Today 12may23 i travelled from hansi to bahadurgarh in non stop bus of hisar depot with number. HR39E9592. It is a non stop bus but in a journey of 2hour from hansi to bahadurgarh it stopped at sampla at a private tea shop for 20 minutes
Is this the service of Haryana roadways
Is this a non stop bus
Can not a person live without taking tra for 3.5hour as this bus is from Hisar to Delhi non stop

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the bus service provided by Haryana roadways. I was waiting for the bus at [Mahesh nagar], which is a regular stop on the route of the bus that I take every day to go to college. However, to my surprise, the bus driver did not stop the bus at the designated stop, even though I was clearly visible and waving my hand to signal the driver to stop.
This was extremely inconvenient for me, as I had to wait for another bus, which caused me to be late for work. Moreover, I am having bus pass issued by ambala cantt bus stand, despite having a bus pass I go every day by paying fare in private bus or by auto and connector also talk rudely with us and sometime they refuse us to get on bus
I would like to request that you take immediate action to ensure that this kind of incident does not occur in the future. Your bus drivers should be aware of the importance of stopping at all designated stops, and should be instructed to do so.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate action to improve the service you provide. I look forward to hearing from you soon with your response.

उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है कि मैं आज दिनांक मैं आज दिनांक 18/04/2023 को दोपहर 2: 10 मिनट पर मैं अपना काम खत्म करके बहरोड सेशन कोर्ट से मेरे ऑफिस नीमराणा आ रहा था तो मैंने आपके सोनीपत डिपो के वाहन HR55AH2006 गाड़ी बहरोड़ पुल के नीचे खड़ी हुई मिली।जिसमें मैं नीमराणा के लिए सवार हो गया। तत्पश्चात इस गाड़ी के कंडक्टर द्वारा मेरे से किराए की मांग की गई मैंने ₹20 किराये के लिए दे दिए उन्होंने पूछा आप कहां जाएंगे ? मेरा जवाब था कि मैं नीमराणा जाऊंगा। तत्पश्चात उन्होंने कहा कि आप किस से पूछ कर बैठे हो बस में तो मैंने कहा कि मैं रोजाना जाता हूं तो मुझे पूछने की आवश्यकता नहीं थी। क्योंकि बस पर जयपुर से पानीपत के लिए लिखा हुआ था और सारी बसें जयपुर से पानीपत के लिए निमराना होकर ही जाती हैं। आपके परिचालक ने कहा कि हमारा नीमराणा में स्टैंड नहीं है मैंने कहा कि मैं तो रोजाना जाता हूं मेरे को नीमराणा की टिकट बनाते हैं ऐसा तो नहीं है कि नीमराणा स्टैंड ना हो तो परिचालक के द्वारा मेरे साथ बदतमीजी की गई और कहा गया बस को रोको और इसको यहीं पर उतारो। तत्पश्चात परिचालक द्वारा मेरे से जबरन ₹5 और लेकर शाहजहांपुर की टिकट बना दी गई और मुझ को धमकी दी गई की तेरे को मैं सुधार दूंगा। तेरे को शाहजापुर उतारूंगा वहां से जब पैदल आएगा गर्मी में जब तेरी अकल ठिकाने आएगी।
नीमराणा स्टैंड आने पर मेरे द्वारा बार-बार इनको निवेदन करने के पश्चात भी इनके द्वारा मुझे उतारा नहीं गया और मुझे जबरदस्ती गर्मी में परेशान करने की नियत से मुझे शाहजापुर उतारा गया।
अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि इस परिचालक पर उचित कार्रवाई करके मुझे सूचित करें अन्यथा मुझे इनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि यह एक अधिवक्ता के साथ ऐसा बर्ताव करते हैं तो एक आम आदमी के साथ तो क्या करते होंगे इसकी आप सोच भी नहीं सकते।

Hello sir,

I traveled through public transport daily and as of now construction is going on from janula to wazirpur and gaduli route is also closed. There is less public transport service from pataudi to gurgaon as in morning and evening the public is more. And as of the road is blocked on gaudli route, "the bus from pataudi to gurgaon via bilaspur route should be started" Because many people travel direct to gurgaon if via bilaspur route bus will start then it will help people specially to womens because the bus is over crowded.
From pataudi to gurgaon bus takes 2 hours and the bus is too crowded and in summer it's causes many problems.

Please increase the transport service from pataudi to gurgaon.

I'm Deepak toady im travelling from haridwar to panipat. I see in bus conductor not provided tickets some person which travel from haridwar to roorkee only money taken by conductor. So please take action this type of activities for government loss in funds. The Haryana roadways bus conductor.

I'm resident of ballabgarh and I am working in Faridabad. I used to go via bus via Gurgaon route and stop on masjid stop. I used to go via 8:07 am Gurgaon bhivani bus route bus from Ballabgarh Bus Stnd. But there is an conductor who used to deny not to travel via by this bus. He used to argue with me for not travel via this bus because my route is small. Is we have no right to travel in bus for short route. If we are note getting direct vehicle for place. That conductor always talks rudely at several time he stand from my seat. Due to my short route. If bus was empty whatever. Kindly provide solution to my problem. If we will face problems like that then how can we travel. It is requested from my side. Kindly resolve my solution. I will be greatgul to you.

I'm Kavita of vop jagsi, I'm living in delhi to get higher education of my daughter, yesterday 12.4.2023 bus no. Hr56B6509 my family put milk and flour in bus, due to having a puncture in the bus, dus Didn't came to delhi, my family arrange the phone no. Of bus conductor, and they contact to conductor and told that they can drink tha milk and deliver the flour tomorrow. Today 13.4.2023 when my family member came to put milk in bus the bus conductor use abuse language, and he said you are not my family member to deliver your material, to whom he use abuse language he is too a government employee and get off the flour and my family request the conductor to give the ticket and transfer the material. And they Don't listen any thing and get off the flour from bus.

