Driver uturn bus before 2 km from bus stop daily and misbehave with girls and their gardian

A Roadways Bus Driver with Bus No HR 58A 8782 has not stopped the Bus at Bhilpura Bus Stand today near Chhachhrauli. And when we approached near by Bus Stand and asked him why he had not stopped then he misbehaved with us. Also he used Mischief words with us and also said that we have no right to ask him the reason for not stopping the Bus and it's on his mood completely that whether he would stop or not. And also he mentioned that he would never stop at that Bus Stand though that was included in its Stopping List.

I travelled in a bus HR55 AJ 6698 on 28/07/2023 from Ballabhgarh bus stand to Chandigarh, I boarded a bus on 4:40. This driver started his day with abusing, later exchanging hot words with almost all the passengers in the bus. The weather was so worse but he was continuously talking on phone. Can someone teach these drivers to talk with manners ya aise he chalta rahega inka and no body can stop them fir behaving like this. They have been heavily paid but they behave like they are bestowing their marcy on passengers by driving them to their destination.

I took a Haryana roadways from Chandigarh to delhi. I think the bus no. was (8554) it stopped at karnal bus stoped so I got down to go and eat something and when I came back the bus had already left . In the bus there was red bag at back side on right hand side.
In that bag there was another laptop bag. The bag contained clothes notebook and towel.
Please help me find that bag

It has been 15 years that people of Dharuhera are suffering from the issue of bus stand. Concerned department is not taking this issue seriously. They are only giving lollipop and making us wait. You are requested you to please consult Moolchand ji our transport minister otherwise we are going to meet Mr. Gadkari ji and process the files faster for construction of new bus stand in Dharuhera.

Hi, on 17th June 2023 I lost my green colour boult ear pods in Haryana roadways bus. We boarded the bus at around 4am from Katra, Jammu and got down at Pathankot. After the bus left realised that the ear pods were missing. Kindly help.

I travel between ganaur to murthal daily. The new ticket print system is good but there is an issue regarding ticket pricing. I pay ₹20 daily from ganaur to murthal but the ticket price is ₹18. The conductor did not return the change of ₹2. Each day I am losing ₹2 two times (updown). Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I am writing to take strict action against to he driver of Haryana roadways bus of Hisar to Rohtak route. I was waiting for the bus at Hisar cantt for one hour from 1 hour but bus arrived at around 6:35 the did not stop which was for Hisar to Rohtak route. However, to my surprise, the bus driver deliberately did not stop the bus at the designated stop, even though 10-12 passengers were waiting and waving to signal the driver to stop. Because of that I could not reach PGI on time for treatment.

I am sajjan and working as Stenographer in haryana police department and i am permanent govt. Employee. When I was waiting for bus meham to Hansi on date[protected] at 5:35 pm meham bus stand then a private bus number HR39E4828 reached Meham I sat in it and left for Hansi after the bus started the conductor said me for ticket I told him that I am haryana police employees, then he asked me to show I card, I showed him I card, then he saw my I card and said that it will not work, I said why then he started saying that in this there is no Written constable or head constable in it. I said my rank is Stenographer then he said it will not work and ticket will be imposed and he also said I am not illiterate and then started misbehaving with me and then dropped me from the bus in the middle of the way

We board the Haryana Roadways bus from Ambala and the bus was going to Delhi when the shahabad came the bus driver take to bus to the wrong side and there were very huge potholes and the bus driver was driving very FAST and RASH on the wrong side on potholes. The bus was jumping too much and one sudden jump came and my mother got a sudden serious jerk in the back and she was not able to move or to do any movement. These kinds of bus drivers are a threat to the public around them and I am also attaching photos of the bus number and ticket. Please kindly take serious action against that bus driver, that driver is very dangerous for public life inside the bus and as well as outside also.

I am Ankur dixit. Today I travelled from ballabhgarh to palwal in haryana roadways bus, I always Prefer to travel in haryana roadways bcoz of punctual ity & cleanliness But today I faced bad experince the complaint is that conductor and driver of bus no HR38GV2622 on 3rd july, 2023 of faridabad depot .On requesting several times to drop me near the first flyover of palwal they have not stop the bus and ran over the flyover, also both are misbehaving to me like a drinker alcohol their comments was'' Tere ko ghar per utarkar aoun kya, uterna hai to uter ja nahi to...using rough language at last I decided to drop on another point where I can convenient..so plz take disciplinary action against them..

I am from Yamuna Nagar( Haryana) . Many overloaded trucks are passing via Village Khurdi. There is a river bridge near Village Khurdi, Damla which is very old and in bad condition. Overloaded trucks are passing through it daily.Only one way is possible through that bridge. But truck drivers don't stop for other passing vehicle. They drives very roughly and at high speed. Please take necessary action against these overload trucks as soon as possible.

