I am Sandhya, a residence of Barwala, Dist: Panchkula. I wanted to make complaint against Haryana Roadways Conductors.
The buses that run from Chandigarh Sector 17 to Ambala Cantt or Delhi passes from a number of cities and Derabassi is one of the cities among.
The conductors of Haryana Roadways dont allow the passengers of Derabassi to board into the bus, as a result of it office goers find it difficult to go back home during evening.
this kind of behaviour is not rare but frequent. & if passengers argue with them. the conductors use bad language which do not embarrass them but the passenger.

please count this complaint necessarily & take appropriate action against these practices done by the conductors.
I hope Haryana Transport Department takes action against these practices.

    I was booking the ticket last night, 27 october around midnight. My first two transactions failed for reasons not known to me. My third transaction was successful. Later at 5 am, i got a message from bank stating that money was deducted for one of the failed transaction. First two transactions were from icici; third was standard chartered. The payment partner were paynimo service. When i asked them about this issue, they tell me that they don't have any records of the transaction done.

        विष्‍य:- ड्राईवर द्धारा दुरव्‍यवहार (misbehave) करने पर शिकायत ।
        बस रूट: दिल्‍ली से टोहाना वाया हिसार । समय : 6.50 सांय

        श्री मान जी,
        निवेदन यह है कि प्रार्थी कल दिनॉक 3.10.2016 को सांय 6.50 बजे दिल्‍ली से टोहाना जाने वाली बस में हिसार से सरसौद के लिये सफर कर रहा था । सरसौद आने पर बस ड्राईवर ने बस को बस स्‍टेण्‍ड पर न रोक कर बहुत पहले रोक दिया । मेरे द्धारा रिक्‍वेस्‍ट करने पर ड्राईवर ने कहा “नीचे पड़ ले” । इसके बाद बस से उतर कर मै रोड़ के किनारे पैदल चलता हुआ मेरे सामान के साथ आगे बस स्‍टेण्‍ड पर जा रहा था तब ड्राईवर ने मेरी तरफ घूरते हुए एक दम बस की मेरी तरफ कटाई की, तब हमनें हाथ के इशारे से कहा, “ये क्‍या है, मारोगे क्‍या” तब ड्राईवर बस रोक कर हमें अकेला देख कर 2-3 अन्‍य लड़को के साथ जो ड्राईवर के साथ सफर कर रहे थे मेरे पास मुझे मारने के लिये आया और काफी झगड़ा व गाली गलौच किया । ये शुक्र है कि झगड़ा देख कर गांव वाले मेरी सुरक्षा के लिये वहां पहुच गये तथा गांव वालों ने भी ड्राईवर को बहुत समझाया कि बस को बस स्‍टेण्‍ड पर ही रोका करो फिर भी र्ड्राइवर का नाकारात्‍मक रवैया ही था व एक भी बात मानने के लिये तैयार नहीं था । मैंने ड्राईवर से कहा कल हिसार GM साहब के पास मिलेगें। तब फिर ड्राईवर ने कहा “के बाल पड़वायेगा, जा जो करना है कर ले” इस प्रकार ड्राईवर ने हमारे साथ अनुचित/ दुरव्‍यवहार किया । अंधेरा होने के कारण हम बस नम्‍बर नोट नही कर पाएं । आपकी जानकारी के लिये बस टिकट सलंग्‍न कर रहे है ।

        अत: श्री मान जी से निवेदन है कि इस ड्राईवर के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही करें ताकि ड्राईवर अपना व्‍यवहार व रवैया सुधारे और भविष्‍य में किसी भी यात्री के साथ इस तरह का अनुचित व्‍यवहार न करें।

        I used to travel daily from Sec 22 B to Khudda Lahora (7.6km distance). I faced problem in Punjab Roadways bus. Conductor didn't give ticket to local people. And his behaviour was worst with me and few others. Kindly look into the matter and make sure this not happen Again.

          Respected sir

          I am a great admiree of haryana rodways. But today i felt that i was wrong.

          I take bus vehicle no. Hr 38r 0370 (City bus) from ballabgarh bus stand to badarpur approx time 17.40 evening. I give him rs 22 required amount to the conductor and he give me ticket. When bus has turned toward bypass road he stop the bus and driver informed to all passengers that this vehicle not to move onwards due to technical reasons.