Dear Official, I am a regular traveler of your buses and enjoy service. But like to put into notice that buses from Jaipur to Delhi stopping at Neemrana Raju hotel where they are charging excess rates on every products and also giving fake products of every brand. I purchased one Pepsi of MRP 40 Rs and was charged 50 Rs for the same and on complaining was abused by hotel authorities. Kindly look into the matter and see for permanent resolution.

During travelling the astonished moment was occurred when the conductor of above bus refused to refund me the balance rupees i.e. 20 rupees (100- 2*40=20) by quoting the lame excuses that he have not the change. Worries didn't end here the same incident was occurred with other co passangers, when he was asked to refund, he didn't pay and heed . This is serious lapse and misconduct at the end of erring conductor, and he is liable to be punished with stringent major punishment. Amount also is required to be refunded

My purse which is black in colour and can with golden chain. It was a wearing on jeans with belt. It contained wallet including documents and cash and power Bank. It was stolen inside thes bus in bus stand of Sirsa (haryana)

I wish to draw and focus your mind on the unworthy and unwarranted behavior of bus conductor or employees working under our kind control. Very often they treat the passenger with complete disgust, disregard, and Disguise. They behave with them insolently. Most often some passengers fail to climb the bus and fall on the road causing a severe accident.

Before the passenger has boarded the bus, the conductor blows his whistle and thereby putting the passenger in trouble. The driver too does not think it essential to stop the bus at the appropriate destination and this causes a lot of disturbance to the commuters. I was literally about to fall from the back gate of the bus.

It is my humble suggestion that these kinds of conductors or employees need moral and traffic training. They may be taught the very first lesson of civility.

Yesterday ( 8 April ) I'm travelling in a haryana roadways bus from patiala to kashmiri gate Delhi ( time 8: 30pm) I missing my black bag in a bus . I have some important things in my bag. So please find my bag as soon as possible.

No Haryana roadways bus come on Bahadurgarh new bus stand between 3:30 am to 4:35am. Delhi to Sirsa bus never comes inside the new bus stand and Gurgaon to Sirsa bus also went from the Najafgarh road to directly Rohtak. It didn’t come to the new bus stand. Please resolve this problem as I am a working woman and I have to go to Kaithal from Bahadurgarh. This is a serious issue as there is no conveyance to Rohtak from Bahadurgarh in the early morning hours.
Please resolve this problem.

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding the bus service in Mohammad pur rohi in the morning. Specially I want to raise a complaint regarding the failure of bus driver to stop at the designated bus stop on my route.
On 20 march 2023, I was waiting at the Mohammad pur rohi bus stop for the bus which has route from kumharia via kajalheri via Mohammad pur rohi to Fatehabad which has timing of 7 40 am but due to some reasons the bus reached around 8:00 am & after this delay the driver didn't even bother to stop the bus for the students waiting there . He rushed the bus in speed in front of all o[censored]s around 10 to 12 students with adults & ladies too and he stopped the bus after reaching some distance from us so that we can't get into the bus. After this also there is route of another bus which has route from gorakhpur via khajrui via Mohammad pur rohi toh Fatehabad of timing 8 15 am but this bus doesn't even have a bit of space so that we all can fit into and with this condition of bus even many female students get itno the bus just by standing at the stairs of the bus . So there is no proper facility of bus at Mohammad pur rohi bus stop & there are dozens of students who have regular college & work to go every morning. Because of these conditions of buses in the morning we are not able to reach at our designated colleges & universities. Not only students have to go to Fatehabad even some need to reach sirsa & hisar at specific time. But due to all these reasons they are not able to reach and am one of them. And the behavior of driver not to stop the bus at the designated bus stop is not acceptable at the current situation, where time is so valuable for every person . I urge you to take immediate action to ensure that such incidents don't occur in future. I request you to take necessary measures on this issue.

I am writing this statement to complaint about haryana roadways bus. Yesterday I was traveling in my car in Chandigarh. At the labour Chowk of Chandigarh one haryana roadways overtaking me rashly and hitted me and run away. I was saved from from injury but my car is damaged by the bus and the bus driver didn't even bother to stop the bus after the collision and ran away. Please help me to recover my damage from the haryana roadways driver as this act by him is not fair to me.
I hope you will help me to resolve this issue soon.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that autorikshwa and e rikshwa operators are misbehaving with pasangers at metro station of mela maharajpur.

Most of them are drunk and refuses to go even if they go they do rash driving abusive language is comman with passangers.

Bus of Panipat Depot which comes daily from Panipat to Sirsa. It passes through Majra Payau at around 8:05am. Despite the fact that this bus has a stop of Majra Payau, this bus does not stop here. It stops at 3 4 Fort stop. They go ahead and stop that too when they stop to get off. The driver and conductor of this bus are completely careless in this matter. Today was Sunday and there was no crowd, yet even today the bus stopped at 4 forts and ran away after getting off. Took away while I started waving from a distance to stop the bus but did not stop. Please take strict action against them. This is their daily work, we are daily passengers, they do this everyday. Public is in trouble It is. Thank you.

I took ticket for panipat of dehli to chandigarh roadways bus no - HR55GV2414 i asked the conductor if they will drop me a toll plaza and he agreed and said yes he will drop me there but when stop came i wanted to get off bus the driver did not allowed to and started misbehaving in best possible way he can even started abusing and after around 4 kms driver stopped the bus and said now you can go in middle of road it was difficult for me to catch to my required stop again.
please take the required action asap we don't go for rides in haryana transport for free or whatsoever and not at all for this mess up. Behaviour by driver and conductor was not at all called for .
