Lost my blue polythene in Haryana Roadways Bus coming from Dehi to Pipli. I have had ticket from Panipat to Gharaunda(Distt Karnal). I deboarded at Gharaunda and lost my polythene in bus today that is May 8, 2018 at around 4:50 PM.
Kindly pass this message to all depots of Haryana State Transport who reached at Pipli today.
The details of bag are as follows:-
Blue color plain and simple polythene with no logo which contains my important documents such as 2 Passbooks and others as well.
The polythene is placed on racks upside the seats nearby front side.
Kindly contact to me, my contact number is [protected]
If any blue polythene which contains 2 Passbooks of Bank Of Baroda, please submit at your nearby Haryana State Depot.

    Misbehaviour of conductor of haryana roadways
    Sir ye incident 8 may 2018 ka hai. Main subah 9:15 baje baldev nagar se ambala cantt ke liye bus ka wait kar raha tha. Tabhi bus number hr 38v 3063 bus aayi. Main us bus me chad gaya. Maine conductor ko 100 ka note diya. Usne mujhe khulle paise dene ke liye kaha. Jab maine use kaha ki khulle paise nhi hai to usne mujhse misbehave karte hue bus rukwa kar mujhe niche utarne ke liye kaha. Aur bhut hi buri tarah se baat ki.
    Sir aapse request hai ki is par action liya jaye. Thank you

      Sir,
      I am complaining about hamirpur himachal to ballabhgarh bus. I have booked 3 seats and i have to take an half ticket for my 6 years old kid but he refuses to give a seat or even a ticket... I was waiting before 1 hr he booked up all the seats and i have to buy a full ticket for kid at last roe 48 no. He didnt listen to me i was seatd on 9 no he gave it to another 1 so i have to pay for 4 tickets with 3 passenger two kids one is of 1 year and other is of 6 years. Conductor doesn't have sense i showes him haryana roadways notification of providing half ticket seat for mothers comfort but he denies. What can i do pls suggest very bad experience for the 1st time in haryan roadways. I was travelling past 10 years but this time i screwed up. I tried contact several no. Even complaint box is showing error hope this 1 will be reviewed (Ram bhrose).

      Mostly I saw rewari to Pataudi buses take a wrong side on Hooda By pass(Near railway crossing). I have also complaint on[protected] number but no result.

        27-april-2018 i was booked 6 seat in haryana roadways (Delhi to katra)
        Seat no-9, 10, 14 and 15 bus stand isbt bus time-6:40pm
        I reached there before the 6:40 pm, and 5 passenger waited at gt karnal highway, bus condecyor[protected] says he don't seats he was down to me in bus n his was gone,
        N my family (2 girls nad childern) waiting for the bus on highway,
        Ajay rana ([protected])arrange the another bus but no seating and bus no-1701driver or conductor abused .They were leav us between the path we scred no budy can help us

          As i have a commercial car ecco cargo registration no - hr55v4080 in which i have paid wrong tax. As i have paid check post tax of chandigarh intead of gurgaon road tax for a year.

          Sir please try to solve my problem if possible please return my payment or transfer rhis payment to gurgaon road tax.

            A pvt. Bus which is permitted for behal (Bhiwani) to hisar via patwan, garwa, mithi, matani, jhumpa siwani and hisar. It started the route at 6;40 a. M. From behal to hisar. But this bus goes from behal, surpura kalan, mandholi khurd,, bidhwan, ghangala, budhseli, siwani and hisar. So this bus is running on this route illegally. So you are requested to take necessary action and ordered the responsible authorities, so the bus can run on the permitted route or cancell the permit. Thanking you

              I want complaint against conductor and driver. My mother was traveling in bus hr 39 c9518 from chandigarh to hisar 1:30 pm 21 april 2018. They did misbehavior with my mother. They don't have sense how to behave with passenger. I don't know name of conductor and driver but you can get details of conductor and driver from bus number and time. My mother pick this bus from zirakpur but she miss phone at me. I drive convince reach at dera bassi stop and give phone to my mother in mean while driver run bus but i was in bus.
              I said to conductor "i want go down i just come for give phone to my mother". They don't listen me drive continuously. Diver drop me at toll plaza and even take ticket from dera bassi to toll palaza. I said i will do your compliant. Conductor said "i don't care". I am requesting you please take action against this govt. Workers. Please don't ignore this complaint.