          After that i requesting to the conductor to refund my money and i checked my ticket it was only 17/-he totally refused to refund the amount. When i give more query than he told to me tere jese bahut aate h jo karna h kar lena aur meri report minister the kar dena and passed the institution s to all passengers to wait here till next bus arrives way of the tune of the conductor is too rude which is not acceptable from the men who always done public dealing.

          On arrival next bus vehicle no hr 38 r 7897 i have started my journey from tigaon pull towards buderpur. On reaching the badarpur he also turn the vehicle before the toll tax plaza, which is also not acceptable, three most senior citizen also in the vehicle and conductor and announcements to vacate the bus. I asked him why you turn the vehicle here than they informed me that why you make a leader here if everyone leave the bus.

          I know that such type of query neither raised nor reported to the department and they are doing misconduct and not go to proper places where they require to report.

          This is also loss to the state in financially and image of the department. Therefore, it is my humble request do the needful at the earliest under intimation to me.

          Your cooperation in this regard will nlbe highly appreciated.

          dropped the passengers on flyover even though there was no traffic on Iffco Chowk.

            This is the complaint regarding a worst travelling experience of mine and my wife ever with any transportation company, the complaint is against haryana roadways bus driver and conductor, my wife mrs ankita aggarwal and me Dheeraj Aggarwal boarded in a bus from Narain Singh circle, jaipur at 6:30 pm on 11- Sep-2016, the bus was going to Chandigarh from Jaipur, the bus driver has stop the bus and came down mean while i boarded my luggage and wife on bus and i came down to take water bottle, but then only bus driver borded & start running the bus with very high speed, my wife told him to stop the bus for me but he refused and said that our time running out and i will not stop the bus and start abusing her other persons also requested to stop but he still did not stop, but when my wife start shouting and weeping then only he stop the bus after 1 kms of distance and let her upboard from the bus. I am too worried this kind of metally and socially harresment from haryana roadways staff. We are living in that country where we are having proud that we give respect to the ladies and on the other side we are doing this. Is this right thing..? We want the strict action against the staff of that bus pls found them at any cost otherwise i will mark this request to higher authorities, kindly help me to found them and take the strict action, again i am requesting to the judiciary and Haryana Roadways authority.

              Harassment to the serving war wounded officer
              (Colonel rk chauhan) in bus no hr 69 b 6600 while
              Travelling from zirakpur to ambala cantt on the
              Night of 09/10 sep 16

              Dear sir,

              1. This is to inform you that i, colonel rk chauhan is a war wounded officer with below knee amputation of left limb. This injury was sustained while undertaking an anti-militant operation in j&k in the year 2007. Presently i am posted at hq 2 corps (Ambala).

              2. This is to inform you that i was travelling in my vehicle from chandigarh to ambala and my vehicle got off road at zirakpur at around 2300hrs on 09 sep 16, i left the vehicle at my friends place and thought of travelling in a bus to ambala cantt. So at around i took a haryana roadways bus (Bus no hr 69 b 6600) from zirakpur. As luck would have it, the bus was full & i was only the person who was standing at that point of time. As i was on prosthesis & was finding difficulty to stand in the bus, so as the conductor approached me for ticket, i requested him that i have a problem and there is a seat (Seat no 4/5) in the bus which is meant for the handicap person. He said that he can’t do anything and told me that he is also standing. My problem is not that i was not given the seat but the point is that isn’t it the responsibility of the conductor to give him the seat in case he is handicap person? This irresponsible behavior of the conductor was shocking, i told him then in that case i will report this matter to your higher authorities, as per him he said do whatever you want to do.

              3.in view of this, may i request you to kindly investigate the matter at your end, so that similar case doesn’t happen again in your bus. Action taken may please me intimated to me on the above mentioned address. Thanking you for your act of kindness.

                I would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor c-923 in haryana roadways ac volvo bus service 3:50 departure from isbtkashmiri gate to chandigarh on 3rd september 2016.
                1. He misguided me that bus will stop almost near to pipli bus stop but he dropped me very far from bus stop, in dark and unsafe place with drunk people around.
                2. He abused me using words outraging to the modesty of woman and warned me to never dare to sit in "his" bus again
                3. This caused much mental harrassment to me.
                Kindly take quick action. Looking forward from hearing from you.

