Customer care doesn't respond promptly and properly iwant my total amount of 4476 without any delay and deduction asap please HELP me

    Ticket was booked via happyeasygo.com

    Made payment by the website on 2nd april morning 10:55 for my travel on 6th april. No tickets or confirmation message received till now.. Customer service number not responding as well.. Tried live chat - executive named lalit said he will arrange a call back, no call back till now. E mail sent to there cs team but no response as well.

    I need to get the tickets issued asap as i’m traveling this week.

    Please help...

      Refund not yet received for order ids[protected],[protected]&[protected]. For the tickets booked for the journey from cbe to mumbai and back. I have booked tickets with happyeasygo. Jetairways has cancelled the flights and credited the amount to happyeasygo. But i have not received the refund so far. Kindly help me in getting the refund amount.
      The public complaint does not need to have attacments, if the passenger does not wish.
      But nobody has a duty to pay unidentified amount to unidentified person, based on the complaint, which does not show:-

      1. Full name of the submitter.

      2. e-ticket

      3. Notification of the cancellation or the explanation andthe source of knowlegde of the cancellation of the flight in 1 sentance

      4. The comlaint, producing the date and the claim of the submitter.

      Please attach the above, if the author wants to go further at this site.

        I had booked a ticket from their website for dxb to blr on 1st April. The money has been debited twice from my SBI account for the same transaction. I tried reaching out to the customer care but no one has responded till now. I want my money back. Further, there is no confirmation of booking from their end regarding the booked flight. I request the authorities to take stringent action against this fraud company who is duping their customers of their hard earned money and request Google and sky scanner not to advertise this cheat company in their website.

          I recently booked a Spice Jet ticket from their site an due to some reason i have to cancel it but after trying all the no. which was provided by them was fake and when i mail them they dint ans ... now my flight is on 3rd of April and after cancelling the ticket they are showing the status for upcoming trip instead of cancelled trip its been two days they dint bother to mail regarding the refund and when i tried to contact them they are not responding ...please please help me out...

            I had booked my flight ticket on indigo through happy easy go on 29th march, 2019 from bangalore to pune for 1st april 2019. Without prior information, they (Happyeasygo) cancelled the ticket because of which i could not reach my office on time. This led to loss of business hours and my company had to make a change in plans at the last moment.

            For refunding the money too, they are taking around 7 to 10 business days.

            The text of the complaint is contradictory.

            Please

            - add e-ticket,

            - add notification of the cancelattion, or explanation, who, where and when informed you about the cancellation

            - your wish, expressed in the way "I want ... (figures) from (legal entity, ID of entity or of public official)"

              I booked a flight ticket with travel id no[protected] for this an amount from icici bank was deducted on march 24 now company has cancelled ticket without intimating me and nor they refund me amount.Kindly help me because i planned my journey according to it. i confirmed the amount details from icici bank that amount of 12865 is debitted from my credit card account.

                This website Cancelled my ticket without any information and no refund. Earlier they had given my confirmed ticket to another passenger. And I had to stay all night at the airport for connecting flight They are least bothered. I booked another ticket and they cancelled it last minute saying fare hike Duped me of 7400. My hard earned money. I don't know what to do

                  I had booked the flight on their website from kolkata to delhi on 9th april. ( SG264). The amount was deducted and the photograph is attached. I did not get the PNR number of the flight. There is no customer care and no response for the problem. i need an urgent resolution as i have to book the tickets. Either book the flight or return the money. There has to be an urgent solution

                    I am dr. Antony stephen raj j, i have booked 2 flight tickets from chennai to ahmedabad on 25th march, but that flight was cancelled by govt. Order, got promise from that full refund will be credited to your account within 7days but 17 days over still not get my amount rs 5828 rs... I confirmed with spice jet customer care amount was returned to happy easy go but still happy easy go not returned me till now... It was worse experienced with happy easy go... Government will take the necessary action against this...

                    2. Please show "govt. order", which you had refred to,
                    as attachments to your public complaint.

                      I have tried to book a round trip flight tickets from vijayawada to delhi (All flight details included in pictures below) on 29-03-19 at 8:00 pm from guntur through happyeasygo.com website, but after the payment has been completed and the amount of rupees 18818 have been debited from my bank account, i still did not get any confirmatory message to my registered mobile number or confirmatory email to the registered email id. I checked the website immediately and found the ticket details as "status-fail" and the booking as cancelled. I tried contacting the customer care number given in the website repeatedly but couldnt even get connected to the support personnel on call. The voice in call says 'all agents are busy' continuously inspite of waiting for 30 mins on call and calling several times. There are a lot of similar negative complaints while booking from previous customers, some saying that their amount was not refunded to their bank account even after many days.
                      Please provide me justice and help me out.

                        1. Remind the web site, where you had made the flight reservation

                        2. Dial number of the operator of the site, not 911 .

                        3. State: I did not get e-ticket following my payment
                        - date of travel
                        - flight number
                        - last name

                        Operator must identify passenger based on these creterea.

                        Folowing verification of phone number and e-mal address, the passenger can get the ticket from the operator
                        in few minutes.

                          Hi team,

                          I have booked tickets from mumbai to bangalore, and receive confirmation after a day.

