this is to bring to your kind notice that almost / many newly constructed houses in Palam Vihar blocks B, A, H, J, E after getting Occupation certificates - from the very next day start constructing the illegal extensions without any fear from the competent department after submitting the latest affadavit (introduced shortly), it is requested to kindly take quick and necessary action against the same.

I have a house having plot No-3092 in Sec-55, Faridabad in hosing board colony. My 1st floor Owner covered his balcony upto the road without any information. ACTUALLY MANY YEARS AGO AUCTION OF SHOPS WAS DONE IN A PLOT IN E-BLOCK, NEAR MARUTI PARK, OLD HOUSING BOARD COLONY BUT ONLY TWO OR THREE SHOPS ARE CONSTRUCTED TILL NOW AND THE WHOLE AREA HAS BECOME HOME OF MANY COWS AND DOGS. hi, Street light in the row 801 to 810 of sector 2 panchkula is not switched on since last 2 weeks. all other Street lights are switched on but supply to this row is not turned on, though all tube are not faulty its just that the supply in not turned on

In sector 17 Faridabad, people have constructed speed-breakers out side their houses. These structures are not authorized by any Municipal authority. People who have money have erected these structures outside their houses. These breakers creates difficulty in vehicular movement and damage the cars and scooters.
These ill-legal structures should be removed by HUDA and MCF. I have raised this issue in RWA meetings but no one is ready to take action against those people, as they sponsor the RWA functions.

Dear sir, State bank employees co-operative group housing society has submitted file for recording a number in HUDA sector 56 for sewer connection. The numbering has not been done since 2-8-2013.and programmer is saying file will be sent to Panchkula and HUDA office in sector 56 has not even name of society in computer as yet. Please look into the matter and expedite forwarding of the file to sector 56 office immediately. thanks kapur k k [protected]

THIS HAS BECOME COMMON THAT ONE OR TWO FACES ARE NOT AVAILABLE
FROM THA AFORESAID TRANSFARMER.
ON GOING THROUGH COMPLAINT LOGS REGISTERED WITH DHBVN GURGAON YOU WILL FIND THAT ALMOST 25 COMLPLAINTS HAVE BEEN REGISTERED FOR THE SAME NATURE OF COMPLAINT DURING MONTH OF JUNE-JULY 2013.

ON TALKING WITH YOUR LINEMEN THEY TELL US THAT FULL MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED FOR AFORESAID TRANFORMER. BUSHES, 3MAIN LEADS, MAIN MCB BURNT, AND CUT-OFF AND SOME WOODEN PHATTA NEED TO BE REPLACED.

WITHOUT MAINTENANCE THIS COMPLAINT CAN NOT BE SORTED OUT.SURPRISINGLY THIS PROBLEM IS BEING FACED BY SHOPKEEPERS FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR.

I am owner of Plot No.- 195, Sector - 9, Jhajjar, Haryana. The allotment of this plot is dated 28 July, 2011. It has been classified under Preferential ("P") Category. As per HUDA department (Town Planning Wing) policy dated 25th November, 2009, all plots which are facing a 24 meter wide road or are facing a park having area between 2000 sq meter to 8000 sq meter are declared under General Preferential ("GP") category, and accordingly preferential charges levied @ 5% of plot cost. Only those plots which are facing more than 24 meter wide road or are a corner plot or are facing a park having an area more than 8000 sq. meter or are abutting on one side by an open space of at least 40 inch in width can be declared Preferential ("P") category plot, and accordingly preferential charges are levied @ 10% of plot cost.
As per plot plan of Sector-9, Jhajjar (Drawing Number : DTP (JH) 340/09 Dated[protected], my plot falls under "GP" category, as it is located on a 24 meter wide road, is an in-between plot in row, and is not facing any park whatsoever. Yet it has been classified under "P" category, and till date I have paid excess preferential charges to the tune of Rs 89195/-.

I have written multiple times in last 6 months to HUDA department officials (even to the top-most level, Chief Administrator - HUDA, as well as Chief Secretary - Haryana Governemnt) , about the issue, However, without conducting any due-diligence on the raised concern, I was provided utterly wrong information by Estate Officer, Bahadurgarh three months back, and no response since then when I pointed out their faults.

