We invested in tulip white project at sector 69, gurgaon. The company has offered the possession, flats are being registered now, however there is no pucca access road to the project.. Company says huda will construct the road, huda says tulip will construct. We have paid edc and idc. Additional edc was charged from us. 100 families have shifted and 350 families are shifting now.

This is related to infrastructure development in sector-68 Gurgaon. DTCP along with Haryana government has alloted licenses to many builders for building residential projects in this area. But from HUDA side no development work is in progress in this area to support the living for the end users. Why is it so that builders start working early and government keep silence and does nothing. When can we see roads, sewage lines, etc being coming...

I am the resident of Gurgaon and facing lot of problems like drinking water is not good enough to drink.Water level is as low as even after applying motors nobody gets water on first floor and if getting after using motors that is as dirty as mud water.My baby is ill because of drinking this dirty water.Please look after for at least for drinking water for god sake.

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that plot no. 470, sector 46 at Faridabad is unattended since years. The owner has locked the plot which is 25% constructed. He never makes a visit or get it cleaned. It is the only empty plot in the middle of residential colony. We don't know where they are working but all the time they told us that we are working etc-etc house but when we ask from owners about this they denied. Sewerage pipeline connecting lane having house number 1000 to 1008 in Sector 21, Gurgaon is blocked. Due to rain today (17.7.2014) there is overflow of dirty sewer water in the lane . Further drainage system in the above said lane is not effective, and water upto one feet high is blocked. This is very hazardous for health of all people living as well crossing the lane. Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that a stinking sewerage drain is passing adjacent to our office. In April 2014, there was some problem in the sewerage drain line and while repairing, HUDA Maintenance team broke the entire passage in front of our office, just to check the problem. Dear Sir, Our House is situated at sec 17 panipat bearing plot no. 896. The adjoining plot no 895 is vacant and people use it for garbage dumping. several times we had quarrel with them and also made complaint to local administration about this but of no use.it has become headache for us . all the day polythene bag flew here and there and also gather inside the house . Dogs pickup garbage bags from there and spit it in front of the house...

sir i m doing business in sec 8 but booth no 4 and booth no 5 are doing a lot of encroachment in their veranda's .No one can pass through their veranda's .They have filled their veranda's as their shop please do something before its to late......

There is jhuggi at plot no 864 in sector 5 gurgaon.
They quarrel everyday,
Defecate (Poti and urinate) in open,
The water used by them is not going to any drain which poses a threat of malaria and dengu
We have asked them to vacaate the plot many times but it has been of no use

Sir, There are lot of pot holes on Road from x-ing of sector-45 & 46 to Siddh Data Ashram. This road was construction about one year back, but road has been worn out badly. Bushes (Keekar) have covered about 1/3 carriage way. Non standard speed breakers without warning board and marking of white strips have provided on this road. Complaints were lodged on line, but compliance reports were sent by HUDA office with execution of work....

Dear Sir, I am living in H.No. 494, Sector 45, Faridabad. There is a manhole in front of our house and this manhole is blocked & water overflowed from last many weeks, which results dirty smelling & unhealthy environment. In this regarding we have already visited HUDA faridabad office & they assure that they will send someone to clear this manhole. But after many days till no one has come there to clean this sewerage blockage....

The sewage gutter cover is half broken and not properly installed that leads to accidents and loss to vehicles very often. The problem is since few months and needs to be taken care asap.
