haier booklet.
                                      Haier just want to slip out of its commitment by this loopholes which was intentionally done on my purchase.

                                      haier lcd tv — not standing up to your promise

                                      hello sir/madam ,
                                      we bought a LCD TV from pantaloons retail india,Bhubaneswar ,Orissa during diwali time on 16 october 2009, and the e-zone said that we will get a .5gm gold coin and a steel matfinish dinner set as diwali gift.
                                      But as they are running short of stock so they will provide us after 15 days.
                                      since that date 2 months have passed and we didn't get our hampers.
                                      This is really sad to say that being such a big and long chain of stores, Pantaloons is doing such irregularities.
                                      if we don't get our stuffs within next week then we will preferably go to the consumer forum to lodge a complain about pantaloons India .