The Bus no 118 starting from Huda City Centre at 2:40 pm to Sohna Bus Stand Did no have any bus Conductor to manage the passangers

Application[protected], payment 430 rupees done online via parivahan website on 18 march 2023 for updating address in my driving license but Application still shows pending when I check status. Raised online complaint no resolution. Wrote to transport commissioner no response. Please help. Document attached

I applied for HSRP Sticker for my vehicle no. HR36AD1156 through online order on HSRP Haryana website.
- My order was accepted and status showed as "Success" on 2nd May.
Later on 3rd May it was cancelled without any reason.
- My second order was accepted on 5th May.
Later on 6th May it was also cancelled without any information/reason.
- My 3rd order was accepted on 9th May.
On 10th May it was also cancelled.
- All orders were put after confirmation through customer care email of HSRP.

I received again an email from customer care and I was advised to put order again by changing payment mode.
So today I again put order with change online payment mode.

So even after so many request I still have not received HSRP sticker through online orders.
Even refund against the payments which I made on each order, has not been received back.
All order payment receipt copy attached for your reference.

Haryana roadways bus no. HR68B-6319, I was sitting from panchkula for ambala. But conductor said that bus not stopped at ambala. Only panipat or delhi passengers travel in it. He used abuse language and misbehave with me. Conductor name is krishan. Thanks

Today 12may23 i travelled from hansi to bahadurgarh in non stop bus of hisar depot with number. HR39E9592. It is a non stop bus but in a journey of 2hour from hansi to bahadurgarh it stopped at sampla at a private tea shop for 20 minutes
Is this the service of Haryana roadways
Is this a non stop bus
Can not a person live without taking tra for 3.5hour as this bus is from Hisar to Delhi non stop

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the bus service provided by Haryana roadways. I was waiting for the bus at [Mahesh nagar], which is a regular stop on the route of the bus that I take every day to go to college. However, to my surprise, the bus driver did not stop the bus at the designated stop, even though I was clearly visible and waving my hand to signal the driver to stop.
This was extremely inconvenient for me, as I had to wait for another bus, which caused me to be late for work. Moreover, I am having bus pass issued by ambala cantt bus stand, despite having a bus pass I go every day by paying fare in private bus or by auto and connector also talk rudely with us and sometime they refuse us to get on bus
I would like to request that you take immediate action to ensure that this kind of incident does not occur in the future. Your bus drivers should be aware of the importance of stopping at all designated stops, and should be instructed to do so.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate action to improve the service you provide. I look forward to hearing from you soon with your response.

उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है कि मैं आज दिनांक मैं आज दिनांक 18/04/2023 को दोपहर 2: 10 मिनट पर मैं अपना काम खत्म करके बहरोड सेशन कोर्ट से मेरे ऑफिस नीमराणा आ रहा था तो मैंने आपके सोनीपत डिपो के वाहन HR55AH2006 गाड़ी बहरोड़ पुल के नीचे खड़ी हुई मिली।जिसमें मैं नीमराणा के लिए सवार हो गया। तत्पश्चात इस गाड़ी के कंडक्टर द्वारा मेरे से किराए की मांग की गई मैंने ₹20 किराये के लिए दे दिए उन्होंने पूछा आप कहां जाएंगे ? मेरा जवाब था कि मैं नीमराणा जाऊंगा। तत्पश्चात उन्होंने कहा कि आप किस से पूछ कर बैठे हो बस में तो मैंने कहा कि मैं रोजाना जाता हूं तो मुझे पूछने की आवश्यकता नहीं थी। क्योंकि बस पर जयपुर से पानीपत के लिए लिखा हुआ था और सारी बसें जयपुर से पानीपत के लिए निमराना होकर ही जाती हैं। आपके परिचालक ने कहा कि हमारा नीमराणा में स्टैंड नहीं है मैंने कहा कि मैं तो रोजाना जाता हूं मेरे को नीमराणा की टिकट बनाते हैं ऐसा तो नहीं है कि नीमराणा स्टैंड ना हो तो परिचालक के द्वारा मेरे साथ बदतमीजी की गई और कहा गया बस को रोको और इसको यहीं पर उतारो। तत्पश्चात परिचालक द्वारा मेरे से जबरन ₹5 और लेकर शाहजहांपुर की टिकट बना दी गई और मुझ को धमकी दी गई की तेरे को मैं सुधार दूंगा। तेरे को शाहजापुर उतारूंगा वहां से जब पैदल आएगा गर्मी में जब तेरी अकल ठिकाने आएगी।
नीमराणा स्टैंड आने पर मेरे द्वारा बार-बार इनको निवेदन करने के पश्चात भी इनके द्वारा मुझे उतारा नहीं गया और मुझे जबरदस्ती गर्मी में परेशान करने की नियत से मुझे शाहजापुर उतारा गया।
अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि इस परिचालक पर उचित कार्रवाई करके मुझे सूचित करें अन्यथा मुझे इनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि यह एक अधिवक्ता के साथ ऐसा बर्ताव करते हैं तो एक आम आदमी के साथ तो क्या करते होंगे इसकी आप सोच भी नहीं सकते।