                Mishbehave and thrown me out of bus near Atlanta mall Chandigarh by Volvo bus no HR 55 3913 departure from Chandigarh to Gurugram at 6.30pm
                Inquiry and Disciplinary action sought against the bus conductor and Driver.
                Today at 6.30pm I boarded in the Volvo after conductor instructions that ticket will be provided inside the bus. I have purchased a Ticket but suddenly the conductor came to me and demand for ticket I handed over the same. He returned me my money and told that bus is fully booked online and you must go out from the bus. I asked the reason then the conductor and Driver shouted on me stop the bus and thrown me out of bus near Atlanta mall Chandigarh TPoint... Very defamatory for me and HR Govt as well as HrRoad ways. Just ice and stringent action needed

                      Hi team, i was traveling with my family from gurgaon to chandigarh on 14/04/2018 on 12:05 am bus pnr: apr185227 trip id:[protected] when i booked seat online it was second last seat however, we got last seat in the bus and for none of the seats adjuster were working they were jammed and seats were so uncomfortable, it was almost same travelling in local bus by paying triple fare... I will like to get refund for my booking due to bad condition of bus we have to face problem. Thanks arun

                        I have reserved a fancy no for my new vehicle from haryana transport department online portal i. E. Parivahan.gov.in and i have done online payment for that registration no. N now when i approached to bahadurgarh court for registering my vehicle with my reservation slip n documents, they are not registering it n it had been 5 days now n daily i visit court n they says we have send a letter to chandigarh n waiting for reply. When govt portal is made n i have reserved a no and done the payment why am i suffering ao much. Please look to the matter n help me in registering my vehicle with my reserved registration no.

                          1. The behaviour of the conductor was very unmannerly, arrogant and disrespectful towards the passengers.

                          2. The fare charged between beas and amritsar was rs. 50/- my ticket no. L[protected] which is above the fare charged by himachal, rajastan and punjab roadways (Rs. 40-45/-)

                          3. The result of the above is as below

                          (I) loss to haryana roadways.
                          (Ii) the passengers are uncomfortable and reluctant to travel in haryana roadways, as a result most of the haryana roadways buses have marginal or no passengers from ludhiana / jalandhar to amritsar

                          Suggestions

                          1. Work on the driver, conductor and bus checking staff in spheres of humane behaviour. And feel free to take action against defaulters. The way you deal with a defaulter passenger.

                          2. Work towards the fare assessment and liaise with other roadways or at least with the state in which the bus is sent from harayana for fare upgradation

                            Today on dated 11.04.2018 a bus of jajjhar depot no hr 63c 8750 at 5.52 p. M did not stop at ambala bus stand. Conductor close both doors of bus many people want to board the bus but all fail. Sir u can see the footage of cctv camera of bus stand ambala. It may cause loss to government treasurer and its goodwill and may cause of any misshapening. Sir please take appropriate action against bus driver and conductor... And intimate me... Thanks.

                              With due veneration,
                              The undersigned wants to draw your kind attention towards apathetic nature of delhi police and officials of haryana bus transport department & also towards horrid time experienced while traveling from delhi to chandigarh by bus.
                              I was coming back to chandigarh from delhi in bus number hr 55q 3704 dated 01.04.218, after attending a function of my relative in delhi.
                              I along with my two friends purchased bus tickets from ticket counter and asked the bus conductor to allocate seat number to us, the same was done by the conductor and the seat number 21, 22, 23 was allocated to us. However, when we entered the bus, we found to our surprise that some other commuters were sitting on our seats. When we requested the conductor to bus make sitting arrangement as per the ticket number, he did not help us, neither had he returned our money nor he allowed us to step down from the bus. As it is pretty obvious, as per general observation that when he had allocated us seat number, he should have arranged seat for us or allowed us to step down from the bus and returned our money. On the contrary we had to stand on feet for an hour our journey with no fault of ours.
                              After feeling so embarrassed, cheated and infuriated call was made to the 100 number, twice and after giving every possible detail by us, police official showed their inability to help us. Also i have made a call to g. M. Hr. Office, delhi and a complaint was lodged telephonically on[protected]. Further i have also enquired the status of my complaint on the very next day, they assured to revert us soon but till date no advances have been made.
                              Delhi police has a great reputation for being helpful and supportive, but that sets a bad example, that they failed to respond in my case.
                              I am further providing every possible detail below, so that so action could possibly be taken against bus driver and conductor, for harassing us.
                              The details are as under:-

                              Bus timing: around 3:30pm on 01.04.2018
                              The copy of the letter has also been for forwarded to haryana transport department for taking action again the erring officials.

