The bus Departing from Fatehabad for Delhi has a timing of 4:00 Am as per my online ticket booking but the bus driver has arrived at almost 4:10 and bus conductor at 4:23. The bus is late is running now by almost half an hour. Some disciplinary action should be taken against them so that they always reach on time in the future.

I am working in Gurgaon for the past 2.5 years in a well reputed MNC. Yesterday, i.e on 23rd March, my sister had a 10PM volvo booking from Gurgaon Bus Stand to Chandigarh. I am shocked at the amount of nuisance she had to undergo and how the Roadways department has not taken any safe guard measure to protect the respect of women travelling at night.
My sister reached at 9:45 PM and had to wait till 10:30PM to get a Volvo bus, and 10PM bus had got cancelled. There were drunk hooligans coming and going in front of the seating area for Volvo passengers, checking out ladies top to bottom, with disregard to whether the ladies were single, married, with family/husband and passing comments like "Yeh to chandigarh ka maal hain.. Utha le.. Utha le." If ladies are travelling by night bus, and if the Bus is getting cancelled, it is the responsibility of Roadways department that ensure that there is enough protection provided to ladies waiting for their buses at the Gurgaon Bus Stand.

Gurgaon is at the stage of prosperity and progress like no other city in India. Roadways plays an important role in the perception of Gurgaon as a safe haven for Women. If these incidents are happening and i am sure they must be happening every other day, it would be very difficult for people to trust this place as a safe haven for women to work and travel.

It is my humble request to the Roadways department to ensure safety of women through collaboration with the Gurgaon Police and ensure drunkards don't roam around freely and pester women travellers..

We would like to inform we are total no. Of worker are 52 working at dadri depot since last one year at contract basis. As per notice issued by general manager they refuse to come depot and all contract worker have become unemployment and also like to inform our family dependent on me.
We all worker are humble requested to you kindly continue my daily basis job.

This Side Ravi Khatri From Sonipat yesterday i was coming from Delhi to sonipat as in evening for sonipat buses so much rush is there so i am trying to karnal depot bus when i entered in bus conductor ask where are you go i said bhalgarh then conductor deny and doing misbehavior saying i have full power to go upward the flyover i am not going to bhalgarh.
so i would request to please take neccesary action and they are saying ja karle jo tare p hota ho kya bigad loge tum log nhi bethate hmare marje Bus No HR 45 B 8099 bus out from Kashmiri Gate near 6 PM

Driver is really irresponsible and he doesn't stop at bus stops even if they are not crowdy.
I was about to board the bus n he didnt even stop the bus he kept it running n didnt care whether girls are getting off or getting in. I mean how transport of depart of haryana can b so irresponsible to allow such drivers to drive

I was travelling from yamuna nagar to delhi, i boarded the bus when bus was about to leave. Conductor didn't came up to me for ticket after 5 min he came up with random person and ask me to give 500rs as charge for not having, i asked why should i give fine just take ticket amount as journey is just started. Conductor start abusing and said i will not going to make ticket before you give us 500 fine. Conductor refuse to tell his name. Bus number HR58B7364 start time 4 am from yamunanagar

Haryana bus driver over took harshly and hit truck badly, honestly it seems to me he did it intentionally even without thinking about passengers inside. Shame on the passengers who even did not insist him to stop.
Please who ever dealing with this complaint take it serious. It's all bus driver fault.

We 2 travellers travelling from hisar to Delhi and has to stop by at rohtak as having a very urgent task so I took the tickets till rohtak if any case I miss the bus. But on tym I managed to carry on same bus. Bus was over loaded and conductor didn't came to us personally and we and other 2 travellers missed the conductor. As it was a crowded bus he should have asked us for the ticket. Then just after ticket checkers came and fined us RS 500 and other travellers 200. If were at fault then all should have same fine. We were harassed very badly they shouted at us very badly even trying to scold us. They even given us slip from madia to sampla while we had ticket till rohtak. And they left the other slip blank for 200 rupees. The pictures are attached herewith.

Sir, today I reached at ambala yatri nivash time 4:00 am, and found no any body there and gate was lock. When time table of yatri nivash 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
After some time roadways staff come on gate and call to yatri nivash caretaker, care taker comes and lock open for only staff.
I am socked.
Many people already stay in bus stand open area in cold season due to no any option. So I request to plz look in to this matter other wise I written complaint to Mr hudda ji.

Dear team,
I have two online booking seat 17 and 18 no. For the date 02.03.2017 time 4am morning from hisar to ballabgarh pnr 175054 trip i'd [protected] name sunil and chetan we have get the from hisar cant but conductor have not provide the seat no.17 and 18 we are seat all the way at driver gear leaver bonnet.

So what we benefit or online booking kindly submit my complaint for the conductor mr. Narender.