                          Hence after few days i got to know that the airlines is being closed recently.
                          I was wondering there was no communication regarding the same from happy easy go and i got the text message from airlines that due to technical reason we have cancel the flights. Kindly reach out to your agency for new flight or refund.

                          I have to be in bangalore on 11th april and still i haven't receive any mail from happy easy go i have written many follow up emails to them despite they are ignoring my request. And when we try to call them they dint even reply on calls and keep us on hold for a long time.

                          I would request you guys please help me asap as i have to be in bangalore for my treatment which i was waiting from a long time, almost 9 months.

                          Please help me i would be in big trouble i would loose the appointment and this will be a havoc for me, i am a student and dint have money to even book another ticket as i have to save money for my treatment.

                          This is thje old ticket which is still active on Happyeasygpo system and Deleted or removed from Jet airways Database as they have cancelled the whole flight.

                          1. Operator of happyeasygo.com web site is anot an airline.

                          2. In order to demand something from someone, the ctizen has to e in the status passenger before the air carrier (airline)

                          3. The duty to help (to assist) is foreseen in the Indian law, when the passenger is met a certain creterea.

                          Please add evidences of the above.

                          The invoice is not e-ticket. The duty of the travel agen is to issue the e-ticket, not invoice (receipt) only.
                          It must not touch your heart, will the air carrier be closed or continue their operations, if you got the exact notification on the cancellation of the flight (not attached.)

                          Within such circumstances, if you have the notification on cancellation, you are entitled to submit the complaint with the monetary claim towards the Happyeasytogo India Pvt Ltd.

                          The duty of the Happyeasytogo India Pvt Ltd is pay the compensation or refund within 7 (max 15 days) from the reciept of the legally binding complaint.

                          Failure to do so in time, the passenger is entitled to submit the complaint regarding an incomplaince with the regulsations to one of the authorities:-

                          1. DGCA (department general of civil aviation) in your state / city or
                          2. Customers court (forum) in your state
                          3. District court in your state
                          and later to
                          4. Office of public prosecutor in your state, if there are reasons and the grounds of the serious fraud and/or misconduct at the part of the state authorities.

                          If you do not know the procedure of complaining, you can claim the explanations of your rights from the DGCA and
                          you an hire a lawyer or legal professional in civil aviation in order to get the compensation for losses from the offender(s) for fee. The legal assistance cost from ~ 6000 rupees before the court, plus government fees (100 rupees or 2000 rupees depending upon the court).

                            I had booked my tickets to singapore on 27th march. The trip was on 28th march at 10 pm ist. I was sent an email stating my tickets are under process and will reach me soon. It is past 24 hours. I had been constantly trying since morning on 28th march 2019 to reach the customer support contact numbers. However no response. I had sent the customer support email as well and yet only an acknowledgement is received. I called up indogo airlines to confirm whether the traveller's name was on the manifestation. The person from airlines confirmed that the list doesnt have his name. I missed my travel and my business in line with the travel. Further more i am unable to get a cancellation link. I am already charged on my credit card for the ticket.
                            Here's the need.
                            I need to be contacted as early as possible. I need the complete refund and the inconvenience cost needs to be borne by the service provider. I am still waiting for a response from happyeasygo and there is only dead silence.

                            You personal needs contracdict with basic rules of complainng in general civil aviation:-

                            no document regarding any transaction (bank receipt, for example),

                            no flight of air carrier,

                            no booking number,

                            no web site address

                            which show any connection with air carrier, are seen from text.

                              Also, i had written u email on 28th feb, but no reply from your side. This is the limit of my patience. Do not eat customers hard earned...

                                Don't ever trust this website. Even without airlines ticket, they will book your ticket with dummy entry and take your money. Then after 3 days, they will send an email that your ticket was not booked and they will cancel your ticket and money will be refunded in 10 days. It is literally a plot from them that they use your money for 10 to 15 days and get the benefit out of it. As a customer, we will be in deep trouble.

                                I have a very bad experience with this cheaters.

                                  I have a very serious complaint to book against happyeasygo as they cancelled by mumbai-trivandrum flight ticket without giving me any information. My flight was booked for 31st march from mumbai - - trivandrum but the ticket was cancelled from their side on 18th march.. They have given me no information and their app is still showing the ticket as 'active' under 'upcoming trips' section. I came to know about this only when i tried to re-schedule my flight at the last moment. I will have to pay a very hefty amount to book another ticket now. It's a clear case of misleading, fraud and cheating. I will strongly advice to stay away from happyeasygo and don't trust them at all. They have removed call center number from website, there's no response on web chat, facebook and twitter. This website is just here to fool us and loot our precious money.
                                  Happyeasygo has not contacted me at all.

                                      I priyvrat yadav, my wife has booked a jet airways ticket to ixb bagdogra from mumbai for 30 march 2019, pnr no ftegqn, now the flight has been cancelled from the airline side, please refund money in full, i know you will be asking for the proof pertaining to the cancellation of flight from jet airways side, for this, i have already spoken to jet airways customer care and they say that you are already aware of the cancellation and that the refund shall be done from happyeasygo side.
                                      Therefore please do the needful and refund the money please.