                                  I was travelling from gurguaon to chandighar on 26/03/2018 at 00:05 hr bus. I have booked 40 number seat through online booking which was 2 rows ahead from last row of counter booking seat (Picture attached). But in actual it was the last row of counter booking seat. When i enquirer about it with conductor he asked me to get down & go by car. As i dint have any other options at that time hence i boarded the bus. After some time a heavily drunk man came & occupy seat number 41. So i requested the conductor to change my seat to which he said he will stop the bus in middle of road & let me get out of the bus.

                                  Hello, I want to tell about more than capacity loading by private buses. And a simple little visit got to much harass. There should be a limit of passenger or a difined weight (according to passenger) for private buses. Also there should be a rule for seating facilities for private bus and should be air crossed.                                       I had cancelled ticket from chandigarh to delhi igi airport on 24th feb, 2018. I got cancelation mail stating that refund amount of 510 rs will be credited to my account 10-12 days, today its been 18 days and i had not got my refund. I have called several times on the phone number provided on mail but i got no response from him.

                                        बात आज सुबह यानी 11:15 की है जब मैं करनाल बस स्टैंड पर यमुनानगर टिकट काउंटर पर इंद्री की टिकट लेने गया तो काउंटर वाले के पास खुले पैसे ना होने के कारण उसने मुझे बस में बैठने के लिए कहा कि बस में ही टिकट मिल जाएगी जब मैं बस में बैठगया और बस चल पड़ी तो मेरी अक्सर आदत है कि बस में बैठने के बाद में मोबाइल फोन के साथ कानों में लीड लगाकर गाने सुनता हूं और मेरी सीट भी खिड़की की तरफ थी जिस वजह से मेरा ध्यान खिड़की के बहार रहा मेरी सीट बस के पिछले दरवाजे के पास थी जो 3 सीटर थी जब बस चलने लगी और बस का कंडक्टर कब टिकट काटते हुए आगे गुजर गया मुझे पता भी नहीं चल पाया और ना ही कंडक्टर ने मेरी सीट की तरफ टिकट के लिए आवाज़ लगाई वह चुपचाप आगे निकलता रहा क्योंकि ज्यादातर लोगों ने टिकट काउंटर से कटवाई थी और जगह बस के अगले छोर पर पहुंचा तब मेरा ध्यान गया कि कंडक्टर आगे निकल चुका है तो मुझे लगा कि कंडक्टर वापिस चक्कर लगाएगा तो मैं टिकट लूंगा परंतु उसके तुरंत बाद चेकिंग के लिए एक आदमी पीछे से दो आगे से चेकिंग करने लग गए और मुझे अपनी गलती के कारण कहे या फिर उस कंडक्टर की गलती जिसने ड्रेस तक भी नहीं पहनी थी क्योंकि अगर ड्रेस पहने होता तो मुझे भी थोड़ा ध्यान आता कि यह कंडक्टर इधर से गुजर रहा है वह सिविल ड्रेस में होने के कारण मुझे लगा कोई यात्री आगे बढ़ रहा है और ना मुझे टिकट के लिए आवाज़ लगाई और उसके बाद तो चैटिंग करने वाले लोगों ने मेरे साथ बड़ा बदसलूकी वाला व्यवहार किया जब मैं उनसे बात कर रहा था तो उन्होंने मेरा मोबाइल मुझसे जबरदस्ती छीना और मेरा बैग तक छीनने की कोशिश की जबकि मैं जुर्माने के तौर पर उनको पैसे देने ही वाला था उससे पहले ही उन्होंने मेरे साथ इस तरह का बदतमीजी वाला व्यवहार किया
                                        मेरी हरियाणा रोडवेज के उच्च अधिकारियों से यह सिफारिश है कि ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए जो एक तो ऐसा व्यवहार करते हैं और दूसरा वह कंडक्टर जो बिना ड्रेस में बिना आवाज लगाए आगे बढ़ गया और दोबारा मुड़कर भी नहीं आया और मुझसे ₹500 का जुर्माना वसूला गया