                  अप्रैल 2013 मैं भिवानी सिटी बस सेवा की शुरुवात भिवानी -महेंद्रगढ़ से सांसद श्रुति चौधरी ने सुबह आरम्भ किया था | परिवहन विभाग के द्वारा शुरू की गए सेवा के प्रथम चरण मैं बसों की संख्या तीन थी जो की बाद मैं पांच कर दी गई थी | काफी समय तक यह सुविधा लगातार रही जिसका यात्रीयो को काफी लाभ हुवा और ऑटो वालो की मनमानी पर रोक लगी | श्री मान जी पिछले कुछ दिनों से सिटी बस सेवा की हालात खस्ता हो गई है | अब सिर्फ नाम मात्र दो बस ही निर्धारित रूट पर ही चल रही है जो की यात्रीयो की संख्या के हिसाब से काम है | श्रीमान जी जो सिटी बस शहर के लिए आई हुई है वह अब लंबे रूट पर दौड़ रही है |
                  श्रीमान जी कृपया करके सिटी सेवा की पांचो बसों को शहर मैं चलाकर सिटी बस सेवा को बहाल किया जाये |

                    I want to inform one incident of last early morning around 3am at chamdigarh busstand, i reached their at 3 am, stand in queue for ticket for 1 and half hour like 100 of other passengers, who was un-necessary in queue for ticket, because empty buses was their and its conductor responsibility to take tickets in bus, but here is all opposite, all 100 of pasengers... Old... Women... Handicap... All was in queue for more then 2 hours for bus tickets, so i just want to ask?? Is it ur convenience to commuter/passengers?? When my turn came after around 2 hour then conductor told me to sit in bus without ticket!!! So what the rubbish this system is??? Can u give answer to my question?? What kind of facility u r providing to passengers?? I will convey same message to upper level so they must know the reality of our poor system!!

                      Hi

                      This is the complaints against the counter no 25 in Chandigarh Bus Stand as they is no management and tickers are not distributing in the que and there are ignoring the people who are asking the tickets for near by station like Dharampur, Solan, kandaghat etc.

                      There are giving the tickets to people belongs to last destination from the Chandigarh like Shimla, Rohru and Reckang PEO only.

                      There is very rude behaviour of tickets distributor and the incharge is also not listening anything.

                      Ticket distributers are sleeping in the counter and having respects to senior citizens.

                      Supervisor room was also found locked when we tried to made complaint against this incident.

                      All this is happened on 13 Aug 16 in the morning between 4.A.M to 6.30.A.M.

                      Hope there would be some action will be taken by senior management against this incident and other people will not face any issue.

                        Dear sir,

                        As we all know that we are having one of the best public transport system of india in haryana. Being the citizen of haryana it is our core responsiblity to develop certain ethics as well as systems to give the best services to our customers. But sorry to say you that we are lagging in this because of certains corrupt employee.

                        Therefore, i would like to share one incident, which was happened to me, today i. E.[protected] pm) i have travelled from the above said bus, from sonipat to gohana with ticket nos.741494 for rs. 25.00 & ticket nos.048727 rs. 8.00. The above said bus belongs to sonipat depot. I gave rs. 500.00 to counter booking 's person for tickets and the tickets cost me rs. 33.0 this person has returned me rs. 460 immediately, but for rs. 7.00 i have asked to him. All my efforts goes wasted when he has not returned me rs. 7.00. He has told me that he doesn't have change. He gave me 7 toffees instead of money, but i have returned toffees. I am daily passenger of sonipat to gohana. But the counter booking person behaved very rudely to all the passenger. This person booked 1 to 15 seat for staff & more than half seats was empty & he gave me seat no 48. There was lack of system in ticketing procedure.

                        Further, this has not happened only to me, he kept money of rs. 1.00, rs.2.00, rs.5.00 of maximum passengers. By seeing this i felt very ashamed being a citizen of haryana.

                        Hence, i am requesting you to kindly do the justice to all citizens of haryana for not spoiling the image of our transport system.

                        I hope you will find this is in order.

