Conductor of bus no. Hr69a 6102, misbehaved and forced me to vacate window seat so that he can sit over there. And even on asking for complaints book to register complaint he refused and said 'hum complaints book le k nahi chalte' my tickets no. Are 'm[protected]'and 'm[protected]' please take necessary action asap as they always show stubborn behavior on asking complaints book. Journey was on[protected] from gannaur to panipat and timing was near about 11:15 am

    The bus service has been degraded like anything!

    I booked a seat for my friend, and the selected seat and the original seat are happen to be different. I booked a window seat in second last row but when we actually saw the seat it was on last row. When asked the conductor on this he responded rudely and said "ye koi train thodi h jo seat badal jaaegi...jo tumne select kri hogi vahi h". this is really not appreciable.

    Price hike twice in same month, with down graded service.

    If we refer the image shown on haryana volvo site then the seat 41 is supposed to be the window seat in second last row. But in actual my friend sat in last row of bus.!

      Bus no. hr 38 t 6172 (from amritsar, punjab to ballabhgarh, haryana.)


      I have travelled in above bus from sector – 6, karnal, haryana at. 1:10 pm on 21st july 2016 for faridabad with my wife (as we both are senior citizens) and i took tickets no. e[protected] val no. 11219855 & 29895551 of rs. 50/- each, a[protected] val no. 33092549 of rs. 25/- and b[protected] val no. 44294619 of rs. 10/-. when bus reached to badarpur border, new delhi, i asked conductor to stop the bus at nhpc chowk or mewla maharajpur metro station, faridabad so that we can step down from bus.
      But the conductor and driver denied to stop the bus at any of the two bus stoppage and asked us to down the bus at badarpur border, new delhi while we took tickets upto mewla maharajpur, faridabad. the conductor also issued us joint one ticket instead of two halves tickets. the conductor and driver also used abusive language and said us that if we have to down at our choice’s bus stops then we should use car. i also want your kind attention towards the fact that we are regular passenger from karnal to faridabad and always took bus from the same stop and down to the aforesaid stops every time and from the last 12 years not even a single bus driver or conductor denied for it.
      Due to these persons misbehave we have to walk from badarpur border to the toll plaza, faridabad with our luggages as on border no auto or rickshaw ready to cross the border. due to this incident my wife is suffered and i have to take it to doctor immediately as she is heart patient.

            Sir,
            I am a regular commuter from bilaspur to gurgaon iffco chowk.In the morning your bus drivers do not stop bus at bilaspur chowk. If there is no passenger in the bus the driver do not stop. If there is any passenger, the bus driver stops the bus either 200 meter before or after the point where the passengers keep waiting. The passengers have to run like stray dogs to board the bus. The buses are mainly from rewari depot and narnaul depot. Please take action on such errant drivers. Ask one of your staff to note which bus is not stopped. Your department is not shaan ae haryana but such drivers are shame on haryana and on your department.

            I have sent many emails on [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com and transport. [protected]@gmail.com but have not received any response or any change in driver's routine.

            Please look into the matter and help a lot of passengers like me.

            Also, please find the bus number with date which are not stopped at bilaspur chowk.

              Hi sir/mam

              I am lakshey arora, vpo:kutail, distt:karnal, state:haryana. I have been improperly behaved by haryana roadways conductor of bus number i. E hr 45 b6104. He insulted me in front of public. There are stops 1) namstey chowk 2) devilal chowk.3) 6-7 sector chowk. It is karnal haryana roadways bus. I have very nice experience with haryana roadways. But the conductor behavior was worst. As the bus stops at namstey chowk and i want to get into bus at namstey chowk. He played many pinch there. Get out from the bus. Bus wont stop on next station. He think he is the deputy manager of the haryana roadways. Please look into the matter that none insults any individual for the sake of his amusement.

                I have booked my seat in volvo bus destined to delhi.. I have done online booking and i have been alloted seat no. 37 having pnr jun 160077.. Below is msg received on confirmation

                I have to catch bus from flyover starting from ambala as i was informed by concerned bench desk or helpline centre of volvo...
                As and when bus approached, i showed ticket but despite of giving indicator, driver didn't stop bus due to which my money got blocked and moreover was not able to attend my meeting
                Request you to look into matter and help me and refund my money

                    Respected sir,

                    I want to bring your attention on the behavior of bus driver and conductor of panipat depot. Sir i was travelling from delhi to pipli in haryana roadways bus (Panipat depot) on dated 10.06.2016 at 1920 hrs which was going to katra. When i was entered into bus, bus driver come to me and ask me where i want to go and after all he told that there is no stop of this bus. I was shocked to listen his comments and force me to bring down from the bus. I said that almost every bus have stoppage at pipli so why i cannot travel in this bus. He say that "meri marzi". After all that i travel in same bus. It is humble request please take needful action against them so that every person can travel easily in haryana roadways.