I believe my voice is falling on dumb ears. I feel HUDA department officials are deliberately creating inconvenience to public, so that public should then run after them and get the work done by either ethical or unethical way.

I had seen many complaints regarding the development issue in sector 52 Gurgaon but as of today no action has been taken from you We already paid thrice the EDC charged but when I visited this sector the situation is really heartbreaking , infrastructure is poor,no roads had been built No electricity , Water pits ever where and above to all it doesn't look like HUDA sector .
Many time I visited HUDA office in sector 56 and Babu's are ready to take anything you are offering.I don't want take the names of these corrupt employee of HUDA but still want to inform you in case you are not aware of this bribery things.

Kindly do the needful for this sector so that many people those are living on rent or in some other city can make their dream home.

Subject: Request to get the open plot area cleaned in Sector 23A,Gurgaon,Haryana adjacent to Columbia Asia Hospital and Community Center
This is to bring this your notice that in Sector 23-A, certain plots adjacent to Columbia Asia Hospital and Community Center are vacant. These plots are now a hub for people to throw garbage, litter and even serves as their sanitary location. This has invited a big family of pigs, cattle and dogs to add to the agony. This place is right in front of residential plots where families cannot even breathe properly in this foul smell. It is also a big invite for mosquitoes and therefore Malaria, Dengue and Chikungunya. Adjacent to this location is Columbia Asia Hospital and patients are always more vulnerable to such concerns.
It is therefore requested to take immediate steps in this regard and action be taken in the following concerns:
1. The area be cleaned and dried as soon as possible
2. Removal of huge families of pigs that are residing here permanently
3. Some kind of fencing or protection for cleaning and maintenance of this open area
4. Provision of service of a Mobile Garbage Collector Vehicle daily in this area for villagers/locality OR provision of a Fixed Cemented Garbage House within half a kilometre to this area maintained by Haryana Government.
5. An action in form of a boarding giving warning to the adjacent people/villagers not to throw garbage or sanitize in the open plots
6. Future maintenance actions to prevent the area becoming a garbage hub again.
Anticipating an immediate action for residents’ rescue.

I am resident of H. NO 1372-A, Sector 23A, Gurgaon. Opposite to our house HUDA plots are there which are vacant. I don't know whether they are allocated or not. But as they are vacant lot of garbage problem is there. People throw all the garbage their at vacant plots which smells very filthy. Its very difficult to stand at gate or outside.
I request you to please remove all the garbage and don't allow to throw the garbage there. The place should be kept clean, otherwise it will spread many diseases.

I got a 8 marla plot through the draw of sector-57 gurgaon in 2004. But i have not received the possession yet, though i have paid all the installments by March 2011.

Also i am not getting any satisfactory reply from the HUDA authorities regarding the same. So i request them to give possession of plots immediately to the deprived persons like me.

When it rains water logs in front of house no 386 to 395 Sector - 40 Huda Gurgaon.Near about of one foot deep water remains logged for three to four days on the road.Which has no out let to go any where because the ends of the streets road are at higher level than its middle.The storm water system all those exist yet it is choked and does not operate.People can not pass threw this road after even four or five days when rain is over.Residents of these houses are also move enable outside.Children and senior city zens are most suffers.Kindly do the needful.
Suggestion : 1 . The street road in front of house no 386 to 395 may please be raised so that water may have a flow and does not log on the road.
2. Storm water drain which is chocked at present,may please be cleared so that rain water may flow inside it.
3. There is some vacant place near by the road where water harvesting system may be constructed.

The road condition between Ardee City and Jalavayu Towers in front of Hyundia Service Station is in pathetic condition with water logging for last 1 week and no action has been taken till date. There is a big pot hole and this is creating traffic jam.

I have been allotted Plot No. 1068 in Sector 52, HUDA, Gurgaon in the year 2003. More than 8 years have passed but HUDA is not giving the possession despite my repeated requests whereas an alternate plot has already been given to my neighbourhood plot holder much back. I have been discriminated and harassed by HUDA. HUDA has not replied even my single letter. Could some one come to my help to get me the possession of my plot.

Water logging, damaged sewage pipes right in front of the gate which are leaking for the past six months creating immense dirt, filth and nuisance. Making the area look like a dirty pig sty. HUDA is humbly requested to look into the area and work immediately on it.