                          Sub - compliant against bus conductors due to ched - chad and misbehave with women

                          I ms. Annu like to inform you that i am have coming with my husband and little child from rohtak to charkhi dadri by haryana radways charkhi dadri depot last bus no hr61a-5492 for dated 07.08.2016 on timing 07.30 pm.
                          Further we inform we try to pickup bus but conductor not stop bus at rohtak bus stand exit side although anyway we have pickup the same.In transit time we request to conductor for stopping then bus conductor and driver both have give injured my husband and try to misbehave with me then my little child have drop by my hand at last all traveler come to support in my favors.
                          The same situation we have already inform to general manager of haryana rodways charkhi dadri depot and they have no action yet to

                            Conductor of bus no. Hr69a 6102, misbehaved and forced me to vacate window seat so that he can sit over there. And even on asking for complaints book to register complaint he refused and said 'hum complaints book le k nahi chalte' my tickets no. Are 'm[protected]'and 'm[protected]' please take necessary action asap as they always show stubborn behavior on asking complaints book. Journey was on[protected] from gannaur to panipat and timing was near about 11:15 am

                              The bus service has been degraded like anything!

                              I booked a seat for my friend, and the selected seat and the original seat are happen to be different. I booked a window seat in second last row but when we actually saw the seat it was on last row. When asked the conductor on this he responded rudely and said "ye koi train thodi h jo seat badal jaaegi...jo tumne select kri hogi vahi h". this is really not appreciable.

                              Price hike twice in same month, with down graded service.

                              If we refer the image shown on haryana volvo site then the seat 41 is supposed to be the window seat in second last row. But in actual my friend sat in last row of bus.!

                                I have travelled in above bus from sector – 6, karnal, haryana at. 1:10 pm on 21st july 2016 for faridabad with my wife (as we both are senior citizens) and i took tickets no. e[protected] val no. 11219855 & 29895551 of rs. 50/- each, a[protected] val no. 33092549 of rs. 25/- and b[protected] val no. 44294619 of rs. 10/-. when bus reached to badarpur border, new delhi, i asked conductor to stop the bus at nhpc chowk or mewla maharajpur metro station, faridabad so that we can step down from bus.
                                But the conductor and driver denied to stop the bus at any of the two bus stoppage and asked us to down the bus at badarpur border, new delhi while we took tickets upto mewla maharajpur, faridabad. the conductor also issued us joint one ticket instead of two halves tickets. the conductor and driver also used abusive language and said us that if we have to down at our choice’s bus stops then we should use car. i also want your kind attention towards the fact that we are regular passenger from karnal to faridabad and always took bus from the same stop and down to the aforesaid stops every time and from the last 12 years not even a single bus driver or conductor denied for it.
                                Due to these persons misbehave we have to walk from badarpur border to the toll plaza, faridabad with our luggages as on border no auto or rickshaw ready to cross the border. due to this incident my wife is suffered and i have to take it to doctor immediately as she is heart patient.

                                    My self chaman yadav ([protected]) i am regular drive kherki daula (gurgaon) toll tex gurgaon to neemrana, but above bus not stop many time, i go to mostly in hr 73a 8285 bt they not regular stop & today i ask to conducter to stop hare he miswording with me in front of public & i hv the recording,

                                      I am a regular commuter from bilaspur to gurgaon iffco chowk.In the morning your bus drivers do not stop bus at bilaspur chowk. If there is no passenger in the bus the driver do not stop. If there is any passenger, the bus driver stops the bus either 200 meter before or after the point where the passengers keep waiting. The passengers have to run like stray dogs to board the bus. The buses are mainly from rewari depot and narnaul depot. Please take action on such errant drivers. Ask one of your staff to note which bus is not stopped. Your department is not shaan ae haryana but such drivers are shame on haryana and on your department.

                                      I have sent many emails on [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com and transport. [protected]@gmail.com but have not received any response or any change in driver's routine.

                                      Please look into the matter and help a lot of passengers like me.

                                      Also, please find the bus number with date which are not stopped at bilaspur chowk.

                                        I am lakshey arora, vpo:kutail, distt:karnal, state:haryana. I have been improperly behaved by haryana roadways conductor of bus number i. E hr 45 b6104. He insulted me in front of public. There are stops 1) namstey chowk 2) devilal chowk.3) 6-7 sector chowk. It is karnal haryana roadways bus. I have very nice experience with haryana roadways. But the conductor behavior was worst. As the bus stops at namstey chowk and i want to get into bus at namstey chowk. He played many pinch there. Get out from the bus. Bus wont stop on next station. He think he is the deputy manager of the haryana roadways. Please look into the matter that none insults any individual for the sake of his amusement.
