I want to bring your attention on the behavior of bus driver and conductor of panipat depot. Sir i was travelling from delhi to pipli in haryana roadways bus (Panipat depot) on dated 10.06.2016 at 1920 hrs which was going to katra. When i was entered into bus, bus driver come to me and ask me where i want to go and after all he told that there is no stop of this bus. I was shocked to listen his comments and force me to bring down from the bus. I said that almost every bus have stoppage at pipli so why i cannot travel in this bus. He say that "meri marzi". After all that i travel in same bus. It is humble request please take needful action against them so that every person can travel easily in haryana roadways.

i booked the ticket from your website but due to some network problem my seat not confirmed & amount deduct from my account
till now i have not received any refund so please refund my amount as soon as possible

I had been complaining & complaining since last month to get refund for two faulty transactions that happened around holi but money is not getting refund yetq, i am done sending chain mails now on the verge of taking legal action. But before that i want ro make lasy attempt. Hoping to get a positive response & refund of mt hard earned money that i spent on these buses. Also i think volovo journeys are overpriced, not worth in terms of the services theu provide as compared to money they charge.

I have bought ticket for Delhi from Hisar from counter. The HR representative conductor offered me seat No. 28 and write it on back of the ticket. The bus was started and when I reached at my allotted seat 2 ladies with one child already seating there (without seat no. allotments). I asked to vacate the seat but they refused saying that they are travelling from Sirsa to Delhi.
I didn’t argued with them and approached to conductor of the Bus. Conductor asked me the ticket no, I said 28 No. He refused to help me in getting my seat because according to him I should have returned the ticket on counter when someone already sitting on seat no. 28. I clarified that that time bus was started & I would have miss the bus if I would DE board the bus.
He then said “Jaa n yar, Matha na khraab kar, mere dhore koi seat na h, le le je deve to seat” (Don’t make my head pain, I don’t have seat for you, take the seat if they gave)
I travelled standing up to Hansi bus stand. I asked ladies to adjust me on the seat because I don’t want to have arguments. Ladies asked conductor that why he didn’t make them realize to have seat no. if it is mandatory in this rout, conductor said why you are panic, Sit here, why you are making noise, no one will make you stand from that seat.
I really want action against the Bus conductor, why they can’t align with seat allotments?, How they can allot 1 seat to 2 passengers? They are not responsible for departmental faults.

Today a bus conductor misbehave with me 2nd time. His name is I Don't know, but his attitude is not good for all passangers. city Bus no. -HR-55 4756 (reaching time in Huda City metro station 8:30. So I want to take action against him. I will be oblised to you.

I am writing this mail about the inconvenience caused by your transport (Haryana roadways) .Bus came to 17 sec chandigarh fully loaded and without taking any passengers from isbt 17. Prior booking was made nearly 5-6 hrs departure timing was 1:20 am and bus left the 20 mins before the departing time.I was supposed to attend an urgent meeting.

Haryana Roadways, Ambala City but efforts are being made for saving the corrupt personals instead of enquire the whole matter & taking the disciplinary action against them.

But due to strikes in haryana bus service is affected and when i reach
the bus gurgaon bus stand the conductor said, no bus will go to

I am a passenger usually travels from jhajjar to rohtak by haryana roadways buses. From the last few months i have noticed that conductors usually make excuse of not having change. But this is not the fact. Actually the analyse the passenger and then decide to pay or not. It has happened to me for 3 Or 4 Times. But today it crossed all the limits, when i was travelling from jhajjar at 10:30 Am for rohtak. When i demanded the change, he not only abused me but warned me also that go and make complaint to anybody, no one will listen you. After having lots of arguements, he wrote up the balance amount on the back of ticket but refused to pay. Ticket number is178837 And123128. Thi is a type of indirect corruption. I request you to consider the matter at earliest and strict action in this regard. If the authorities fail to resolve the issue, it will force me to move to transport minister and even consumer coUrt

Respected sir, I am regular pessenger of haryana roadways bus from samalkha to murthal. But on date 17-12-15, time 6:30pm at murthal we take bus The conductor are forcely cut ticket of 25 rupees after informed him that the fair from murthal to samalkha is 20 rupees. And we are saying why u are cut ticket of 25 rupee when i told you that ticket fair is 20 rupee then he reply donot say any thing otherwise i through you from out side from running bus. And same things are heppen with other passenger which also go from murthal to samalkha. Bus no. And both ticket are attached for your reference. Please take necessary action against him asap. Todaay i m teravel delhi to Chandigarh then i was sit on a cornor sit which sit no. is written by counter. After starts the bus conductor said leave this sit or deboard from bus. When i have return ticket he hold & said where r your ticket & which money. Haryana roadways some conductor r very bad guys...

Dear Sir, I want to request you that please restart the bus service of route Biana / Ghir to Chandigarh. The departure time of bus was 5:45 am. Many passenger are suffering due to lack of bus service & as you know this is the only bus run on this route. I should be very thankful to you for this.

Complaint against Conductor and driver of HR 69 B8964 . when I bearded the bus late at 1:30 am dt. 24 oct 2015 from panipat bus stand and asked ticket for bahalgardh, sonipat. The driver said that I had to buy ticket for delhi, when i questioned why, he. Started abusing me and pushed me, when i risisted him and asked him to be polite again he started abusing in local language and threatened me to kill. This kind of attitude is ridiculous. I want srtict action to be taken against the driver and conductor.

I was travelling on bus of Haryana Roadways HR69B7803 from Derabassi to Chandigarh on 26 September 2015 at around 8:35AM .The bus driver didn`t stop the bus at sec 35 Chandigarh(Picadally Chownk) since the traffic lights were green, but even he didn't stop the bus after crossing the chownk and conducter said that "Bus will not stop now".I was standing at the door of the bus and one uncle was also there, both o[censored]s requested him please stop the bus.They didn't care about us and stopped at next chownk.Kindly solve the complaint and please ensure that it will not happen again.I had class at Sec 35C Chandigarh so I had taken autorickshaw to come back to Sector 34 Chandigarh.

Hello, Date: 25sept2015 Time: 8.40am Bus no- HR37cc7125 Station: Kalka main bus stand (dist-Panchkula, Haryana) Route: Kalka to Ambala The driver of the bus no HR37cc7125 did not stopped the bus properly at kalka bus stand to let the passengers get inside the bus. He just drove it at full speed. This accident even hit the passengers who were trying to get inside the bus. Please take the concerned action. Regards