This is regarding the refund of the volvo bus charge. My parents were travelling from chandigarh to Delhi on 4rth of feb 2017 at 13:10PM scheduled bus(trip ID[protected] at seat number 27 & 28, the bus got brokedown at nearby Shahbad & from there they had to travel by their own as the conducor of the bus told the passengers that either they go by thier own or else they have to wait for 3-4 hours, so they had to take a local bus & travel to delhi. i want you to kindly refund me the amount of the ticket which i've spent & also would like to say that i was unaware of such irresponsible behaviour of HRTC as they don't even have a backup plan for passengers travelling with them in such cases. POOR SERVICE i must say.

I booked the ticket this after noon checking thrice that I am booking for 22 Feb at 00:05 AM bus time. And checked my ticket right now at 9 Pm and you guys made the reservation for 21 Feb at 00:05 AM. But still I give you a chance to sell those two tickets and recover my money. Being it completely your mistake my money shall be fully refunded, for if not done so according to all the proof and timings I will file a suit againgst you all with strict action in the court of law. As per the timings the bus still has 1 and a Half hour to depart and so the reservations can easily be amended as counter tickets are also available.

This is to bring to your kind attention that we have recently traveling Delhi to Chandigarh via haryana roadways Volvo bus No 5302 and I bought 3 tickets, date 10/02/2017 and ticket information attached .But due to some internal problem in the bus, all passengers are not able to travel with that bus, they had provided the other ordinary bus where we have again taken the tickets for that bus, please see the problem and if you could arrange for the refund of the same and I bought tickets from ticket counter.

I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest.

I, Vaishali Budhiraja, travelled by volvo from Gurgaon to Chandigarh at 11pm on January 20, 2017. (PNR: JAN179169 and Trip ID:[protected]. My phone number on the ticket is wrongly punched as[protected] instead of [protected].

My bag is exchanged with another passenger or was left in the bus.

The bag with me has seat no-46 written on it and greenish-brown in color. No details of the passenger are available at the inquiry counter or at with the conductor.

My seat number was 17 and is mentioned on the bag as well.

I got down at Zirakpur bus stand and took the last bag kept in the Zirakpur luggage cabinate, assuming it was my bag as it looked similar.

Please do the needful to help me locate my lost luggage.

Tabhi haryana roadways ki fatehabad depo ki bus no. hr62 5666 aayi jiske aage board bhi nhi lga hua tha. dhundh hone ke karan bus ka number pura nhi dekh paye. mene bus ke aage hath se isara krke bus rokne ki request ki lekin bus driver bus adda badopal pr ek truck ko overtake krta hua bhaga le gya. iske 5 minut baad hisar depo ki bus aayi jisne bus rok kr savaariyo ko bothaya. plz take legal action against above bus driver. thanks

I havebooken 3 tickets online on 9 of dec. And due to some reason i cancelled it but till date i didn. T received my money back into my ac pls. Respond to my complaint and take necessary steps to resolve it. Nd refund my money back into my account becayse till date it too late and this is govt. Holding company so i believe on it and booked it but i did. T know it that u take thus much time to give my money back then i will never book advance ticket from you

Volvo bus from Gurgaon to Agra broke down near Hodal toll plaza due to Staring jam on 31st Dec 16. My old age parents were told to go by ordinary bus in freezing cold weather and that too in a full bus. There was no fare refund either.

This is absurd, does the department operate only one bus on this route and is this how alternate arrangements are made?

Today around 5:20 pm at Sadar Gurgaon U turn Bus no Hr 55 P 5705, Hit my car 3 time. on first hit we reminded driver that u hit us still he hit twice then abused?
Please take some action its not acceptable if some one is driving govt. bus so he can cause trouble to public.

Entire Left side of my car is Scratched and driver does not regret.

Quite a few students (Male& female) board a ordinary bus from iffco chowk (Gurgaon) between 5.45 am to 6.00 am to reach dental college eclavya near kotputli (Rajasthan) at around 8.45am to 9.00 am.
In spite of repeated request to stop ordinary bus at college which is 5 km from kotputli (Rajasthan) on way to jaipur (Rajasthan). The bus driver/conductor does not stop for one minute near college. It causes
Great difficulty to students as transport facility from kotputli to dental college are not available.
These ordinary buses stop for 15 to 20 minutes at iffico &15 to 20 min at rajeev chowk gurgaon asking for passengers. If they stop for one minute problem is solved and you gain more revenue.
Please may i request that for the welfare of male & female students these drivers & conductors are instructed by written circular to stop at eclavya dental college on request

HR 1934 did not stop on the MG Road bus stop when Passengers were waiving hands to stop the bus...these ruthless bus drivers are in-capable of driving Government owned busses as they spoil the image of government showing such behavior. They should be penalize for spoiling government's image as public transport is for the convenience of public and these shameful drivers can not decide if they want to stop on any bus stop or not.
