I requested him to open the door because i feel suffocation due to closed door, but he refused me to open the door and i seriously requested him to open but he argue with me very badly till karnal and harassed me to not travel in bus by saying ye meri bus h...

I am travelling from rohtak to charkhi dadri by haryana roadways on date 28 july 2017 at 5.10pm. Bus is moving from patiala to charkhi dadri. I took the ticket from your executive of haryana roadways counter. He provide me the 51 no seat but already a person was sitting on my seat. I told him about my seat. He was saying that he is not moving from there. When i complain to ticket counter executive and bus counductor 5 to 6 times. They are unable to help me. Here the query arises if your team was unable to help a pessanger to provide him a seat that was already alloted to him. Than why your executive provide the ticket with seat numbers. If i was not collecting the ticket from your counter than there are more chances to get the seat because some people are not joining the lines for tickets. They are only wait for the bus and pick the seat. If any action won't be taken from your side than i will forward this complain to pmo. Kindly help me regarding this query i hope you will help me

This is in reference to my journey in haryana volvo bus from gurgaon to chandigarh dated 21st july @ 23:00 hrs from gurgaon. The bus started late 1hr late owing to issues in the battery of the bus engine. The driver informed passengers to then board the bus even though we hesitated to board the bus as there was issue with the battery of engine. Upon given assurance by the driver, the passengers boarded the bus. However the bus stopped 30 kms away from delhi in the middle of night at 1:00 hrs. This caused us lot of harassment and trouble as we had to find alternative way to get to home. I request you to kindly refund the ticket amount in my account. I am anuj sangwan from, charki dadri. I have applied for registration in registering authority (M. V) charkhi dadri of my 2 wheeler vehicle on 09.05.2017. It has been almost 3 months but still i haven't received my registration no. Or rc. My query regarding this issue was also not entertained by rto officers. Also they have added extra charges like postal fee & computer operating fee which is not computer generated. They have no system through which one of can complaint about their mismanagement.
I'm facing real problem in my day-to-day life due to this issue. I'll will be very thankful to you. And i have also complaint concern athority through email but there is no action will taken by these officers sir please

Hi, i have american driving license. I applied indian driving directly by using my idl and also submitted the fees.
When i was applying there is a provision that you can directly apply indian driving license using american driving license but now hisar rto saying that there is no clause on that and they are telling that you cannot apply directly.
I am attaching you a picture that you can apply directly with license from other country.
Could you please help me in that

I chanderpal singh s/o sh. Mahavir parasad res. Baddo patti behabalpur hisar teh barwal. Ashwain automobile make my all document hisar present address but all proof in home address. So many times i am going hisar authority and barwala authority. Barwala authority give me the direction go to company and cancel this document and again make them. After making document company i have given to cheque for payment of rc but not recieved my cheque company tell is not possible accept cheque only net banking and credit are option payment. But i have no net banking and atm card. Only cheque so please clear my doubt and received my payment by cheque. Its also mode of payment

Sir today I m traveling from Rohtak to karnal I took a ticket for karnal bus stand but I have to travel to Madhuban only until I take tkt for karnal we are four passengers including one lady and one new born child in haryana roadways bus no Hr 63 C 6157 on 09 July 2017 at 1100 am I told to conductor to drop Madhuban but he deny me but same type at a walkable distance he dropped a passenger who is conductor relatives I also wants to drop there but he didn't to do so my wife started down by back steeres when he dropping his relative but driver run the bus my wife and child very rescue to protect themselves this is a very cusial matter if the go down drivers and conductor also use slung language against me and my family in front of passenger sir this is very bad matter please take action against them thank you

I boarded in a bus no HR3036 of Jhajjar Depot from Sampla Bus Stand. I gave Rs.10 to take the ticket the conductor didn't give the ticket from Sampla to Hassangarh after taking tha amount. I requested many times but he didn't hear. When I requested the driver to drop me at the Hassangarh Bus stoppage and started abusing and scolding the bus was stopped one Km far from the my destination. When I asked them to complaint, they tried to push me out of the bus it could cause a fatal accident to me. The authorities are requested to take proper action against both pf the employees or I will go to the Transport minister and the Chief minister.

From Gurgaon to mg metro there is no availability of roadways buses because there is private buses owner who do there setting in the Gurgaon that's why roadways buses not available on that route on the other hand Gurgaon to Huda city metro station there is no. Of roadways buses and there is no. One singal private buses on that route. The private buses owner fully charge the extra money from the public because there is no. Roadways local buses available on that route.
Plz solve that issue because we already complaint in depot but there is no action taken by the officer because they get the from the private buses owner.

Conductor of bus no. HR-47C-3978 didn't stop bus on stop and stop at non-stoppage for their knowns. On asking why are you not stopping on stop area and stooping other area, he started arguments and said its my bus and i will decide where to stop or not. He also threats me by saying that i will drop here and also puts hand on me then other passengers comes and pulled him.

During online pay of the roadtax, Its takes too much time during transaction conformation from the bank in case of transaction fails.
It must me faster so that Cab Driver pay the tax online instead of standing in the queue.
At the checkpost there is a long queue which consume more than 1 hour.
Its my request to fix this problem as soon as possible to save the time.

On 26th of June i was travelled from kasmiri "04:30PM" gate to Chandigarh with my family. my mother and wife were with me. when i ask the driver to stop the bus on Chandigarh Sector 32 GMCH Chowk, then he didn't stop the bus on the following stop and dropped us near kissan bhawan. I have to go mohali phase 10. But due to driver misbehave we face a problem. Bus No. was HR55 5303.
So please its a Humble request to Haryana Government that please take such complaint seriously. Because due to such drivers we are facing problems.

If any thing misshaping happened then who will be responsible for such problems.

I dont remember the bus number but the bus of Haryana Roadways going to Delhi left me at a stop at ASLI SUKHDEV DHABA. My bag was left in bus. The contents of the bag was A Wallet containing 5000 INR, A T-shirt, A Track-Pant, A Phone Charger.

The Color of bag is Black of the company American Tourister also termed as AT.

Bus no. Hr38 r 0963, driver has hit my car in speed while over taking without even looking. Such driver's should be sued for road rage. I will be filing an fir as well since i have all the proofs. I have driver's picture too. Tried calling haryana roadways customer care and complaint department too, the call got disconnected without connecting to the representative.

I am a resident of dayanand colony, gurgaon and daily commute from my resident to huda city center metro station.

During 11.30 am to 2 pm, bus drivers missed their routes which harassed public and force to take unsafe and most polluted diesel autos.

When i am trying to register a complain on their website http://hartrans.gov.in/complaint.htm, it was not working. It seems like nobody accountable for these issues

Kindly pay your attention in favor of public interest and questioning to the authority.

Today i had my pathetic experience with haryana roadway i was going delhi to pathankot. I give 510 rs at counter and they make my ticket they are just about to give me ticket. I passenger came and told them 8 tickets for delhi to katra the person who are in counter they discuss something and give my money back. I told them this is rong fist come first service, they shortly told don't teach us, i don't want to argument with the i will never ever travel with haryana roadway again