                        I had been complaining & complaining since last month to get refund for two faulty transactions that happened around holi but money is not getting refund yetq, i am done sending chain mails now on the verge of taking legal action. But before that i want ro make lasy attempt. Hoping to get a positive response & refund of mt hard earned money that i spent on these buses. Also i think volovo journeys are overpriced, not worth in terms of the services theu provide as compared to money they charge.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,
                          I have bought ticket for Delhi from Hisar from counter. The HR representative conductor offered me seat No. 28 and write it on back of the ticket. The bus was started and when I reached at my allotted seat 2 ladies with one child already seating there (without seat no. allotments). I asked to vacate the seat but they refused saying that they are travelling from Sirsa to Delhi.
                          I didn’t argued with them and approached to conductor of the Bus. Conductor asked me the ticket no, I said 28 No. He refused to help me in getting my seat because according to him I should have returned the ticket on counter when someone already sitting on seat no. 28. I clarified that that time bus was started & I would have miss the bus if I would DE board the bus.
                          He then said “Jaa n yar, Matha na khraab kar, mere dhore koi seat na h, le le je deve to seat” (Don’t make my head pain, I don’t have seat for you, take the seat if they gave)
                          I travelled standing up to Hansi bus stand. I asked ladies to adjust me on the seat because I don’t want to have arguments. Ladies asked conductor that why he didn’t make them realize to have seat no. if it is mandatory in this rout, conductor said why you are panic, Sit here, why you are making noise, no one will make you stand from that seat.
                          I really want action against the Bus conductor, why they can’t align with seat allotments?, How they can allot 1 seat to 2 passengers? They are not responsible for departmental faults.

                              I am writing this mail about the inconvenience caused by your transport (Haryana roadways) .Bus came to 17 sec chandigarh fully loaded and without taking any passengers from isbt 17. Prior booking was made nearly 5-6 hrs departure timing was 1:20 am and bus left the 20 mins before the departing time.I was supposed to attend an urgent meeting.

                                Dear Sir,

                                In view of the above, I want to bring into your kind information about huge corruption due to which Hayana Roadways is facing big loss. In this respect, a written complaint is already files with G.M. Haryana Roadways, Ambala City but efforts are being made for saving the corrupt personals instead of enquire the whole matter & taking the disciplinary action against them.

                                In fact, this is the real scam is incorporated by Drivers with the help of the Officials Staff at G.M. Office, Haryana Roadways, Ambala. In the latest case, Driver Ran Singh S/o Surjit Singh, R/O of VPO Badola whose bus route is Delhi to Ludiana having bus No. HR37D-0607 was on leave from 29th to 31st March 2015 still the surprised is that he is on leave doesn’t matter for him because with the involvement of Haryana Roadways Officers/Officials he without authorization take away the Govt. Bus on Tour of Amritsar etc between 29th March 2015 to 31st March 2015 after charging 1000/- (One Thousand Rs. Only) from each passenger. This is already proved as can be confirmed from Laddonwali Toll Plaza on Satluj Dariya before Amritsar City as well as other Toll Plazas starts from Shambhu, Punjab . Further, this Govt Bus was passed through all these Toll Plaza on Termprary Number issued by Competent Authority.

                                Thus, when a person is on leave from 29 to 31 march 2015, without involvement of Officers/officials can’t dare to take Govt. Bus on Tour. And with this Black Money he is also involvement in misappropriation of Assets as can be seen from his New Kothi of more than 1.5 Crore which is building in adjoining Secotor 8, New Colony Rattan Garh, Ambala City. That is why a deep investigation from competent Authority is required in this case to take necessary & stick action against this corrupt Drivers & its supporters who are getting equal shares from him in his black money.

                                        I reserved two seats from Hisar to Kurukshetra on 19 October 2020, having travelling date of 20 October 2020 at 10:40 am with trip id [protected]. But there is no bus available from Hisar to Kukurukshetra at the given schedule.Bus for this roite was cancelled .
                                        Kindly cancel my ticket and refund me as soon as possible.Hoping such mistakes will not happen in future. I am hereby sending my ticket reciept.
